There are way better options out there if you are willing to have some "American food" on this side of the globe, not a big fan of it though but Friday's or TR are more suitable if your down with ribs/hamburger craving.

If their goal is to poison their clients, then they succeed. I don't know who is their chef, but self-respecting chef would never offer old food. But here it happens. We ordered Green Power salad and it was horrendous. The spinach looked like it has not been washed. And the carrot was so dry, that if it would not been orange, I would have mistaken it to wood. Not to mention other ingredients that they also probably took from last week's trash bin. Couldn't eat it. And it's not cheap salad, so they made us waste money which is not nice at all. Bravas were good and salmon sandwiches decent, that's why I rate you 2. For Green Power alone I would give you - 10 if it's possible. And to the owner, no use to answer that it's one time situation. I read other reviews. It clearly isn't. So please do your restaurant and yourself a favor, fire people who are not suitable for cooking and hire real kitchen staff. All the best.

I was not expecting Hilton service or Michelin star food,but come on . Food was bad prepared ,dry,expensive for what you ask,ingredients taste bad,taste old. I’m sorry,but that was my experience about potatoes,salmon sandwich and a so called Green Power(kind of poke) Service correct and fast: I hope they don’t eat there.

We never got to eat. After 20 minutes sitting at our table waiting for someone to take our order, surrounded by screaming kids, we left.

We ate at Ginos I can honestly say it was the worst experience. We order ceasar salad wad awful ,meat with souse was awful , we order octopus pizza ,octopuses are on top of pizza cold like ice. Instead of octopus they put a lot potatos …. We ate Ginos in another city but this branch is awful

Probably the worst burger I've experienced, certainly the worst in Spain. More if a car crash than a burger. The place is trying to be an American diner but just isn't. My advice...give it a miss and save yourself the grief. I almost forgot to mention the filthy smelly toilets....this is really unusual in Spain and is clearly a measure of any establishment.

The worst food I have had in Spain. My beef teriyaki bowl looked like sick and did not taste of teriyaki at all . I went to the loo on the way out and the ladies toilet was disgusting., Smelly with paper all over the place. Don't go here, there are many other places nearby
