Cleanest BK I've been in awhile. Courteous front counter lady, even helped me out. Free Wi-Fi, was a great breakfast.

Well finally I got a restaurant she was very helpful serving good food and then the food is fresh and also when ask for condiments ,she was asking what I need that was so beautiful

Food was good and fresh, liked the bilingual option, along with the cleanliness of the store. Location is right of the 190 and porter Rd, close to the water in one direction and a park that you could easily go eat at within a block walking time. There were a lot of police in the area

As far as Burger King's go this one isn't to shabby. Orders are taken quick foods made promptly. Restaurant is clean.

Best one in the area as far as moving the line/food quality goes. They doing business. Don't get fooled by the automated drive thru recording that they play before the actual person gets on to take your order.

Love the service and the attitude! We had a good laugh about how bad the McDonald's service is just down the road from them.

I mean, it's burger king. This place certainly is a burger king. My orders always been right the several times I've been here, they've been quick, polite employees. Food I would rate 2 or 3 stars, but that's nothing to do with this specific location, I just personally think BK is not the best fast food in general. But in terms of burger kings this one is as good as it gets.

Have berm there twicw in the ladt few weeks with my grandson. Service was good food was hot! Your worker Donna was one of the most pleasant people I've encountered in a long time both times we where there. She was warm & friendly. The 2nd time we were there my 10 year old grandson actually ran up to the counte to greet her! The 1st time we had the $5 meal that includes 4 chicken nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich & soft drink. The 2nd time I has 2 egg & cheese biscuits & he ordered 2 egg & cheese croissants & a soda

All in all I love this location. I know almost everyone there and they are all nice. Food is great. One thing though; they should be careful with the quality of the fries and chicken nuggets, every so often but not all the time I come across a lukewarm fries or nuggets. Sometimes workers overlook the hot/ cold food guidance. This guidance is really important. Just a constructive criticism. Other than that I love the place. 🥰🥰

I always get the Double Whopper with cheese meal. The service here is average, sometimes you'll wait longer because drive thru is prioritized.

One of my favorite locations they really make the effort to make sure you get what you have ordered which is a lot more than other locations

I’ve been to many burger kings. This one was average. Got what I ordered. Polite people working the drive thru. Note this location is right across from a couple different rapid Covid testing locations that can be pretty busy.

It was okay it wasn't as bad as some of the other Burger Kings are with clean surprisingly and I took my sister there because she has dementia and all she wanted was a Happy meal

I stop to get this for my wife after she's had a bad day sometimes. This location by far is the best. It is easy to hear the menu attendants and my order has always been right. I can't eat there, but I think it's as good as a fast food place can be. If only they had ANY gluten free options..

After upgrading this establishment and new employees great customer service and the order is usually right staff is very friendly and fix issues immediately to my knowledge McDonald's and Wendy's do not carry a vegan burger just like they do at Burger King.

Nice clean place. Difficult to "rate" as most are you get just about the same at every location usually. But overall clean and a friendly staff.

Store is filthy, service is slow, but food is good. I understand this location is quite understaffed which I guess can excuse the slow service and messy store.

Maybe it was my fault but I ordered a croissant sandwich without the meat just the croissant and wow did that ever cause a problem, which again could’ve been my fault. When I looked at the receipt I was over charged but they refunded me and I went on about my day.

Burger King is my favorite fast food restaurant. I don't go there often as that I see fast food restaurants as being health hazards. December 2016 was the last time I had been to a Burger King I don't see myself returning due to health concerns.

An older lady I believe was the manager there in black shirt, had a negative attitude & zero eye contact along with no verbal reply to a customer when something was said. Instead this manager turned head looked away then walked away. I gave 3 stars vs 1 because the very friendly server at counter was very polite made eye contact and served our order thanking us. The manager just walked back to kitchen handling food without even washing her hands after handling the cash register which is a flagrant violation of food safety protocols. Her uniform also looked rather unkept not clean. What stuck out to me overall was this manager didn't operate as a Store Manager should. Zero communication given to anyone of crew and she just basically figure 8 walked doing tasks without delegation. She is lucky I'm not the District Manager! Her employees did their jobs and were seen multitasking without direction. I understand bad days but that manager is not a quality Store Manager. I'm a retired Store Manager different company & was a prior employee of BK 30 years ago under Heathers wing 1998-99. She was a great Store Manager Grant & Amherst.

Ordered via Uber eats. Nice delivery lady but BK forget salad dressing and dressing for the mozzarella sticks.

Do not appreciate that the manager in duty was just gave out a free cups to a pwrson she knew wile I had to pay for mines.. I do not appreciate that.. I order 2 whole meals and a kids happy meal wile a single person walks in ask for her just to ask her if he can get a cup to get some soda.. something needs to be done about that cause who knows what else has bin handed out by her to others.. she did this wile there was customer in line and dining in like my self..

The chicken sandwich was very disappointing it was made with nothing to it, I doubt if it were thier own it would have been made the right way.

Used to enjoy coming to this location however recently I placed an order while in the parking lot for drive thru pickup which is usually fast and easy however the restaurant closed before the posted time of midnight so the app let me order, I got to the window again before they were listed to being closed and got an automated message saying they were closed, yet I was charged for all the food I ordered and unable to speak with customer service, I got an AI chat bot that was unhelpful and now have to wait 48 hours for an email response 😒

Drive-thru - usually I don't have an issue with my food but today, the nuggets and fries I had ordered was cold and old. Since I ordered the 8 piece nuggets - I felt that they used cold/old 6 pc nuggets and just added 2 fresh ones. It was only two cars in the drive-thru so there wasn't much of a line. I also only live about 5 minutes away from this location...so pretty disappointed

The staff were very rood!! They restroom was closed, both, and they didn't want to tell why and if they will be opened. Slooks like they just didn't want to deal with cleaning l, so they just closed it while the place still working .

This Burger King has absolutely horrible customer service. The workers are outright rude and lazy. I am an uber eats driver. My customer spent over $60 ordering from this restaurant and they chose not to make it because it was a big order late at night even though the order had gone through. Additionally I arrived to pick it up and was blatantly ignored at the window by two female workers until I finally got their attention and was given dirty looks and waved off saying they were closed. The order was put in over an hour before and I had been given the order within 10minutes of my arrival. My customer then called the store as I was still there, and I watched them intentionally not pick up the phone.

Horrid staff. They lack listening skills. Literally no one listens at the drive thru. They mess up your order almost every single time to the point where you have to explain things in person. Simple orders can’t even be processed by the People who work there it’s actually pretty sad. Wouldn’t hurt to put a smile on your face either. Absolute lack of basic listening/people skills. Won’t be going there again and you’re better off saving yourself the frustration.

Manager tried her best to keep the organization in this place.However the regular staff lacked acknowledgement/care of what was for who and who was suppose to complete which order and at points were just staying around while management took over.

The employees here are typically rude and unwelcoming. They talk under there breath, if you can even call it that because you can hear them. Today I politley asked for a bag to put my food in and one of the workers gave a smart "what kind of bag. A large?" Under her breath laughing with a co-worker huddled next to her. I didn't say anything but that's the final straw that made me write this review. Cold old food that's been sitting for a while is served 50% of the time, and it's never clean there. I think it's well worth it to go a little bit farther to another Burger King. It's a shame really.

I got very sick 😫 from the food here! The young woman that prepared my food, just happened to walk in with me and I could hear her saying she was late, because she was hung over from drinking all night and was cursing in Spanish. She didn't use any gloves when preparing my food. I won't ever go back there again!

Absolutely the worst fast food place that we recently experienced while visiting Buffalo. We picked this place randomly because people in our group were hungry and the Burger King brand seemed like a quick and reasonable choice under the circumstances. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible choice. The food was absolutely awful (examples: dried out and overcooked chicken nuggets, very salty fish sandwich, soggy buns, to name a few). The place looks like it has seen better days, was dirty and needed a thorough scrub-down. The men's bathroom was beyond horrible, unhygienic, reeking of foul odor, and very unsanitary. Never again!

I waited over 20 minutes to receive my order, and I did not receive my food. When I asked the person bagging the food if I could have my burger, as it was the ONLY whopper there and it had been sitting for 15 minutes, they were incredibly rude, and said I had to wait my turn(even though my food had been sitting for 15 minutes). I waited another minute, and left without my food. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable behavior from staff, and the wait time to not even receive my food was absurd. I thought fast food was supposed to be, well, fast. I will not be back as this was totally unacceptable.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Not only are there so many spiderwebs around the store and around the window and the doors, there was also a spider handing on top of their fries station. I believe there is also a leakage on their ceiling they use red bucks underneath them it’s so unsanitary. It’s been a month mind you now, and they still haven’t done anything about it.
