Get there early! Every ingredient is ultra fresh and artisan aka homemade. Shared the pepperoni chili honey pizza and Italian chopped salad. Oh the homemade croutons and 6 peppercinis. They sell out because IT IS THAT GOOD!! Husband and wife owned and operated #keepBuffaloASecret…but not this place!

Cute café run by a local couple. Pizzas are incredible, even gluten free & vegan options for those with dietary restrictions. Housemade tiramisu, cookies, and canoli too! I only got to try the cookie and canoli on the dessert front, but everything I've tried has been great so far. Support local!

This place is excellent! I'm so appreciative of any place serving a vegan style of pizza, since pizza is the one food I miss the most since going vegan. Their vegan pizza (I had it on gluten free crust) is so flavorful and delicious- the sauce is amazing!! My friend had the mushroom pizza and she said it was really good too. I also had the Italian salad which they could make vegan as well, and that was great too. The interior is so cozy and the owners are very nice. I highly recommend this place!

I initially thought this was run-of-the-mill Buffalo pizza. I was very wrong. The pizzas are unique and really delicious. They look small, but they're not really because of the thick soft crust. They look quite artful. I initially thought they were a bit pricey, but they're well worth it. Takeout service is very quick. I tried one of the desserts today and it was excellent. It's a pleasure seeing the owners working there. Highly recommended!

This little hole in the wall is an incredible take on pizza in Buffalo NY. Handcrafted, and you can tell. The pepperoni with hot chili honey is a classic that has its own flavor profile that I continually come back for. Chris has done a fantastic job creating these flavors for you to enjoy. My wife and I enjoyed a Tomato Cucumber Gorgonzola salad and a pepperoni with hot chili pizza. We added the whipped ricotta on the pizza as well. The salad was made to order. Perfectly fresh. Very tasty. The pizza was fantastic. It was the best pizza I have ever had. Everything was fresh and I suspect it was all made from scratch. We are looking forward to our next trip to Bflo Pizza Bistro. The shop is very close to the Empire State Bike Path. It would be a great place to visit if you are a cyclist. Enjoy.

Completely and utterly addicted to this place! I’m a NY style pizza gal but this is completely different and this is now my new go to spot!! The desserts are to die for! If you haven’t tried this place do yourself the favor! I always take mine to go but it looks super cute in there and they have lots of drink options too!! The people are super nice too!! Great little pizza joint! Had the pepperoni and all the ingredients seemed so fresh and the pizza crafted with care. The dough has a nice crisp on the bottom and edges and a pillowy density above that leaves these slices thick but not too heavy. The "frico" burnt cheese egdes are amazing. Quality through and through. This is not your ordinary Buffalo pizza, more of a Detroit or Sicilian style, which is a welcome variation from the other local stops. The price is justified by the product and each pizza can feed two. Place itself is very cute and clean, indoor and outdoor seating, wine specials on Wednesdays, probably a great spot for a casual no presh pizza date. Hope this owner-run shop manages to stay around, they do it different in the best way possible. Definitely worth a try!

The best gluten-free pizza I’ve had! I haven’t had a crust like this in years - thick GF crust! The pizzas are so delicious. It’s hard to choose a favorite, but today I’m voting for the G-F pepperoni with hot honey. Perfectly crispy pepperoni, fresh basil, and hints of the sweetness and spiciness of the hot honey made in-house. The salads are fresh and full of flavor.

I have had pizza and salad in this bistro about 10 times now I have brought family and friends and we all give it five stars! It is very cozy. The service is friendly. I have never had pizza like this except in southern Italy. My husband and I lived there for six months. I do not need to go back to Italy to get this quality pizza.

This is great pizza. I had the “sizzle” pie which tasted very similar to a big mac- 10/10, and also had the “Margherita w/whipped ricotta” - 10/10. Both had a nice crispy crust, red sauce was on point on the Margherita. This Owner operated small business nails it. Will be ordering again very soon.

Great customer service! It was a busy night and they were short staffed and was late on our order. They apologized multiple times and even gave us two free canolis. Pizza was delicious too! We will definitely be going there often!

Really delicious. I ordered the Margherita with whipped ricotta and everything about it was perfect. Lovely pillowy crust, the right amount of super fresh tomato sauce, not too much cheese, and dollops of lovely creamy whipped ricotta. Tl;dr Really good Detroit-style pizza. If you don't mind having garlic breath afterward, get the mushroom rosemary.🧄🍄🍕 I'd eat that till the cows come home. / It was by happenstance that, on a return trip to Canada after the annual shopping run to Trader Joe's, I and my family caught a glimpse of a black and white lineart mural of an ooey gooey slice of pizza; it was the restaurant facade for Bflo, and we would have missed it if we weren't stopped at the nearby intersection. With our stomachs empty and our interest piqued, we had just enough time to look it up before the light turned green. The promise of what others had thought was a quality pizza was enough for us to turn around and eat here, and I'd say that promise was delivered! I ordered the mushroom rosemary with garlic béchamel sauce, and got to sample the Margherita with whipped ricotta, both of which had a nice layering of flavours. The mushroom rosemary probably had more sauce than was reasonable for an 8x10 pie, dripping by the spoonful into the steel serving pan with every slice pulled-- But if the restaurant mural is anything to go by, I'd say that's just truth in advertising.😇 I certainly didn't mind. Heck, when I was done with my pizza I asked for a spoon just so I could finish up the sauce at the bottom of the pan. And the heat which they were served at was just right: hot, but not enough to burn. I know it's kind of a weird thing to mention, but if you're the kind of pizza lover who dives into their meal without thinking, then you *know* how this can totally set the tone for the rest of the experience, so this one's for you. Chris and Samantha, good on ya for bringing that unmistakably Detroit/Sicilian style to Buffalo. I read the news article you have posted on the wall, and I can only imagine the challenges you had to overcome in those early years. Kudos for making it work, and thank you for lunch! Bflo makes unique pizzas, and I mean that in a good way. It had a thick crust with copious and interesting toppings. There aren't many varieties, but it was hard to choose since they all sounded so good. We didn't have dessert, but we were tempted when we saw them in the refrigerator case. This is a nice little gem in a great neighborhood - don't think twice - just go!

The sauce was classic fresh tomato flavor, not sweet at all. Fresh basil on top, cheese was great.. I love that they use organic tomatoes and also that there's no nitrates in their pepperoni, because nobody wants colon cancer. just a fantastic Pizza all around. As someone who is not a Buffalo native I’d say this is the only place in Western New York that is worth getting pizza from. When I went on 4/3 I got the Pepperoni w/ hot chili honey and I thought it was delicious and above average for what is offered within this part of New York. Most of the pizza I have had in Buffalo always includes sweet tomato sauce which I honestly find disgusting especially when they use sugar to make it sweet. From the name of what I got they used actual honey and it made this WNY sweet tomato sauce gimmick into something that was worth enjoyment. The outer crust was crispy and kept that crispness throughout all the slices I ate. When it comes to the inner portion of each slice the dough was fluffy and complemented the outer crispness. The atmosphere of the place was very nice it kinda reminded me of a small cafe. I was very surprised by how small it was so it’s best to make sure you go when it’s slow for them or you’re not gonna have a place to sit and eat. The services was great I don’t have any complaints. The staff was respectful and they were quick with providing me with water and and food around the million other tasks they had going on. I’d definitely would come back with friends for a causal bite.

Tried to place it to go order did not look at the menu. My son was in the hospital and they were close not knowing the neighborhood figured we'd give them a try. Well my son likes cheese and pepperoni. Looks like they have one on the menu but told me they couldn't make one that way. Whatever the green stuff is on there I'm sure they could have left off. I would think maybe you would have a basic pizza for kids. I don't know sounds like a bad business move. Thank you Good luck as per your response maybe the woman who answered the phone. It’s not good, there were leaves on the pepperoni pizza. Only 4 pizzas on the menu and no wings. Very small for $18+. If you want a deep dish in Buffalo go to Jets or Little Caesers.
