My bike still have problems after spending 1200,00 in repair. The motor in the wheel after replacing didn't last 90 days he not to be trusted. I will NEVER GO BACK TO HIM I'M DONE .Don't shop there. Go to real dealership fly ebike store. I had to buy brand new back wheel 450.00 all that money.

The owner is only courteous and respectful to customers if you're buying one of his over priced scooters or price gauging you in fixing something major. A few things to note, he doesn't work on ebikes unless it comes from his store and browsing may be of some irritation as well. Perhaps the attitude he has on certain weeks is pertaining to the business being slow, or maybe patrons are catching on to that behavior, regardless of the reasonings potential customers (wether they buy or not) deserve a little respect. Neighborhood folks could do much better at the bike shop up the block on Newkirk.

They sold my son and his friend lemon motorcycles. The cycles began stuttering after 2 weeks. Found out the batteries were bad. They charged for repairs n said it was as a result of riding too fast. Nonsense how can a brand new bike starts acting up only after 3 weeks. I would not recommend them to a fly. Going to report them to the BBB and the Attorney general. They took advantage of the boys because they are young and bike novices.

If you buy from them you have to make sure they will sign the title in order to do the paperwork at DMV. This business is really fishy.. please before buying something ask questions if you don’t want to have a bad experience.
