This family owned by 3 brothers is my favourite pizza 🍕 spot. It's always fresh and very tasty. Every time I'm near there, I have to stop in and enjoy some of the many varieties of pizza they have. I have been going there for many years . Keep up the great work guys see you soon. 👍

Just moved to the area and wanted some pizza. Love the location, as it's close to the train stop. The gentlemen working were kind and working hard. Had the veggie slice and a square basil and garlic piece. Both were thin, crispy, full of flavor. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend.

One of the best pizzerias I have ever been. The sauce, cheese, and crust are absolutely perfect. You don’t feel heavy even after a few slices, which essentially concludes on the quality of the pizza. I even walked half a mile to bring back home, and it was astounding even when not hot.

I loved how the gentlemen behind the counter care about the customers and visitors: very polite and patiently 🫶 first time in Brooklyn and our friend who lives there took us to Lo Duca and we love it! You can feel that guys care about the community and love what they do. An amazing food experience! The best pizza i tried in USA so far, and maybe even better than in Italy itself! Spicy calamari and one with burrata is absolutely delicious! We also tried pasta and we couldn’t finished it because portions are huge + it served with big and hot bread!!!

I’m done with this place. Came here a few times and I enjoyed it until one night one of the gentleman behind the counter suggested that I try lemon pepper chicken🤯🤯🤯 mamma Mia, is took me back and around again I couldn’t stop thinking about how delicious it was. I couldn’t wait to be back in the area to try it again. However they rotate five of their pizzas. So I tried a cheese and their batter chicken barbecue ranch…I’ll let you be the judge…👌👌👌 This place is amazing

It’s a trek out from Manhattan but worth it. I got a couple of their more creative slices - shrimp Alfredo and chopped cheese followed by their upside down Sicilian. The two slices were both good - great flavors and a good crunch to the crust. But that upside Sicilian was wow! Pillowy soft and airy with a a tomato sauce to die for. All that and a friendly crew manning the counter. I’ll definitely come back!

Small, no frills place in Newkirk Plaza with very good pizza. I enjoy supporting local small businesses. Not too sure about some of their 'experimental' offerings that are like Italian entrees on a pie, but I don't know...I may try one out one day.

Authentic family owned pizza in chill neat neighborhood. 6 brothers run the place! If you want upside down pizza, go early. Ran out of Sicilian dough. Kind enough to custom the upside down with regular dough. Super hot out of the oven, generous with cheese and sauce is sweet and fresh. Grandma slice is a winner. Seems like always a fun time.

Quite a variety of unique slices with no compromise. I found the best NYC spot. High quality ingredients making a sweet tasting pizza sauce, in addition to shrimps, and squid. If you ever in the area you must give this place a try.

Super good thin crust pizza, also had an upside down Sicilian which was equally good. The staff were friendly and quick. Surely will visit soon for more. Also had the pesto and a shrimp something.. the pesto is a MUST try.

You know the pizza so good you just can’t help yourself even when your on a diet. I get the pesto every Friday. There was a time when they didn’t offer this, least to say I was going crazy. This is the only place that can make the best pesto and to make it even better they toss in calamari and shrimp. Absolute immaculate.

Best pizza spot in the neighborhood and I have to say it’s high up there in my books for all of NYC. Tons of slices, solid regular menu. They even have multiple different grandma slices. Super creative toppings. Last time in they had a Chopped Cheese slice which was out of this world. Pizza has a perfect crust and solid crunch on the bottom, sauce is great, what more can you ask for.

UPDATE 10/25: They have not been opening at 11am, not recently. 3 times I've been by in the 11 o'clock hour, hoping for a quick lunch and it's still padlocked and shuttered as late as 11:45. They should update their hours here. ***original review*** Thirteen years I've lived in NYC. Just tried this today. It's decided. The best slice of Margherita I have ever tasted, and by extension I must join in the enthusiastic hype: THIS is the real shit. It melted in my mouth. I could practically weep, everything was so fresh and subtly flavorful. Holy mother of god. THIS is pizza.

Good pizza place!! Hardworking people! I loved the upside down slice and if it had basil on it, it'd have been the perfect slice!! Cheese slice was good but not the best I've had. The basil on Grandma slice worked for me!! It was decent! I wanted to try other slices such as penne and shrimp/calamari but I realized those aren't my preference/style of slices. Wanted to try the vodka slice but I couldn't find it amongst all pizzas there. I wish they had labels on those pizzas because I had to ask multiple times. Only a few of them were labelled. If there is only slice I'd recommend, that's the Upside down!

I have had pizza all over nyc and America and this is ok. Di fara’s on J and L & B Spumoni gardens on 86th are way better options. Although the pizza is decent, it gets crowded, you can tell some of the pizza sits for a long time and then they over heat it and the thicker slices can be dry. If you ask questions they can be rude and abrupt. Decent local spot but not my first choice.
