I feared that the service would take a dive and the quality of the food might suffer. After hearing from a colleague about her experience at the new Jersey Mike's near my office, she mentioned that the store is too small, some customers are a bit on edge, and regrettably, the first visit, the server was not pleasant, but her second visit was a little better. With that said, I decided to step out on faith and give it a try. This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's in NYC, specifically the Livingston Street location in Brooklyn. To my delight, the cafe was not too crowded, and the customers were equally cordial and pleasant. I was serviced by Todd. She was very helpful, patient, friendly, and attentive to my order focused on providing service, and she do beautifully! My next server was Diamond. Equally attentive and pleasant and Double-Checked with Todd on a question about my order to make sure that everything flowed and invited me to return. Last but certainly not least, I was checked out by Christian. A cool and calming teammate that delivered quality control to my order, with immediate professionalism, warmth, and kindness. Thank you all for one of the most pleasant experiences ❤️ I look forward to my next visit and will look for you. Take care. PS - I also hope that the corporate office will work on tweaking the operating flow of your cafe. It is too small for such a heavy population of customers, and I believe that such tight quarters place unpleasant hardships on your environmental quality and well-being. Not to mention ongoing complaints from customers who are inconvenienced by the cramped quarters.

Also, every single person who works there is super polite and professional despite all the orders they have coming through. I want to highlight one of the managers there names Diamond, as she has gone above and beyond not just for me, but I have observed her go out of her way for other customers as well. I’m a fan of Jersey Mikes, but this location is hands down one of my favorites.

This is more of a theatrical set than a working restaurant. It appears as if it is open but is never actually open. Update: it’s open! It’s good and everyone who works here is nice. It’s wayyyy too small for the demand so be patient and expect to wait. They could have opened a spot 5 times the size and they would still be busy. No place to eat and no bathroom

This is my second time ever trying Jersey Mikes period.. although it is good... the staff could use a lighter hand with the vinegar and the oil. My sandwich bread is soggy by the time I get back to my office. Otherwise no complaints. I wish this location was bigger its very popular.

Smallest Jersey Mikes in the world, there were 5 people all together, it was tight bro. I ordered 2 Giants stated that it would be ready by 1:18PM, i got there at 1:18 PM it was not ready until 1:40... The young men working there, were very professional though. The bread gets too soggy and disgusting after 5 minutes of walking to a bench down the block.

*Update: Its finally open as of December! I live above it and have never seen a soul in there / it hasn’t changed since May or June, including the meat in the counter window, trash bags on the floor, and a UPS “we missed you” notice on the door. It looks fully set up but it’s all gone untouched for months, like the people just vanished into thin air in the middle of setting up for the grand opening. Very bizarre. Was looking forward to it being an easy place to grab food but nope… not anytime soon anyway.

This place is a mess. No room inside, chaotic and a pretty stressful place to try and order compared to the other 30 Jersey mikes I’ve been to. The sandwich was so haphazardly cobbled together I felt like I was a subway during an earthquake.

Visited on May 19 at 12:47 pm. Ceiling was leaking liquid. Water, sewage? Who knows. Literally leaking onto the food prep area including active slicer. Manager suggested moving slicer over a few inches so slicer wasn’t getting wet with bread. Literally all the was discussed was moving slicer over a bit and employees reporting on what the current “labor percentage “ was. No shutting down store or even cleaning the area. I called the store tonight at 8:40 and asked if ceiling was still leaking and if they are still making food. Employee answered “ yes” to both questions. What the actual hell is going on? 8 hours of an unknown liquid leaking directly into a food preparation area and not closing a store. Absolutely gross, unacceptable. This poor location is cooked. @jerseymikes #jerseymikes. Get this place in order. Literally unbelievable. Proof of visit and call (8 hours later) below. The service here is trash, went for a turkey and bacon sandwich, waited 30 minutes and didn't even get the bacon, while the 2 women made takeout sandwiches and talked over the food the whole time 🤢

Says it's open on maps, showed up and the place is locked up tight. Looks a mess inside, no telling when this place will open up or if it's shut down or what is going on with it. Wasted my lunch break though. Edit: dropped by again 3/10/25 and the store is up and running!

A group of people are very inefficient! If you order food here, you need to be prepared to wait for a long time! The attitude is also bad! Especially the attitude towards the deliverymen who come to pick up the takeaway order is bad! I don't like to talk to them! Maybe we need to change a manager who can manage, so that it will be possible to change the current situation!

I watched the shift manager with gloves on pull up the employee’s sleeve who was making the sandwiches and watched her walk to the back as the other employee was clocking out and she touched the garbage. The employee making the sandwiches asked her to help make my sandwich as he was occupied with another order. I said to her hold on that’s my sandwich your making I just watched you make some unsanitary actions with those same gloves can you change them. She instantly got ghetto and started saying I don’t got time, like she wanted a fight. What kind of leadership is that? I would never eat from this location after what I saw and I advise others to take caution. If the higher ups ever see this comment, and she decides to lie, refer to your camera footage. DISGUSTING!!!

The sandwiches are Jersey Mike. That’s not bad at all if you like these sandwiches. But the staff is absolutely obnoxious super slow and disrespectful- management/owners should fire them all if they want people to come back - shame cause I like the food itself.

I can confirm that this establishment is definitely NOT open. I was looking forward to it being a place where I could buy a sub before going to work, but not this one! I see this happening a lot in NYC these days, a place closes, or never opens, but there's a whole bunch of stuff in the window. In this case it's deli meats.

Two employees inside, the door was locked at 6 PM, no explanation as to why the store is closed. The website and app says it should be open and ready for business.

Terrible service. Ordered ahead of time and the food was supposed to be ready at 5:50. They took an entire line of peoples orders while knowing I was waiting and made me wait until 6:10 while ignoring me.

We ordered from the Jersey Mike's mobile app. When our order arrived, it was completely reversed: right sandwiches, wrong sizes, extras, etc. When we called, the person who took the call tried to blame the delivery service and hung up.
