Really good food, and plenty of parking to get in and out with our trailer still hooked to the truck. Waitress was patient with us taking our dear sweet time to order also. Good experience here all around.

We arrived on a rainy Wednesday afternoon,it was not crowded. Several football screens played the football game. Soup and salad were delicious, sushi was fresh. The Lake Martin Roll & the US280 were awesome. Service was friendly and we will go back.

Excellent first time experience. Salad is amazing. Ordered Orange Chicken with Fried Rice. Amazing as well. My wife ordered Steak and Shrimp. She says it's now her favorite for Asian Food (my wife is Asian). Thank you, Sakura Bistro, for allowing this to be such a wonderful experience for my wife and I.

Decent, but very standard spot. Menu has lots of Japanese and Chinese choices, though many of them come out tasting relatively similar. Pricing and quantity are both very good, and you may go home with a doggy bag. Very good, attentive service and friendly staff.

The sewage smell was horrible in the restroom . The waitress was nice but when you asked for something it was like she had to get approval by the other waitress. WEIRD . The plus was the food was good . The hot & sour soup was delicious .

One More Meal

The establishment's decor was a nice change of pace from most Asian inspired restaurants aesthetic. It looked well thought out and modern with a light feel. The establishment itself wasn't the problem. It was the staff. It seems that they pick and choose the customers who they desire to be patient and polite to. Our table order and our first item that came to the table was incorrect. Immediately after sending back what we did not order. We were greeted with extremely poor customer service. Everything after that point was a lackluster at best. Our server had no problem having her extremities in our food. Our table came to a decision that we no longer wanted to dine there, and since the only thing we had consumed were our beverages. We wanted to just pay for those and be on our way. The staff member insinuated that we had no plans on actually paying for our food. Mind you we ate nothing they brought us. All we consumed was half of our drinks. I gave them 2 stars for the food but to be honest I couldn't even tell you what their food tastes like.

Was seated and the tables were sticky. Waited thirty minutes to order. During this time, three different families were seated. We place our order and I asked for a wet towel to wipe the table explaining how sticky it was with me pealing the menu off the table. The waitress laughed and never brought a wet towel to clean the table. We received our soups and drinks. After 40 minutes and the other three families already eating, we walked out. Explained to the lady at the register and she had know clue what we were saying, barely spoke English.

Floors are sticky. Table is sticky. My booth was falling apart. The wall paint is sloppy. The food is cheaply made. Salad was comprised of good quality lettuce, a few slivers of carrot, and a TON of dressing. My miso soup was made of miso, HUGE green onion pieces, and a mysterious crunchy bit. If those are your things, you'll like it here. We were looking forward to the sushi, but it was even worse than the building hygiene and starters. Ingredients were clearly not fresh and every roll was a struggle to keep down. Fast service was nice.

Appetizers, salads, and food came back to back. The table ended up over crowded and it felt like we were rushed to eat. Also everyone in our party of 3 adults and 1 kid has upset stomach by the time we got home.
