Loved the ambiance, food was absolutely on point. Highly recommend making adventurous choices when ordering from the menu because you will thank yourself you did 😉
Incredible food and hospitality at Levant! The, pide, lahmacun and beyti were 10/10. Don’t skip the baklava and cay before you go. Highly recommend
Omg….absolutely everything we tried was soooo amazing! If this is what the food in Turkey taste like….I’m ready to go to Turkey♥️ Soooooo Good!!! I can’t wait to come back!!!
Such a fun vibe for Valentine’s Day before we went out dancing! The best wait staff and delicious food! Will be back 😍
I really enjoyed this restaurant! I came for the lahmacun and it was truly delicious – full of flavor, even if the portion was a bit on the smaller side. I also tried the kebab and the seasoning was just right, very satisfying. To finish, I had the kunafeh for dessert and it honestly left me speechless – absolutely delightful! The restaurant is clean, the service was friendly and efficient, price are good, quality and the location is great. Parking can be a bit tricky (typical for Los Angeles), but it’s definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!
Levant Mediterranean Restaurant offers an absolutely delightful dining experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming #☆# they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with elegant Mediterranean touches that add to the charm. The food is outstanding and served impressively fast. I highly recommend the lentil soup #☆# it’s comforting, rich in flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The Adana kebab is juicy, spicy, and grilled to perfection. Their pide is freshly baked with a soft, fluffy crust, and the lahmacun is thin, crispy, and bursting with authentic taste. If you’re looking for delicious Mediterranean cuisine with excellent service and a cozy atmosphere, Levant is the place to go!¡... :-)
I have had a lot of Mediterranean food, especially in the Bay Area where there’s a lot of great spot but this place in LA absolutely blew me away. Hands down the best Mediterranean food I have had. Every dish was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and felt incredibly fresh. You can really tell they care about the ingredients and the way everything is prepared. On top of that, the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better with their kindness and attention to detail. If you're looking for authentic, top-tier Mediterranean food with amazing service, this place should be at the top of your list. I'll definitely be coming back!
This charming Mediterranean restaurant, adorned with beautiful Turkish decor, offers a delightful Turkish breakfast. The spread was generous, featuring fresh pastries, flavorful cheeses, olives, and a pot of fragrant Turkish tea. A perfect start to the day, immersing you in the vibrant flavors and ambiance of Turkey. The service was fast and everything was amazing, probably I will be here again
Levant Mediterranean Restaurant hands down one of the best spots I’ve ever been to in LA. The food was unreal, the service was beyond amazing, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this place left me speechless. They literally offered food for free just to make sure we had the best experience. That kind of hospitality is rare. I’ve been to Turkey multiple times, and this place gave me that same authentic, fresh, flavorful vibe maybe even better. You can taste the love in every single dish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly, seated quickly, and taken care of the entire time. The meats were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the rice was soft and full of flavor, and the sides? Absolutely insane. The hummus was probably the smoothest I’ve ever had. Every plate came out looking like a piece of art — but it wasn’t just for show. It tasted even better than it looked. And let’s talk customer service they genuinely care. Not just fake smiles and basic stuff. They made sure we were full, happy, and even brought us extra dishes just to try. Who does that? That’s love. That’s passion. That’s the kind of energy that makes a place unforgettable. The vibe inside is cozy but still elevated. Clean, calm, and really aesthetic without trying too hard. Whether you’re pulling up with family or on a cute dinner date, this spot hits every time. More people need to know about Levant. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. If you’re in LA and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out big time. Go. Like now. We literally ate everything and made sure to bring home any food
Fancy Restaurant with Reasonable Price; What a great time my friends and I had at this restaurant yesterday! The food truly blew us away. Seriously, as a dedicated meat enthusiast, I was incredibly impressed by how fresh and flavorful everything was. They thoughtfully provide fresh, warm bread right from the oven, which is a lovely touch. Be warned though, their dishes are massive! You'll definitely get your money's worth, but try not to over-order unless you're starving. We found the pricing to be quite fair, especially when stacked against other restaurants offering similar cuisine. I will definitely come back again.
I checked out Levant Mediterranean Restaurant last weekend, and it was a pretty nice spot. The place has a chill vibe, kind of like stepping into a cozy Mediterranean hangout without all the fancy stuff. I went for their falafel and shawarma, and they didn’t disappoint. The falafel was crispy on the outside and nice and soft inside, perfect for munching. The shawarma was flavorful without being too intense, just the way I like it. I also tried their hummus, which was creamy and tasty, and the pita bread was fresh and warm. It’s nice when everything on the plate works together like a good team. The service was friendly and quick, no long waits or anything. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and were happy to help if you had any questions about the menu. The prices were reasonable too, which is always a plus when you’re out enjoying a meal. The decor had some cool Mediterranean touches that made the place feel welcoming without trying too hard. It wasn’t packed, so I could relax and actually enjoy my food without feeling rushed. If you’re into Mediterranean food and looking for a solid place to eat, Levant is definitely worth a visit. I’ll probably swing by again to try some other dishes or maybe bring a friend next time. It’s a good spot for a tasty meal without any fuss. Oh, yeah, and parking could be tricky since the restaurant is located right on a busy area of Hollywood Blvd. But plenty of metered parking around.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Turkish restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The waitresses were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply divine! Every dish I tried was bursting with authentic Turkish flavors. We usually end up taking leftovers home, but this time, we couldn't resist. We savored every last bite, and there wasn't a morsel left on our plate. This restaurant is a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another delicious meal!

I really liked this restaraunt. The ambiance was very nice and the atmosphere was very cozy. The lahmajoun was superb and beef pide was very delicious. I didn't catch their names, but the two ladies who waited on my friend and I were very hospitable, kind, and attentative. I appreciated their service. I am looking forward to trying more meals in the near future.
I recently had dinner at this Mediterranean restaurant and was seriously impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was the portion size – they are generous. You definitely get your money’s worth here. My plate was full of perfectly grilled meat, fluffy rice, fresh salad, and warm bread, and I still had leftovers to take home. The kebabs were the star of the night. They were incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor – you can really taste the quality of the seasoning and the care they put into marinating the meat. Every bite had that perfect smoky, grilled taste without being dry or overcooked. The chicken kebab was especially good: moist on the inside with a nice char on the outside. On top of that, the sides were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive without being pushy. The food came out hot and quickly, even though they were fairly busy. If you’re craving Mediterranean food and want big portions with amazing kebabs, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Absolutely adored this restaurant. Tried some new-to-me dishes with the cold appetizer sampler. Ezme salad is so fresh and delicious, as was the octopus - tender and grilled to perfection.
Was craving kebab and muhammara so I searched and decided to give this place a go. Delicious food and nice staffs, the atmosphere & decor of the restaurant was cozy too I liked it. I thought I’d save up half of the kebab plate for later but I ended up eating all. The bread that came with muhammara was delicious too.
I had a great experience at Levant Mediterranean Restaurant. The food was excellent fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every dish tasted authentic and had amazing quality. The service was also outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit.

Place is gorgeous. Food was excellent. Danny was an amazing server! Gives honest menu suggestions and thoughtful conversation. Come for the food, great service, and beautiful decor/ambiance.
Our server, Danny, went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. They ensured we had everything we needed and made our food experience special.

The best place to enjoy the food with your family and friends. They have variety of foods that you don’t want to miss. I love it and highly recommend to give it a try. Customer service is amazing and very clean and neat place to spend time with your family and enjoy your moment.
The ambiance is really nice here!! I am glad we checked this place out as we don't have many turkish options in San Diego. We loved the lentile soup!!! it is just like the ones in turkey. We got the adana kebab, i appreciated the charcoal taste, but still far from Adana kebab.. food portions are smaller, but good thing we ordered bunch of things and shared.. unfortunately they were out of tea which was a bummer for the addicte that i am..
Ok so I really really like this place... and we used to love this place. The food has changed a little recently. It's still really good, but it was phenomenal. They seem to be moving more towards a more-californian and less-traditional interpretation of the cuisine, which will likely give them a much broader reach... so good for them, it's just less aligned with my personal tastes. We'll still come and dine, especially when we're in the area.

Food quality is definitely worse than before. Service is terrible, I assume they didn't care about dine in customers because it's Monday. Also it took a long time to bring the food. Lahmacun is very good. Calling a customer from behind to pay 3 teas after the customer paid their bill with a generous tip is very rude. Especially after a long time not being attended. So please try to do better, I remember you were better before.
Hmm, it's tough to give a review like this , but I think an honest assessment of our experience at Levant is needed. First of all, thank you Obi the Manager for taking care of us, your service to take care of what happened is exemplary. I wish I can say about your servers. Now on to what happened. My friend is highly gluten-intolerant and allergic to the point that she can get bed-ridden. For our beef and chicken kebab plate, my friend asked if there's any wheat gluten, and our waitress mentioned the bugur has wheat while the rice doesn't. So all seems like all is well, but when we got our plate and we started eating, she discovered that there is a flat bread underneath, which does have wheat. This really alarmed her and because of what can happen to her, she had to force herself to throw up. Yes, that's how bad her condition is. To Obi's credit, he was overly gracious and apologetic (way more than our waitress), and he offered to have our dinner on the house. Unfortunately, more things fell through the cracks with service, and for a quiet Sunday night, things like water refill came out slowly, and they forgot both the hummus and our dessert kenafeh. It wasn't just our table since the table next to us also had a hard time getting the attention of our waitress who regularly had her back to the service floor. Finally, by the time my friend got her kebab plate, she already lost her appetite. We asked for the kenafeh dessert to be split in the to go box, and that's when my friend had to ask again if the kenafeh is gluten-free, and Obi wasn't sure, so he asked the other two waitresses. The one who was serving us shockingly said it's not gluten free, except when we first ordered at the beginning, she said it was gluten free, which is why we ordered it. She denied saying that even though both of clearly remembered that when we asked about each dessert. Not only that, but she rolled her eyes at us right in front of the manager. And that's when we just had to leave because now this has turned into a shouting match. It's one thing if someone doesn't know all the ingredients but of they are not sure about allergies, they should ask someone else. Service is such a critical part of any dining experience, and Levant did not do great. As for the food, it was alright. The babaganoush was probably the best thing, but the kebab was underseasoned, and for me, blandness is a Cardinal Sin.
Absolutely recommended. Best Mediterranean in LA. I ordered lentil soup, beyti, lahmacun, maza plate, kazandibi, all perfect and delicious.Waitress was polite and fast as well Update I visited again today 4/5/2025. We couldn’t see any eggs in the menemen—it was just diced tomato being served as menemen. The pide wasn’t as delicious as it used to be either. The service was still good, but the chef in the kitchen had definitely changed. Unfortunately, the flavors are not the same anymore. Also, the food from the kitchen was coming out very late. We had to wait a long time. This needs to be fixed urgently.

Portion size was small. Beef sish kabab was chewy. Sandwich was very basic just filled with cheese. The server didn’t even came to refill the water. Had to call them for check. When they asked how was the food and we expressed that it was okay. Their response tone was more confronting than apologizing or understanding. Never coming back. Spend $60 for an entree and two appetizer. It sucks to leave a restaurant with empty stomach.
