Great Charbroiled Burgers. Don't go here if you don't like burnt food, hence the chard not really burnt like others make it seem. Good old-fashioned grilled burgers. Dinner without the atmosphere. Been coming to Queens for 30 years now. The food is top tier and the cooks know my order so even when I forget to ask for it a certain way he double checks. The service has always been amazing whether ordering in person or on the phone. The atmosphere is good but of course it is a smaller place so there's limited seating. Overall, I would recommend this spot over any other spot in the Valley.

My 1st time going & definitely won't be my last. Food was hot 🔥 Fries were well seasoned & my double cheeseburger was hot and didn't taste like it was heated up in a microwave. Grilled chicken on my salad was nice & juicy. Was very pleased with my order.

Amazing burgers, serves cheap affordable food and has some friendly staff. But often has a long wait for food, especially on weekends. The restaurant also often has specials on the menu for its famous burgers. Theres tables outside to eat if the inside is too crowded. Its a great place for groups and i recommend the cheeseburgers and fries.

Queen's is one of the best burger spots in the valley. It is definitely a valley relic. If you haven't been you are missing out. I have been coming to Queen's for over 20 years and it is always a great choice. From the burgers to the delicious breakfast burritos to the Gyros. You definitely want to check this spot out. Plenty of parking out back and service is top tier and fast.

When I found this place I was so happy. The food is very good and good prices. My favorite is the ham breakfast sandwich. The people are very nice and I like the convenience of ordering on my phone. May be small but the burgers are great, I think they rival in n out. I always get the hamburger special with seasoning on the fries and a Coke float. Don't forget to get an extra thousand island dressing for your fries.

First time trying it after people recommended it and said the burgers were quite tasty. Well for sure the fries were good and the Bacon Cheeseburger did not disappoint but I still can't say it was one of the best burgers I have tried. It's decent and has that feel good homemade feeling so will I come back? Why not. 😊

2/02/2025 I tried their monster burger and it was really good. The place is old and it wasn't busy when I came but the burger was great. Oh yeah, there is also a phone booth next to it (in front of "Lavanderia") that reminded me of the early 2000 so I gave this place 5 star for the food, 5 star for service, and the atmosphere is 3 star.

This is place has amazing cheeseburgers and fries. Recently they have not made the orders right. In my experience they did not put meat in the cheeseburger or they forgot to put a cheeseburger in my order. So I would recommend to check your order before leaving the restaurant. Really needs new workers some less disrespectful.

It was ok. I had a Postmates order. They don't tell you where to pick up your order. They have two open windows, but pick up is where you place your order and it's crowded with people ordering. They also squeeze every item into one tiny bag. But other than that they're nice.

Food is great, the employees are great...certain customers though, may have to do take out. Its not because Queens lacks space. Certain customers need to take their little worlds with them and away. Going back to Queens, burgers are pretty damn good. Fries a little easier on the seasoning, but aside from that, still good. Their pastrami not sure what it is, but its better than The Hat, IMHO. Plenty of seating and also eat outdoors. Been here at least 6x, was referred by a previous patient.

I stopped by here this morning to get a breakfast burrito. I looked at their menu beforehand on their website and instagram page. So I knew I wanted a steak breakfast burrito. They were not busy at all and I was able to park in the front, just know if you do park in the front then it might be harder to exit because Osborne is a busy street. I ordered from their outside window since it said to order there. The older man working took my order and asked if I wanted chesse. I asked if it was extra and he said it's included so I did. It didn't take long for my burrito to come out, like maybe 5 minutes. When I got home, I ate it and thought it was okay. There not much flavor to the steak and the salsa wasn't my favorite. I had Pico de gallo at home so it helped out a lot to making it taste better. You also get more potatoes than steak in the burrito so maybe next time, I'll try their burger instead since my friend speak highly of this place.

Love the food and love that's its local. The service is fast, but sometimes that means they over look things which is why I'm taking off one star. Ordered 2 specials and a side order of chili cheese fries. They asked if I wanted to replace the fries that came with the special with the chili cheese fries and I said no. That the chili cheese fries were extra on the side. When I got my order they gave me one order of fries and one order of chili cheese fries. I also ordered one of my burgers without onions and both had onions. Overall a good place for a quick bite!

Food is pretty good but now your paying gourmet prices for a cheeseburger and fries there prices are atleast a 2 dollars more then they were 6 mounts ago on each item

I used to love this place growing up. The food is good and I know half the staff, but lately its more about the money than the customer service. They are rude. Last time they gave me left over orders. I hate to say this but this place ain't really worth it no more.

Maybe if you're ordering 1 meal or two, the service will be faster and the food will be hotter. We had an order for 8 people, 6 breakfast burritos (chorizo , sausage and bacon) they come with hash browns and cheese, salsa on the side.. the burger had too much sauce my ham sandwich was soggy in one part. Took over 30 minutes to get out food , so my best guess is that they made them, let them sit while they made the rest of our order. Meanwhile, many others, came, ordered, got their food and left. We waited and waited, kept saying it's coming. Paid about $70, food was just okay, nothing super special.

The fries were burnt and they charge $1 for refill this is Stupid! Horrible customer service. The workers there are not professional and when you call to place an order, they either hang up on you or make funny noises. They are ridiculous! I ordered a Gyro because was showing Giro on the menu by the window. I paid $20 for the gyro menu and when I open the box in my truck it made with hamburger meat in slices, not gyro meat. Can you imagine that ? that’s not a gyro that’s a hamburger. If I wanna take hamburger meat, I’ll order the hamburger not the gyro. That’s what happened when Mexican’s is trying to sell Greek style food. Is selling you fake menu. Why don’t you stick to your Mexican food and live out the other nationality style food?
