I placed a online order yesterday afternoon, 4/7 - a order of 30 boneless wings. Unfortunately my doordash driver didn’t show up with my food, quite rude. I called the restaurant and they arranged to remake the order. Appreciate the service whoever worked that day/shift!😎👍🏼
Staff was awesome, woman's bathroom was clean and maintained, tables were clean and not sticky and the overall store was clean and well maintained. They also accept the EBT hot meal program. Great experience and recommend this location. Thanks ladies and gentlemen for your awesome service.
I Love 💘 Spicy Wings 🍗 Mango Habanero is my all time favorite flavor. I come here whenever I am craving Chicken Wings. They never fail to satisfy my cravings. The cashier's are always very friendly & polite. There isn't a line and the wait once you order your food isn't bad at all. I tried there Mango Habanero The for the first time a few months ago. And I was very satisfied with the savory tasty flavor. I also love there fries 🍟 they are very delicious. I highly recommend you come here for a meal sometime with family or friends. You can also enjoy a sport's game while eating your food.
I usually order from wings too whenever I can’t find time to make something at home. The wings are always ready for me to pickup around 15-20 minutes from ordering. Very fast service.

I stopped by this Wingstop today to pickup my online order. I got the 10 piece classic wings with the medium sauce and also their seasoned fries. I selected a pickup time and came to the store at that time. My order was ready at the exact pickup time and the customer service was great. My wings and fries were delicious. I found parking easily since I came before the afternoon.

First visit back, since the pandemic. Neighborhood is still a dump, but not surprised. Wings are still the same and service was good from the new staff.
My order was perfect. Wings done well and wet. Fries done medium. Great service. Will come back again. Take care.
Placed an online order and came in almost exactly "on time" to pick up, according to the app. Was told it would be about 8 minutes... they were very busy. No problem! About 25 minutes later a different employee comes out and asks what order I'm waiting on since probably 10 customers had been served since I arrived. I give her my name and my order is just sitting there on the shelf, ready to go. I had been sitting there for ages for no reason.... very annoying. Everyone was friendly and I enjoyed the music and the food was fresh and delicious so one star lost for the waiting but otherwise a great location :)
1st of all I love their ranch! I order food from here atleast 1x a week. Never disappointed. Employees are friendly especially Stephanie. She has taken my order several times and is always very friendly and seems like a great employee. The place looks clean. Update: food is still good, but the service has not been great...
Most of the time its been great👍🏽- several times we've had not so good items from here...(theVan Owen1 is bomb)I think it all depends on crew, orders, how week went(busy/slow)- if food has been there long- delivered recently, (we've received old veggies/fries& soggy/fatty-wings b4😐😞) Online U have the option 2 get extra crispy- it seems as if mostly gets done regular....We've always stuck 2 the basics- bbq, hot wings& mango habanero🔥🌡️🥵💀- thats boys 4 ya, I can't barely handle bbq- my nose runs😬 ❤️

One of the cashier's seem to have an attitude when I ask for a change in my order while I ordered my meal's . Made me a lil uncomfortable. Other then that the food was great😊😋

The food is always delicious but their customers service is horrible! My family has ordered from here many times and they never have the food ready on time. You'll have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to have your food ready. Also you'll have to double check your food because we are always missing food from our order.
Dirty eating/drinks area, slow service, and they get our order wrong(twice)! Worst service Ive received at a wingstop to date, definitely will not be going back to this store.
Every time I go there for online pickups I always end up having to come back because they gave me the wrong order. Other than that the wings are good.
Come here for the wings because my middle School kid likes it. Cashier had a nasty attitude my son is use to give tips and he asked her while ordering if they had a jar she answered with a look like I don't need any. Also while ordering. I asked her for 20 boneless wings and her response was I'm sticking to protocol. Answered first to my questions. 10 min wait which was understanding but while waiting everyone notice that cashier was sympathy to guys. Seriously girl. You are the face of a company. Time in 4:20pm. I've eaten here a few times and the chicken is always soaked in oil, like they don't dry it after deep-frying. Even when getting the chicken sandwich, the bottom bun will be soggy and full of oil. Kinda nasty but still tastes good, just need extra paper towels to absorb all the extra oil.
The customer service definitely needs a change! There was a young girl who I can’t remember her name because she didn’t have a name tag but she had big lashes and her skin tone was medium dark well she had really bad customer service. First off all she rudely said can I get your name first and after I told her and gave her my order she didn’t give me my cup well fast forward I got my food but noticed I didn’t have my cup so when I asked her nicely she said hold on very rudely… and just her tone was so nasty.. I I understand working in a fast food is very stressful but don’t take it out on the nice customers.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service there was lady that refused to give me MY FRIES. She said,“You probably already ate them” just because of my weight? I understand I weigh 400 pounds but there is no reason to say such thing Terrible 1 star.
I was waiting for my regular combo almost 25 min! I asked manager like “ how long more do I suppose to wait?” She didn’t tell me “sorry”, she sad just “there is your food, almost” . Crazy… I will never come here again
Horrible experience. My food was ordered online, when i got there it wasn't ready. I asked a guy like 15 mins later where was my order he said it wasnt ready, i see everyone else getting their orders but me. I asked again after everyone after me got theirs there was a bag that was sitting the for like the entire time i was there. Turns out it was mine. The food fries were soggy and cold by the time i got home and the wings were disgusting seems like the took them off the friar and jut tossed them in the boz and threw seasoning on top. Never again will i eat wing stop.

Overrated! They don't use napkins, just sand paper. Not kidding. Keep in mind that you will be charged for extra sauce. I prefer Hot Wings Cafe! You get more for your money! Alot cleaner and much better customer service. Not recommending this establishment!
Worst customer service. Waited for an hour for my food when it was just sitting there. When I asked for it they told me it wasn't ready yet, now I get to eat cold wings yay.
I came in and order for take out at 11:08pm by this time no more ice in the fountain drink..the girl that took my order began to sweep the front..but never once check to see if my order was ready..knowing i had ordered take out..other employee came up to the cashier and saw me waiting but none of them even asked me if im being help already so a guy came to pick up his take out order so i asked the cashier if my order was ready by this time its about 11:28pm..he checked and it has been ready but just left on the shelf with other orders waitting to be picked up..i got the bag didnt even go home really hungry so i sat in my car with my wife eating..the french fries is all soft i cant tell that its been baked or what..instead of tossing the wings in sauce it cames soaked in sauce 2 tenders was all soft 1 tender was really hard to bite into like its old or over cooked..for cajan sauce the only thing you can taste is tobassco..should have known its the only opened til midnight..no surprise there..i wouldnt come back to this location..what happen now a day...people dont really take pride in their work anymore..
Maria was a very rude cashier, when handed a 50 dollar bill she refused to take it stating she had no change. She asked another cashier and she scoffed saying she didn't have money. We had to go to another store to get change. When we came to pick up our order the other cashier Kimberly is the name I believe snatched the money from my hand, I specifically told her it was a dine in order and she packed it to go. Then Maria kept bumping into me when I was eating. I have decided to never come here again as the service has been disgusting.
Gave it one star because the grading system forced me to in order to write a review. The food is great the staff decent but all of this amounts to zero if you can’t deliver on your promise to deliver. The Postmates /DoorDash apps suck on this poor side of town. I guess neither Wing Sop nor DoorDash gives a damn about the quality of service they provide to ALL of the public. Spendind hours on a computer to make the App work and calling the store to only be sent on a wild goose chase with ghost numbers is unacceptable. This kind of treatment would never happen in Valencia. No the businesses respect their clientel there. White people dont put up with that BS so why are we? Our money spends just like theirs. Wake up people!!! We run the world. Until you Wingstop and your partner fix the problem of the delivery App I won’t order from your store and will encourage EVERYONE I see and know to do the same. I will even go as far as to say I believe the concerns of your customers in Pacoima are not as important or pressing as those of their White patrons in upscale areas pay attention Wingstop: Black people almost put Denny’s out of business. Get it together
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Solely on customer service or the lack thereof. Their personalities are so flip and non caring and when you call them on it their answers become robotic. It makes me ask. "You think you should get paid how much for your service?"😅🤣😂
So upset! Placed an order at this location, Employee that answered the phone (Stephanie) was rude and sounded like she didnt want to be at work. Visit this location numerous of times and never had an issue, Food is great as always but this employee needs training or look for another job. Hopefully Wingstop address this issue immediately!
I don't know if any of you guys have dealt with my situation everytime my husband or I go... we get our order completely mixed up... I like bone and my husband and kid don't... so we're always specific... most of the time it's the same order... and we go there at least every other week... until now... we finally decided to call it quits... I live about 4 miles from this location and to be driving back to get my order fixed is too much... and then all the questions they ask like if we were thieves... really I got my receipt in hand and the food not eaten... does it sound like I'm trying to fool anyone... why don't you prioritize on getting my food right instead... ugh... unacceptable... it's ok if you do it once in a while... but almost every order... complete fail on management there...

Yesterday, It was an horrible experience I would not go back to that location Wingstop in Pacoima near the food 4 Less they forgot my food so I went all the way back to make a complain in after wards I enter out the door the security guard was rude in wanted to fight me because I spoke my mind trying to bully me unprofessional I felt threatened for my life I would not recommend it 😞 Im never going back.
I ordered my favorite wings today I ordered them for take out and it said it would’ve taken 20 min to be ready. So I got there in 15 min and when I got there the cashier looked at me with a disgusted face, I was confused. Then I asked about my wings I was polite and she was talking so loud like she was screaming at me I felt so uncomfortable plus all that it took another 40 min for my wings to be ready. Honestly will never go to that wingstop ever again.
I ordered online and placed a delivery order but they sent me an incomplete order. I called the store and they stated that they had the rest of my order at the store and offered me to go pick it up, even though I had paid for delivery. That was not a solution for me. Now, I will have just soda and ranch as dinner for me and my family.

Workers are racist and have no respect for the elderly. I placed my order online for pickup and even showed up 20 minutes early! I walked in with my grandpa who is hard of hearing and uses a cane to keep balance while walking. (keep in mind we are both very melanated individuals) I asked them about my order and the tall man scuffed at me and rolled his eyes. My grandad kept asking me what happened with our food and I tried to explain as best as possible that we would have to wait as they didn’t even start our order yet. As they were in the back cooking the food, I kept hearing the workers make monkey noises and even saw one walk around as if they were crippled imitating my sweet old grandad! I will never come back to this disgusting establishment.
Wing stop is my favorite restaurant. I was having a very wonderful day and was vey happy that I was going to eat wing stop on my birthday.😋 I order my food and patiently wait and about 30 minutes pass and i still don’t receive my order. I asked the rude cashier at the counter if my order was almost ready. I respectfully told them that i never received my order but they said i had already gotten it. They accused me of thing i did not do.They basically called me a fat lard and said that I had already gotten my food and that I was trying to get free food. They saw that I am a BIG person and they were like nah this fatty is just tryna trick us. I was very upset that i could not get my wings and that i had wasted time and money. My birthday was ruined and i will most likely never eat at this establishment again. This is hands down my worst birthday experience. Being fat and proud ain’t easy cause people like at wing stop make you feel like you have no meaning in this world other than eating.

I called the store to deliver the correct order and was told by the manager Anthony that they do not deliver and that I have to contact Doordash to deliver and he can give me store credit. I advised him I did not order through Doordash. I ordered through the wingstop website directly. He continued to advise me that I had to do this or pick up the order or he would give store credit. I finally agreed to pick up the order as speaking with him was exhausting and unprofessional. He did not offer to do anything regarding the delivery fees. After hanging up with him, I decided not to pick up the food as it probably would have been tainted following our poor interaction and got Wingstreet delivered instead.
