This Wing Stop hits everytime that I go there! The Chicken Sandwich combo is great value and is a very underrated chicken sandwich in the game. I always get mine in Louisiana Rub 😉

Always a great spot to get those classic wings you want. Everyone is always nice and giving good service. Sometimes it’s busy but that’s expected when you want some good wings.

Food is served fast and it’s cook to perfection . The wingstop team is polite and my personal favorite they have such a clean store. I am Latino and for the Spanish speaking people they speak Spanish too . Thank you wingstop !!(:

This wing stop is the best in the surrounding area. They have friendly front line staff that got me my food as soon as possible. The lady at the register was so friendly and polite and got my food out ASAP. Food was fresh and fries were not stale. I live in Napa and specifically come to this location.

The best Wingstop experience I've ever had. Cesar V was an excellent person, taking my order, cleaning the table, giving me answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet but was going to. Then the food! The wings were perfectly cooked and crispy, the fries perfectly salted and done. The place itself is very clean, and as mentioned before when I went to sit down it was cleaned on the spot for me. Bravo to everyone working, the chefs, other workers, and a huge, huge shoutout to Cesar V! I will be coming back for sure, and recommend to give them a try if you have a chance.

The guy on aux was very clearly based and having a good day, Without You by Spooky Black was playing, the vibes were awesome and contagious, highly recommend and enjoy this location.

Been to a few Wingstops and this is a pretty good one in my opinion. Service is quick and the quality is consistent they always hook it up for big sporting events. DEFINITELY BETTER than the Napa location good lord.

Good customer service, food was tasty. The restaurant was understaffed in the kitchen. Needs both registers open also an expediter to manage take out orders and flow of the entire operation. I think they're somewhat on track to be better but still, have room for improvement.

The service at this wingstop was good. The bone in chicken never has enough seasoning at this wingstop. They are always way too light. If there's a closer wingstop then definitely go to the other one. They'd be decent if they regularly seasoned their chicken enough. Maybe most of their customers don't like seasoned food.

Not a great place but then you don't have much options around. Try the Korean saice, it was good.

It my favorite place for wings. This place gets very busy anytime after 4:00pm so expect to wait longer than you are told. 30 min equals 45min wait. Otherwise this is a great place. Don't get too comfortable with the staff as there is a high turnover. This could be the reason for the extra waiting time. Still my favorite place for wings regardless of the wait time. I do recommend for lunch.

This location never seems to understand customer care. Tables always need to be bussed. Wait is typically longer than in the past. Most noticeable is that the employees have an “I wish I didn’t have to work here” attitude. I would look into a training program or maybe find another “wing stop” that gets great reviews and find out what they are doing. Food tastes good and it’s the only close wing stop. If there were another wing choice I would stop coming here. Owners should really make some changes. Hasn’t been a pleasurable experience for me for quite some time. / Local resident.

Food is good but everytime i order they always forget the fries, they should make it easier for the person bagging the order to not miss the darn fries. It was the first time i ordered to be delivered and i received my order with 2 large orders of fries missing. And when i call the options are to either go get them or get a refund nothing to compensate them having sent my order with items missing ahd making me drive to get them. If i order for pick up i end up having to wait an extra 10 to 15 minutes while i wait for them to make my fries that they missed. Will probably try another location and see if its the location thats the problem or just the company values that are not up to standard.

Does this look like lemon pepper, I even tipped you. The corn was mushy the chicken over fried, the only thing that was good was the Root beer. If you want good wings don't go on Saturday night.

The service is usually really slow and not always friendly. Even when we order online we still end up waiting another 20+ minutes after our pick up time for our food. And any time we have spoken to the manager she has argued with us instead of fixing the problem. With all of that being said, the food is always good. The food quality is great, but the customer service needs a lot of work.

Yea.. AVOID THIS WINGSTOP AT ALL COSTS.. I came made an online order to avoid the wait.. said it'll be ready at 7:51pm. came in at 8pm.. they said they don't put the wings into the fryer until we get there.. what is the point of having an online order??? then we waited 30 minutes for our order.. to get cold fries and wings..??? Just save your money and go somewhere else. The employees seemed lazy as well.. not much life to them and the service horrible.

If I could give this place NO STARS I would. I ordered my food online 40 minutes before getting off work so it would be ready on time. Wingstop app does not allow you to pay througb the app with anything but a gift card which I did not have. So I had to select the "Pay at Restaurant" option. I get to the restaurant thinking my food, which cost me OVER $65.00 would be ready and the cashier tells me that they tried to call me to verify my payment because my order was more than $30 and that its policy that they don't make the food without payment. I showed her my call log. NO MISSED CALLS!!!!! Not to mention, it NEVER stated that on my confirmation. It said that my food would be ready in approximately 23 minutes!!!! So now I have to wait 2hrs to get my family's food!!!! THIS IS COMPLETE AND UTTER BS. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Ordered ahead of time and we were supposed to have our order ready at 2:15 and waited till almost 3 o’clock and people that had ordered way after us got their food first, had to ask for a refund just so my boyfriend wouldn’t be late going back to his job. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

The person who served me was on the phone. I came from Napa for the service, and it was worse. I placed my order before three people, and theirs came out first.

We love wing stop but the service is bad! Almost every time we have ordered food here they forget to add something or get our order wrong?? How hard is it to listen, type in the computer and execute the order?? Maybe staff needs more training to provide a better service.

It seemed there was no manager. All young kids goofing about in the kitchen. My takeout took twice as long to get as quoted. My sandals kept coming off because they were sticking to the floor as someone spilled something and it wasnt cleaned up. No trashcan in the entire establishment. This is what without a manager on the floor.

they were unwilling to fix wrong order i was told i would have to repay if i wanted correct order. food went to waste can and 20 something dollars down the drain. this is the way business goes down the drain when you treat loyal customers in this way. now i wont return to this location. good thing most wing stops are separately owned

Their online order and over the phone has been off for the past month and a half now. Yes, their wings are great, don't get me wrong! Driving all the way from Napa to american canyon is a drive, especially when you're on a time crunch from for my work break. I have yet to have an order that is ready to go when ordered at least thirty min in advance. Also, they have yet to compensate for all their mess up this past month.

While waiting to order, two other patrons came back to the counter to complain that their orders were wrong. That should’ve been a hint. I ordered mild and Cajun wings and received Cajun and Parmesan wings. I ate one of the Cajun wings before I noticed the order was wrong. Took the wings back up to get my order corrected. They replaced the parm with the mild wing and then put MFing atomic sauce on my Cajun wings. Super spicy and I couldn’t eat them. Also every table they had inside was covered in trash, so we had to eat outside. Better off going to a different location or just eating bologna at home.

Wings are below average in taste. The phone & online ordering is the worst if you order them for 5:00 & show up at 5:30 you still have to wait 20-30 min. Floors & tables are always dirty. And last night after work 8/16/2018 at 11:00 I went in to get food they said they where closed already even though the sign says open till midnight. Kind of expencexp for super salty below avragav wings. Rude unknowledgeable staff.

Ordered online and when we went to pick up it wasn’t ready. Tried to say we had made 2 orders when she called and said she would be canceling one since our order was over $30. They sold beer to what looked like two minors, didn’t even ask them for ids and they walked out of the establishment with an open beer bottle in hand. Not sure what kind of establishment does that.

Very bad, not worth the $42 for the 30pcs Family Boneless!! After spending over 40 minutes waiting for our order we received 30 chunks of dry fried chicken and a little box of "fried potatoes" hard to call French fries, that you can't even keep one straight up... Not sure why they open a business if are unable to provide a good service, only one person cooking to satisfy a lot of orders! If you're going to order do it online and wait 30-40 minutes to pick it up!! Not recommended!!

I don't expect workers to be delighted to see me but they all ignore you and/or look at you like you are crazy. The woman in the glasses full-on ignored me. I assume she's the manager because she is very abrasive and disrespectful and screams out your name when your order is ready but then looks at you crazy when you try to confirm it is yours. Don't expect to be able to pick up your food swiftly despite a designated pick up area because no one will assist you. I do enjoy the food but if you expect to be treated like a human being, maybe don't come here,

Called in order waited 20 min in store after cashier told me he was off and stood there for 5 min. While the 1 of 2 other employees busy cooking had to stop to bring me up. Food was over cooked. This place used to be great and worth a short wait. Seems to have gone way down will try again hope my experience will be better. Especially after spending over $50 for some overcooked boneless wings.

Kitchen looks like it doesn't get cleaned. Same goes for the rest of the place. Orders take way to long to come out of the kitchen. Their 15 minutes is 45 in real time. But looking at previous reviews No change made by owner of this location. Young kids with a don't give attitude running it.

Worst experience I've ever had at Wingstop in American Canyon, CA. The kid who took my order was completely rude and dismissive. Other customers came in to pick up online orders and he was very polite to them. I assume he was pissed because I came in to order. The order took over 40 minutes, and he saw my husband and me waiting directly outside on the bench (in the dark and cold) and didn't bother to tell us our order was on the counter. The fries were overcooked, old and rubbery. The wings were ok but the entire experience put a terrible taste in my mouth. I will NOT be returning.
