First time I had a good Dunkin coffee ever... Plus they have interesting designs on the donuts and lastly the staff are kind and they know their product well

The donuts were amazing! Just as good as i imagined. Unfortunately there is only a little space to sit down with a cup of coffee or tea but if you are going to take them with you - it is your best pick. Delicious!

Fantastic donuts all kind of flavours . Not enough space in our tiny to try all. Prices are reasonable .And good quality of products . Also available are tins which you can use for take away or the normal boxes .

Lovely place to get breakfast in Amsterdam. Reasonably priced and delicious. Don't try the cold brew lemonade, it's not worth it. Everything else was great though!

Surprisingly great. I came in here to try find a free toilet and I found it!! The holy grail. A FREE TOILET IS IN THIS RESTAURANT (and it’s quite a nice one.) I also got a donut which was delicious but a bit pricey. Come here if you need to go to the bog. And get a nice Donut.

The workers were really nice! We had a question about an order and they decided to give us a discount 🥰 it cost almost 10€ less! We got the 6 donuts pack and all of them were amazing in their own way. They all had different topping but also their insides were different. Even if you think you don't like donuts I'd recommend it

I went to dunking donuts on Thursday September 11th. De donuts were pretty mid, a bit too sweet.. the service however, there was a girl there named Aaliyah working. Very nice and chill girl. She was quick,offered great service and was straight to the point with any questions. 10/10 would revisit!

A wide selection of donuts 🍩 the dough is soft as pillow! A good place to sit down for a while after shopping (right in the shopping street). Only downside: depending on the toppings, it can get messy to eat. But free napkins nonetheless:)

When I was eating here it was like being in America again. Thanks for the lovely donuts, the coffee was, sadly, not so nice. But that's not where dunkin donuts is famous for.

A typical Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 nice variety of donuts and coffee, friendly staff and Dunkin’ merchandise. A bit small and therefore always crowded. You have to be lucky to find a place to sit.

Yum donuts, standard Dunkin Donuts quality. Stroopwafel the best one! It's a local flavor. Too bad they run out of flavors and there for have little choice every now and then.

Huge line, think it's been that way since opening. But the staff are quick about getting people through. Now if people could just make up their mind quicker about what doughnuts they want. Clean, well stocked. Only reason for 4 stars is that I've been 3 times and they still don't have the Nitro Coffee working. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Delicious vegan coffee and donuts! It's good that they have 6 different vegan donuts, but the aim should be to bake and decorate EVERY donut to a vegan recipe - nothing would be lost in flavour/texture but a lot would be gained in terms of Dunkin becoming a more environmentally friendly and ethical company.

Nice people and nice service and really quick even tho it was crowded. The toilet was kinda dirty though but very nice. Also very strangely someone robbed them by taking the tip jar but didnt succeed but I think still had some of the money, so that was sad. But please do tip them cause the service was great

This is definitely not your typical Dunkin’ Donuts in the United States. A large variety of specialty donuts, orders only taken at the kiosk, and no real customer service or smiles here (but that’s fairly typical European 😊). Great news: free bathroom available here which is a luxury in Europe while out and about 😀

I tried 2 types and both taste fresh and not to fatty. The rocky road was super sweet. The blueberry cheese cake was great! Not to sweet great flavor! Coffee was OK and not to over priced. I think the people that complained about dryness were there during opening week when they were still working the bugs out and trying to mass produce in such a small space!

Nothing special just standard donuts with different toppings and fillings. I had high expectations but it was just ok, not a wow factor! Also they are using too much sugar!

Coffee had strong burnt taste. Restroom was not working. The vegan donut was excellent.

Their donuts never fail, they're improving the service and that's highly appreciated but there is a lot of room for improvements regarding that matter. The coffee is not their best product.

The doughnuts are far too expensive for what you get. A doughnut of similar quality can be bought at Lidl for 25% of the money. Dunkin' Donuts chief advantage is its greater variety. Dunkin' Donuts used to have a store at Schiphol, they boasted a much greater quality then and bigger sizes. In the US they still have this higher standard. The shops in the Netherlands must have adjusted for local tastes and lost what made them a brand name in the process

Was looking for the iced coffee but was offered cold brew instead. Donut was too sweet for my taste despite having worked for the brand. I suppose the preference is as such in this past of the world. Staff was friendly nonetheless.

Pretty terrible DD. Nothing like the one’s in the US. These overseas branches are so gimmicky and much lower quality. Why are the only donut options covered in ridiculous toppings? No plain? No glazed? No Boston cream?

Was expecting something great. Never been to one and was disappointed. Basically it's an overpriced donut I could get at home for cheap.

Ordered a drink, staff was horsing around and the girl at the till clearly didn't want to be there. 5-10 minutes go by and I asked about my drink and she said it's on its way but clearly noone was making anything. A rush of people then came in and another few minutes of me standing waiting at the counter when they realised my order wasnt even on the screen, so the guy upgraded my drink size for the wait.

I avoid this place as it's always extremely busy and they never have the full donut selection. You can't even have a relaxed sitting time enjoying your coffee and the donut that you just bought. The staff are very friendly and helpful though.

We did not eat there. The screens were so slow we couldn’t finish the order. And the lady told us “you have to order through screen”. We said it’s slow and we can’t find some of the doughnuts. She wasn’t helpful, and look annoyed, so we left.

These are crappy donuts... if you're from SF and have had Happy Donuts then you know what a amazing, fluffy (well for plain sugar donuts) great donuts are all about... as an aside you'll see a lot Dutch giving 5 stars... note the Dutch know as much about taste and food as I do about brain surgery... good food is just not in their culture so it's not their fault (though I do know not to comment on brain surgery).

This Dunkin' Donuts was not good at all as a first experience I received a lot of impossibilities. The donut I wanted was out of stock the coffee was out of stock and the cleanliness of the store was very poor. The glass was broken and seating was limited. It wasn't a great first impression at all.

Dry. Fake chocolate (imitation). Overpriced. Overall, very disappointing.. We have better donutshops in the Netherlands, they just need to expand asap.

My message is to Dunkin Donut management. There is a problem with the customer facing employees. Every shop I visit, I deal with extra rudeness and unhappiness including Central Station, Beethovenstraat, Rembrantplein and here in Dam. I do not think anymore that this is a problem of single employee. It should be management, HR problem. Either you dont treat them well or don’t educate them enough. I like the coffee but this is my last visit.

Since the time my girlfriend and me got the VIP cards, it has never been a problem for one of us come and grab donuts for both. Not a single question was asked. Now, they require coming in personal and bringing IDs because of fraud... I understand presence of fraud in the system, but this should've been regulated from the day 1! Now, it is just a random change in the rules of the game extremely annoying for the existing loyal customers. Very dissatisfying.

Today 09-07-2025 i visted Dunkin donuts ' Nieuwendijk 38 around 9 PM was the worst experience I ever had in my whole life from a girl called iman she is extremely rude ,disrespectful , bad and not polite she is a disgrace for the company you should be ASHAMED as an international company to have such employee

I'll start by saying this: whoever owns this Dunkin should immediately fire the Karen that works there. The touch screens went down after me and 2 other guys ordered and the lady I'm talking about started face timing someone, and walking around disoriented. We asked her if she would start making our orders (since the receipts were already printed and she could see our order) since we already waited for ten minutes and she replied she wouldn't. We then asked her what were we supposed to do then, and she started screaming like an entitled brat saying that we should leave. I told her I am not leaving until I get my order since I payed. She then continued screaming and said she will call the police. She then proceeded to lock herself in a room with everybody waiting. Eventually, the other employee, who actually was a nice guy, came, fixed the system in 2 seconds and made our orders. Simple, right? Message to Karen: stop working in a job where you're supposed to be nice to people. You are a spoiled pathetic human being and everybody in the shop made fun of you after you went into the room. Go learn some manners.

One of the worst Dunkin to be in. Staff is rude and behave like they dont value any of the customers and have their excuses ready with arrogance. They could not even make a good cup of coffee when there was literally no one else by them and made an excuse that it was busy. Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service from the lady working here. Ordered 2 medium soy hotcholotes and a large soy latte all she gave was the large late and small hotcholotes. I told her we ordered 2 medium soy hotcholotes. She goes and empties the small one into medium cup and gives me back. I reminded her our order again and she couldn't have been more annoyed and I told her it wasn't a nice thing to see her pouring a small into medium cup and try and trick us. And that we ordered 2! She then asks me to calm down with an attitude. I had to tell her that if she does her job properly there is wouldn't be any issues but here we are. I highly discourage this place when she is on shift. She isn't a good fit for the job! Such a shame for Dunkin Donuts.im also not sure if she actually used soy for hotcholotes if she hasn't in half an hour my children end up in excruciating tummy pains! Plus tables were dirty we had to clean ourselves and toilet is open and smelly.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The service was unprofessional, and the coffee I received was not good. Additionally, when I politely asked to exchange the donut I didn’t order, one of the employees started an unnecessary conflict with me instead of simply helping to fix the mistake. This visit was truly frustrating, I hope the management pays attention to customer service and product quality, because this was far below the standard I expect.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts of my life. Welcome by the staff who sulks and seems to be upset if you have trouble speaking English. The tables and chairs are dirty or broken roofs. No toilet papers. Forgot part of the order. Bad family experience.
