This is definitely not your typical Dunkin’ Donuts in the United States. A large variety of specialty donuts, orders only taken at the kiosk, and no real customer service or smiles here (but that’s fairly typical European 😊). Great news: free bathroom available here which is a luxury in Europe while out and about 😀

The typical Dunkin store, nice donuts, nice hot drinks, as the moca cofee. Donuts are fresh, special in the morning when I visit, and service is fast. Prices bit high specially if you go for individual donuts.

Went for a late night desert. Always love their pista donut. The cream on it just right and it isn't too sweet also...love it!

I tried 2 types and both taste fresh and not to fatty. The rocky road was super sweet. The blueberry cheese cake was great! Not to sweet great flavor! Coffee was OK and not to over priced. I think the people that complained about dryness were there during opening week when they were still working the bugs out and trying to mass produce in such a small space!

The waitresses are unpleasant, it took 30 minutes to be served, the food arrived cold, it's a disgrace + the toilets were closed

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The service was unprofessional, and the coffee I received was not good. Additionally, when I politely asked to exchange the donut I didn’t order, one of the employees started an unnecessary conflict with me instead of simply helping to fix the mistake. This visit was truly frustrating, I hope the management pays attention to customer service and product quality, because this was far below the standard I expect.

The products were actually very good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the waitress was very rude and unwelcoming. It’s a shame, because with better service this place could be great.

Service was awful. The two women behind the counter seemed to be more interested in chatting than helping customers and our visit seemed to annoy them. Bathroom was dirty.

HORRIBLE! Never order. They canceled the order for my sick sister ONE HOUR after we were waiting. I tried to call them but their number was not available…..When they canceled they didn’t even tell us the reasoning. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts of my life. Welcome by the staff who sulks and seems to be upset if you have trouble speaking English. The tables and chairs are dirty or broken roofs. No toilet papers. Forgot part of the order. Bad family experience.
