Nice Dunkin' retail outlet with seating options (closed at the moment due to covid restrictions). Ordering via the digital screens works well but there is limited space for customers to wait. Staff is nice and works fast. would definitely come back.

Classic Dunkin’ Donuts with the usual donuts and better coffee?? This location has a main store and a kiosk up on the street nearby. The Dutch really like some American products- I think you can count Dunkin’ among those.

Great service, hospitable and always packed. Quite good choices of donuts before 16:00, after that you got limited amounts. I got the watermelon lemonade and it was really good for beating this warmth!

Walked past this Dunkin’ kiosk and went in to see if donuts were same as in the US. They aren’t. Donuts are more fancy and have alot of toppings. We tried boston cream, strop waffle and pistachio. Thought they would be super sweet but they were just right. The boston cream donut tasted better here than home. Favorite was pistachio.

Very Nice Donuts! But 2,25€ for one Donut is very expensive, the System is also very confusing. You come in and see the Donuts but you have to pass and go to the Cash register, there you say how many Donuts you want and get a coupon for the amount of donuts you bought. Then you go to the Donuts and give your Coupon to the Worker who asks you which Donut you would like to have. Maybe the Cash register and the Donuts should change their places so no confusion would come up.

They served coffee today for to go with a cover for cold cup. The staff said just sorry, but I need to drink it while on the go, not to get stuck in their shop before actually going. They werent friendly at all. Im always a fan of Dunkin but today I felt bad I bought one (I actually bought 2) The price of the coffee doesnt justify the "to go" they offer here in Rotterdam Beurs. Donuts were too sweet for me.

Miserable employees and they completely forgot about my drinks after I paid 30 euros for my order I dont expect to wait 25 minutes just to have them realise they didnt even remember my order existed . They didnt even speak to me about the wait and when I went to ask where my order was they just ignored me and spoke to each other

I'm a regular and staff is usually very nice. One of the screens glitches, so it selected eat-here. Ab older dutch gentleman was making my order so i politely called out for him and asked if it could be to go. He initially ignored me and then in a very rude tone said "Then dont click eat here. You clicked it." and i explained the screen was glitchy anf apologized but he was still very rude.

So, I enter this empty store and the lady behind the counter just stares at me as I am looking at the donuts. No greetings or salutations. I ask her if she could help me with the donuts and her reply was that there were machines behind me and that I could use those to order. She was right there, standing idle behind the counter and I have to use a machine! Do they only hire socially awkward here that fear any form of human interaction? Was she afraid of actually having to work? Not coming back here and never going to eat a Dunkin donut.

Rude employees. I came in and wanted to use cash. I got looked at like I was a primordial ape wanting to pay with rocks and stones. The woman on the till was just horrid and unhelpful. This is the first and probably last time I will ever visit a Dunkin’ donuts. I didn’t even want to pay with card after such a terrible experience
