I purchased a pumpkin creme pie at 4pm on 10/12/2024, along with the Chicken Big Mac. The pie said "enjoy before 8:10 am on 10/12/2024". It was 4pm. The thing was dried out and tasted like a smashed halloween pumpkin. The Chicken Big Mac was just a Big Mac with Chicken patties instead of hamburger. Nothing new there.
Got Carmel Frappe and $5 meal comes with fries, nuggets, mcdouble, and drink. Ordered at kiosk and paid at counter. Took to go a snack before heading home
Add to be expected. Service is impeccable, always willing to go the extra mile for your complete satisfaction. Curbside is always swift no matter the time of day.
Might have been an off night but it took almost 1hr to get our food, which we placed via the cashier. There was a lot of movement that night. First time we ate there mid-week for supper so may have been an off night.
The store could use better training overall, some of the employees seem under trained. The order accuracy seems to be okay, if you get your order. While I was there a gentleman was complaining about waiting 45 minutes for his order. The store was fairly clean, and seems to be fairly maintained.
I waited 25 mins standing at the counter after placing my order and the young lady walked past me and all over the dining area with my tray looking for the number card I had in my hand in plain sight to be seen. Only for me to have to catch her and take my tray of food. And there were no ice cream or ice cream products AGAIN.
I give fair reviews of places I go. There are things that bother me about this particular location, and then there are positives. I will start with the "cons" first. Majority of the cashiers I've interacted with indoors aren't using polite customer service exercises. I realize we are all human, but I've noticed that most of them only seem (as their body language projects) to be there because it's a paycheck and they have no passion, mildly rude or have subtle attitudes. This could be easily solved if these employees felt more valued and the management did something to increase morale, and it be something that these employees truly feel make them feel more valued or engaged in their job no matter if it's a cashier or cook. This could be approached in many ways to improve your employees quality of life here. The positives I like about this location is its an updated site, you can order at the table, they have charging stations*, it's a great place to get studying/ work completed if you don't mind the ambiance of restaurant sounds. I really enjoy coming here, but for the sake of this location, focus on your employees that are the front face of this company and help them find enjoyment in their work. (I also want to add that it may be only a few employees that are feeling this way, but y'all are a team and can help those who are having a hard day, or they may have outside circumstances... this really goes for all places even outside of work) thank you for reading my review.
It's a 50/50 chance. Some times there are amazing people with great service, other times there are awful people and awful service. For the most part it is like any other fast food restaurant around here. It is liked more so because of the iconic fries (when they're hot) and the kids play place (the only restaurant around here with one, grabbing kids attention).
These workers need to go back to school, they always mess up my order or forget to give me something I paid and ordered for , they gave me a coke instead of a frappe and they always forgot one burger or the fries never the right order, they either forget one item or give me something I completely didn't order
Ordered at the kiosk and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came out and said they didn't have my order. I just left or id been waiting another 10 for them to make it. Reminded me why I stopped eating McDonald's.
I ordered two #9's PLAIN and two PLAIN double cheeseburgers. I got my first meal, not mine. It was everything but PLAIN cheeseburgers. It was enough food to feed at least 8 adults. The worker took it back and threw it away and tried again. The manager comes to the window and says your gonna have to move forward. Second attempt, 30 mins later I got 6 burgers NONE were PLAIN and someones McChicken. I went inside explained these arent PLAIN and you added a McChicken. The manager comes over and says just tell us how you want your order. Third attempt, Just 6 PLAIN cheeseburgers. He took the second order, threw it away. Third attempt, employee comes to the counter with my order and an attitude- what we all hope is my order and says check this before you leave. Kinda like I was putting ketchup, mustard, pickle, and onion on them in the car. So I did, and in my bag I had 2 McChickens (didnt order), 4 single cheeseburgers not PLAIN, and one double cheeseburger not PLAIN and shorted one double cheeseburger. I stood there waiting for someone to come back to the counter, an emplyee said is there still something wrong? Yes, this isn't my order. She says well what did you order. As she takes these 7 sandwiches and throws them away. Fourth attempt, I said I just want 2 #9's PLAIN and two double cheeseburgers PLAIN. She said, ok got it. She brought me my order. I got chicken wraps, McChickens, cheeseburgers not PLAIN. I said its ok, can I just get a refund? The manager came over and said so their wrong, I will just refund your money. He says while rolling his eyes, just keep the food. And walks off. Really..... I have wasted an hour and your going to be rude. No thank you. The waste of food is unbelievable. I get it, you can't re-serve but how wasteful. You are better off to pass this McDonalds and eat anywhere else.
Terrible service got ignored by several employees. Orders are never ready. Food is bad and almost Never fresh and multiple Items are always missing
I placed an order through the app for pick up then drove there. I told my code to the man working the drive thru and he said it wasn’t showing up. I would just have to reorder and be charged again then eventually I would get refunded from the first order. I had proof of my order and I really didn’t want to be recharged. So I just said never mind and I left. I called when I got home to talk to a manager and see if I could get it resolved since I had two hungry kids and got told the same thing- that I was pretty much out of luck and I could just reorder. I didn’t feel like I was asking much… just wanting the food I ordered without having to pay again. The customer service has went down hill unfortunately.
Food was as you can see in the picture embarrassing this is pathetic it seems like from my trip inside the management is too busy outside smoking and talking while employees stand around on their phones until they finally get to working and provide terrible service and this quality of food everytime don't eat here if you value your time or money or health.
The Service is bad and not fast. They always forget your food and when you try to get it they ignore you. This needs to be fixed
Slowest mcdonald's in the world. Waited 32 minutes from the time I ordered, to the time I got my food. Then when we got our food, 3 sandwiches were made wrong and the fries were ice cold. Don't bother with the people who work there, they are extremely rude and just don't care about being there. I will not be going back ever. Old management was great, this manager however needs to sell and go do something else
Won't be stopping here anymore. It is a rare occasion that I eat McDonalds food but today I had a Filet of fish to go. Started to eat hit as i got on the road. It wasn't warm, and there was 2 tablespoons of tartar sauce on it. This was at 10:38 am today. It wasn't safe to eat and disgusted by all the gloop dripping out of it.
Went to Anna McDonald's last night and waited at speaker 16 minutes before they took my oder and not in order either. In 14 more minutes I finally got to a windows and the boy that wanted my money I tried to talk to him. Just said y'all need a better system. He snapped and said, " not my problem only 3 people working at counter." Walked away. Brought my change slammed windows and I presumed to get my food a # 3 double burger with cheese meal and 20 piece nuggets. I live a couple blocks away fries and nuggets completely cold. The big surprise was the half eaten soggy nugget inside my burger. Yes INSIDE my burger. I will never darken their door again. I wish I could post the picture of my burger.
Ordered for a delivery. Ordered the New BBQ Quarter Pounder, had no BBQ on it. Asked for sweet and sour for the nuggets I ordered, no sweet and sour. And didn't get any straws for my drinks. Also wanted to order shakes but they were unavailable. This location has went down very fast. I think it's time for some New management in this location.
Not even worth a star , i sat at the speaker box for 10 mins waiting on someone to take order . Noone ever did so i drove off . Sign looked like it was cleaned with degreaser . Will not be going back anytime soon .
This is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever dealt with!!! Mobile and Door Dash apps offer 2 pie package. I always order 2 of the 2 packs. They NEVER read the ticket correctly and only send two pies. This happens every single time! And sauce selection, its clear as day on the order, yet they never give you the correct sauces on your order. I think everyone needs to be retrained there.
