Great place for breakfast and family to come experience. My kids, wife, and I enjoyed every bit of the food and the restaurant feel. It's very cozy, has a friendly atmosphere, is well decorated and the staff is amazing and super friendly. It's definitely one of my favorite places for breakfast with a variety of choices for all, and the prices are reasonable for the portion of food. My in-laws are regulars there, and they highly recommended it. Really appreciated the visit and will be back.

This is a great breakfast and brunch lunch location. I believe they're only open until 2:00 p.m. everyday. But all of their food is super delicious. They have great specials and a great senior menu for breakfast and lunch. I recommend their banana bread and any of their food that they make is great. They have excellent vegetable beef soup, call ahead to see if they have it the day you plan to go. Each of the waiters are excellent and will help you and go out of their way to get you exactly what you would like. And the decorations are always great.

I went here with my friend today for lunch. We ordered from the seniors menu. The portions are very generous, unlike some chain restaurants. Plus, they come with your choice of bread (including a huge piece thier amazing homemade cornbread), a fresh vegetable, potatoes, and a nice dessert of either ice cream or jello. It is a pleasant atmosphere to catch up on news with a friend. The service is friendly and intelligent. The patio and area in front are relaxing. It is sad they have had to shorten their hours. If that is what it takes to stay in business, I am glad that they are at least still here. It's one of my favorite places to catch up with friends.

It had been a while since we've been there. And I'm so glad we came back. The food was just as good, if not better, then before. The service was excellent. I only wish they would open for dinner. Had some breakfast for the first time today and our experience was quite pleasant. Our waitress’s name was Lupe and she was an amazing sweet waitress. She made sure we had enough refills and our food was tasting great. I would definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family.

This is just one of those great breakfast places that is great. I dont recall having anything bad here. We grew up going here with family and friends. My family's former accountant would drive up to meet us just so he could have breakfast here. The staff is always great. You can get some funny comments out of them. Kind of like Mel's Diner. Yeah I know. Your will not go wrong here. Great sandwiches. The cinnamon roll French toast is amazing. No it would not be fat free. They are normally only a breakfast and lunch place now. Check their hours.

I frequent Mollie's when I meet up with a buddy of mine. They have delicious Juevos Rancheros, Chicken Fried steak and Breakfast burritos. I always have to bring home a biscuit and gravy side to the wife who watches her carbs but can't help herself. They are only open till 3 so if you're late just get a hotel so you can eat there the next day. Definitely a must eat in the high desert

If u want some real good food and to order anything off menu, this is the place for u. They are always so nice and accommodate anything u need. Lots of space even for big parties.. The more the merrier!

It came with Banana bread and butter that went well with coffee. Service: Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. What a home run. No wonder this place is so popular, and such a long running staple. We had a waitress who literally started that week, and she was phenomenal. Seemed as if she had been there for a decade or more, she was so experienced and fit in with all the rest of the staff. This is my first time here, and I believe this is part of the Mollie Brown's restaurant chain in the high desert. In fact, based on location and name, I would guess this is the original Mollies. If it is it sure showed during my visit! The staff was amazing, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food is fresh and delicious! What an INCREDIBLE experience we had at Mollie’s. There was a pretty hefty wait. A few seats opened at the counter and we sat down to the nicest, MOST efficient server, Jessy. Jessy got us waters and coffee in the blink of an eye, took our order and brought us the most delicious meals. Check out the pics. The restaurant was incredibly busy and all the workers in the front of house killed it with their service, continued kindness, and extreme professionalism. Hats off to the back of house crew for providing us with an outstanding meal.

Based upon our first visit, the team was friendly, service was prompt, food was out quickly. It wasn't that crowded at the time we visited so that might have played a role. The food itself was delicious in terms of flavor and portions. We had the corned beef hash and Louisiana omelet. Both were seasoned well. The home fries with the grilled onions and peppers on top added an additional layer of flavor. The coffee and water were continually filled to the brim without request which reflected well on their level of service. We had Lupe as our server and I recommend her station. It’s the weekend, you’ve gotten up at the crack of 10 and you need some grilled goodness in your stomach quick, fast, and in a hurry. This is your SPOT. There’s a line? Don’t worry, it cycles quick. Want to enjoy the weather? There’s a patio. Like your coffee strong and bottomless? They’ve got you covered. Came in with a group of 3, seated in 5 minutes, drink orders taken within 2 minutes of that menu receipt. Good fruit juices, not fresh squeezed but not super artificial tasting either. Coffee was spectacular, and refilled often. Orders up: steak and eggs, chicken fried steak skillet, and eggs Benedict. Potato options were country potatoes or hash browns, second side default is biscuits and gravy; you CANNOT go wrong with getting them. Food was out within ten minutes and the other reviews do not lie, these are LARGE servings sizes, with my hash browns taking up half my plate, the other half sustaining my two eggs over easy and actually good looking steak. You never know what kind of steak you’ll be getting at some spots, but they definitely do NOT skimp out on their beef selection here. I ordered medium rare and got medium rare, and the eggs were perfectly done over-easy. From the others in my party, the chicken fried steak skillet was good on the steak but a bit heavy on the potatoes, with the eggs benedict being a good choice overall. With drinks for each of us and our meals, total was about $60, not bad at all for the size of these dishes, some of which we had to take home to finish later. Our server Amber was also incredibly nice and extremely professional when it came to handling a customer seated behind us who complained the entire time about the meal yet didn’t bring it up until the check came, even though she came by multiple times asking how everything was and refilling water/coffee. She set them straight about an issue they thought there was with the menu (there wasn’t), closed them out, and came by to check on us with a smile. Props to her for handling it so well. Since we brought our pup, we took our food on the patio, which was bright and had a nice, cozy vibe to it. The whole place has a rustic, Americana vibe to it. Bathrooms were through a little maze behind the main dining areas inside, they were clean with adequate soap, paper towels, and air dryers. Overall, a great spot to hit for brunch, definitely a recommend if you’re in the area!

This is one of 2 Mollie’s Kountry Kitchens. This one is our favorite location of the two because it’s bigger and more spread out. The service is alright but when it’s really busy it can take a little longer. The portions are usually huge but we’ve noticed that whenever we decide to share a meal, they seem smaller. The place is clean, the staff is friendly but, I particularly like the waiting area with plenty of seating and free coffee. I’m a little disappointed that they no longer carry zucchini bread, but the banana and pumpkin breads are not bad. 😋

This Mollie's Kountry Kitchen was established 30 years ago and is a town icon. Situated just south of the main thoroughfare of Applevalley. It is easy to access. A covered wagon sits outside in the parking lot, greeting all who venture by. Like all, Mollie's entrées are served hot and quickly, and the portions are shareable. They offer daily specials and have seniors menu. It is a large restaurant and can accommodate good-sized parties. Staff is abundantly courteous and professional. Mollies also has beer and wine.

Been here multiple times. The food is always great. My server this time was not. I was informed by my server that there is no military discount unless you are wearing uniform, you are not supposed to wear a uniform unless traveling. So this rule is ridiculous. On that, my server did not bring out my salad or the toast for my companion. Then when I informed her I did not want my salad now that my food is here she said she will get in trouble if she cancels the food that was ordered. So I felt bad and paid for it to go. I ordered a ham breakfast burrito to go, it was not a ham breakfast burrito. It was a dinner burrito.

We have been to Mollie's several times and have had pleasant experiences. Today was different. We were seated right away and asked for our drink order, which we repeated more than once as the waitress was not prepared. We requested a few more minutes to view the menu. When the waitress came back, again we had to repeat our orders several times to her. When our food arrived, mine was the only correct order. My husband ordered fruit instead of fries and my daughter asked for no tomatoes on her sandwich. They both received the opposite. The waitress took back my husband's plate and my daughter had to pick off the tomatoes. The waitress never returned to check on us and we had to go to the counter to receive our check. Needless to say this was my daughters first time here and we were all disappointed. As I stated before, our past experiences have always been pleasant, but today definitely fell short.

The food was very good. The service rocked! The people there were animals. Loud, obnoxious and discussingly out of line. The sad part is that the wonderful servers have to put up with it because they rely on the income. It sucks that people have it make a great spot so unpleasant to be.

This is the 2nd bad experience I have had. A few weeks ago I went there with my family and our food was cold when we got it. I let this instance go as benefit of the doubt but today solidified that I will not be returning. Today, our waitress, Adrianna, was all over the place, I would have understood if there was a Mother’s Day Rush, there was not, there were multiple tables available and multiple waiters. She kind of seemed to forget she had tables where we were sitting. Eventually (20 mins after sitting down) we placed our order and then another 20 minutes later our waitress came back to “verify our order” (now 40 minutes after sitting at our table, during this time, coming to check on us once)— She verified the first part of our order then walked away without saying anything else. I asked another waitress walking by to please go get our waitress to try to understand what was going on. Our waitress came back and I told her I was confused due to the described interaction and she apologized and stated she was in a lot of trouble and that the previous people at our table got up and walked out. She also explained that she didn’t write down what meal we got. Common sense tells me that since the order wasn’t written down it also wasn’t placed into the orders for the kitchen. If the previous people received the same service, I understand why they walked out. I told her we were on the verge of doing the same, then a manager came to our table with our order a few minutes later. Took one bite.. and our food was cold. Our first waitress never returned to our table nor apologized for the horrible service and mistake that she made. I give props to the manager that was there this morning as she did not charge us for the plate that wasn’t placed — this is the ONLY reason this rating is 2 stars. The entire situation felt like a tornado and could have been drastically different had there been some type of communication. 2 bad experiences in a row — will not be returning.

I really enjoy the food and the waitresses are usually great! However, this morning I had worst experience with the waitress server this morning! Moved me twice, ok but the didn't even give me chance to look at the menu, she asked what I wanted! I asked to give me minute! And then she says most know what they want already! Rude! I got up and walked out! Terrible experience!

I called to verify that my dog is allowed on the patio area. I was told is wasn't open with no further explanation. So I said well I won't be coming in then and hung up.

We were given a very hard rubber steak it was all nerve

My husband and I go here all the time and I was very disappointed. First the waitress for got our silverware and I had to flag another waitress to get it. My husband's fries were very dry like it was recooked and I asked to have cheese on my sandwich the waitress said, we don't do that anymore and I said, I will pay for the cheese it was on the senior menu and the waitress was very rude. The senior menu comes with ice cream and right away she said we only have one flavor and the both next to our the waitress asked them what flavor of ice cream you want. And they stop the discount senior card. This used to be my our favorite place to go. Never going there again.

Not a SAFE space. Went on a Saturday afternoon to have brunch with my partner. The hostess was friendly enough when seating us so we were very surprised when the waitress was so rude. She seemed very uncomfortable by our presence and would not allow my partner to finish speaking before walking away. First she did it when we ordered our coffee. We weren’t able to order water as well before she walked away and only asked what kind of creamer I wanted, not my partner. After slamming the coffees down on the table she made ordering our meals difficult, especially since I refused to talk directly to her this time and then decided to bring the ketchup and condiment assortment back and slam those down on the table as well. We left immediately and will not be back ever. She only seemed to be this way with us so I can only assume it’s because this is not a SAFE space.

Rude waitress, wouldn’t even allow me to speak without cutting me off or walking off. Everything brought to our table was slammed. We left before our food was made because it was bad vibes all the way around. She was only like this with us, no one else. We won’t be back. Not a safe place for LGBTQIA+ people.

There food has went down hill. I have went to this restaurant for over 20 yrs, but lately treat badly because I was served burnt food and once tea that tasted badly, rank with what looked like soap sodes in it. I complained 3 times about the food and that there banana bread had changed. Today I was sreved hashbrowns that looked freeze dried and burnt some weird burnt scrapes through out my plate. What ever happened started about 5 months ago.! The waitress said I could eat somewhere eles. Funny 20yrs no problem. Could it be your cook?
