This is me and my boyfriend’s new go-to breakfast spot! Fast and kind service from all waiters; overrall just a warm environment to eat delicious food at :)
Seating took a minute but after that service was excellent. Christina knocked it out of the park. And the food was next level. Had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Everything was delicious. She recommended the chicken fried chicken that is made in house for next time. Definitely on the to-do list next time we visit the area.
If you want a delicious breakfast, try Mollie's Kountry Kitchen off Hwy 18 in Apple Valley! All of their food is tasty, and they have Senior special pricing if 60+. Staff are friendly and helpful!
Been here a few times and I’m always THRILLED with my food. The staff seems really nice and welcoming, the atmosphere is lovely, and I always clear my plate here ☺️
I've become somewhat a regular here and I have to say the food is always delicious. I usually get the combo scrambler with a mimosa and it's always a great experience. The staff is very friendly and quick for drinks and food. I usually request Adrianna as she is always attentive, super nice, and just has a great personality. Definitely recommend requesting her if her section is available but overall all the staff is great!
The atmosphere was extremely home like from all the halloween decorations to the staff, it felt like being home. All the staff had a friendly hello, and warm smile. We had the chicken fried steak and ham steak and it was absolutely perfect.
Great breakfast restaurant! Friendly with great customer service. Struck up a conversation about hiking, while being served our breakfast and learned of a new hiking area. We love the peaceful atmosphere and we were comfortable enough to be ourselves and enjoy our breakfast. All of our food was delicious and well prepared. So good! We will be returning with the family for a dine-in. 10/10!
What a home run. No wonder this place is so popular, and such a long running staple. We had a waitress who literally started that week, and she was phenomenal. Seemed as if she had been there for a decade or more, she was so experienced and fit in with all the rest of the staff. That tells you their hiring standards are impeccable, and the food was outstanding.
Update 4/1/2025: I hadn't come here for a couple of months. Today was a good experience as usual. Lynette was my server and she was amazing. The food was delicious as usual. This is my first time here, and I believe this is part of the Mollie Brown's restaurant chain in the high desert. In fact, based on location and name, I would guess this is the original Mollies. If it is it sure showed during my visit! The staff was amazing, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food is fresh and delicious! Needless to say, I will be coming back to this location as often as I can! 08/13/2024 Still awesome!
Short and Sweet: wonderful service, food was amazing. Our server Jesi was so sweet and attentive. We ordered the country fried steak, basically crawled out of there because we were on the verge of falling asleep we were so full. Very reasonably priced, this is definitely the kind of place I would take the long way around as an excuse to be able to eat here.
Just moved to the area from LA and heard nothing but good things about Mollies. First time here, and I was not disappointed. I had the California omelet, and it was delicious. I was also recommended to try the banana and / or pumpkin bread and got 1 slice of each and wow! Freshly baked, and the flavors and smell were 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 The staff and our waiter, Jesi, were all amazing! The place was pretty packed, yet the food came out a reasonable amount of time, unlike other places that take forever. Overall, it was a wonderful first-time experience.
Food is amazing delicious. The waitress provided great service and always check in on me and my family. The atmosphere was very clean and loved the country vibe.
Gotta shout out how delicious 😋 the biscuits and gravy 😋 is here at MOLLIES HWY18! must be a new cook or the cook got inspired, whatever happened it's a good thing because the biscuits are fluffy and bigger and the gravy is authentic and delicious 😋 love ❤️ that they made the change. Now that's a reason To go back.
What an INCREDIBLE experience we had at Mollie’s. There was a pretty hefty wait. A few seats opened at the counter and we sat down to the nicest, MOST efficient server, Jessy. Jessy got us waters and coffee in the blink of an eye, took our order and brought us the most delicious meals. Check out the pics. The restaurant was incredibly busy and all the workers in the front of house killed it with their service, continued kindness, and extreme professionalism. Hats off to the back of house crew for providing us with an outstanding meal.
This is by far one of my favorite places to go eat. It's so homey and warm. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and decorated adorable. It reminds me of my childhood. The food is absolutely amazing 👏 The portions are generous, you should never leave hungry!
Based upon our first visit, the team was friendly, service was prompt, food was out quickly. It wasn't that crowded at the time we visited so that might have played a role. The food itself was delicious in terms of flavor and portions. We had the corned beef hash and Louisiana omelet. Both were seasoned well. The home fries with the grilled onions and peppers on top added an additional layer of flavor. The coffee and water were continually filled to the brim without request which reflected well on their level of service. We had Lupe as our server and I recommend her station. Definitely worth another visit when in the area.

This Mollie's Kountry Kitchen was established 30 years ago and is a town icon. Situated just south of the main thoroughfare of Applevalley. It is easy to access. A covered wagon sits outside in the parking lot, greeting all who venture by. Like all, Mollie's entrées are served hot and quickly, and the portions are shareable. They offer daily specials and have seniors menu. It is a large restaurant and can accommodate good-sized parties. Staff is abundantly courteous and professional. Mollies also has beer and wine.
Great place off Bear Valley for some breakfast. The restaurant has a wonderful country style decor and pleasant of seating for people to dine. The food is served in a timely manner and the staff are always happy and friendly and their to help you enjoy your meal. Stop in for some food and leave satisfied.

The food was very good. The service rocked! The people there were animals. Loud, obnoxious and discussingly out of line. The sad part is that the wonderful servers have to put up with it because they rely on the income. It sucks that people have it make a great spot so unpleasant to be.

There food has went down hill. I have went to this restaurant for over 20 yrs, but lately treat badly because I was served burnt food and once tea that tasted badly, rank with what looked like soap sodes in it. I complained 3 times about the food and that there banana bread had changed. Today I was sreved hashbrowns that looked freeze dried and burnt some weird burnt scrapes through out my plate. What ever happened started about 5 months ago.! The waitress said I could eat somewhere eles. Funny 20yrs no problem. Could it be your cook?
