We arrived yesterday, to no one in the dining hall or at the counter. A lady called from the side, someone to go to the front counter. No one came. After several minutes, a different guy came in from outside and took our order. Food didn't take long but unfortunately wasn't right. The 2 ladies who came in just as we received our food, we're not happy when they couldn't seem to manage making a few simple, straight from the menu burritos. The person making it, didn't make the correct burrito. The drink machine had horrible tasting fountain drinks. We just came for a new item being offered. I'd equate the experience to a dumpster fire. 2 stars is generous. This location is horindus and should be overhauled or shut down.

I haven't been to a taco bell for a while, but since when do customers have to use a computer that doesn't even have Chalupa as an option unless it's some new strange experimental menu option. The manager was in the middle of an interview. We walk in to find there is no counter to place an order. I turned around to see computers saying order here. I tried. Their options are not all in the "kiosk" option. We almost walked out, but the manager broke from his (desperately needed interview), and took our order, admitting that the "kiosk" does not have Chalupa as an option. We were grateful to the manager, but as we dove into our order, it was clear that the people preparing the food were pulling a prank, not trained well, or just plain stupid. ALL of the sour cream was smooshed into one end of everything we ordered, and we ordered a lot. There was almost no meat, LOADED with beans, and not much cheese. I understand the cost of food has gone up, but this was negligence of a branded presentation. Corporate would likely not be pleased. Neither am I. As the manager did well with the "public", and maybe the interview, he has not done well in training the crew.

I order through the drive through majority of the time. I have not once received the correct food and or the amount of food I payed for that was also on my receipt. I order park review what I have and head home. When I don't have food which is more than I do I drive back through and receive attitude for explaining that I don't have what I payed for. They took ALL of my food out of the bag and stuffed it all back in the bag squishing chips and cinnamon twists while adding what they forgot. I stayed at the windows and went re through it once again and everything was squished.

Ordered via kiosk. Saw about 8 people in back, only one of them preparing orders. 20 minutes went by and i left. Went to Burger King and promptly got served.1

Not a great environment. Could definitely feel the negative energy. Alot of, "I don't even cares". Tortillas were hard, and no meat on either chalupa.

Waited in line for about 25 minutes…4 cars in front of me, so I’m not sure what the holdup was. Seems like they are delaying taking orders so that the metric for “length of time waiting” is skewed. Anyhow, ordered just regular tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese…no extra cheese in sight on any of the tacos, even though I was charged for it. Disappointed with my visit, but based on the other reviews mentioning similar issues, and seeing as how those previously reported problems still exist, I doubt anything will change.

Ordered too grilled cheese boxes, neither one came with the chalupa, my taco was smashed to smithereens, the cheese cup was a quarter filled. Guess we should’ve looked at the reviews before stopping here.

Stay away! Just finished up my visit here and I can sufficientally say that it was the worst experience I've had at a Taco Bell. I truly do love the chain, but the state of the lobby, storefront, and bathrooms was at a level I've never experienced in any fast food joint. Immediately as we walked in, it smelled suspect. There were flies in both throughout the restaurant, even in the kitchen! The bathroom had very clearly not been cleaned all day. To top it all off, the food took at least 20 minutes to get to us. The only redemptive factor was the fact that food did come as ordered, but this location should honestly be closed until they can fix all their issues.
