Very friendly and helpful! We wanted to find out the best way to get a pan pizza with extra cheese and they helped us make the perfect creation! Hit the spot, yum!

I’m a big fan of dominos and this location hasn’t disappointed me at all. Love the garlic parmesan sauce they offer and I always add a side of chicken wings to my order. Price is great, pizza is tasty and the staff is super friendly.

We order once a week and they never mess it up. We also order no parm and they're so nice with extra sauces. And their pizza has improved A LOT in the last few years. We prefer dominos now

CALLI Is the best. Pizzas were awesome tasting. Will be back for more enjoyed half off price as well. Recommended.

Awesome curb side pick up. Was 5 minutes from time I made the order till I got the order to my card. Per their app it’s under 2 minutes from “ready”. That’s way under 2 minutes from ready so thumps you for that. Thank you all for working so hard.

Ordered online and the pizza was delivered under 25 minutes! The order was correct, the delivery guy was super nice and the Extravaganzza specialty pizza I got was hot and surprisingly very delicious! Ordering a 2nd pizza today & I hope it's as good as the one I had 2 day's ago! If not, I will make a new review. 👍

I've come here frequently always had good professional service and an excellent consistent pizza. Today, a young gentleman by the name of Michael worked with me in keeping the price for two pies ( "pies" ~ New York Italian lingo for pizza ) under $20. The deal that I had been receiving for the past months on two Brooklyn's was no longer, so he went above and beyond to find me a deal, which he did not have to do. ..

I've always seen Cassandra's name making the order. That's some dedication to the store. The one time our order was wrong, we left a review on the app after it asks how your order is. I'm pretty sure it was her that called me and told me she was giving me a credit on my account. 10 out of 10.

My mom always takes me here and I love the team and atmosphere. The staff always makes me feel at home and the pizza is great.

My company orders from here almost weekly and they are always so friendly and prompt, even with large last minute orders. It's always tasty and their orders are accurate. I love the great coupons on their website and highly recommend the $7.99 large 3 topping with the Philly Steak, garlic, and onions combo using the white garlic parm sauce instead of the standard tomato sauce... so good! I highly recommend this location!

A few days ago I had ordered a pizza for delivery and from start to finish it was delicious! Pun unintended, the gentleman who took my order was kind enough to keep repeating my order back to me when I made a change which some people find annoying but he was happy to do it! and after a short wait of 35min my pizza was delivered by a young man, I believe his name was Nick. He was gentle with the pizzas and was very kind when I kept asking him if everything was there and accurate. Great customer service, and great food and best of all delivery was fast! definitely using this location than the little caesars.

My favorite dominos around! Cassi is always so helpful and kind when I come in. You can tell she takes pride in her work by always making my food exceptional. This dominos is the absolute best, thank you for all that you do! ❤️

I screwed up an online order, and ordered double of one pizza with an ingredient I can’t eat. First - they are fast! I called immediately and was told that the order was already coming out of the oven. The first person I talked to simply said there was nothing they could do - and he was quite rude and very NOT helpful, so when I asked to speak to the manager, I was frustrated and probably pretty rude. Cassandra was willing to work with me, and fixed my mistake. She was professional, patient, helpful, and nice. Thank you Cassandra! I can eat tonight with my family :)

Helpful staff that is attentive and careful to make sure you get the right order on top of helping you get the best price. Pizzas themselves delicious and impeccably made. Have come back several times with no issues and would totally recommend.

Edit from my last review. The last 3 times I've been here the quality hasn't been good. But... tonight 1/19/2023 @ 8:49 pm your crew was awesome! Recognition needed! I ordered for in store pickup. I live less than 10 minutes away. I left right after I submitted the order. It was hot and ready when I got there. I thought I would have to wait. Of course it was a Tuesday night but... pizza was saucy and extra cheesy like I requested!

I come here weekly and order their pizza. I have had no problems out of all the times I have ordered from them. I usually do pick up and my order is ready within 20 minutes of the order. The staff is always friendly, and they are always working with a simile on their face. I am happy this is my local Domino's and would gladly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Super picky little eaters I have! The team at the Arlington / Smokey Point store made my stressful day manageable. Customer service was excellent. Very helpful in accommodating our family needs... from the yummy plain cheese pizzas for the kids to the pasta and sub dishes everyone was happy - we even turned by son on to the cinnamon desserts. He loves cinnamon! The team was very patient and helpful with recommendations. I've been going to this store for some time now and it's always evolving to the next level! By far my favorite Dominoes in North Snohomish County. Always wel kept and clean too .. it's a treat to Po in for pizza, (my fav) pasta, and dessert!

Costumer service varies. We go hear often and if anything went wrong the manager has been willing to make things right. Pizza has always been good, no complaints there. Overall a positive experience, will return oft.

I've had good experiences here. I really only like the actual chicken wings here, not the processed ones! So that's all I ever order. The service has always been very good. My orders have been done correctly, and on time.

The pizza tasted great but the price, however, is not great, but I feel like when you get four pizzas it should not come out to $65 and I didn’t notice that if I would’ve been able to use the app I would’ve been able to save money but due to my location, the app wasn’t responding the quality of the pizza was great it’s just the prices are a little ridiculous. I ordered pizza here this evening with an expected wait time of about 40 minutes. The online tracker stated the delivery driver left at 6:40 - this place is literally 15 minutes from my house. 8:10 rolls around and I still have not heard or seen anything pizza like, so I called the store and apparently the driver had left with my order and was already back at the store. The young man who answered my call said they didn't know what had happened, that my order had somehow disappeared. He offered to remake it but it was too late so I declined. A little later, I realized that the points I had used from my pizza rewards program were already deducted for the order, so I called trying to get those back in my account. 10 minutes later I'm still on hold and then hung up on. Usually these guys are pretty decent so I was really surprised. (the only reason I gave 2 instead of 1 star) Bummed to have to change where I get my delivery pizza from. That was just a bad experience and very poorly handled.

Our company always orders from Dominos when we are too busy to pick up from Costco. We love their pizza however they are always late even though we order days in advance. For a business where employees have certain lunch schedules is inconvenient. Other than that, the pizza is great, just can't count on them being on time for large delivery orders.

The pizza lives up to Domino's standard and the service is great. However, the wings need a lot of work. I've ordered them multiple times and they are always dry with only a few drops of sauce on them when they should have been coated in sauce. I'll give 5 stars when they get the entire menu right.

I ordered a Hawaiian with jalepenos and extra cheese thin crust pizza online and when I got it there was barely any cheese and no jalepenos. It sucks that nowadays you have to check your order before you leave anywhere just to make sure you got what you ordered.

Pizza was dried out seemed overcooked. And then I gotta stand wish they did not quote any sauce on.So that was dry. And they did not notify me that.My food was done while I was sitting in the restaurant so I waited way longer than it needed.

The staff is great…but the “new and improved” app is garbage… Pizza Hut already beat them to a terrible, confusing app btw:.. went to use reward and it was more expensive than it was without it…thanks? Will definitely consider different pizza places in the future.

The pizza was awful. Very little pizza sauce no mozzarella cheese. It was almost tasteless.

Friday night, order #1596, server "Andy" #6897. Many customers, very busy. I wanted a small pizza with everything, except anchovies and green peppers, no can do said Andy, first we have no anchovies and second this is a "special" and does not come in small size. O.k. so i ordered a medium. It had green peppers. Duh. I ordered thin crust, which they did. Wife and i think Domino's skimped on the ingredients. Certainly not 2 types of cheese's, very little meat's. Our receipt did not show store number or customer contact information. The menu did not have prices. I did tip Andy, the total bill, $21.62. Next time we will go to Olympic pizza, across the street and west. This was our first experience at domino's, not sure if we will again. Tim and Claudia Teague

They used to do so good on their own pizzas. The last two times I’ve ordered they had barely any cheese like that’s the best PART about pan pizza and I order extra cheese every time... They’ve been looking like regular crust pizzas. Whoever the new person is (?) needs better training! Called the first time it happened and they were super convinced that they were right just because it was put in the black pan pizza box.. No you just don’t care about your job. At least you can’t F up a Papa Murphys pizza lol.

I used to order Dominos so often that I was nearly a regular with the delivery people. Lately I've had horrible service though and will no longer eat there food. The store owner did attempt to make things right with my issue with an account credit, which I used and had an even worse experience. Nothings happened to fix my issue that time or my most recent order which was so raw my kids got sick. Three days after my complaint they said they would need the leftovers to test. Unfortunately, I dont keep bad food that's undercooked lying around so I just decided to avoid this place. I recommend the same, or get it from the location near Fred Meyer at least.

Well I ordered two pizzas for take out. I didn't notice until I got home that they were both made wrong.(and the long brown hair on one). When I tried to call, the phone would get picked up and sat right back down on the receiver. After the 10th call. They did credit my account for the pizza.

As usual, the order is at my door rather quickly. I do like that they make every effort to get your food out to you in a timely manner. But at what cost? It seems every other order they forget something? What good does it do to rush part, most, or even 80% of your order out to you? The food is great, people seem friendly. Just cant seem to get all of your order into the delivery bag? The part that really stings, is I do not have a choice to pay the driver or not? The delivery charge is added even before they have a chance to screw your delivery up. How unfair is that? Charge me the delivery charge after you have done a decent job...........

Not happy with my order didnt get the discount / coupon. Didnt get what I wanted didnt get pepperoni on my pizza didmt get ham on my ham and pineapple pizza and them get charged 50 bucks on what I saw on the receipt whem it was suppose to be 10 per large pizza Want a refund not happy and not just that camt even order online havent been able to for 9 months so couldn't get the deals and they wouldn't give me the same deals about to lose my service been going with you guys for 3 or 4 years now

My experience has always been pretty good except this time they said our address is out of their zone. We have not moved and have been ordering there for yrs! I spoke to the manager who was very rude and did not care at all said they hold never have been coming here! Well they have been doing it wrong for 5 yrs! Word place ever! Dominos has a new advert campaign saying you should call in to the local store... Do not call to order from this local store. $45 to deliver a medium 1 topping pizza with wings, 2 blocks. Same order was $25 online. Same order, same distance, same store... $20 cheaper. Whatever Domino's is doing is shamefully messed up.

Im so unhappy with Dominos right now! They all have been very unhelpful! I originally placed my order online. Got a call back, stating they didnt have any pasta!?!?! Witch was pretty much the only reason why i placed my order. With no help from that worker, i got off the phobe and decided to call the other Dominos in my area. I figured they wouldn't deliver, so i would just come pick it up... Then they told me its after 10pm so i cannot!?!? I dont understand why, but whatever. The guy told me to order on line and do the new 'hot spot' thing. So i tried that, well there is no hot spots in my area it said online! So i called back to see if they could deliver to a hotel and id just wait for the delivery driver there, well then the guy working got an attitude and said he wouldnt/couldnt do that either, company policy.i say he just clearly didnt want to do my order, and even tho there was still over a half hour until close. I think he just wanted to be done with work. I just cannot believe how unhelpful he was! Iv never experienced this from Dominos before. So very disappointed!From now on, im probably just going to order from the other pizza restaurants in my area.

Worst experience yet. I ordered for a delivery, online. Never got the pizza and my account was still charged. I went to the pizza tracker to make sure I didn't miss him, and once it said it was delivered, nothing. Never once saw the delivery guy or the pizza and extras. Would not recommend.

We ordered a pizza for delivery, it came as almost raw dough. Called them back and they didn't apologize or offer to replace it. They are giving us a credit for next time, needless to say there won't be a next time.

Last 2 times, we've had multiple people in our family get sick from the sausage and pepperoni, very sick. The time before that, the crust was so thin, we could not pick up any whole piece and you could actually see through sections of it. We will not be back after the illness their pizza has caused.

Ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas and a 12pck of the bbq bacon chicken for a little over $40. The young man at the counter was definitely not “with it” at the moment and was very slow to comprehend the questions asked. Both pizza were soggy, and the overall quality was terrible, along with chicken with hardly any sauce it was pathetic. I would have rather paid $40 for a mcdonald’s sandwich than one of these pizzas again. I love this dominoes store but this experience was overwhelming horrible.

The manager Cassandra is rude and petty. I put in an online order that I then had to cancel because my mom was surprising with food. I only put in the order like maybe ten minutes for a future time (I put it in around 950 for delivery at 11) the online pizza tracker said they hadn't even started on it so I called to cancel. Cassandra then replied "Well we already made it so thanks bye" ok yeah I'm sorry but A. Why are you making my food 45 minutes before delivery when I live 15 minutes away from you? B. Why aren't you keeping up with your tracker? C. Doesn't even matter if I was at fault you were just super unprofessional. Love Dominos but won't be getting it while she's managing it

They totally messed up our order. My daughter and I ordered a pizza with two toppings. They got that right. We ordered boneless hot chicken wings. They gave us regular chicken wings. Also ordered boneless bbq wings. They gave us bbq with bones. Not worth the $35.68 I paid Two thumbs down from us

Have been placing delivery orders here for the last 6 months. Tonight we recieved a call after placing online order that we would need to pick our pizza up due to us being out of their zone. This was the first time since October we have ever been asked to go get our order, it is always delivered any other time. By the time we went to pick our pizza up and got it home it was cold. The pizza was cut into crazy pieces and was lacking toppings. The girl at counter had additude when we tried to tell them that they had been delivering to our development since October. Spoke to manager and they said they would try to "update" delivery zones online. We will no longer be using Domino's. Poor customer service and business management.

My Mom and I keep getting sick the next day from this location. We don't buy from this location very often, but in the last 5ish months and maybe 3 or 4 visits, the next day I'm close to the bathroom. Maybe they changed their recipe or something? 🧐

I was excited to see that they were open late, after pulling my semi into the Walmart parking lot just down the block for the night, so I checked the menu online, decided what I wanted to order, and then called them to deliver it to my truck, as most pizza places will do. Then they informed me that they won't deliver to cars. I told them I am in a truck, not a car! She said I could do carry out, but I told her that I have an injured ankle, and can neither walk that far nor park closer, so she hung up on me... Now, if they want to have a policy to only serve locals and non-disabled truckers, I guess that is their right, but I hope that others will choose other pizza places that treat people better. Now to settle for something frozen I can nuke in my truck, after getting my mouth watering for a real pizza...

(6 months ago ish), Placed order for pick up. I told the girl I had a gift certificate for free large pizza on the phone. When I went to pick up she didn't even look at my gift certificate and said it was expired. I said you didn't even look at it and there is no expiration date! She wouldn't even honor it..not that there's anything to honor since it's a valid gift certificate and also redeemable at that location! I can't remember the girls name but I will be calling general office. This is totally unacceptable! I hadn't bought pizza there in awhile cause their pizza's are just okay..but now thanks to her I will never give my business to Domino's.

If I could rate no stars I would. My boyfriend called and ordered a philly pizza.. pizza was dry. Also was very overcooked. He called them back and explained, the manager, Kathy, answered and literally argued with my boyfriend about it, being very rude. We’ve ordered this pizza several times and never once had this issue. Miss Kathy is apparently the manager so we let her know we’re calling corporate. Be wary as this place doesn’t even cook your food correctly and then the manager would rather argue with her customers than make it right. Never going here again. $30 down the drain for burnt pizza 🤮

The dough for our pizza was not hand tossed. It was overproofed and sour. Then the staff to cover it up is not cool. The inside of store showed no caring to food quality. No caring for the consumer.

The pizzas looked and tasted like a $6.99 Quality. We expect a Fabulous pizza for $19.99. The taste was very bleak and the topping products was very Skimpy which meant a Slap in the customer's face. Never again will my family or I order any pizzas from Domino's pizza.

Ordered online. Went to the store to pickup, was told it wasn’t done yet. 10 mins went by nothing then was finally told my food was lost? Wait another 15 for a pizza, very underdone pizza. This place has gone downhill. I won’t be going back anymore grand total of 35$ with a tip for a big hassle. 10/10 would not recommend.

Because you've decided to charge $6.50 for delivery and pocket it for yourselves your drivers will never get a tip from me again because i cant afford to. Do better and take care of your employees if you expect your customers to take care of them, it's 2023 Dominos - shame on you. They're hours on Google don't reflect the actual hours of operations. It says they were closed at 10pm when you call the store directly but they're actually open until 12am. Get it together dominos.

The workers never wore plastic gloves while preparing your pizza. I didn't like it when a young male employee scratched his face and put his hands in the ingredients to spread on pizza. I couldn't eat the pizza and threw it away at home. That was a total waste of 24.00

2nd time ive ordered online (12" they won't allow larger new stuffed parm pizza) online using the order this pizza online prompt from the website look it over in the cart it says 12"parm stuffed crust only to get a receipt with the wrong info with the wrong pizza sent to me called today they said I just ordered wrong how it's a website prompt and again in the cart it said stuffed crust

I have had multiple negative experiences with Cassi, the manager at this Domino's Pizza. Each time I visit, she displays a noticeable attitude towards me. I'm unsure if it's related to my skin color or another reason, but her behavior has made my visits unpleasant. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the customer experience. I'll be driving to Pizza Factory from now on to get pizza without a side of hate.

I made an honest mistake and ordered on the app to my old address. The Marysville location was very nice and understood, told me that the Smokey point location can help. A girl answered should’ve asked for her name but did not care nor did she try to help at all. I asked if my order would refunded and she said “yeah I already told you that and maybe update you app.” I’m a manager myself but I was shocked the way she was giving so much attitude for a simple question

Don’t try to get any deals or specials here. They will use the least amount of ingredients possible. Pizza drier than the Sahara desert. We had to lift up the absolute least amount of cheese to see if there was indeed even any sauce. This isn’t the first time either. We will never order from this location again.

We were compelled to procure pizza for dinner last minute, and unfortunately, it wasn't what we had anticipated. I ordered a chicken mushroom pizza, which was subsequently charged an additional $2 due to the inclusion of jalapenos. The actual amount consisted of about 6 small slices. Despite its size, it did not cover my entire pizza. Additionally, they included an 8-piece chicken wing that was disappointing because only one out of eight pieces contained meat. However, they decided to include that portion as part of the 8-piece order, thereby resulting in a disappointing experience overall.

Unfortunately, Domino's Pizza did not meet my expectations when I ordered a pizza recently. I received a thin pizza that lacked the necessary toppings to make it enjoyable. I have ordered from Domino's on several occasions, but this is the first time I have ever received pizza that was this bad. This location should be avoided as they do not care about quality. I will be looking for a more reliable pizza place in the future. I will also be sure to warn my family and friends to stay away from Domino's.

Pizza there is great usually order their at least once a week will not be ordering anymore they delivered our pizza to our neighbor's house two houses down when I try to talk to the manager the manager didn't want to talk to me talk to me through one of their other employees who then promptly hung up on me did not want to actually go through the process of fixing the problem they did not care will not be ordering from here again really sucks got to find a new pizza place
