Canes is always good. This restaurant was busy when we got there. Food still came out hot and quickly. Staff was nice. They were behind on cleaning tables, but you could see they were trying even though they were really busy.

We ate inside and ordered two of the 3 finger combos and one of the box combos. It was all hot and fresh. It didn't take long to come out and the employee was nice. 3 stars on the atmosphere as they need to clean their tables though.

We love this location, but I feel like they have started reducing the number of fries you get with your meal. The staff here is great too!

Ordered catering for a business lunch and it was delicious. I ordered online which was simple and easy. I called ahead the day of to make sure the order was on target to be ready on time and we would have plates, utensils, cups, etc. and it was all provided and ready when I arrived. I will use them again for the next luncheon and continue to eat there personally because I love their food!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Even when there are a lot of people at the restaurant, service is still great and efficient. When I go through the drive thru, the line moves fairly quickly. And, the food is always good. I typically go to Cane's at least once a week.

It was 1:21 am on a Tuesday night and I was wondering if Canes was open at such a late time. I decided to call the phone number that the internet gave me and I was blessed with an answer from Austin. Austin greeted me and answered my question with complete confidence whilst making myself feel like I was an appreciated customer. I made the drive up to canes to order a Box Combo with no slaw, extra toast and an extra sauce with a Large Dr Pepper. There was this very nice girl with red hair who first took my payment and got me my food as well. GIVE RAISES TO THESE TWO INDIVIDUALS, they deserve them as much as possible

I'm traveling from Missouri, and our Canes can't compare. The food was amazing , the service was friendly, and I loved that they made it know that children could go there after school if they needed to feel safe. Best experience.

Seems the tenders are a bit smaller than they used to be also $12 a bit pricey for those foods. This place.is nice and convenient to drive thru. Pretty quick. The food is made to order. Chicken has correct crispy and the toast is good. I always like the coleslaw in the box meal. Fries are crinkle fries. Sauce is amazing. Definitely a must try if you are in the area and need a quick bite.

Talk about a fantastic lunch experience! I swung by the North Arlington Raising Cane's and let me tell you, this place is sparkling clean! Seriously, you can tell the staff puts in the effort to keep everything tip top, it really makes a difference. I dove into a three finger combo with an Arnold Palmer, and everything was just spot on. My food came out super fast, and those chicken strips and fries were absolutely delicious and tasted incredibly fresh. Plus, the staff was awesome, really pleasant and helpful, which just added to the great vibe. If you're in North Arlington and craving some top notch chicken served with a smile in a spotless environment, this Raising Cane's is your go to! You won't be disappointed!

This visit was the best hands down at any Raising Cane's we've ever visited. The location was busy due to the lunch rush, but our food was ready quickly, prepared correctly, and seasoned properly. Which all seems like pretty low standards to have when dining out, but you would be surprised how often you can't say that about a place. We ordered naked chicken due to our gluten allergies and the chicken came out really nice. Not over cooked and so sharp it could cut your mouth like at different locations we've been to. It was an overall nice experience.

It's a typical Rasing Cane's but their chicken fingers were fresh and on point We went there after the concerts and it was an easy walk from globe Life or AT&T stadium. You just got to survive the Arlington heat in the summer. Oh and they're open late night too. That's a huge plus!

Made a couple of pitstops for dinner after the cowboys vs ravens home game. This was the 2nd one. Place was SUPER busy, like almost all the tables were occupied. It was our first time trying Raising Cane's (since we don't have it up in Canada). We went simple with our order. Tendies and some of that infamous Cane sauce (no texas toast or crinkle fries). The chicken was hot and juicy but DEFINITELY UNDER-SEASONED. I see why youtubers and everyone online hype up the Cane sauce so much now. It literally makes up for the general lack of seasoning in the chicken itself. But yes, the sauce is crack. 4 stars for a first time experience (would be 3 stars if I was just judging the chicken, but the Cane sauce was indeed magical so it made it good).

The chicken is never salty enough and the fries are always over salted. Plus the "toast" or grilled bread is always too greasy and not toasty, way doughy and soggyish. I wish they would reduce the salt in the fries and increase the flavoring of the chicken. Also their cane's sauce and the honey mustard are not very good. No comment at all about the coleslaw but I wish they had salad instead or something better than the fries. Also it's always cold and loud. Service is usually friendly and good.

Honestly, the chicken is just not that good. Golden chick is better, plus you get gravy. Cane's sauce is good, but there should be options for dip, and gravy should be one, slaw should be an option not standard, yuck, what a waste. Way too expensive.

The toast is never toasted, it’s basically buttered bread. they gave me the tiniest tenders for my box combo and it was $13. Definitely not worth the money. I also asked for sweet tea and was instead up charged and given lemonade.

First time trying out Raising Cane's and I have to admit, it was good. The chicken tenders are pretty darn big in portions and the chicken sandwich combo I order as the side order to my chicken fingers (yes I'm a Fatty McFatty) had a very flavorful sauce. This use to be top tier when stopping for fresh hot food. As for the past few months, anytime after 8 pm, its as if the staff immediately prepares for close and preboxes menu meals as well as pre-prep drinks. At least 5 times, I've pulled up to extremely courteous prompt service to a preboxed meal that was either wrong or so cold thst the fries were garbage. The Texas toast, cold and soggy, chicken that was so cold and had began to dry out, plus the drinks are watery due to all the melted ice. I'm annoyed because something has drastically changed with the night shift and I've visited this located for the past 3 years. It was always a pleasure to a line wrapped around the parking lot into the street because you knew everyone wanted that quality food that only they serve in a timely manner, so none of us minded waiting in line. In the last 2 months, I've seen that line dissappear. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Went through the drive thru everything was good till I got to the window. The two girls had there back turned to me. Waited 15 minutes so I said excuse me and she turned around and I asked about my order and she said it’s not ready didn’t even ask for my payment and turned back around and continued talking. Finally got my food. Didn’t get the extra ketchup I asked for or the extra bread I paid for. The lemonade tasted like water the chicken and fries were cold and the bread wasn’t good at all. Called and talked to the manager and all she said was that she was sorry this happened and that ketchup is free I was like wow. Won’t be back.

They mixed two orders in one plate. When asked why, they stated it makes it easier for them when they do that. One girl was rude. Asked for manager who also said they do that for convenience. The girl literally came to clean near us and started giving us bad looks. I have always eaten at this place but I was frustrated by the services for that day. The manager(Alex) said he can separate the order with his hands. What kind of rudeness.

I was really enjoying my food until I saw this long straight piece of hair in my chicken. Everyone sitting in the car has very curly hair and seeing this piece of hair made me sick to my stomach!

Showed up for dine in at 11am on 4/6. Doors were locked. Hours on the glass said they open at 10am and they had a sign that said they’ll open an hour later for Easter. That should be 11am. At least 5 employees just stood there and stared at us, like we were stupid or something, and and none offered any help as far as if they had something else going on or anything. I love Cane’s, and love what they stand for, but this wasn’t that.

The customer service was horrible. I placed my first order through the drive-through and asked for all of my food to be fresh and my fries were old and my tenders were dry. I was told they could not fix my food because I had no receipt which was not giving to me at the window, and I did not have the food because I had thrown it away. They were able to locate my order through their system however due to me, not having the food they were not able to give me, my order made correctly I did not even ask for a refund after they made me buy another meal with my own money. I asked for double fries with no coleslaw and they still gave me coleslaw and my food was not fresh. I would not recommend this raising canes to anyone.

Went for family dinner in the drive thru. Received our food quickly. Drove home and realized that they only put 3 chicken fingers in my Caniac, which was supposed to have 6 pieces. Very disappointed, will not be eating at this location ever again.

I have never had such service like how i did today. Went to order through drive through and i had to repeat my order multiple times. She said to pull forward to the next window, which is exactly what i did. Girls were dancing, playing and not acknowledging the window at all. Waited a good minute after so many employees saw me sit at the window. Finally a lady told me to move forward but yet not one of the other employees could tell me this information even though they were the ones who made the mistake. If a managers uniform is a black collar shirt then i understand why they never told me anything because they did not manage to tell them to let customer know to pull forward. Simple mistake but it’s becoming a thing like missing food items which happened more than once already

I came in at 2:00 for a late lunch, but nobody was able to take my order and there were just a bunch of people standing in the way. Two front counter people saw me standing there and just ignored me multiple times. I made plenty of eye contact. It was so awkward I honestly just left hungry and sad.

i would give 0 stars if i could. they closed early due to the super bowl - when the super bowl has nothing to do with this location or the cowboys. not everyone watches football and i’m pretty sure your employees do not either- closing early due to the superbowl when nobody else does just seems pretty cliche. luckily the lovely drive thru lady was very nice about it. i know it’s not the workers fault. wanted toast, did not get toast 0/10.

Service has entirely gone downhill and the chicken fingers were very shriveled up and small compared to what they used to be. I was charged, uncharged and charged again after waiting behind what must have been family because they got plenty of attention and smiles. My fries were cold & I totally regret going here. Went in there just to buy a gift card, and the young man at the counter didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Instead of asking for help, he tells me “I’ll get to you later, let me take the guys order behind you.” What type of costumer service is that? It reflects on the manager and lack of ethical training. I will never return to this location again.
