I had an amazing experience at Red Crab Juicy Seafood! The food was so fresh—like, it felt like the seafood just came out of the ocean. You can taste the quality in every bite! The place has a relaxing vibe with nice decor, perfect for a night out or celebration. And I have to mention the bar! The cocktails are on point, super flavorful and refreshing. The staff really made us feel at home, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It was such a pleasant surprise to see everyone smiling and eager to help. Highly recommend if you’re a seafood lover and want a fun night out!
Red Crab Juicy Seafood really knows how to bring flavor to the table! Every dish we tried was bursting with taste, and it’s clear they put a lot of effort into making the food memorable. The restaurant is spotless, too—you can tell they care about keeping the place clean and welcoming. The DJ played fantastic music that set a fun, energetic tone for the night. It was a perfect mix of great food, lively music, and a relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be back!
My wife and I have been waiting for this place to open, and let me tell you something... It was so worth the wait. The service was good, and server was attentive. My wife had the frozen hurricane, and I had the Beerita (w/Modelo), and they were mixed just right. Not too strong, yet not weak at all. Ok now to the main attraction... The food! We got 1 whole lobster, 1lb of headless shrimp, & 1lb of blue crabs w/mild Garlic Butter seasoning. EXCELLENT 👌🏼 The garlic was not overpowering the food, and was mixed perfectly. The lobster, crabs, and shrimp were STEAMED just right 👍🏼. The lobster tail might have been just a tad too chewy, but the flavoring completely made up for it. Overall if you're in Arlington, and in the mood for really good Seafood do not hesitate to stop here! We'll definitely be back. And don't miss the Don Henley karaoke extravaganza on Saturdays 😁😁 (Inside joke)
My go to! Always fresh wait staff is nice and give advice on how to order if huge portions aren’t necessary.
Service was great, not a fan of seafood however they did have other options, was there with a group
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the food is because I hadn't had the sea food yet, just the sides it sausage. My group had a late meeting and landed there right before the seating cutoff time. They yet gave us full service with great customer service! Everyone enjoyed the food they ordered.
This place is my new go-to spot for seafood cravings! The freshness here is unbeatable, and the flavors are so well-balanced—nothing too heavy, just great ingredients done right. The restaurant has a lively, welcoming atmosphere, and the bar is fantastic. I loved the signature cocktails; they were perfect complements to the meal. The staff made our night, too! They were quick to greet us, helped us pick some dishes, and checked in just the right amount. I left happy, full, and already planning my next visit!
I went to Red Crab Juicy Seafood the other night, and honestly, I had such a great time. The food was super tasty—like, you could tell it was really fresh, and everything was seasoned just right. Nothing felt too heavy or greasy, which I appreciated. The place itself was really clean and cozy, which made the whole experience even better. It felt like the kind of place you could go with friends, relax, eat well, and just enjoy the evening. Definitely planning to go back soon.
Went in the afternoon. There was one other table with a couple. Service was quick and food was served super hot. Never had a crab boil so hot. It was FANTASTIC! Really, really good! That sauce....
The food is so delicious and definitely the best seafood boil from any sea food place. MILD or SPICY, you can't go wrong with either one . The only bad thing I can say about this place is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. I believe after 7 o'clock. It gets obnoxiously loud with the DJ Raunchy rap music from the early 2000 , and you can't hear your significant other speak, so go to this place early.
Just tried Red Crab Juicy Seafood for the first time and I’m already thinking about going back. The seafood was seriously fresh—you can taste the difference right away. The vibe inside was super chill, not too loud, just really comfortable. Our server was so kind and checked in just the right amount. It felt like they genuinely cared that we were having a good time. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing meal with great food.
This was my daughter and my birthday dinner and it was AMAZING. The food was soo incredible, we sat where the music dj was playing and it was an incredible atmosphere, our server Saint. He was amazing as well… Overall the experience was amazing 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Such a solid spot. The food tasted fresh and well-prepared, especially the shrimp—it was so tender. The place had a nice, calm vibe, which made it feel really inviting. I liked how the staff seemed genuinely happy to help and weren’t rushing us at all. It’s rare to find a restaurant that feels this easygoing while still serving quality food. Loved it!
Absolutely our go to for seafood now. We're not from Texas and we've been to plenty seafood restaurants with good reviews, only to come up short. This place is the ultimate. Not disappointed the the portion size and the taste is A1. This picture is only half the bag. We did a Build you own with a pound each of shrimp, lobster, and king crab. I would def say to call and order because the online system is not the best for building boil orders.
Well, I went and loved the environment. The place has Karaoke 🎤🎶 Saturday. It was very cool. If you are allergic to really shellfish do not go to this establishment. You will break out from the smell. Rating your establishment gets a 10 out of 10. Thank you for your time. Stay encouraged. Be positive. Smile.
First time at Red Crab 🦀 and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing, perfectly seasoned, hot and yummy. The staff were friendly and attentive. Prices were good and food portions were great. Definitely recommend. The space is also quite big too so lots of room and perfect for big parties too.. I definitely will return.
Went to my dad’s bday dinner Saturday and I enjoyed it. I wouldn’t order the blue crab again but other than I’m sold. Dj was playing the blues and that’s my type of carryin’ on. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed..
Fresh Crawfish & Shrimps with mouthwatering flavor!!! Everything seems so perfect from the moment you walk in, feeling the ocean vibes when you see all seafood decor hanging all over the restaurant and smelling crawfish in the air. The bar has large screens featuring all the sport plays that you don’t want to miss. Since it was our first time so we asked our server for her recommendation and ordered our build your own shrimps and crawfish. (It has potatoes and corn in it too.) We went for all the flavors and have it medium for level of spiciness. Yummy and addictive I am telling you!!! It was beyond our expectations. If you don’t mind getting your hand dirty while you de shell your seafood then it is really fun and fulfilling. Their price is not too bad I must admit. Next time we hope to come back to try their crabs and lobster tails. Like!!!!!
I decided to give sea food a try, so I ordered a medium spicy low country boil with their juicy special seasoning ToGo and damn, I instantly became a fan 🤩 I immediately understood why people suck on sea food shells/crawfish, shrimp etc. I recommend you leave it in the bag instead of pouring it into a dish like I originally had planned to do, because you'll be dipping your sea food and sides in the juice, I'm sure. The boil includes snow crab, shrimp, sausage, red potatoes, hard boiled eggs and corn, and I LOVE the fact that you can buy extra juice and sides because that juice makes the dish. Try it!
Oysters on the half shell, crawfish boil and fried soft shell crab was phenomenal. From Pappadeaux down the road last night to here tonight I wish it was my second trip here instead. I haven't had a meal this good in a very long time! Very reasonably priced as well. Not sure I've had better, even in NOLA.
Place was nothing short of an amazing restaurant! The entire place was spotless, the waiters a d waitresses couldn't do enough for us, our meal was well prepared, our drinks were perfect, I have never had a better experience with a restaurant! They forever have our business. Price was fair for what we ate.
This is the best seafood I've had in a long time. I had the hush puppies, which has corn kernels in the batter. I also had the Low Country Boil and added claims to it. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I orderd mine the Juicy Special in medium. Perfectly juicy and tender. The Lavender Martini is definitely worth giving it a try.
When walking in the hostess seemed bothered that I walked in & interrupted her on her phone. I said want to sit at the bar. She didn’t say anything. I walked to the bar & bartender got me a drink. Ordered & food came out afterwards. Low Country Boil was delicious. I walk out & 3 ladies at the front just looked at me. I told them thank you & not one said anything. Despite the rudeness from the hostesses, I will still give this restaurant five stars.
Been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so so glad my boyfriend and I did!! Some of the best fried seafood around! Definitely recommend the fried shrimp. Not many places get fried shrimp quite right but this place sure did. The fried catfish, crab rangoons, hush puppies, and sweet potato fries were all very good as well. Our waiter was also very kind and friendly and the atmosphere is super fun! You can’t go wrong with giant fake crabs and fish everywhere! I love it haha. Definitely would go back. I want to try the seafood boils next time. It looked too good! 🦀🦐🦞
If you're a seafood lover, Red Crab Juicy Seafood in Arlington, TX, is a must-visit! From the moment you step into the restaurant, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a fantastic dining experience. The menu is extensive, featuring a variety of seafood options that cater to all tastes. Whether you're in the mood for shrimp, crab, oysters, or lobster, Red Crab has it all. I particularly enjoyed their "Juicy Special" boil, which comes generously loaded with succulent shrimp and crab, perfectly seasoned in a flavorful blend of spices. The portion sizes are impressive, ensuring you leave satisfied. One standout aspect of the dining experience is the freshness of the seafood. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. The service was also exceptional; our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, making great recommendations that enhanced our meal. The restaurant's decor is casual yet charming, creating a relaxed vibe where you can truly enjoy your meal. The fun, laid-back atmosphere makes it perfect for families, friends gathering, or even a casual date night. For those who enjoy a little extra kick, don't skip the dipping sauces—they're a delightful addition to the meal. The garlic butter sauce, in particular, is a must-try! Overall, Red Crab Juicy Seafood exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic spot for fresh, delicious seafood in Arlington, and I can't wait to return for another round of their mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommended!
Really good food, pricing is reasonable, waiter was nice. The only problem was that it took a while to recieve our food
The low country boil is my favorite. I have tried a few spots like this and they have been the only one's i have went back to repeatedly if that is any indication of how good it is. Sometimes the corn on a cob is overcooked but everything else is fantastic. The butter sauce is good but i wished they use more real butter than margarine. This is an easy fix though because i just bring it home and add a couple of pats of real butter to my bag and voila. The seafood is always good and fresh plus their sausage is bangin. However, prices jumped nearly $10 overnight. I may need to fit this right into my hair and nail budget 🤔
I'm a sports fan so there were screens no matter where we sat. They changed the tvs for me with no issue too. I gave the waitress a little heat and she took it in stride with a smile and continued to be nice as well as check on us regularly. The food was seasoned well. All seafood is pricey but I thought I got a decent value for what I ordered! They played good music and have live music on Fridays & Saturdays. I was advised to come back on Saturday. I'll definitely be back. Great experience.
My daughter took me here for my bday. It was my second visit here. And like before it was a 45+min wait to be seated. Once seated our server attended quickly but after for the rest of the visit was not so attentive. I ordered a Long Island tea which when was brought to me had already watered down from ice that melted. She did replace it after seeing my expression. Our food came and I can say honestly it did not disappoint. Ahhh it is so flavorful I believe I got the weekend special with all the flavors in medium. We also had hush puppies which were totally yummy. Oh, I bring my own medical gloves because they fit way better than the ones they give you there, theirs are more like those gloves you get in a box of hair dye🤣 really loose and huge. Because you will get messy here… but it’s a good messy 🫶🏼
I went there for dinner and we got sated immedialty, The lights were blue and overall the place was very nice! My only complaint is that the menus online and you have to scan a QR code. I'm just not very used to that I guess.. The server was okay just not very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and actually had decent prices for seafood! I absolutely LOVED this
Red Crab is conveniently located right off the highway. The restaurant has an inviting entrance. It took a few minutes for us to be seated and we were the only ones waiting. Our server was efficient. He had a lot of tables throughout the restaurant so he was moving. I would say he did a good job and checked on us regularly but not so much to be annoying just to make sure drinks full etc. Not overly friendly but not rude. Just doing a good job. The food was very good. Fresh, Hot, and tasted great. The seafood boils are some of the cheaper ones we have found and they include items that are not included at other restaurants such as an egg. Gave 4 stars because while serving was ok and food was great the place has a lot of cleaning opportunities. Just at our table alone, the window sills had a lot of crumbs and spilt liquid that has obviously been there a while. The cobwebs, aka dustbunnies, on the light fixtures above the table have been there for a while to accumulate as much as was there. View picture for what I'm talking about. In addition walls were dirty, so makes you wonder if they clean there kitchen. The food is very good so I tried not to think about cleanliness to much. Overall, I'd recommend for a good fresh hot meal with adequate service.
I honestly hate to rate this a 3 because the food was so great, but the waitress was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life and absolutely did not want me to spend more money at all. Was trying to kick me out. I couldn’t enjoy my time and have a couple of beers in fact, one was lukewarm when I got it, and I told her and she laughed. Food was amazing. However, the service was the worst I’ve ever had in my life.
Well, the food was great and the waitress was wonderful. The prices were a bit high but we got 50 percent off on appetizers because we came before 6 pm. We arrived at 5:50 pm and it was practically empty. I wanted to give 5 stars but...every window seal was really dirty. and the bathrooms needed a good mopping. Nice setting overall but a little clean up, dust, and shine may help.
I came in for takeout. The greeter who took my order was nice, but not very knowledgeable about the menu which almost ended up in overcharging. I ordered the seafood boil, and I was so disappointed! The potatoes were too hard and still undone a bit, so the flavor didn't come through. The broth was not as well seasoned as I expected, making the entire boil a little bland. I also ordered a kid's chicken nugget meal, which came with fries. The chicken nuggets looked just like McDonald's chicken nuggets, unlike the picture of large chicken pieces shown on the menu. They were that mushy consistency of a nugget comprised of various meat parts combined. The "cajun" fries were meh. So the whole meal went uneaten. I usually visit the restaurant in Dallas on I-20 and have never had a bad experience. I'll go back there.
I love this place, even had several events here, but they must have hired different chef lately. The food has changed a lot and not as flavorful. It was seasoned, but add more seasoning please!!! Of course the service is always excellent and the atmosphere is awesome with the music they play. When I say the wait staff is on point, they treat you like you are in one of those 5 star, way too expensive establishments. This location would have gotten all 5 stars a year ago, but now….mediocre food.
Food was expensive but quality was not so good. Waiter was Chinese and couldn't even understand a simple rum and coke order , we had to ask 3 times for menus and still didn't recieve a drink menu. Atmosphere was really noisy with crying children and kids running around loose. Really not what you're expecting for $100 meal. Food was only okay rating, not at all what we expected in standard. The calamari had to be thr worst of options we ordered, was like rubber onion rings. We also ordered raw oysters, shrimp pasta, weekend, king crab, low country boil, and lobster, everyone was unhappy 🙁. Drinks are watered down well drinks and we got a couple margaritas,, $6 well tequila, $3 mixer, $2 flavor .. was how it listed on bill. We will not be going back, part of 6 -- exit stage left.
We went here thinking it was just as the Juicy seafood I'm CedarHill but it is not. We got a mother's day special, came with crab shrimp and potatoes, it did not come with sausage and eggs. We had to add eggs to the bag for an additional price. The oysters seem weird they were really big and chewy. We also had a Don Julio margarita and it was not it. The place is ok but we will take the extra drive back to Cedar hill.
The crab boil I got was a substanial portion. It was good. Drinks, for $10, barely had any alcohol. It tasted more like juice. Im a lightweight and I barely got even a buzz when normally I do. The kicker was the server taking over 40 mins to give us our receipt. We were a large party of about 6 people. We finished and continued talking but I noticed no one barely coming over to ask if we needed more water or anything else we needed. The place was not super packed. I am willing to try this place again and change the review as I hope it was a mistake.
Updated review: it’s Wednesday and I came at 6pm. I was sat immediately, serviced and the food came out extremely quickly. It was delicious. I got the Wednesday special which was 1lb of headless shrimp and 1/2lb snow crab for $34.99. It does come with corn and potatoes. I’m really glad I gave this place another chance. Ky was attentive. The only negative is the corn was overcooked. They offered to replace but I was too full anyway. I got the juicy flavor without spice and I love the fresh garlic. Very flavorful, cooked perfectly and I love that the shrimp is also deveined. I hope this is the norm. Based on today, I’d definitely come back. Also the music is what I like, mixed. My only suggestion for upgrade would be to have someone at the bar full time, I could see this place really gaining more attention and customers that way. Came and waited 30+ min to even get water. There was three people working and service was basically non existent. It’s 7pm on a Tuesday, smh.
I have visited this site before with some friends. This visit was not so great for me. I ordered the wings before ordering my dinner. Needless to say, my dinner came before my appitizer, bummer. We watched the superbowl pre-show and had dinner. The restaurant was empty. I don't frequent this establishment. I ordered the Thursday special two pounds of crab legs, shrimp w/o the heads. It was a lot of food for me but great leftovers the next day. The service was good. So, visit and taste for yourself. Happy eats!!🦀🦀🦀
Second time coming and the food itself was good. The bags didn't have as much juice or food as the first time. I ordered the exact samething. We also ordered chicken wings which came out 20 minutes after our boils. Was told one of the chicken orders was wrong so it would be an additional 20 minutes to correct it. I choose to just take the chicken that was prepared, they offered a discount which was a whooping $ 2.40.
Sigh..... here's the thing... when you charge this much for boiled seafood, it should be made to order. I have been here twice and both times, watched all the tables get their food within 5 minutes of placing their order. 6 pounds of crawfish? 5 min or less. 5 pounds of crab claws? 5 min or less. Table of 4, table of 10, doesn't matter, all your food is likely pre-boiled and dipped again before serving. And the texture confirms it. I have had worse boiled seafood. This isn't the worst. It will scratch an itch. There are far better places in DFW, with better quality and better prices (NOTHING has come close to Nate's). Don't let the pictures fool you. Presentation far exceeds execution. If you have never had great boiled seafood before, you may not be upset. But if you have the least amount of standards, Red Crab boils down to overpriced, overcooked, and overpromised seafood.
I really did like this place!!!!! However; the hostess did a terrible job. We came in with a table for 7. She said it was a 30min wait. We asked to go to the bar. We had 3 kids with us. She said the kids couldn't sit at the bar. So we had them stand off to the side. There was a table directly behind us, that would fit probably 10 ppl. I asked the hostess if we could sit there so the kids could get water because we just came from Six Flags. We're all hot and wanted something to drink. She said no. I said oh because you have another large group before us? She said NO. Because we only sit ppl in the order they come in. In the lobby area, their were 3 parties. 2 couples and the other was 4 ppl. Why would I wait for them to be seated at a booth when you have all these large tables open? Makes NO sense!!!!!!! And all those ppl wanted to sit on the side with the DJ. We didn't. But the bartenders were awesome and gave us all waters. Even the kids. The hostess did make us wait. For a table that was available when we 1st got there!!!! Our waiter was great. He helped us order and made suggestions. The food and experience was awesome. The bill was expensive! I paid $250 something for 3 ppl. But I guess it was more for the experience on how they bring your food out and the atmosphere? The hostess should be fired!!!!
Ordered the boil. It was alright. There was plenty of food. There was to much seasoning (salty) for ME... Service was good. There weren't many ppl in the restaurant. We got there before the football 🏈 game rush. I ordered catfish, it was good. I would visit again and order something different. My server was attentive. He didn't seem to know what was on the menu. I asked for fries and he said they don't sell fries on the weekend, yet the various meals had fries as part of the combo. $230.00 meal with tip for 3 adults and 2 kids.
This location is dirty. The dust was seen on the booth tops. Floor and booths were sticky. Ladies Bathroom had every toilet with stuff in it but one. I will NOT be back
My first time eating here was on March 15, 2025… yesterday to be exact! I ordered the weekend special, the blue bayou alcoholic drink and the crawfish. They barely put any shrimps in the bag, the lobster was extremely tough & the alcoholic drink was watered down to the point where I didn’t even get a buzz at all. My total ended up coming up to $75 and they automatically added a $13 tip to my ticket which I didn’t understand especially when the service and food wasn’t up to par. I will not be back to this establishment and still learning to not believe the hype because not everyone knows what real seafood should taste like! The restrooms were very nasty as well and didn’t have toilet tissue in them.
Over the past 3 years the quality of food and the portion size has decreased at the Arlington location prices has increase fairly but portion size has decreased
I've been to these before they are just your normal crab boil in a bag. But this one I'm sorry to say was extremely disappointing. After informing The person taking the order of what we wanted half dozen raw clams one bowl of gumbo and a 1 lb of crab legs straight up no side fixings and two drinks gin and tonic and a Seagram's and seven/seven.... We were approached again informing us we're out of gumbo we need to have clam chowder then we were informed that they are out of '77'..... And then informed the necessary corrections in order to clarify the error with Seagram's and 7up. Then gin and tonic .... We were then approached by the person who does the bar works. Inform that the type of tonic that she wanted was out and that they had a couple available. Then he wanted clarification on what a Seagram's and seven was and I informed him and after that I went with the Maker's Mark and seven up. I know that sounds awful but it's not how you drink Maker's Mark but I had a taste for what I did. The food was normally good not exciting but of course my crab legs came with the complimentary potato and very tough abusive corn pieces that they typically throw in. And the follow-up we were charged an extra drink for all the confusion the drinks were about $9 and walked out of there with I'm $90 bill for total confusion people who don't know what's going on around them and a bartender that doesn't know his drinks. Not to be rude.... I apologize for not taking any pictures of normal things that you can see anywhere. Nothing was exciting the inside was dressed up exciting but the people service attendance to your purchase of items to eat were not exciting. And I apologize again .... no matter how exciting the words "juicy seafood" tend to look on the outside of a building it doesn't make up for the lack of knowledge that is contained inside.
Never again can I trust going to this place and they tried to scam on gratuity. Truth is, had they allowed my family to tip as we always do, the server could've easily had $50+ rather than them trying to get over on our tickets and the sign on the door is very misleading. After requesting to speak to Management, he sends the server back out only to show me the menu. I am a very big tipper but I tip according to the service provided....
The food was okay, but the service really left a bad impression. The Chinese lady who seemed to be the owner was very rude and dismissive. She acted like we were bothering her just by ordering and asking simple questions. No smile, no basic courtesy — just a lot of attitude. It made the whole meal uncomfortable. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but basic respect and friendliness go a long way. Won’t be coming back.
They deleted my previous review — here’s the truth. The food here is not fresh — the crawfish and shrimp tasted off, and the seasoning couldn’t hide it. I even saw a rat near the kitchen area, which is a serious food safety concern. The woman in charge (Asian, possibly the owner or manager) was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care whether customers were there or not. They also deleted my last review, and honestly, a lot of the 5-star reviews here feel fake. The experience I had doesn’t match what they’re trying to present online. I’ll be contacting the local health department to report what I saw — people deserve better than this. Definitely not a place I’d ever return to or recommend.
I was really looking forward to coming here since we’re from Canada. Finally got there, got sat down quickly from a lovely hostess but we ended walking out due to no service from any one else. 2 bartenders, 2 servers, and 1 host. No water, no hi after 10-15 minutes. Very disappointed!!
10/11/2025 - Came here and no one came to the table to take my order. After going to the front to ask for a waiter, a guy finally came over and didn’t acknowledge me being ignored nor did he apologize. He tried dismissing the fact that no one came over. So I got up and left. He didn’t even try to salvage me as a customer. Don’t go to their location, go to the Addison location instead.
Bad customers service ever! Never come back to this place! We came in around 5:45 and they’re not busy at all. They got us the table take order and the food is arriving fast but they don’t even asked after leave the food on the table .The raw oysters are disgustingly and super fishy not fresh at all
So, I went one time last year and it was great. I went on the 23rd of this month and the customer service was horrible. The waiter barely came to ask us if we needed anything we had to jump up just to get him to get our check. However, he was very attentive to a white couple in front of us. This was very bazaar. So two tables down a woman was on her cell phone and had it on speaker for about maybe 45/50 full minutes on the loudest volume. The conversation was so loud you could hear it over the music. The waiters and waitresses were too scared to ask her to turn it down. She's as cussing and laughing loudly and caused several customers to get up and leave. I got the Juicys flavored boil and it was extremely salty and we LOVE seasoned food. Fast forward to a the 25th. I had a friend come from LA that wants to try the place. We ordered to go. We sat to have a drink and waited like 15 and no one came to serve us. We had to ask a passing waitress for help. She had a waiter come and he stood several feet away and literally said "what do yall need?" I was astounded by the lack of good customer service skills here. I'm not sure if they don't like people of color or if they are just rude. The food was not salty this time. The crab legs were overcooked. The meat did not slide out we had to manually did and did out all the meat. Truly aggravating to spend this kinda money to experience this. However, we won't EVER COME BACK. So don't waste your money here. Go where you are treated properly.
The restaurant was across from our hotel, so it was convenient. The place was dark and unkempt. We should've turned around, but decided to order. The food was literally inedible. We paid and walked out. Such a waste.
The food is great but the services is horrible I want some else to drink and the server sat there at the bar and look at me and turn his more than once
Absolutely awful. The fried calamari was just flat-out nasty, and the crawfish tasted dirty and way too fishy. The crab was the only thing halfway decent, but that’s not saying much. Even the cheap margaritas were terrible. Spent $70 on this mess and won’t be back. Definitely not worth it.
You can’t have bad food and bad service. Ordered crawfish and it was awful. Worst I’ve ever had.
How do you not honor a price that’s literally on your menu? We weren’t even given a physical menu—they told us to scan a QR code at the table. So the price was clearly displayed for customers to see. Yet when I questioned being charged $35 for 1 lb of scallops listed at $18, the server shrugged and said the manager wouldn’t honor it, basically telling me “don’t bother.” Slow service, no Apple Pay, and zero accountability from management. I’ve been here before, but this experience ensures it will be my last. Avoid this place—terrible management and terrible service. I will be disputing my charge.
The waiters barely checked on us during the duration we were there. Out of the 2 hours we were there the waiter only checked on us twice. If the tip wasn't required I would not have tipped anything. Furthermore, the crawfish tasted frozen and the oysters were so fishy that it was inedible. The waiter couldn't even answer the question of where the oysters were from. The service was bad and the food was bad. I would not recommend eating here.
MY CREDIT CARD WAS CLONED - See below for details: I am writing this to warn other customers to be extremely cautious. Shortly after visiting this establishment, my credit card was cloned, and multiple fraudulent transactions were attempted. Thankfully, my credit card company’s fraud department flagged the activity immediately and blocked the transactions before any damage was done. Based on my transaction history, this was the only location where the card was used during the window of the compromise. Please monitor your statements closely if you have visited recently or consider using cash. In fact, don't bother visiting this establishment.
I ordered food through DoorDash for pickup. I got the update that my food was ready so I went inside to get my order. It wasn’t busy at all as there was only one table inside and someone at the bar. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged. During that time employees were standing around and a few walked out from the back, and they all looked at me but never said a word. The lady working the to go area finally walked out of the kitchen with another order, while looking at her phone the entire time. She sat the order down behind the counter and turned around to go back into the kitchen ignoring me when I said excuse me. A family of maybe 5 or 6 walked in, then the hostess decided she would walk up and thought she was going to just seat them. I asked her is she could give me my to go because I had been standing there waiting. She tried to tell me I had to wait on the to go person, and I responded telling her “no because I just watched this lady come out and not even acknowledge me and I am looking directly at my order.” She still looked around as if looking for help then went behind the to go counter and grabbed the order. I was inside that place for maybe 15 minutes without being acknowledged and no attempt at being serviced for an order that was already behind the counter prepared. I worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years and when one of my coworkers wasn’t at their station or was busy doing something else we are literally trained to help because you never want to leave a paying customer unnoticed or ignored. That was my first and last time ordering from here.
