One of my favorite places in NYC. The shrimp tacos, green plantains with smoked pork skin, the picada a must and the passion fruit mojito superb. I love to dance there on Fridays and Saturdays, the DJ on those days play the best music to dance. Sunday's brunch amazing and not so expensive. Every time that I bring my friends there they fall in love with the place.

Absolutely the best place I've been in my 6 months in New York. My partner is very picky, but she continues to want to eat here and we have never been even slightly disappointed by anything we order. The vibe is great; very chill and moody, and the people working here from the owner to bartenders are always genuinely welcoming. My favorite item on the menu so far is the chicharron.

I was there last Thursday and I didn’t expect they had a karaoke night which was so fun, the attention was extraordinary(servers and runners were very friendly), the food was good (we tried guacamole and chips, burgers, empanadas and fried calamari), reasonable prices and excellent red wine. Very nice brunch deal, perfect for the weekends. Convenient location near Broadway/Steinway corner. They have a nice design aesthetic with florals. Several tables inside, mix of high tops and standard tables. We ordered shrimp tacos, an order of the Tostones, Elote, drinks. and a couple of the breakfast platters (Jennifer and Eggs Benedict). Very tasty and delicious! Service was great and pricing was good too.

Went here for midday brunch having seen their "Jennifer breakfast" in the menu the day before, and was very well fed! Got the Jennifer dream breakfast which was perfect! Bacon right between chewy and crunchy, eggs just right, and a well topped 2 pancakes! While the waitstaff there, she did not speak full English, she did find another way for me to ask my question via a phone translator (about the pancakes). The mimosa was strong too, especially considering the cherry on top! My gripe: music was too loud. Solution? Earbuds! I'd be happy to go again with more people!

Excellent margherites, specific and strong. A wonderfully soft and fresh mini arepa appetizer with pork and verde sauce. Original wonderful paella with seafood (fresh, not frozen). Extremely nice and friendly service. Surprisingly large restaurant space inside which you do not expect when standing in front of the entrance. Stylish interior design and perfect atmosphere. This is the real hidden diamond of this area.

Friendly staff + $7 taco Tuesday Can't go wrong!

The octopus was delicious, soft and cooked properly, the skirt steak was cooked MW just as advised so my complements to the chef (not every place cooks it as requested), lastly the beer and the TV were right on point for the event, we had a good time and will return to taste other dishes. The place looks nice, a sort of contemporary Mexican style with a twist of old charm, the lighting and decor make it stand out.

The food was not only generous but tasted really good. The salmon with quinoa chilaqules, was delish. The music was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cute decor.

The place is beautiful! Our server was great, friendly and helpful. The guacamole was excellent as was the mezcalita. My only question is why charge more for plain fajita with.no meat, chicken or shrimp? My fajitas were basically what you’d get before they add animal protein. There should be a separate category and price for a vegetarian version or don’t offer it at all.

After salsa class my wife and I were looking for spot to eat and we found this nice cozy spot nearby. The food was decent and our waitress was friendly. Our food took a while to come, I think it was because they had just opened but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely come here again.

I stopped by this place heading to another place and I think I found a hidden gem. I wasn’t very hungry so we elected to get appetizers. The options we picked is/was delicious! The atmosphere is chill, waiters are and always have been awesome!

One of the best pork bellies ever. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my mother in law's order was incorrect and the rest of our party was basically done by the time she got her food. An honest mistake but kinda put a damper on the brunch.

The place was nicely decorated definitely recommended the $37 margarita pitcher. They charge about $5 when paying with card, would suggest the place adding more appetizers to the menu.

Lunera - we picked Lunera as we were looking for Mexican food in Queens NY. It was a cold Saturday night. We called and made a reservation and we were seated promptly upon arriving. We arrived around 7:15 PM. Pros: The staffs were very attentive and super friendly. The atmosphere was great and it appears to be a hot spot for groups gatherings for birthdays and other special occasions. Cons: Drinks - both my husband and I order margarita on the rocks with salt. Our first drinks were watered down. We let our waitress know how we felt about our first drinks and didn’t want the same with a second drink order. She promised she will make the drinks, that said we ordered a second round of drinks and again our second drinks were watered down. Absolutely no taste of alcohol. Food - We ordered two appetizers - Chicharron Ahumado & Pulpo Bravo and for dinner we ordered the Seafood Paella which was a generous portion for two. The only component of these 3 plates that was enjoyable was the Pulpo Bravo. The flavors were totally missed with the other dishes. I am hoping they were having an off night and it’s unfortunate for us, but not usual for them.

We came to celebrate one of my friend’s birthday. Everything is great except the costumer service. They took 20 minutes to give us a menu after being seated. Drinks took forever to get, but food was great as well as atmosphere. I believe they might need more servers or faster servers. We had took keep looking for the staff to get anything. They were very nice through the service though. Hopefully they fix it. It’s a very nice restaurant.

There is a waitress, (I don't know her name, because she never introduced herself) I don't think it contributes to the business, but nevertheless the waiter, very kind and friendly, served us water while we waited for the food. very polite and attentive, thank you sir although I don't remember your name. I didn't like the taste of the paella, it looked like risotto, the drinks didn't feel alcoholic, It should be noted that the place looks nice and unfortunately I wanted to see the place, I already knew it 🤷‍♀️

Came to grab a quick bite and drinks with a group of coworkers during the week. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and meal, the service was great, our waiter was very attentive. The reason I have to give two stars is because unfortunately, this restaurant illegally passes on the credit card fee onto the customer. At the end of our meal we were presented with a bill with two prices, one cash, one credit. Section 518 of New York’s General Business Law prohibits businesses from charging extra for credit card purchases. Not only was it an awkward end to a nice meal, I felt embarrassed having suggested a group of lawyers come here since it went from a cool experience to questioning what other illegal business practices they might be involved in.

We came for a Sunday Brunch here and the experience was awful. First of all, this is not a familiar place with super loud, mainly reggaeton, music you can't even speak/listen to each other. Then my sister in law and I ordered the benedict eggs, and they were the worst I've had, they tasted like soap or perfume. We told the waiter and instead of offering to change them right away, we were told to wait. After a few minutes waiting, we were told they would change them and we waited around half hour for them to bring them. The second time the flavor wasn't as bad/strong but still tasted bad. It was a very bad experience with food and service wasn't the best, so I won't be returning.

There was barely any meat. It was mostly fries and warm tostones that weren't fresh. Everyone knows tostones are best hot straight from the pan, and they fry quickly, so there's no excuse. The empanadas are tiny and bland, literally about the length of a finger and an inch wide... the whole thing wouldn't even be enough for a toddler. We went for a quick dinner and discovered they have Kareoke on Sunday. Cool. Some of the singers were pretty good. HOWEVER, the music was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. We had to yell and pantomime to hear one another, and the manager refused to drop it a decible despite our complaints. Our late dinner turned out to be overpriced snacks in a noisy environment. Pros: Great service: the waiter and greeter were friendly, helpful, and understanding. The moon-themed decor is cute and goes well with the dim lighting and wood accents. That said, even that can not compensate for the small portions for a disproportionately high price and the deafening music. Will not be returning.

Hey, guys just wanted to share my experience, my wife and visited this location, we were expecting good service good food and good vibes as we had the impression of it. - first thing once we stepped in a guy told us that if we do not have a reservation, was hard to have a table for us. - At the end they let us sit outside but. - we were setting by the entrance next to a girl that was changing her baby and smelled really bad. I get it is a baby but I guess the manager should let her know that restrooms can be used in that situation. - took roughly 15 mins to take the order for drinks, we decide to order food and drinks as we didn't want to wait more time. - Drinks were really late 25 mins ‘cmon for a sangria and Mojito? - while waiting for Drinks we asked to get seat inside once a table opens up since the sun started heating badly. - Two different couples were seated inside even tho they had no reservation while we were told by the server to wait. - we waited for over 40 to get at least the appetizers but nothing come to the table so I stayed and ask for an estimated time. - but neither the server nor the manager couldn't tell. - After 1hr and 20 mins I had enough and cancel the order. - I paid for the Drinks we got 30 box including the tips. Honestly. I really degree with the service, the management, and the Drinks. - I asked to talk to the manager but he has no time ‘cause he was chilling smoking under a tree next to we were setting. 👎🏼 no good! - the server Kindly offered an apology but is not just the service on his end but everything. I can see in this experience that is necessary to hire or redirect the Management in general. Thank you! I don't write many reviews, but this is ridiculous. Changed their policy after we arrived on charging for a group, first saying $60, then $75, then $70 (per person), and refusing to split bills between people, only to have us wait 2 hours before food even started coming out. Appetizers came out, then another 2 hours of waiting. We had a reservation for 7pm, we didn't get entrees until 11pm. That is simply unacceptable. The food was fairly mediocre as well; bland and coming out cold despite the long wait. They also spilled two drinks, one directly on someone's back. We ordered a few drinks that never arrived, reminding them several times. We are celebrating a birthday, and had we known this was how they operated we would never have come here. A huge disappointment.

i rated the place in general a 4 star because it looked nice and it gave me a sense of chill. when it came down to service it was 3 stars because the lady was kinda slow. but the worst part was the food. i ordered the chicken burrito. that apparently had “cheese” even though it wasn’t listed, beans, rice and chicken. when i smelled the burrito it smelled fishy. which didn’t make sense because it’s chicken. when i ate it however the taste was so fishy and bad i couldn’t handle finishing it. but i had to anyway because i didn’t wanna waste food. a week later my taste buds are messed up. everytime i eat anything meat related it tastes fishy. honestly the worst food i’ve ever had. overall: for a place that had 4.4 stars i expected better. never coming back.

My boyfriend and I had a few beers.What I didn’t like was that when I asked for the check and was ready to pay the bartender already included the tip that she thought she was entitled to in the total , I told her I was tipping cash .
