This place is really tasty
Stopped by to look at appliances and accidentally found the best food truck EVER. 10/10. Food slapped so hard. The people were insanely kind and generous. Truly an unexpected gem! Truly one of those surprise finds that completely makes your day. ps get the stew too- you won’t be disappointed
Best food truck you’ll find. Underrated for sure. It’s super authentic, meat is a great cut and great quality, and you get a lot for what you pay for. I’ll be coming back
really really good smoked brisket. they smoke it for 2 hours. la salsa tambien is spectacular. Not too spicy like many green salsas, but loads of flavor. will def be back again!

Our first go at Colombian cuisine, and it was an excellent experience. Smoked meat was incredible (we got 1/2 Kg of meat and it was well enough to feed 3 adults) Yuca (casava root) was fantastic, the picadillo soup was fantastic, and the people and music are positively vibrant! Will go again.

Highly recommended. The best smoked meat I've had period. Brisket is smoked and cooked to perfection. Not BBQ style. The brisket made me realize why I am so underwhelmed with American BBQ style brisket. It's because I expect it to be THIS good.

This was my first time visiting this food truck and I loved it! The place was clean, the service was friendly, and the music was at a perfect volume for the atmosphere, they served the food very quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious, smoked meat full of flavor! I 100% recommend this spot and will definitely come back.
I want to say that I rarely leave reviews, but I think the time has come. My family and I have visited this food truck twice. The first time, we ordered grill meat with added potatoes and cheese, and we absolutely loved it. We thought it was one of the best meats in Denver. However, when we visited a second time, we were disappointed because the meat was tough and had a lot veins, and the portion seemed smaller. I don't think we will be returning. I want to add that the potatoes and cheese were good. But unfortunately, we were going to grill meat.
Meat was tough also pricy for the portion you get. Went in the afternoon maybe the meat is better earlier.
Good food, although the cachapa is a bit thin for its price.
I don’t get it at all. Maybe it’s because we came right at noon and got meat that wasn’t quite ready but we spent $49 and it was soooo dry and tough. Really inedible. For that kind of money they should have better quality control. I’d really like them to reach out to me and refund my money. I feel totally ripped off.
