Our first go at Colombian cuisine, and it was an excellent experience. Smoked meat was incredible (we got 1/2 Kg of meat and it was well enough to feed 3 adults) Yuca (casava root) was fantastic, the picadillo soup was fantastic, and the people and music are positively vibrant! Will go again.

This was my first time visiting this food truck and I loved it! The place was clean, the service was friendly, and the music was at a perfect volume for the atmosphere, they served the food very quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious, smoked meat full of flavor! I want to say that I rarely leave reviews, but I think the time has come. My family and I have visited this food truck twice. The first time, we ordered grill meat with added potatoes and cheese, and we absolutely loved it. We thought it was one of the best meats in Denver. However, when we visited a second time, we were disappointed because the meat was tough and had a lot veins, and the portion seemed smaller. I don't think we will be returning. I want to add that the potatoes and cheese were good. But unfortunately, we were going to grill meat.

I don’t get it at all. Maybe it’s because we came right at noon and got meat that wasn’t quite ready but we spent $49 and it was soooo dry and tough. Really inedible. For that kind of money they should have better quality control. I’d really like them to reach out to me and refund my money. I feel totally ripped off.
