Went here with a couple of friends from work on a Sunday for some football and was definitely a good experience. The food was great and delicious, the server was very attentive and respectful, and the whole staff was friendly and great atmosphere. Will definitely visit again

My family visited at lunch time, arriving about 12:15. It was not as busy as I expected since I've usually gone for sports events. Steph was our server and she was great! She was patient with my kids and helped us work out the optimal wing and sauce options. She even kept my daughter's purse safe when she fought it in the booth. Thanks a bunch, we'll be back.

This is a good Buffalo Wild Wings location. We visited on a Wednesday evening and were seated immediately. Our waitress was in training but did a fantastic job. We ordered several different things including the buffalo chicken salad, nasheville chicken sandwich and a burger and everything was great. The flavor was on point for all our meals. We would visit this location again.

Ordered the 20 piece traditional wings and a fry online deal for takeout. Wings had a good amount of sauce and dry rub on them. The fries were hard and dry probably from being overcooked. But otherwise everything else was good. Also ordered it a 2nd time today and got the wedges instead of the fries and they were much better. Good flavor perfectly seasoned and crispy.

Same experience of the US Wings Chain. Sports Bar with Wings, burgers, nachos and cons beer. Lots of screens to watch sports, the staff is friendly, they have a large smoking area. It may get crowded on weekends and during popular sports matches. Parking lot also gets crowded but across the street it is the whole parking lot of Galerías Mall.

So I'm at the hotel next door I go inside and have a few Coronas at the bar! Had to order a Ten peice wing to go half lemon pepper dry and the other half garlic parmesan the wings were great I also ordered a smashburger and some fries to go the burger and fries were great I left the $20 tip next time I want blue cheese instead of ranch ask for blue cheese but I got ranch that kind of ruined my wings I have a big belly I love to eat and I don't play around about my blue cheese but whatever the food was good I just want to blue cheese 🤤🤷🏿‍♂️ so for that you don't get all five stars

Thomas is the best!! He works nonstop and is amazing at his job! He was very polite and attentive towards us the whole time. The food was really good, but my Mac and cheese came out very watery. I’m assuming it was due to us coming in an hour before close. Couldn’t eat it because I couldn’t find any noodles:(

More like a bar inside than a restaurant. My first visit here and I was seated quickly. I was on my way from a hospital in Austin and just wanted some wing before I headed home. It is sort of a sketchy neighborhood. Sat at my table for over 20 minutes and no one came by even to take my drink order. Finally frustrated, I got up and left. I would like to try another location in the near future but don’t think I will be back here . Tried again a few months later. Service was very good seated quickly, ordered and my food came out in no time. The wings do not have flour/batter on them!! Main reason I chose here. They were very good! I would come back. Much better experience this time! Here again for lunch and they appear to only have one waitress for the entire dining room? Perhaps staffing shortages or not able to find people willing to work but they definitely need to staff up. The bench next to me was pretty messed up with the seat covering ripped apart. (See picture). Not sure what is happening at this particular BWW but it seems to be moving backwards. However, the single waitress was excellent and got my food out timely and did a great job! Back again for lunch. They seem adequately staffed this visit. Got my usual, American cheeseburger with no bun and a salad to replace the fries. The service was fast and my food was very good but the dining room needed some basic cleaning this visit. See photos

Food and drinks were good, don't care much for beer myself, but the server Riss was sweet, but her demeanor was really off, not sure what is going on in her life, don't know if she just lost someone or went through something with a partner, but I hope she gets better soon, praying for her

The food was delicious, and our server was warm and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout most of our visit. But unfortunately, the experience took a sharp turn as we were paying the bill. A staff member shoulder-checked me—not just brushed past, but full-on bumped into me—and didn’t even bother to apologize. It was jarring and completely unexpected, leaving me stunned and frustrated. While the food and service at the table were great, the lack of basic courtesy from that staff member overshadowed what could have been a wonderful dining experience. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have made all the difference.

This was my first and last time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was amazing, but unfortunately the food was terrible. Looking back, I should have taken the nearly empty restaurant as a sign.

My first time ever trying Buffalo wild wings. I understand it's mass-produced chicken wings but they were overcooked and dry. Went for their endless traditional buffalo wings; hardly any sauce, the fries were overcooked. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The food was okay. The service could have been better. Our server placed our appetizer on the corner of the table by my elbow and walked off without saying a word. She didn’t say anything or come by until it was gone. Then told me that the kitchen messed up my order.. which is okay.. not necessary what I wanted but I ate it anyways. The wings were crispy which was good. I ordered a margarita from the bar and it was not my favorite margarita but it works. Our server wasn’t around to bring the bill so we paid with the app. The total was around $70-$75. I don’t think we will be coming back. Wingstop is better..

We waited nearly 2 hours just for a single plate of wings. The entire place smelled damp, which was off-putting. As for the food…while the wings were crispy, the sauces were just average. Definitely not worth the wait.

Wings taste pretty good, but I also went there after rock climbing for a long time so I was pretty hungry. I especially liked their lemon garlic seasoning. A friend ordered the dessert nachos, which were huge! Loved the little cheesecake bites. The nachos themselves were ok.

The manager doesn't give a shit. We left our food I called 15 minutes after we left it. The manger who didnt want to give me her name said they did everything they can. She didn't let me finish talking then hung up on me said have a good rest of your night. So the food I paid for was thrown away . Obviously she counted them to know how many there was. It was 10 wings. She said I could go back. It's almost 11 I have to work the next day. I even ask if she could at east replace half. I went for the bogo. No wonder no one was really there. I'm pretty disappointed. What used to feel like an exciting birthday meal just makes me upset I wasted it by coming here. I love wings, and BWW was- especially this location was one of my top choices next to Wingstop. Until last here I have been coming to this location for years on a very regular basis. I started to reduce my visits when the food needed extra attention before eating. I never really had an issue with the service like I did last night. Actually there used to be some wonderful, attentive people that worked here. The bartender must have needed help or something. She was too busy, slowly filling beers and walking back and forth to even acknowledge me for a bit. My order was simple and I had everything ready to pay out because I had my old dog in the car. She still had to continue with the beers. Not only filling them, but serving them, AND chatting it up with a big top RIGHT BEHIND ME. Still she couldn't handle putting my order in so I could pay and get back to my panicked dog. Finally I told her I'll be on the patio (for that reason) she paused to think and told me to pay first. . . AGAIN with my card in my hand. Finally a couple minutes later I got my receipt rushed to sign it (didn't even look at what was on it- I never do that) left a much lower tip compared to the 35%-50% I'd normally leave) and rushed out to my dog. Due to the way she was moving and her attitude I didn't bother to ask about a sauce bottle I bought months MONTHS ago and never received. Every time I went they were out, but my points were already redeemed for it. Unfortunately, this time I could have really used the extra sauce. I ordered my 6 birthday wings- which were great. I do wish it was half and half instead of just one drum but whatever. Then I ordered 10 more traditional with medium sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Along with a couple bleu cheese and a couple ranch. I was hurried to get my old pups home to even look at it and the person that handed me the bag was too busy talking to someone else to even verify what was in the bag. Both boxes (which is a newer style then before) were wet and falling apart when I pulled them out of the bag. The medium only had sauce on 2 wings. - this is a problem I've hS more recently. I don't know what's going on but they have gotten so skimpy on the sauce I have been asking for more the past several times I've been. Not only were the majority naked- there was no lemon pepper. (Even though receipt stated that in the order) then I pull out 5 weird looking bleu cheese containers. I don't know what they've changed but it's nothing like it was. I don't typically like bleu cheese but theirs was good now it's just ... Nothing I would have ordered. Unfortunately I had no other options for ranch because the distracted bartender only added the funky bleu cheese to my order. The service was one thing but I was very disappointed with most of the meal. I'm happy at least the birthday wings were good. Last night was the tipping point for that location. If I bother going to a BWW again it definitely won't be there.

Typical sports bar. Decent amount of screens. Disinterested & lethargic servers. Somehow received food before drinks. Price versus quality is abysmal. There are better options in the immediate area to watch a game.

This is as are go to place. It was always really full. Now their is only 3 waiters and people just leave because even the floor has a lot if empty tables they prefer you take ur business else we’re or wait for more then 30 min with like 3-4 tables.

Have been to this location for a while now(at least once a week) and every time we have gone the service has sucked. Took forever to get our food even when the building is empty (it’s always empty). The bar didn’t even know how to make a margarita. We loved the food as it is always good so definitely will just be doing take out from now on. Also got a skillet cookie Togo and instead of ice cream got a large thing of ranch!

Online order took 51 minutes. Seems like they didn’t start the food until I arrived to pick up. Expect a long wait time for service and refills here. The place is poorly managed. Servers act overwhelmed with 3-5 tables are seated.

For our side, we got carrots and celery—but they used baby carrots and old-looking celery sticks. One piece of celery even had a brown dent, so we didn’t end up eating them. The wings are deep-fried and then tossed in the sauce. Unfortunately, they seemed overfried—the skin was tough (not crispy), and the meat inside was somewhat dry. That said, the sauce was flavorful and had a nice kick. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich ($14.49) + Beer-Battered Onion Rings ($2): The onion rings had a thin batter and were nicely crispy, though they tasted fairly standard and not as crunchy as you'd expect from something beer-battered. The chicken sandwich was the highlight—the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned, the buns were soft, and everything came together really well. That said, I felt bloated and not great after eating this, so I won’t be returning.

My husband is a truck driver and I ordered delivery online from their actual website since we couldn't get to the location to pickup. Wrong food delivered, called asked it to be remade. Advised they can't redeliver because they use Doordash. Asked for refund, it's been a month. No refund. I've called, emailed, called more and still nothing. Ridiculous! The food they did send was cooked to oblivion, the ends of the wings were literally busted off. Like a jerky. Rude customer service and downright liars. I wouldn't recommend this chain to anyone anywhere. Not even a sorry from anyone about the situation.

I hope that you either have cash or are signed up for the rewards program. I wasn't allowed to pay with my card, and the waitress was quite slow during a less busy period. The food was great as always, but they really seem to be phasing out the older and less tech savvy generation. I just wanted to pay and leave, but they apparently don't have any card readers, and the waitress was unaware of this until she had already gone to use my card. She did not appear to be trained, and if she was, it wasn't very well. They also wouldn't look up my points by phone number to see what I could get before I ordered.

We chose this fried chicken restaurant recommended by a friend on New Year's Eve night. There is no way to comment on the food and staff because we waited for two hours and there was no food. We were not even given appetizers. We came with 1 The children aged 1.5 and 5 years old waited in the restaurant for nearly two hours. During this time, no one came to ask us. There were not many people in the restaurant. I only knew that they had endless takeaways, but they could not serve them to diners in the restaurant. One appetizer and, well, we just have to leave.

Husband I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday 4/23 around 1130-12, Thea restaurant was not very busy and I waitress had maybe 3-4 tables when we sat down. It took about 10 minutes for us to get drinks, we went ahead and ordered appetizers, fried pickles. The appetizer came out about 15 minutes later, it was very disappointing to pay $8 something for about 12-15 slices of pickles. We waited for the waitress/server to come back so that we could get napkins, ranch for the pickles, refills. She was there but she made took every opportunity to avoid coming by our table. We finally flagged down the hostess for some ranch. We waited about 45 minutes total before I got up and asked for our check and to speak to the manager. She said the manager is busy, I told asked her 4 time to call the manager and she said she wasn’t going to call them they were busy. At this point I went to sit down to wait for her to bring the check for the pickles and drinks and someone else came out with our order. The waitress server who would not call the manager see them giving us our food and rudely tells me “wait do you want your check or are you going to eat the wings” I said give my check and call your manager. She refused, our check was 17 and change and my husband left a 20 of which she was certainly not worthy of keeping our change. Sadly we use to come to your restaurant every weekend, and have never had this service. Your server definitely needs training on customer service.

What kind of manager stands by the to go lady and allow her to eat a full donut in front of customers? Buffalo Wild Wings manager I find that so disrespectful. It's not only disrespectful but it's unprofessional. That's the problem is that managers are not holding their people accountable. She should have made her put it away or throw it away. I would never come to this Buffalo Wild Wings and on top of that the lady at the counter she had attitude. From the get-go cuz I made her go check on the order. Cuz sometimes these restaurants have a bad habit of putting people who do to go to the side and this is probably one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've been in a long time

Yikes. Stopped in here for a quick drink and maybe a bite to eat. Right away it smelled like they used a rancid mop to wipe the floors down. Went into the bathroom and it was trashed. I really just wanted to wash my hands, but there wasn't even a soap container in the wall mounted dispenser. Unlike the usual solid chain experience I've come to trust, this location must have poor management or something. Didn't bother staying more than five minutes.

This is how my Ultimate Nachos looked after I stirred them with a fork. Shredded cheese used instead of Hatch Queso. Parchment paper underneath the nachos were dry letting me know that they used maybe a drizzle of Queso. Toppings were BARE! Maybe a teaspoon of pico de gallo. A drizzle of sour cream and barely any cilantro. I ordered these nachos using Ubereats and was super excited to dig in. In the end I wasted my time, my money and worst of all, these nachos were 12.99$ shocker. Whoever made these nachos were most likely sleep deprived. Trust me, I’ve been there. Get some sleep bud.

I didn't get anything to eat but I was about to sit in with my children but after I talked to the manager I quickly changed my mind. I saw the manager and asked her a quick question about a transfer and she was extremely rude, so rude it made me upset enough to write this review. Not only will I never bring my family here, I would never work for someone like that. Her name is Karen and it's possible she was racist or something because the attitude she gave me was very unnecessary. The people getting food there and working they didn't seem very pleased either and I can see why.

Went in for the $9.99 app deal and immediately was overwhelmed by the molded/mildew smell. Concerned that the restaurant is not up to code at all and very uncomfortable with the thought of eating the food in such a poorly taken care of restaurant. Our waitress was sweet and very pregnant, and all I could think was, “This baby’s gonna come out knowing what mildew tastes like.” We tipped her big—prenatal care shouldn’t include exposure to biological warfare. Buffalo Wild Wings, please—this isn’t Fear Factor. I’m calling Austin Public Health before the carpet starts whispering. To the manager: rent every Rug Doctor H-E-B has, or better yet, fire the carpets. Replace with tile, new mops, and burn whatever smells like old sewage back there. Ojos Locos probably has cleaning gear to loan you if you're on a budget. I fully expect to see this on the news or “What Would You Do?” with John Quiñones.

Went there yesterday and had the worse experience. It started when I read the fan deal that stated 30 wings plus sides and veggies for 30 bucks. Excited about deal so asked just confirm....was it wrong? So blue cheese and ranch is considered a side now. Didnt make any sense so I spoke with a guy manager and he says well corporate made a mistake on the flyers and thats it. If corporate made a mistake and U know this then mark it out if not u have to honor. Did they? No. Second item. Husband order a tall and short beer. There has to be price difference, right? No. Gets receipt and waitress never informed us of a drink special like why will I order a short when I can get a tall at same price. No apologies or anything for their miscommunication issues. Will never get our service again.

Don’t come here. I have come on three occasions and all three times were a let down. Especially since my home town BWW is great. My first visit was on Veterans Day we waited 30 minutes trying to flag someone down to take our order because we couldn’t order online since we were getting the special Veterans Day meal. No one even came to give us waters. When we finally got dome’s attention they said our waiter will be with us shortly. We waited another 30 minutes for the waiter and 30 more for our food. The wings were not hot nor the fries. My second experience was similar the wings were not fresh and the service was poor. On my last experience we walked in and waited 10 minutes just to be sat down, we were the only people waiting, we asked a guy if someone is supposed to seat us and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and continued doing what he was doing. Someone finally came to seat us, when we looked around there were a bunch of tables that didn’t even have waters yet so based off our previous experiences we walked out and went somewhere else. There wasn’t a single worker around to even notice that we left anyway. Overall horrible restaurant that needs to be managed better.

Ordered delivery through their website - all sauces and veggies were missing, and they gave me a huge runaround trying to get anything refunded. A manager originally promised a refund, then it turns out they never issued the refund when I called back 5 days later. Eventually got a partial refund, not fully covering the items that had pieces missing, after multiple phone calls. Avoid.

It’s literally empty. A lot of tables open but they would rather you leave. 2nd time I come and customers coming in seem to bother the servers as if they would rather have this place empty.

Under staffed. No reason it’s a Saturday night after F1 and UT game that this place made us wait an hour for our food. And FOR IT TO NOT COME OUT HOT! 12:38AM a worker yells out, “bar is closed, do not try to order alcohol”! why??? The Dr. Pepper was flat. Then when I asked for another she said all area were out of Dr. Pepper. Offers me something I drank and when asked for a refill cost to get again? But you were out of Dr P? So then I got a water….total of 3 different drinks. Server was nice. This was not her fault but this place needs to get their shit together.

Food was good. When it was right. Only top layer of nachos had toppings. Limes were YELLOWED and BROWN. Spicy garlic tacos were not made with the correct sauce. When I told the waiter, he argued with me. Saying it wasn't too spicy because it was what I ordered. Server was just not friendly, no smile, and took forever. With LOTS of empty tables. As you can see, I took one bite, spoke with server. Never even offered a manager, refund, only a replacement (but it would be same since my order was correct!) And still paid over 100 bucks.

Currently waiting on my food and I am nauseated sitting in here. The smell in here is so rancid I could not imagine eating food inside or working a shift with that smell!! I made the mistake of leaning back when I sat down, my shirt literally stuck to the wall. I just checked my food and it looks fine and came out hot. They didn't have the drink I ordered, they said they would refund it but I'm not convinced. The gentleman who i spoke to seemed annoyed that I didn't want a different drink....

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. We arrived and sat on the patio because the dinning room was packed and there would be an hr wait. The waitress who has just walked inside said "I'll tell her your out here". So we waited. About 15 minutes later a group of 3 Caucasian young men come outside and sit at a table and immediately the waitress comes out to greet them and give them menus. I tried to call out and get her attention but she ignored me. When she came out again, she had menus which I assumed were for us, WRONG. She ignored us AGAIN. So I went inside and got my own menus and attempted to get another waitress to serve us because this one clearly wasn't interested in my money. I was told that wasn't an option. So I waited. The third time she came out she brought menus to the nice Caucasian couple that had just arrived and sat RIGHT NEXT TO US. I tried to get her attention AGAIN I was ignored. When she came and brought the first table their drinks I yelled"Excuse me ma'am can we just place our order" she turned around and gave me the most disgusting look and told me to "Wait". As if I hadn't waited there long enough. So we immediately got up and left. I was going to bring my youngest son with us to watch the fight last night and I'm glad I didn't because I wouldn't have wanted him to experience that. Now I'm not saying it was because I'm Black. But I was the ONLY person of color outside and everyone else got served promptly and with a certain level of attention that was not extended to me or my friend who is white btw. I love the location in Georgetown, it's a shame that this location doesn't believe in treating ALL their customers with the same level of respect!

I went to a different location recently and remembered that their chicken tenders were the best I’ve ever had, the fries as well. So I went out of my way to order from this location and go pick it up. It was pretty pitiful. The fries are old and dry, the tenders did not appear appetizing at all and taste like grease, and some of them were hardly even the size of a tender. I was very disappointed in this experience and don’t plan to return to your location. Kind of made me nervous about other locations as well. It was not worth the money that I paid or going out of my way to get it.. was sloppy and low quality. You’re better off going to McDonald’s.

Part of my order was missing. When trying to call they keep you waiting in an automated system and nobody gets the calls. Sometimes I’ve received fries not fully fried, other very dry and “old” (like they have been sitting for a while). Not to tell that customer service is poor. I know this chain from other cities and it’s very good. Particularly in the state of Pennsylvania. My bad to have returned to the South Austin location. I do not recommend this restaurant.

they charged me extra for sauces and this is what I got. probably the worst Buffalo wild wings I've ever been to. Not clean and wings were cold. They ignore complaints on their website so don't bother

The whole place smelled like sweat, the tables were dirty, it took 20 minutes just to get water and even longer to get our food. I ordered a wrap, but got a burger. I asked for a box, and the waitress never came back. It took forever to collect my card once I had the check. Our server didn't check in on us at all. Especially for the price it was an all around terrible experience. Will not be returning.

I edit my review from 4 stars went down to one what happened to Buffalo wild wings?? the wins now they're so small you can compare the pictures from before and now very disappointed smh!

The reviews speak for themselves. The place smells like a middle school locker room 🤮. Went on a Tuesday when it’s supposed to be Bogo wings if you check in with the rewards app. However the waitress would not honor the price. And only agreed to do Buy One get one Half off which is their basic dine in deal. 👎 We shoulda known to run when the place was completely empty other than one other table. The food wasn’t bad, but the service was horrible. Had to wave down a different waitress to get our waitress when it was time to pay the bill. Had no idea what she was doing bc like I said place was EMPTY and SMELLS horrible. Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of conducting a business in that manner.

First off, the fries were burnt! Very crunchy, stale tasting, I ordered mine with cheese and I received dry stale fries on all my orders! I payed 50 dollars for bs! Worst experience at Buffalo Wild Wings for sure! They forgot seasoning, they added a meal I didn’t ask for. Wouldn’t recommend unless they shaped up some!!

Sitting currently in bdubs Saturday night watching the fight with my fellow army soldiers and we got cut off from beer. Manager claims “to many” even though we have a party of 16 and only 35 in total were served. No complaints made against us food was mid and the server was great but clearly understaffed and slow. I understand the amount but we’ve been here for 3 hours and I’ve only had 2 drinks myself. They didn’t even have the respect to come tell it to our face, some navy vet… also their sound system for the fight is TERRIBLE

Manager is a Karen. 2.06.26. 9:00pm. She is miserable so she over compensates with her job to make her feel important.

Place smelled like mildew and was filthy and had to wait over 30min for our food when my burger came out it clearly had been sitting under the heat lap for 10 or more minutes and was dry and just nasty. Waiter was a nice guy but your kitchen is just slow and let's food sit.

Service is the worst here and always smells so bad. Never been to a BWW that was bad so this is incredibly disappointing. How does this location even stay open.

They were no help with my online order even though the website says to contact the sports bar for any issues, they refused to help.

Every time I go, they give worst service, smaller chicken, less sauce, less dressing, incorrect orders, cheap location TBH. Go somewhere else like pluckers, wingstop, etc. Picture of the dressing cups portions, not even half.

The food is reliable. The staff didn’t seem to want to be working that day. We had to wait a while for them to tend to us even though there weren’t many people. Instead staff was just chatting with each other. Kicking back. We had a questions about the menu so the server went to the kitchen to ask. The manager came out clearly not knowing the answers either so she as we’re questions we didn’t have. She was rude in tone so I stopped asking questions and just ordered and ate. The food was OK but not coming back to this location. The place seems to be confused on what it wants to be. It’s in a rough part of town and seems to be frequented by truck drivers but sits across a Porsche dealership.

We had to leave after waiting for the waitress to come helps us. Twice that she said she would be with us and didn’t come at all. We waited 10 minutes to be waited on. We just left. This was at 2:30pm and there were only 3 other tables occupied so it was not busy at all. This place as gone down hill so bad.

We’ve ordered from this location multiple times and never learned our lesson. This location has left off items from our order 6 out of 7 times we’ve gotten food here. This time we pick up or order and double checked that each item was actually in our bag and discovered this. This is two order of cheese curds. Each one cost of $7. And this is all you get. I asked the To-Go cashier if we could get more and was told that this is the correct amount that comes with the order. Even though we’ve gotten way more other times we’ve come here. I was immediately dismissed several times so I just left. The service was awful. I highly recommend NOT ordering from this location.

Edit: Nevermind this place sucks. I'm taking my stars back. The previous time I came in during the day the waiter gave me my food and then passed by my table a few times and it was a full 20 minutes after I finished before she checked in so I could ask for my check. Now im back, still sitting in the restaurant mind you, and when the waitress checked on us after she dropped off the food, I showed the waitress the food in this picture where you can clearly see the ratio of my boneless wings is 60-80% crust/40-20% chicken. I ask "can you add another order of boneless wings, whatever the smallest count is. This chicken. I'm still hungry." And she said "I don't think they'll add that for free." The GALL. WHAT?? No you sweet child, just add more chicken to my tab so I'm not starved and I can leave and never come back. _______________________ First rating: Got a takeout order that was ready a minute or two earlier and was made well. No complaints. Hard to really say much more than that because I didn't stay for service but the to-go counter seemed to be moving quickly.

This used to be a professional place with good service. It was my Son's birthday and all he wanted was his favorite wings with sauce on the side.I ordered wings for the whole family specially asking for sauce on the side. I rushed to pick up the order and asked again if sauce was on the side and was assured it was. I get back and no sauces. I had to drive all the way back to get the sauce and all I could think of is everybody else eating but the Birthday Boy. Unbelievable.

After we were seated, almost 30 minutes passed while we just watched the waiters walk by, but no one attended to us. I approached the manager and asked if we were going to be served, since we'd been waiting for a while. She said she'd go check. A white couple arrived, they were seated next to our table, and it took less than 5 minutes before someone came to serve them. What terrible service!

Honestly, I don’t understand how you serve such bad food. I ordered a sandwich and it was not warm and there was barely any sauce on it. Aren’t you a wing place? I’d already waited 15 min to order and didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. Also, I mentioned I was a rewards member and wasn’t credited. I didn’t have the time to deal with it, but man was the food poor quality.

Terrible service. Proceeded to get my Togo order and they didn't have it. Cashier laughed and said, "maybe it's in this stack of orders." It wasn't. No apology. I asked for a refund and the guy went to get his manager who came back with a paper that said my order was placed but nothing was made. I just wanted a refund. She said ok, no apology. I waited for my receipt. She then proceeded to help 5 other customers while I'm waiting. I had to interrupt to say can I get a receipt? She said she can email one in two days. What? I asked for her higher up and she said he's on the phone but will check. Andrew came out asking what the problem was. I said I've been waiting for my receipt. He tossed papers my way that the manager did not hand to me. It was just a print out of my order where they hand wrote refund. He couldn't even pick them up to hand to me. So rude. He also did not apologize for the inconvenience. I was speaking in the female, cut me off telling me to have a good night. Extremely unprofessional will not return to this location. What really happened was they forgot to put my order in and they couldn't even apologize. Non of those people should be in customer service.

This place was good at one point, not sure what happened recently. Wings are good when you get what is ordered. The vegetables are not fresh by any means. Slimy carrots and brown celery. Wish they told me I would have a 16 minute wait over the expected time, might of got a drink and watched the game. Update i was advised of a refund credit for getting 15 wings when I ordered 20 to go. Never received refund.

Worst service in the world. Only person standing in the building. Placed a order for a lunch burger to go... watched 7 people be seated, and food given after 25 min of waiting. Only to be told they dont even have my order. So I waited 30 mins to watch others who walked in after me start eating 20 mins before Im even told my order isn't even being fulfilled. I paid $30 for a 19.99 combo. Worst place in Austin. Dont recommend.

blond server guy was quick funny and nice. most of the food was gross, tasted like frozen junk. My friend was literally gagging trying to taste her wings. the server called over the manager who from the jump was EXTREMELY hostile. it was absolutely disgusting the way she was talking to us like we were little children. She was a white lady with brown hair pulled up. we felt forced into paying the full price for everything because she said if she had to break up the pick 6 it would make us pay more. she looked at us like we were crazy just because we didnt like the wings, and didnt eat them, so why should we pay for them??? I DID NOT want to argue with her so i just paid so we could get the hell out of there. she was only actually nice to us when we were leaving. This was an awful experience and we will NEVER be back. the management needs a SERIOUS attitude check. you should NEVER treat customers the way she treated us. just disgusting.

Don’t order from this restaurant for Door Dash! Ordered on boneless wings on a Thursday, and the BOGO policy was not honored. What a shame. Also, my wedges look like someone enjoyed half of them. Will not eat this food. Completely disgusted.

Ordered for the Super Bowl night. Not only were they backed up. They weren’t organized at all. Waited an hour and a half for food I ordered an hour before I showed up. Absolutely terrible management on their part. I don’t blame the employees I blame the lack of management. Not once during my 1.5 hour wait did I see a single manager come over and try to help the situation. They threw away hundreds and hundreds of dollars In food right in front of us because people were canceling.
