Found out about this place from the amazing YouTube channel JOLLY. So glad we took the time on our trip to make our way down! THE BEST tacos I’ve ever had. Staff is friendly and sweet! The elote is phenomenal the crunch on the corn was so good and let me know it was beyond fresh! Definitely excited for the next time we come to the area to have them again!

Ate here as part of a taco crawl. Very friendly staff. We arrived around 4pm on a Thursday with no line. Place our order of 8 tacos and elote and loved the freshness of our food. The pineapple and pickled onions are a great addition.

The tacos here are absolutely delicious! While the menu is limited, it's definitely worth a try. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. I like a bit of pineapple in tacos as it added a great balance of flavor.

Nut allergy friendly. They serve only a few things and they do them well! Ordered online for pickup and my order was ready at the window when I arrived. Parking at Discada doesn't really exist. You've got to park on the street nearby. They've got four shaded picnic tables, but that's about it. The tacos are a perfect 1-3 bite blend of meat and vegetables. Awesome snack. Great stop on the Austin taco tour. I'd rate it in my top three single street tacos in Austin.

Look, I’ve eaten a lot of tacos. Like… an embarrassing amount. But the little beauties at Discada? These things rewired my taste buds. Each taco is about the size of a silver dollar pancake, but don’t let that fool you, they slap harder than your tía at a family party when you mouth off. The guy running the truck gave us a full-on National Geographic deep dive on these tacos. I half expected David Attenborough to start narrating. I retained none of the facts, but the passion? Unforgettable. You could taste the generational love. It was like a tortilla hug from the ancestors. Also… the street corn? Absolute sorcery. I took one bite and briefly considered proposing to the man who made it. Stephen from Nacho Libre would gladly trade all the Lord’s chips for just one kernel. Bring your stretchy pants for this one. In summary: Taco bliss. Corn conversion. Heritage in every bite.

I ordered 8 tacos and got them 35-40mins later. The tacos are good: tender, flavorful, and served on handmade tortillas. The various meats and vegetables are minced finely, which does lend to a puree texture instead of distinct pieces. Some people might like puree-ish while others prefer chunkier bites. The habanero sauce is great and contributes significantly to the flavor and kick of the tacos. The current location is within a social area with very loud (sometimes live) music and massive TVs and projectors, which detracts from the experience.

The tacos here are a pretty good with a sweet and sour twist. The meat tastes marinated, but the mix of flavors works surprisingly well together. It’s the only option they offer, which is an interesting choice. Be warned the spicy pink, a pickled sauce, packs serious heat.

Interesting tacos. Not as much flavor as I was expecting. Have a sweet twist which I wasn’t a fan of. Very oily. The corn was a miss. Flavor not close to what you would expect from elote in a cup.

Went in with high expectations of a mexican street taco, especially with a Michelin star. Walked out slightly disappointed…..first off it was at a sports bar didn’t know that. Hard to find anywhere to sit, loud music, lots of people, I sat at a random stand that was meant for other vendors. Menu only had one type of taco and we got 8 MINI tacos for $20 and let me say when I say MINI I MEAN MINI all 8 tacos fit on a sample brown tray. The meat was mushy, the flavor was good though and I loved the pineapple addition on top just like an al pastor taco. Was it worth $20? no. Would I go back? probably not

Decent flavor. They put a sweet toping. Pineapple I believe? Not a fan at all. If your not into that, either remove it or order without it. Add the Limon and both hot sauces on each taco for best flavorful bite. 6.5/10 Great warm ambiance with nice music and multiple TV'S and heaters.

I’ve always enjoyed your tacos—they’re some of the best around. But raising the prices this much feels unreasonable. Most locals know how good your food is, but at these new prices, it’s hard to justify coming regularly. Please reconsider, because if things stay this way, many of us who’ve been loyal customers won’t be able to keep supporting you. This will likely be my last visit unless prices return to something more fair.

Contrary to most of the reviews here, I found the tacos to be overhyped. They were tiny, and they just didn’t taste that great. The flavor was mostly greasy, without much contrast. I expected the pineapple to shine through more, but it really didn’t. Overall, the dish felt very plain and lacked depth.
