This is a nice coffee house, bar, music venue. They succeed in all areas. The staff is very friendly. We filmed a movie and music videos there. We loved the cookies and snacks, as well as their concentrated bottles of coffee.

Fun, friendly coffee house with a theme to match the dojoi next door. It has many tables and booths. They have an extensive drink menu as well as food and a pastry case. Besides the decor the most unique aspect is it has two indoor stages in the same room. They share a large free parking lot with adjacent businesses.

Everyone is so friendly! Great vibe, fun shows, awesome music, and family friendly. One of the cleanest venues with lots of parking and well lit parking lot. Lots of food and drinks to choose from! Thankful for this little gem!

First time coming in this morning, kick Butt Coffee definitely lives up to its name! The vibe is super chill but energizing at the same time—perfect for studying, hanging out, or catching some live music. The coffee is bold and smooth, with lots of creative drink options. The lady serving this morning was very welcoming and makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time. Plus, the fun atmosphere (with a touch of Austin quirkiness) makes it stand out from your average coffee shop. Definitely going to be one of my go-to spots! LOVE LOVE LOVE !

I'm so glad I discovered Kick Butt! I've tried their food, coffee, and teas, and honestly, every single thing has been fantastic. Beyond the great offerings, the atmosphere is incredibly calming and ideal for focusing on work or studying. Definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu soon!

Really great coffee shop breakfast and the best pecan cold brew in town! Place is super chill and feels like the old Austin I fell in love with 20 years ago. Pet and kid friendly, outdoor and indoor seating. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable!

I absolutely love this place! I've been coming here for at least 5 years! Coffee shop during the day and a kick ass venue at night that still keeps the Austin spirit of local and small artists alive. Recently I had this great breakfast bowl the other day! I highly recommend trying it because you can customize it, which is great for me a person that is allergic to eggs. Try the chamomile tea (hot or iced) and if Elizabeth is working as her to make you a honey cinnamon latte, she makes them the best!!

I ordered a green goddess salad without mushrooms to go and it was phenomenal!! I ordered an iced Seasonal latte -white mocha pistachio. It was good, I liked that it wasn't crazy sweet. There were school of rocks kids getting ready to play when I visited, it was busy but not overly packed. When you walk in it definitely has more of a bar/rock music venue vibe than a coffee shop vibe which is very fitting for austin.

this is hands down the best coffee shop to work from in my opinion. Their food selection is vast, customization to their drinks AND food is top tier, and the atmosphere and comfy booths & seats are perfect for me when working remotely. There's also easy access via bike lane, a bus stop out front, a short walk from the nearby metro, and ample parking. Highly recommend. And on a personal note, customization is really important to me when I spend money somewhere and this is the only place in town I know I can get a toffee nut caramel macchiato.

Love panda! I’ve always been a super fan of their orange chicken. The food is always good and it’s affordable, so that’s a plus. The service though, not too good. They had zero customer service. They ladies at the counter were super gross to my partner. They made us feel bad, and didn’t communicate to the customers that they were not taking and cards that day we went. We didn’t have any cash, we had already ordered, and the whole experience was just uncomfortable. Very pretentious. Update: the staff still does not have the attention The customer deserves. They are not very nice, they need to redo their training at this location because the people here are very mean.

Update: I've had a few sandwiches from here and they are good. The toasted focaccica stays cripsy and the flavor is always there. I asked for chips and salsa but i guess they were out so they subbed with a small salad that i just added to the sandwich. I will keep trying different sandwiches. Old review: Not bad would definitely try again. Sandwich is decent size bread was crispy chicken was good

It's a nice coffee place that would appeal to a lot of people with certain tastes. It is setup more like a bar with live music and the lighting and decor inside is quite special and hippy. I liked the taste of coffee there, it was amazing. The menu items and the timings were unclear though so we ended up getting coffee and cookies during lunch time on a Saturday. Nice location and the vice is cool, I'm not so sure I would go back but I'll suggest you visit once for sure. You would know if it suits your taste and if you want to come back to visit again.

This place is the essence of what Austin represents, chill, laid back, cozy, and quirky. They have a good selection of basic cafe food items as well as some awesome breakfast tacos including sausage from Meyers in Elgin. They have an amazing variety of different mocha drinks. They have live music and local artists that play here. they had a lovely couple playing Christmas tunes when I went. I love the atmosphere and the quirkiness of the decorations and the menu items. The only drawback I had was my breakfast taco wasn’t that fresh when I ate it. But other than that it was fine. Overall I love this place and will be back soon.

The worst one. Take the extra 5 mins to go to Burnet road location. Always runs out of food, rude employees and over veggies in the chow main. I love panda and this one does not show what Panda really is.!

Years after my last Panda Express visit, I finally convinced my partner to join me for a trip down memory lane. Excited to pull into the drive-thru, we're greeted by an exuberant digital voice and shortly ask for a minute to peruse the menu. Any warm memories or nostalgia were quickly squashed by the loud and constant interruptions from the AI in the box. "I will order when I'm ready, thank you!" While the human staff was excellent, I'll never be returning to have any once-warm memories smeared further by a pushy bot. Sorry, Panda.

Their AI ordering platform at the drive thru is awful. I hope they get rid of it soon. It takes much longer to order with a robot than a human, and the screen does not reflect what you order/what the voice is saying you ordered. Service was much improved once a team member heard me trying to get it to understand and jumped on to take my order. Food is great as always.

Was one of my fav coffee places. But after receiving a moldy surprise cookie and ordering a 24 Oz cappuccino a few mornings and receiving maybe 12 Oz? Not very happy. Will need to reconsider this as a goto establishment, getting sick of rolling the dice on if I'll actually receive what I paid for.

My plate literally has only broccoli stems ? I pay for broccoli so I should receive actual broccoli not just the stems . That is horrible

Always fry the egg rolls for way too long, or they just don't even bother to change the fry oil, either way they come out disgusting every time, and I've given it probably 5 or more chances at this point

Emily & Maria provided the worst experience. I came in to pick up a Uber Eats order. We are on a timeframe for our customers. Granite they are busy, but I made myself known and I said excuse me multiple times to grab their attention. They each looked at me and continue to have a personal conversation in Spanish and smiled as if it was a joke. I then had to interject and say excuse me I have a order to pick up please. The order was ready. They ignored me. I will say that I’ve had this happen multiple times it feels as though they are treating the Uber delivery drivers at second rate Citizens. And I would go a little further to say they are judging their demographic. It is so disheartening to have to deal with people that don’t want to serve. I love to serve, which is why I am doing what I am doing and I give it 100%. I am sure this is not the business model of this company. I did have a conversation with Maria and I informed her that I was dissatisfied. She responded to me and told me that she was working the window, and I informed her that that shouldn’t matter if she was present to help a customer that had walked in the store and she was standing there having an entire personal conversation which appeared to be about the customers. I understand people want to go home because Emily was clocking out for the day about five minutes later. There are always better options to do different things if you don’t want to serve in this manner. The food industry is one that requires kindness and customer interaction.

I placed my order online approximately five minutes before arriving at the restaurant. When I arrived, I was told the order had not been received and that it would take an additional 15 minutes to prepare. I explained that I needed to return to work and did not have time to wait. When I pulled up to the window and again requested a refund, a manager came to the window and told me they had just received the order and needed more time. I reiterated that I did not have time to wait, that it was a small order, and that I simply wanted my money back. About six minutes later, the first employee returned and handed me a bag anyway. The order was incorrect, I did not receive a refund, and the single bite I attempted was so unpleasant that I threw the entire $12 order away.

We ordered for pickup and when we went to get the food we were passed by four different employees at the pick up counter, none of which stopped to ask if we needed help or if we needed something. Even the manager was ignoring us until I eventually had to ask for his help out loud. Once we got home, the portions were small, the food was cold, and overall this had topped the list as one of the worst Panda Express experiences we’ve had. This location continues to go downhill and the managers they employ seem like they couldn’t care less.

Been going there for lunch for 3 weeks and the Root Beer is STILL BROKEN. And whats with all the dirty looks? All the staff there are Latino, and I'm American so they give me dirty looks. Since when is racism allowed in the work place? And why do ya'll hate Americans so much??

To lady taking the orders and check out orders you have to know if I unssing the order doesn't mean you don't give me the order next time , that is business is not like personal issue with friends, one more thing you have to know the order the system never sent order to 2 people the computer send the order to one 1 person if I canceled it can go to another person, if you laying on business it's never growing up and you lose the customer .
