Best place to play pool and sip whiskey in a relaxed environment. Extensive liquor collection, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Several food trucks right outside. If you’re looking for a more mature crowd, this is you’re place.

Great spot for bourbon and cocktails. The staff was fantastic. Our bartender was knowledgeable and accommodating. The bourbon list was extensive and has some local flavor to it. When we were here they had live music. Pretty cool spot for locals and tourists, alike. Bring your girlfriend here. She'll love it.

The side of the building boasts “best damn tacos” — and is NOT false advertisement!! These tacos were beyond delicious! The place overall had a dope atmosphere— a HUGE HUGE selection of tequila and whiskey. I really live the concept and how this place was setup. It is definitely worth checking out!

On the other side of Willie and Janis you’re going to find thee Best Whiskey Bar in Austin. Friendly, eccentric and chill. Rows upon rows of whiskey or just ask for a recommendation- which GM Stephanie *loves* to give. And honestly? Just do what she says, you won’t regret it. Afterwards, walk out back and grab some carnitas tacos and then setup a pool table to enjoy your evening. This is an experience that Will Not Disappoint.

Seven Grand is a pretty fancy bar for whiskey and tequila. They have a good selection of both. The amazing thing is that they have separate sections for both liquors! Nice seating area both inside and outside. Charming bar shelf beautifully decorated. The bartender seemed very knowledgeable. Their cocktails didn't surprise me too much but the whiskeys were amazing, especially the smoked ones.

A wonderful whiskey/bourbon/rye/scotch bar full of knowledgeable staff. The prices are a bit steep but the atmosphere is awesome. There are pool tables inside, tons of room, an insanely long bar and hunger hits you, there are tacos made to order in the back! We'll definitely be back.

Loved this place. Very relaxed feel. Bartenders are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping you find what you’ll enjoy. Emily was extremely friendly and helpful and came up with drinks tailored to my tastes. Wish I could come here more often but live out of state. Would definitely highly recommend for whiskey drinkers or anyone interested in exploring whiskeys.

Fantastic bar to visit if your in the downtown Austin area. Lots of other competition nearby, but this bar stands out due to its size and also serving cigars. Bar is very spacious, divided into 3 parts: the main bar area, second small bar area & and outdoor patio to smoke your cigars. The main bar is large and also has pool tables and an arcade spot. I decided to trust the name and ordered cocktails that the menu recommended. It lists seven that the house recommends and another 7 that are classic cocktails recipes. I would suggest the former as the servers were able to produce high quality and tasty cocktails. Though the later were also great in comparison. Not only that, the prices were also cheaper than I thought. In lots of other places, cocktails tend to be $18-20+. But not in Seven Grand, the highest one was $14. Great place to bring groups to have a fun night of drinking.

Great place to play pool in downtown. Not the best felt but still better than most in the smaller radius. Drinks were okay.

Great selection of whiskey and Scotch. The staff is extremely helpful in finding your flavor. It's a bit pricey, like you would expect in a place like this. I ordered a Jefferson ocean and it was 20 bucks. If you want a fine establishment and don't mind the prices, this is an exceptional place for gentlemen to enjoy his drink.
