I looovvee Wendy's 😋 You can't go wrong here! I have tried just about everything over the years. Baked potato topped with chili and add cheese, the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets, and the Dave's Double, these are my top favorites. Oh and can't forget they have natural lemonades!

The young lady with "red hair" was friendly, professional, and efficient. If only more were like her. Order was perfect. And her sidekick with blue hair was equally as efficient. It was busy, but they gracefully handled the situation.

I travel for a living and eat at Wendy's all over the country. I was also a general manager with this brand for 13 years in the 80's and 90's so I know a thing or two about the way these units should be operated. This is one of the best units that I have dined at to date. The team members are friendly, the food is prepared correctly and quickly and the managers are visible making sure that things are getting done most of the time. I am still a very loyal customer of this brand and this is what I expect when I dine at Wendy's. Well Done!

Finally decided to come back since last visit months ago (disaster)... remodel obviously took care of the awful dog smell because it smelled like delicious burgers for a change...Cashier was friendly for a change... manager on duty was pleasant and the food... well finally got everything right and it was hot and fresh. Not sure if management change was changed in the last year but it seems like something was done different to improve the service. Praying it is consistent now.

No issues, they almost always get our orders correct and the food is usually hot and fresh. One of our go-tos for fast food considering how trashy some of the other places around here are (I'm looking at you, Whataburger on Hwy 80)

Stopped here on the way to Dallas. One of the best Wendy's. My order was correct, fries were hot which is always a plus, employees were friendly and fast, just an all around good experience. If you are driving and need to stop and get some food on the way, go here

I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or what, but lately this Wendy’s location has been awesome! The food is sooo fresh, crispy, and even crafted better. Thank you for whatever the change was! 10/10 recommend!

Superior service location. I'm a regular and normally order during rush hour for lunch, and not once have they gotten my order wrong. Management ensures that things go right, and the staff are very nice.

It's been a while since I've stopped by a Wendy's. I had some sticker shock when i looked at the prices, but I understand everything getting expensive right now. I used the drive thru, and my recieved my order correctly and it was hot and tasted fresh. Everything came out fast even though it was the lunch rush. Thanks alot!

I did not get the young man's name that was working the front counter at 9:20pm is on 4/15/22 but I did not want him to not get credit for his service! I'm handicap and in a power chair. When I came in the young man acknowledged I was there. He then took my order, when he had my drink ready he made sure it was within my reach. When my food was ready there were just two small bags but this young man put them into a bag with a handle so it was easier for me to carry. Now days this behavior is not seen a lot toward handicap people so this was way too awesome to not say something! So THANK YOU young man you're an awesome person. Tell your mom she did good! 💯👩🏻‍🦼

I had a small party going on that happened to be early in the day, and we all wanted chicken nuggets. Thankfully, Wendy's offers dinner starting 10:30am. I felt so bad showing up this early asking for about 60 chicken nuggets!!! But the employees there were super nice regardless. I waited about 10 minutes and got my order and went on my way, the food was delicious! Thank you Wendy's!

Clean, friendly staff, 3 stars on service because they're kind of slow, drive thru is always backed up and that isn't lunchtime just wear when stopping here, food is fresh and hot but service is slow.

Chili ended up being just a bowl of sauce. Hardly any actual product. Other than that was good service. Clean interior. Update, girl working the counter was very nice and attentive to her job. Didn't catch her name unfortunately.

This place is hysterical. I've been coming here for two years. I have never received what I ordered. It's always an adventure to see what I get. Today I ordered a single cheeseburger with a side salad. When I got home and opened the bag, I found a double bacon cheeseburger and a blue cheese salad with chicken. well. . . there's always next month. :)

Good food, strangely no self serve soda machine in the lobby. Drive through is fast service. I find it faster to go inside. Be sure not to go too late, lobby closes earlier than website states and you'll have to do drive thru.

The food that my wife received was cold. That was on a sunday night 11-26-23. The staff was very unfriendly. And also just threw the other burger together. Everybody who received food that night was extremely cold, and I didn't appreciate it.

The garlic parm nuggets were better than I expected. Didn’t get my bleau cheese sauce with my order. Let it go since counter was backed up. Wasn’t because of large crowd. Young lady taking orders was trying to multitask beyond her limits. Short staffed I guess. Customers were obviously irritated by this. Some gave up.

Wife and I stopped in on Easter only because they were one of the few places open and Whataburger had a line around the building, it could have been better if I had remembered that Wendy’s is one of those places that thinks mustard,mayo and ketchup belong on a burger 🍔 Mustard… you start there..just saying. Restaurant was very clean and it wasn’t 50 degrees. Staff was very friendly.

First time I've had the new upgraded fries, they were horrible. No idea why they had to monkey around with the great natural fries they had before. I won't waste my time there again. Customer service was excellent. But I'm a French fry lover, and their fries are now at the bottom of the list, hell burger King and even sonic now have better fries.

It was so slow. I don't really think it was the worker but I think the customer changer there mind or some because we was in line for a good 20 minute n then when they did get their item they stayed in the drive Tru for bout 2 to 4 min before moving on. But I don't think I will go late at night any more.

4 for $4 is a good deal, and the frostys are great. However, the service is extremely slow at times, though seems to have improved slightly. (this is not news) They have done some re-modeling and added the very nice drink machine with all kinds of choices. Prices have increased some. Today, the drink machine was broken and their prices went up again. Time has passed, but their service is still slow, but their drink machine was working. 4 for $4 has become $5.

The woman who took our order was not friendly and spoke to us minimally. While taking our order she spent more time conversing with her coworker than with us. The dining room needed to be swept there were several messes that needed to be addressed. When we walked in there were two men eating, only two. They left we were the only two in the dining room, one man came through while we were eating. It was not busy, the messes shouldnt have been there. The dining room was quite nice, some repairs need to be made to the booths but that is to be expected. The food was consistent with past Wendy's experiences, delicious.

Had sandwiches mixed up. When we exchanged for the correct ones we go them back with old cold fries. In addition the unsweet tea ordered was super sweet. The new sandwiches did come out fresh. And the kids meal was accurate.

The workers were good and the food was good. The dining room needed to be swept and tables needed wiped down. The restrooms were a mess. My son refused to use the men’s room then wouldn’t use the ladies room until I went and cleaned it for him. I cannot speak for the men’s room but the ladies room was a mess. Not horribly gross, just a mess. A dirty restroom makes the whole restaurant feel uninviting.

I always ask to have my sandwich freshly made, so therefore it comes out hot and juicy(ifnnot, dry and shriveled up). The beef has fillers and a basic meal will run your calorie count and sodium intake thru the roof.

Kind of a let down when I was asked in the drive thru if I wanted sauce and kindly answer for bbq sauce for my nuggs. I then drive ten minutes home with my meal and there is no suace to be found in the bag.

Took 10 minutes to get a 4 piece spicy nugget and a jr cheeseburger. Both were luke warm. The only positive notes - the girl at the first window was nice and they put sauces in the bag without being asked. I knew not to expect too much from this particular Wendy's. In 6 months, I have been 3 times and food was mediocre at best. Shame on me for continuing to visit.

I went through the drive thru one evening. I guess the connection was bad so my guy spoke louder for the person to hear us. In return we were cursed at and told to chill out. We went to the window and it was a teen. Was served with attitude for the remainder of my drive thru experience.

Very rude people working drive through. She got upset because I asked for honey mustard for my nuggets. She put BBQ in the bag initially but not every one wants BBQ sauce. She shoves 2 packs of honey mustard in my hand and one popped open spilling on my hand. Wish I had got her name. You don't treat customers this way.

Just another Wendy's. Food order is usually wrong but when it gets corrected, then quality is expected. Plain and dry means no ketchup or fixings. Cleanliness is hit or miss but my kids will always find the dirty table so we have to wipe it down. Employees are pleasant.

Order is always wrong. Have to go back to tell them multiple times and this last time we went, the MOD was very polite when taking our order but the girl who was at the window, RAVEN, was completely rude and unwelcoming. If you hate your job that much, find another one or quit. She should be fired with that kind of treatment she shows people. To the point she asked us if we wanted mayo on the sandwich and when we said no, she purposely had it put on there and just completely disrespectful. We will be calling anyone and everyone to complain about her and the service we just received. Don't expect much, but I do expect the order to be correct and people to be respectful.

I came through the Drive-through While the staff was very friendly my order was incorrect. The gentleman at the window made a comment I could see the frustration on his face talking about how his coworkers were making mistakes on the orders. I told him to hang in there. Very nice young man and when I arrived home to eat my meal I found that he was 100% justified in his statement as my order was incorrect. I attempted to call the store my times and I was hung up on 3 different occasions and one time someone answered the phone and stating whatabugerThen they begin to just putting my call straight to voice-mail which doesn't give you a option to leave a message. I am not understanding why a simple answer of the phone to correct an order they messed up is Such a task The staff are young but yet very respectful however the management on this shft need to adjust their manager theories because obviously this location is not running smoothly. I asked for a particular Burger for a reason because I am highly allergic to pickles yet that's what I had on my Burger

There’s nothing wrong with the food, however the restaurant is dirty and the wait times in the store are extremely long. I waited about 15 minutes and I was the only one in line! There’s one person in the front and he seems to be the only one ever multitasking. I think they need more workers or better management

Ive been here twice and will never come back. First time our tea tasted like plain sugar. Undrinkable. Decided to try again a few months later. Didn’t get our nuggets from 4x4 and the drpepper tasted like water. The kids working there just don’t care.

Don’t come here. I placed a mobile order for pickup through the drive thru method and they said they didn’t have my order when I arrived. They said only mobile orders are picked up inside. Food was cold and very disappointing.

Pitiful!! Walked in and the place has an awful odor. Ordered #12... Grilled chicken blt....it came with a spicy breaded chicken instead of grilled. It look over 20 minutes to get the order. No self serve drinks. Bathroom was filthy. I don't recommend this place

Stopped by after picking up my wife from the airport. We were tired and hungry.. they were advertised to be open for another 10 min. They directed us to go to the window.. they said lobby was closed. We get to the order screen and shut off the lights on us. Very disrespectful. We went a few feet away to WHATABURGER! which was what we originally trying to find anyway! REAL GOOD FOOD!

Just get rid of the entire crew. Everyday is something with this location. Today the guy at the drive thru could barely take my order, spoke like he didn't want to be at work. He told me to proceed to the 1st window and signaled me for a sec. Came back 4mins later to ask me to move to the 2nd window.I drive to the 2nd window & 5mins later a lady emerges and tells me they do not have my order. Please note, I was the only car in the drive thru. I drove off to another location.

Went through the drivethru tonight. I ordered the marinara mottzerella CHICKEN sandwich. But instead you put marinara mottzerella and 2 beef patties. Wth Wendy's. Hire better people that aren't lazy and rude. And give people what they pay for. I paid $12 for just that. Such a shame

So I guess 11:30 is the new midnight. They closed at least 30 minutes early tonight and I missed out on a $15 delivery order on UberEats because of it. If you're gonna close early log off of your delivery systems and stop accepting delivery orders. Why accept the order of you're going to close early. All you're doing is wasting people's time.

DELIVERY DRIVERS AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The huge hispanic lady who can barely speak english refuses to hand orders to delivery drivers when the lobby is closed. She wanted me to go back through the line again even though she said that the order is ready. I filed a complaint with Uber. I went to chik fil a, afterwards and ran into other delivery drivers who all have had horrible experiences at that wendys.

Drive through. Placed order. At 2nd window, after paying. Guy says they're out of most drinks. Hands cup to me sideways with lid half on pouring lemonade all over. Forgets part of the order. Very lazy.

I know that it’s just fast food but it still extremely disappointing. The wait was very long but they were pretty busy so I understand that. But what I did have a problem with is that I was told I would get my receipt at the next window and they just didn’t give me one and I didn’t realize until I had drove away. Also my order was wrong and the fries were cold. Not even lukewarm. Cold. They probably hadn’t made fresh fries in a long time. I know it can get overwhelming when they get busy but people still deserve fresh food and what they ordered. I couldn’t even go back to ask for the right order because I didn’t want to go back to the end of the line and wait again. I’m pregnant and all I wanted was the spicy nuggets I was craving and the order was wrong and cold :(

Made 2 separate orders tonight. I live in Commerce so it’s a far drive and I get home and 2 of the 4 piece nuggets are missing. My kids don’t have their nuggets. I called 9 times and no answer. This is ridiculous because yes it was on my receipt.

Messed up on our order, rude service, extreme lack of comprehension skills are very evident with the staff that I dealt with. We'll definitely be avoiding this location in the future! Hopefully my review will save someone else a headache. Even for "fast food" this location is well below what anyone should consider average or acceptable. Especially considering the fact that the place was very near empty (my party of 3, and 1 old trucker having an ice cream) with no cars in the drive through.

The person taking my order was unprofessional. Pulled up to the window to pay and this dude wouldn't even speak. Didn't offer me a receipt either. Food was terrible and under cook. Ordered some chicken nuggets and fries for my kid and nuggets weren't even warm. I always wondered why this place didn't have a line and now I know, this location is garbage. Do yourself a favor and skipped this place, don't waste your money.

Major disappointment! I love Wendy’s but this location is Always out of sauces, drinks, food and cup holders!! They really need better management for sure! I’m surprised their still running. I live in Terrell and happily drive to the mesquite locations for some quality service. One star is me being generous.

Surprise - just like the other reviews, this was the rudest service I've ever received. Southern hospitality is definitely not taught to these workers who treat you as if you should feel privileged that they served you instead of the other way around. Those working there have no manners, a total disregard of how a restaurant should be ran and feel as if it is beneath them to smile and be nice. It goes a long way to showing the mentality a majority of this country grows up with these days.

Guess the manager does not care if the employees are rude. Just opens the window and hands the food out. No hello, thank you, good by not a single word. 7/3/22 update. The only reason to come to this Wendy's is the prices. Food is good enough. Service sucks. Occasionally there is decent service, but most of the time they are rude. Zero stars. Frosty machine is down. Really?

Stood in line with one family in front of us for well over 20 minutes. They never took our order or acknowledged us at all so we left. There was one person seated at the tables eating. There was not a line in the drive thru. The restaurant feels old and they didn't have the new Coke machines I've seen in other Wendy's.

This place is disgusting. Obviously the management is horrible and the staff is not trained right. There were bugs in corners and just on the ground. In the bathroom there were bugs and the soap and paper towels were out too. When you look for a seat all around the seats are trash and crumbs of food. Even on the seats there were crumbs which is just disgusting. You can see that the tables arnt cleaned off and during this time of sickness that's unsanitary. The food made my friend feel sick and the fries were cold. When I asked for ketchup the ketchup had old ketchup on the outside of it. You might think I'm exaggerating but I'm young and both of my friends would agree that they are never eating at Wendy's and definitely not that Wendy's ever again.

I keep going back hoping it’ll be different, it never is. The employees are usually rude and god forbid if you use the mobile app to order from them because then they’ll take 10 minutes to do it while you watch 5 people get their food behind you. This has happened multiple times and now it’s coming down to the quality of food. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Update. This location has gone downhill bad. Recent visits have all been bad. Today got someone rude on the speaker. Got home and instead of a Baconator I had some small bacon cheeseburger. Still hungry. Wasn’t worth another 30 min, 8 miles, and going inside to get the right food. Looks like it’s Whataburger from now on. Got wrong food today for the first time ever. They promptly replaced the burger without question as well as replaced my fries so they’d be warm. Great service and food.

Night shift manager closes an hour early before listed closing time. There were a line of cars waiting and they were not served at 12am during one visit. Manager also dims the menu lights and dining room rights to insinuate that they are closed on most recent visit it was 11pm. This location is listed to close at 1am. My order was taken. Burger wasn’t cooked, nuggets chewy and clearly old , tried two soggy fries and threw them in the trash….I don’t know how corporate allows this but I won’t waste my money again at this location. I’d rather sit for an hour over at whattaburger….these food places surrounding this location are not your friend for those that need a quick bite to eat after getting off the late shift or need a quick night time snack.

worst location ever, guy who helped me out looked like he hated his job, need better management as well. lost my glasses and only went to this location and back to my hotel to find out I didn’t have them with me. called to see if maybe I left them on the counter and received bad customer service through the phone. went back and same guy said he didn’t see them, that he “didn’t even remember me”..being that it was 11am and this location was dead.. i was the only one inside when I got there the first time. and then dead again when I went back the second time to look myself. weren’t helpful whatsoever & seemed like they didn’t care I lost my glasses. just told me they didn’t have them without even looking behind the counter.

FOR STARTERS ME AND MY WIFE WENT OUT TO GO SEE A MOVIE. WE HAD A LITTLE TIME TO WASTE BEFORE OUR MOVIE STARTED. SO WE CAME TO THIS LOCATION LOCATED NEAR THE THEATER. THIS LOCATION IS THE MOST NASTIEST AND THE MOST DIRTIEST WENDY’S ME AND MY WIFE HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.. WE ORDERED A CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL, ALSO A CHICKEN BURRITO MEAL. THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS COLD AND SLOPPY AND THE BURRITO CHICKEN WAS HARD AND STALE LIKE THE MEAT HAVE JUST BEEN SITTING OUT AND THEY SERVED IT LIKE IT WAS FRESH AND IT WAS NOT.. THE STORE LOCATION WAS TREMENDOUSLY DIRTY, WE WAS CAUTIOUS ABOUT GETTING DRINKS FROM THE DRINK MACHINE. IT WAS SO FILTHY, THE RESTAURANT WAS TERRIBLE AND THE MEN BATHROOM WAS A SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARD FOR ANYBODY TO USE AND TO THINK THAT THE MALE EMPLOYEES USE THIS BATHROOM AND NOT PROPERLY WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER USING IS SERIOUSLY NASTY. SINK WAS STOPPED UP, NO SOAP TO WASH MY HANDS, SO THAT TELLS ME RIGHT THERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HEALTH CODE!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE ABOUT THIS LOCATION. I have gone here a few times and have been disappointed a few times. I love Wendy's, but the one in Forney doesn't care about quality or customer service. This part time I went I ordered a number one, lager size. I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait, no problem I like fresh food. The burger was cold and sloppily constructed and the large fry had so few frys that v it would not have filled a medium fry box, but it did not matter since the were cold and over salted. The service is disturbing to the point I wonder what other issues they don't care about, like cleanliness.

Terrible experience! I have 3 kids home with covid and on top of I had to go to the ER. I had to get a ride home because of the medication they gave me. We stopped by Wendy's and ordered food. Once home realized they gave me only half of my large order and them some of someone else's. I couldt drive but was willing to order something and have it door dashed if they would also give me the rest of my order. The phone line was busy (off the hook) for hours then they closed. I am still getting a busy signal or no answer when trying to call today to speak with a manager. I am so frustrated.

Don’t waste your time here. If you’re really hankering for some Wendy’s, head over to the one in Terrell. We never receive the correct order, or they forget things. When you kindly ask them to replace what items were missing, you get nothing but attitude and and eye rolls. I understand how stressful it can be to work in the food industry so I am always respectful. I have left out of there crying once because the manager was so mean about fixing the order. It is almost always dirty, the drive thru line takes forever, and as I said, rude employees. I don’t think I have ever had a good experience at this Wendy’s in the 10 years I have lived here. Really ruined Wendy’s as a whole for me.

Horribly slow service—every time I’ve ever visited, the line moves at a snail’s pace, even when there are very few customers. You literally have to announce yourself for them to acknowledge you in the drive-thru or else you will be waiting for several minutes for someone to take your order.

Wendy’s is my favorite restaurant. However this visit was horrible. They were rushing everyone out of the lane, probably to get their ticket times down. Making people Park immediately after paying and making someone deliver all food less than a minute later. Every single one of my fries were raw. Tried calling but the line is disconnected. No receipt so I can’t do a survey. No way to call or contact without going back up there

GIVE THIS PLACE A PASS. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN FRONT OF US HAD TO BRING THEIR ORDER BACK UP TO FIX, SOME MORE THAN ONCE!!! It took forever for them to even acknowledge us, even though there was a looooong line. They obviously don't care about service or quality at this location. With the prices Wendy's charges, you'd think they could manage a little quality or concern, it's part of their motto for goodness sakes... and yep, our order is wrong too. Great job Wendy's. UPDATE: Someone actually complained about the service and food and cited that everyone else here was upset too, and the MANAGER says, "Well they can all leave then, and so can you." Absolutely rude and uncaring. I doubt this is her own business, the ownership might want to check on this mess. I won't come back here, not when there's a Whataburger with fast friendly service right next door. GIVE THIS PLACE A PASS.

Very unorganized. One female employee spent the entire time complaining about customers and being busy, and the no lettuce issue. The guy that took our order was nice, but was also packing food and no hand washing in between.so disgusting you are touching money and credit cards, then touching food😫🤢 Went back thru the drive thru on a different day just for 2 drinks and a frosty. Saw a man touching his hair (no hair net on) and didnt wash his hands then started making drinks. Worst wendys ive ever been to

Ordered online with a coupon on a Sunday and unfortunately customer support is off on weekends so I’m out a coupon and no food July 1 update Have yet to hear a reply via email and CS works on EST so it’s been tricky calling them but still have been refunded

WORST SERVICE EVER! Order took 27 minutes (placed at 6:09pm, given to me at 6:36pm) Burgers were cold, bland and mediocre taste. Only reason we stayed was my kids wanted to try the Krabby Patty. So disappointed in a sandwich that had created so much hype. Restaurant was dirty, soda machine out of most product, staff clearly struggled to fulfill orders, multiple people standing at the counter waiting for their food. Simply horrible! If Wendy's stands behind their product, I demand a full refund. I had no choice but to give 1 star...if able I would have given it ZERO stars.

I prefer to give positive reviews but this one is unfortunately not. My wife has allergies and never gets to eat out anywhere because of it, she was excited to discover that she could have a plain burger patty here because it did not contain things she was allergic to. This was the first time in years that she was going to eat food outside of the house and she was so excited. We pulled up and asked for a plain burger patty - even willing to pay full price for it. The lady rudely said "no" and that was it. Completely unwilling to serve us or hear us out. I would not be surprised if this place shuts down if they continue the way they are. And lady - I hope you get some customer service training and have a better day... you are lucky my kid was in the car or I would have given you a piece of my mind. You are incredibly rude.

Order here if you want to pay for items you don't mind not receiving. I don't know how they manage to do it, but every time I've ordered from here, whether it's through uber delivery or for pick up, there are entire combos or burgers missing. Quality has been getting worse and worse every order (ordered maybe 4 times in the recent 6 months) I thought maybe it was just a busy day, but my luck with this store is terrible, every order had items missing to the point where it's surprising not to request a refund through uber. Beware, quality is tanking and it's comical to be missing items with the receipt right on the bag.

Came here ordered my combo…asked for my food to be cooked fresh and when I got it NOTHING was fresh!!!! My bun was hard and the meat tasted like dog food! The cookie I ordered with my combo fell straight through the bag they put it in because it was open on both sides!!! It fell straight on the floor of my car so I didn’t even get to eat it thanks for nothing Wendys!

As a door dasher, the employees refuse to give proper service. Multiple times I've had to pull up and wait for 20 mins because they don't care about my order. Literally 2 items, nuggets and fries, but they can't find time to get it done. Yet they can fill 20 cars behind me no problem. They always have an attitude when it's Door dash.

I decided to go inside the restaurant because the last time that I used to drive through they messed up my order. Sadly going inside did not make a difference. I ordered the classic pretzel bun with bacon it's the number 11 on their menu. The restaurant was clean there wasn't that many people in there at the time my order was taken and it arrived quickly I opened up the bag and ate a fry and the fry was cold to the touch and did not look very appealing I decided to open up my sandwich and inspect the contents. My chicken sandwich was a disappointment because the American cheese that they put on it wasn't even melted so that showed the temperature of the chicken patty was cold it looked old the cheese sauce and honey mustard sauce that was on the sandwich was such a small amount it's almost like they forgot to put it on there. I asked for my sandwich to be remade and be remade the way that is advertised and that is with Muenster cheese and I don't mind waiting for a chicken patty to be freshly cooked they told me 7 minutes I said no problem may I please have extra sauce. When I received my sandwich the second time they put the correct cheese on the sandwich but no extra sauce I inquired about the extra sauce and they accommodated my request and gave me some in a little container to take with me I did not sample the French fries. I arrived to my destination to eat my food and the french fries had so much salt on them my fingers were greasy and gritty from grabbing the over salted french fry. My sandwich was hot and definitely better the second time around. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again because this is not the first time or the second time that my order has been incorrect. I've given this location enough opportunities and I do not feel that I should have to go behind them and check my food after every order.

This place is a complete joke. The employees have very nasty attitudes as if they could care less about the customers. They gave me cold fries, so I asked for hit ones. They refried the cold ones and sent them back out to me. I went back and asked for fresh fries again. The fries were still horrible. I asked for a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger $5Dollar Biggie Bag and instead got a Jr Cheeseburger which the bread was hard. I will never spend another dollar here. I wish I could give Zero Stars I would.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s location I’ve visited. The customer service was completely lacking from start to finish. When I walked up to the counter, there was no “Hi, how can I help you?” — just a blunt “Yeah?” After I finished ordering and paid, there was zero acknowledgment. No “thank you,” no “your order will be right out,” nothing. The employee simply walked away. When the food was ready, my number wasn’t called — it was just left sitting on the counter. Another customer actually had to wave at me to let me know my food was ready. Maybe he should be on payroll. There were no napkins included, and although I ordered ranch, I was given BBQ sauce instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, I was told it would cost $0.50 to get the ranch I had originally ordered. That’s unacceptable. Basic courtesy and attention to detail go a long way. This experience felt indifferent and unprofessional from beginning to end. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements

Every time we go in this location they are understaffed and cranky. Stood in line 35 minutes today and had to leave because I had to get back to work. Yes I am writing this hangry, but it is the same experience every time we go in. The manager needs to get a clue and hire people and make sure they have enough staff working at lunch time.

After 20-25 minutes I left without eat as anyone took my order. Even the manager pass twice and apologized but didn’t took my order. They prioritize serví-car and online order but do not provide attention to the dinner area. Even is only 2pm not pick time shame on them.

I really wish I could give this location -⭐⭐😡 I went to get chili and all I got was a large cup of beans with a piece of hamburger patty in it! I live @3 minutes up the road from this location and when I got home it was barely warm. It looked like they poured beans in the cup and placed onions and cheese on top of it....not to mention they put 2 cracker packs in the bag for a large cup of chili😡😡😡

The plan was to go to whataburger my daughter wanted a burger but they were temporarily closed. So we go to Wendys I get my daughter a doible burger and as I was just looking at the menu I figured I would grab me a bite. I had just got off work exhausted and didn’t feel like cooking ready to go home relax. I ended up getting a chicking wrap. When you get a wrap on a fresh again a fresh tortilla it doesnt just brake all apart everytime you try to take a bite. I was beyond upset those wraps are not cheap but just the fact that this establishment doesn't care about the quality and freshness of the food they serve. Then I go to call them and the voicemail picks up first ring. Now I have to go revisit them because something need to be done. This was my first experience here and they definitely did not impress me at all.

This is one of the worst locations I’ve been too, they need to get some management in there that’s gonna get things together. I asked for a hamburger with no cheese and got a hamburger in which it was obvious the cheese had been scraped off so I took it in for a refund. On my way into work tonight I’ll be pulling back up bc my daughter ate this undercooked hamburger that was also apart of the order. If the staff wants to be lazy then fire them bc this is unacceptable and their lackluster attitude when u go in shows they don’t care. I can’t tell if it’s all kids or an actual adult in the building

First time going to this Wendy’s location, and was not very happy. 8 months pregnant and I wanted something fast and close, so we decided on Wendy’s. As I bit into it, I noticed it was super chewy and thought it was the bun. I looked at it and saw the super pink meat. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I don't know who is hiring the new employees, but for some time, employees look dirty, no hygiene, their uniforms looks dirty, the kitchen looks dirty from the outside, and the quality of the food is now awful, half of a hamburger with a tiny piece if bacon, chicken nuggets uncooked and one looks like it was bitten as tou can see in the pictures, I use to love this place, but now, it makes me sick, and don't make me tell you about the bathrooms and the tables, for now on, I'm going to the one in seagoville.

Short story: unprofessional, RUDE and extremely slow Professional story: I know we've become accustomed to the idea of fast food = horrible service, this place however takes the crown, absolutely unbelievably rude, there is a group of 4 or more employees with absolutely no care in the world, the food is good, but let's be honest it's they're not ripping the food up from scratch, Heating and assembling is all that's required...... customer service forget about it, speed in fast food forget about it, courteousness professionalism and respect forget about it, I have literally seen four people walk in and walk right out... dirty on the inside
