my first time eating from here couple days ago I’m from Chicago so I know how good food supposed to taste and when I say I was like God Damn ! they must fry this chicken in butter it was that good! it literally melts in your mouth FRESH & HOT, mashed potatoes are AMAZING I love this place I will become a REGULAR.

This gem has been here in my neighborhood for almost all my life if not even more. They are always quick, friendly, and professional anytime you make an order. I especially love to go for their chicken tenders. They're big and so juicy everytime. I like to ask for a side of country gravy and some rolls with that and go just destroy my box of chicken. Not a single crumb gets spared. Not too long ago, a golden chick opened up across the street. I been there twice to get their tenders - so not worth it. They were so small and stringy. Too pricey for the low quality there. May they never take Williams Chicken's business away. Williams Chicken is far superior in terms of price, quality, and customer service. I will always be W.C. fan for life. If you ever find yourself on lake june rd and masters and are trying to decide on what to eat, consider my recommendation. I promise you'll leave William's Chicken satisfied and knowing you made the right choice.

Service was great. Even under pressure they executed with great attitudes and made sure everyone was taken care of. Definitely worth making the drive for. Customer service was exceptional.

The ONLY Williams Chicken that I will go to! Been coming here for over 10 years!! Hands down they have the best flavor for their food and the staff have Always been friendly, courteous, and respectful!! I have sent many of my friends to this store because they are the best! And they also have the BEST chicken livers with country gravy I've ever had!!

Well, not much for the semi lines to place my order. That being said, if the food wasn't good there would be no lines. Plus the chicken is always fresh. Oh, and there seems to be enough of them placed around the greater DFW area. Go check them out if you want a tasty reasonably priced chicken bite.

The fried chicken at Williams Chicken is fried crisp and served hot and juicy. It is not overly salty. Just perfect. The wing I got also included a large piece of the breast meat. The fried gizzard is okay. It lacked flavor. The service is great here tho. This location offers Drive-thru and walk-up service only.

Ordered chicken strips, fries and apple pies!!! Received fresh cooked tenders. fries and pies!!! That's a hugh plus!!!! Food was seasoned really well. Only one complaint, and they may not be able ti fix it, but the apple pies did not have a balanced amount of apple filling!!!☹☹☹

Good fried chicken and usually they always give it to you hot. Service is slow for the most part I'm guessing because they always serve your food hot but wait times can be in the 10 minutes or more region. Friendly staff, would recommend to others!

I hadn't had their chicken livers in years,so I bought some for me and my daughter, they used to be great,but what I got two weeks ago was the worst ever.it was tiny pieces that fell off,and very tiny dry,all crust .very disappointed, I threw them in the trash, and so did my daughter. 20.00 for Crap.dont buy the chicken livers,I'll make my own!

Chicken was hot and fresh. The rice wasn't what I remembered. It was greasy and mushy, with a few hard pieces of rice. Chicken was flavorful (maybe a Lil too salty, but good). Okra was on point. Service was to be expected... it's William's, not Chick Fil A.

12 chicken pcs and 12 rolls was under $20 dollars! With inflation you would be spending over $30 at Popeyes or Golden Chick with same quality and taste. Only downside is the area but am guessing this is why it's affordable. Again the area is not for the faith of heart😅

Only at night, this location sucks! Chicken thighs so little felt like I was eating a pigeon. Meat was luke warm not hot! At least the people was nice tho.

On this last visit, my order was wrong and this usually doesn't happen but so was several other people orders. The woman that took the orders at the window in the red shirt messed up all of the orders.

The young lady at the drive thru could be more nice. The guy was ok. Still only got home with 1 lg corn fritters after asking for 2 and asking again if there was 2 lg orders in the bag. Ugh!

I am most definitely hooked on their fried chicken livers. Sometimes they're super friendly and fast, other times not so much at all. I love the sweet lady who always calls me "mama". She smiles and it makes my day.

I gave three stars only because the food was hot that I ordered but the manager attitude the heavy set lady thats always in the window needs to change her attitude. It's really bad to be dealing with a customer with that kind of attitude. Food was great just want less attitude when I'm talking to a Manger about my receipt of an extra cost she added to my receipt so I learn not to order the meals I order my everything separate with no drinks because she added an extra 4.39 to my meal I was not understanding why when I was charge for each thing I ordered plus 4.39 make it make sense lesson learned. Lady who took my order about 1130am today was rude. She closed the order window before I was even done. When it was time to pay I told her what she missed when I was ordering. Something told me to check my order before I left but since the items were on my receipt I figure she got it right. WRONG. The food was good but the services and accuracy of my order was not. I didn't bother to go back up there because I already made it home and was starving.

This location is on Lake June and Masters a very busy area for this Williams. Well, they have closed the other locations on Mesquite. So, coming to this area is once in a while. My food was HOT, drink cold, and my side needed more cooking. Other than that, the service was nice and fast. 🍗🍗🍗

Been a long time since I’ve been to Williams chicken and. it’s been a long time since I’ve been to Pleasant Grove now I know why I don’t go to both. I went to the drive-through nobody in front of me and nobody responded to the speaker (found out speaker does work)so I parked and went to the front window. The young gentleman is coloring a book with Crayola. I ask him is this where I make my order he said yeah because he has to finish coloring the book.

The drive thru is small already. I was looking over the menu that does not have an intercom. Which I knew. Another car goes around me to get to the window. It was so hard for him to even get around, so you know that's not normal. The service was fine otherwise. I did have to go back for my fritters and okra and extra gravy. Thankfully, I didn't get far. I will learn one day to check before I leave. I just expect to much I guess.

I ordered the six pc livers and I think they just cut 2 or 3 livers up to make 6pieces. I've never seen any liver from any restaurant that small before, very disappointed! I will say the seasoning was good but the pieces were just ridiculous.

I don't like going to Williams Chicken, I never get my food the way I order, or the way the advertisement advertises it to be,or at the set price it advertises it to be,rather it be a combo meal, or a complete meal, or just a box of mixed chicken, Whatever you order, it will come but it will be at a higher price, because they break the order up so you will be charged more.IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME, I only go to two locations. Woke up on Sunday morning wanting Fried Chicken. Made a humongous mistake by not going to Louisiana Fried Chicken, Popeyes, or Church's. The service did not take overly long. But I could see that the girl that handled the money was handling our food without washing her hands. Kind of nasty but I gave it a pass. Then I came home and found out that our rice was cold. Refrigerator cold. Never again.

We ordered 8pc mixed w/lg fry and 6pc gizzard combo w/fries, pepper pack and sweet tea at 818p on Friday night. The order was placed in the drive-thru with no issue and we were told it would take 16 minutes & I was given 2 receipts (itemized & card). After over 31 minutes, we still did not have our order & our itemized receipt was ask for and it was taken back and was hung up with other receipts. The person working in the back had to come to the front and help sort out receipts. Finally, our order was given to us pc by pc. First the 8pc mixed & the 6 pc gizzard, and the pepper pack. Next we got the lg fry (but no fries with the gizzard combo). Lastly, I asked about the small sweet tea. The person that give me the food, again asked what size, I said small; she left the window. She came back and asked what drink, I again said sweet tea. When I received the drink, it was a strawberry soda that was flowing out of the cup. But she did remember the straw. This is one of the worse Williams experience I have ever had. I am sure the owner, which my husband & I had the pleasure to meet, would be very disappointed with his employees delivering that type of service. Actually, it was one employee in particular.

This is a drive up...speaker was broken, which should have been an indicator of the food and the service. Ordered, got home to find the wrong order in BOTH bags!...AND, we were overcharged.. I'm sure we won't go there again.

This location was not taking cash... ran out of strawberry fanta, and not ONE DROP of seasoning on the fries OR chicken. Hands down worse location I've been to and a massive waste of time.

I came when there were only three cars, they told me it would take 10 minutes , well 10 minutes turn to 40 minutes on six pieces of chicken. I watch them give chicken out to other customers,on top of that more customers drove up and they received their food. The manager came back and told me they gave my chicken out to another customer and told me to wait 6 minutes . I wanted my money back after that then she offered a free drink. I was watching her clear out the line. Then when no one is left thats when she have my order. This is unacceptable . I will not be returning.

I wouldn't recommend this 10161 Lake June Williams Chicken, if you have some where to be in a short time. I was the ONLY customer @1:45p ordered 10 tenders & 6 corn fritters. I was asked to pull up. Obviously, I went to the wrong window because one of the ladies came out not so kind & pointed to where she wanted me. After 1:59 my mom walked to the window to see how much longer & one worker leaning & on her cell phone with huge ❤ earrings yells @ her I told her it would be 10 minutes, Not realizing it was past 10 minutes BECAUSE she was on her cellphone. We received our food @ 2:05pm....I will Stick with Cedric in Singing Hills with the Best Fresh Williams Chicken...

We waited 30 minutes for our ood and we got old fries and corn fritters, that is way too long. We've never had to wait so long for our food, seems like they did it on purpose and then there was no apology or a simple thank you, they just don't aporeciate your business. Guess they choose to only treat certain people good. They need some serious training in customer service, when you're the customer you should at least be thanked especially when they make you wait that long.

I hate this location, they just don't give a damn. You gon always have to wait an extra 5 minutes, they don't have half the food advertised on their menu i.e apple pie. Make sure you check your order because you probably missing your roll or pepper. They always out of lemonade, keep some ranch at home because they charge .75 cents for 1 smh. Also it's very important that you order napkins and ketchup they assume you want to wipe your hands on your shirt and want to eat they greasy fries dry so unless you ask all you getting is the box of chicken you paid for.

The food was nice and hot, LATE, but hot! I did order Chicken gizzards but took longer than usual! The other bad thing was, I got charged extra for adding more legs than thighs and I got zero legs!!! I like Williams Chicken, just not from this location. You order fried chicken but received refried chicken. You can tell it was sitting out and they dropped it back in grease to heat it up. Check your order as well because something is probably wrong or missing. In the last 2 to 3 months the food along with the service has steadily declined. The manager is defensive, rude, the staff is unprofessional, & the manager refuses to takes responsibility for anything done wrong.

Whoever is making the food in that kitchen needs to be FIREDDDDDDDDD to re-fry chicken and serve it is insane our bag, fries, 3 pc chicken, and gizzards were completely drenched in oil one squeeze on the leg and oil just dripped out like water. If you squeeze a fry oil dripped out.

The customer service at the Williams Chicken on Masters & Lake June is so poor! There was a black male , employee working the drive thru window on 7-2-2023 before noon. He had on shades inside of the establishment and had no respect for me , I hated to even ask questions due to how rude he was. He even handed my food to me in a rude manner . I didn’t really trust him with my bank card due to his mannerism and professionalism . He should be terminated immediately.

This is my first and last visit to this location on Lake June and Masters. The young lady that waited on didn’t give me the correct change ($5.00) short she was extremely rude when I return to question her about it. She really didn’t give me the opportunity to tell her my situation. It was if she was waiting on me. I tried calling to speak with the manager, went straight to voicemail and you COULD NOT leave a message. Lesson learn. Will NEVER return!!!!!

I guess they were ready to close. I called for two days with no answer. I recorded a video for proof. Like how can you purposely cook some fresh chicken tenders. Look at them. See that they are BURNT. Package them up and give them to me lol. Like really!!! I think that is pretty messed up how they treated me at this location. The women are just as rude at this location. I’m considering contacting the health department. I’m just saying treat people how you want to be treated. I can’t support black businesses who treat you like this. If you don’t love or like your job QUIT! It’s just that simple.

I ordered a 8 piece dark chicken. The chicken was so crust and the meat was dark brown it was old. It's not the first time I have gotten chicken like this from there. But sometimes it's hot and just right. But not the past 2 times.

It has been awhile since we been here. We ordered the 20pc and 2 Lg sides & jalapeño bombers for $43. The chicken looked like it was old & reheated, fries luke warm, bombers luke warm and the mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy was not good either. To top it off they didnt even give us a receipt. Sunday June 2nd, 2024 @ 3:15pm. Not only did the guy who took out the trash see us waiting at the window, the lady manager in the blue shirt, and another skinny gentleman ON HIS PHONE looked at us, and never came to the window for 8 minutes. I even hollered thru the window to the guy on his phone, and he turned his back to me. Not to turn this into a race issue, but yes I'm a white female, and the disrespect was obvious. My issue is, THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME WITH THIS MANAGER LADY ON DUTY!!! My family loves Williams chicken, but the workers have made it VERY CLEAR they are not interested in taking my order. I've never been rude and always say keep the change. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN LINE-see pictures
