Stopped at this location to pick up lunch, and their service was super fast. I ordered the chicken flautas, and they never disappoint - so good! Their chips were freshly made and delicious. I also appreciate the fact that they provide the toppings separately. Eunice, our cashier was super friendly, fast, and helpful.

This was my first time eating here and it did not disappoint!!! The food was excellent and the customer service was great!!! I got grilled chicken tacos with corn tortillas, delicious! The cram churro was also good. It was hot and crispy. I cannot believe I haven’t eaten here before. I will be coming back.

I Asked if they can give me a crispy chicken and they put the chicken on the grill longer to make it crispy and it came out delicious .

I rarely give out good reviews so Im going out of my way when I say the young lady at the drive through window today was very out going and friendly. I've been to this location many times, I Believe she is new. With that attitude she will be manger one day or whatever she wants to be and she spoke English. Another plus . The food is good but nothing crazy. I feel like it’s your standard chicken place but the baked potato plates are delicious I will say. However, the service was probably the most memorable part for me. Today, I had the sweetest interaction with the young girl at the drive-through. She was completely focused. I didn’t have to repeat myself multiple times which is usually the most frustrating part for me. Anyways this is getting long but I’m new to the area and just wanted to share my experience.

They have really overrated tacos here. Thier number 1 is $16 and they don't have any options under $10. I ordered just one chicken and one asada mini taco and they gave me two asada. When I told the cashier that the order was wrong she got super confused and didn'tknow what to do. I will not be back and don't understand the appeal.

The food is good but overall they take long to give you your food. On many occasions I have stood in line longer than 40 minutes waiting.

Always Solid. I bit overpriced. But if one doesn't grocery shop and compare prices. And if one doesn't like cooking. You probably won't notice and may not care if the food is overpriced. The loaded nachos never disappoint. Oh and if you think taco bell is good. You absolutely have no choice but to try Pollo Region.

This place went downhill since i visited a couple years ago i was kept waiting for my order well over 30minutes. 15minutes into the wait i walked up to staff to check on the progress & they hadnt even begun my order yet. I waited another 20 minutes & finally got my dang order none of the staff checked on me asked why im in the lobby so long they were just back their laughing, talking about Group chat they had four or five people in the front doing nothing. Also anyone that reads this Do NOT use the order kiosk that thing is not connected to their systems so you'd be sitting their waiting for nothing go thru drive thru or order at the register to make sure they work on your order. Also keep in my mind the place was not busy when i visited it was quite slow not busy at all so waiting that long under that circumstances was ridiculous

I been coming here for a while now maybe years but this past week when I went was the worst. I had ordered on the wetside the most basic order. It was 6 large cups of rice and chips. That was it. I had it ordered for pick up at 5:30 and i arrived maybe 20 minutes late. I show up and this you g girl Juliette asked me if it was pick up. I said yes. She looked for my ordered and i think looked on their system and just said if I could wait. I said yes. She then proceeds to i guess go back to what she was doing and I gave it maybe 5-7 minutes before I asked again if my order was ready. She then proceeds to relook for my order and then look at the ipad. She didn’t give me any update or nothing just seemed like she was working so I didn’t bother to ask again bc i thought she was handling my order. I waited a minute till I asked for a Third time an uodate for my order. Mind you pictures this, she was assisting people coming in while i stayed waiting. She seemed like she would look at my ordered and then side track and handle other things. This time she brought in Juan and Mercedes and i was like finally im getting my 6 cups of rice. I waited and again NOTHING. So my last attempt I raised my voiced and I asked all 3 who was handling my ordered because I was waiting already and asked 4 times and Juliette would brush me off. I was there long enough to remember their names, put that into perspective. After I finally told them i needed my ordered and I wanted to see someone handle my order and finally I got my order. Terrible customer service needs more training.

Went to this place to pick up an order this morning and saw that there was only one cashier in front taking everyone’s order . I used to work for a restaurant and this isn’t how this should be managed . There shouldn’t be just one cashier. The cashier was nice and I didn’t wait for a long time . But the manager shouldn’t be putting just one cashier dealing with everything there. I hope that they don’t keep this up and I see this cashier by herself again. Love the food and the cashier was nice but the manager needs to step it up on putting more people . Also saw the manager getting mad at the only cashier in front and I didn’t like that. The cashier was trying her best and the manager bothering her instead of helping . Managers name was Heydi .

We went to eat at this location unfortunately the food was giving cold. The stake was very cold and the potato as well. Yall used to be so good and fresh /: what happen????

Really bad food quality. Fries fired in months old oil. Don’t waste your money on this place. $15 torta isn’t worth $5.
