Buenas tardes, El pasado 10/01/2026 celebramos nuestra boda en vuestro hotel. Queríamos agradecer el trato recibido por parte de todo vuestro equipo con especiales menciones a Natalia, Eli, Mauro, Alejandro e Ian. Fuisteis muy atentos todos con nosotros y nos hicisteis disfrutar sin preocupaciones de nuestro día. Sin duda recomendamos este lugar y este equipo para que tengáis muchas mas celebraciones que podáis hacer sentir tan bien a la gente como nos hicisteis sentir a nosotros. Mucha gracias y saludos.

Buenas tardes ! Quería agradecer a Cristina que coordino el día de mi boda que organizamos en el hotel , todo fue maravilloso desde la entrada hasta el final de la fiesta . Increíble la comida de alta calidad y el servicio un 10! . Muchísimas gracias hemos pasado un día increíble que nunca olvidaremos y gracias por cuidar de cada detalle .

Celebrar nuestra boda en el Gallery fue la mejor decisión, sin duda! Gracias a Sofía por una organización impecable y a todo el staff del hotel que hicieron de nuestra celebración y estadía, un día inolvidable tanto para nosotros como para nuestros invitados. Acabamos de celebrar una fiesta post-boda en el Hotel y hemos quedado muy satisfechos del servicio recibido, tanto por la profesionalidad de Marina, Cristina y Sofia del Departamento de Eventos como por la alta calidad de la comida y la atención en sala con especial mención a el Maitre y al Sr Mauro que se esforzaron en satisfacer todas nuestras peticiones con amabilidad y diligencia.

Celebrating our wedding at the Gallery was undoubtedly the best decision! Thank you to Sofia for the impeccable organization and to all the hotel staff who made our celebration and stay an unforgettable day for both us and our guests. I was on floor A enjoying a celebration and I liked the place, the location and the pica pica.

Was at a Hilton affiliated property for business, but was too pricey to continue to stay there on personal expenses. We chose this property based on reviews and we were NOT disappointed.

Todo el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y bien equipadas. Está relativamente céntrico entre la Rambla y Paseo de Gracia.

The front desk staff are excellent! The hotel is nice, clean and in a good location but prices are high. Rooms are nice but very small which is fine with us. Restaurant staff (woman) told us there was no food at the roof bar and we could not take out food to the roof bar, but when we got to the pool, there was a menu with food items on it. Breakfast buffet was like a Holiday Inn Express, should be free with your stay. Good thing we didn't eat dinner there. There's no water in the room unless you buy it. I think it would be nice if the hotel had simple bottles of water for guests who don't want to drink the tap water, I wasn't sure if it would be OK to drink that. The location of this hotel was good, we were able to get the on-off bus across the street and see everything we wanted to see.

Enjoyed our stay -- super fun roof top & pool. Great location in a more "quiet" neighborhood. We have a small issue with our shower drain, but otherwise had a great stay.

Ayer a las 19:15h fui a la cafetería del hotel acompañada de una mujer de raza negra,ambas somos mujeres. La cafetería -restaurante estaba ocupada menos de un cuarto de su capacidad.El servicio en lugar de ofrecernos la primera mesa disponible a esa hora y de acuerdo con las normas horarias del establecimiento nos fue negando la acogida en mesas sucesivas hasta que por descarte nos permitió sentarnos en una mesa de la zona próxima a la puerta. Éste tipo de atención es lo opuesto al mensaje que desde la ciudadanía y los poderes públicos se ofrece de Barcelona como ciudad cosmopolita y de acogida. Les sugiero formen a su personal en las formas y normas básicas de hospitalidad.
