Drive through attendant was very polite and confirmed order clearly and at a good rate of speech. I've had other places rattle off your order so fast that you just agree that it's right.

The staff here is wonderful during the morning and noon time hours. Food has always been good too. The staff is very helpful 🙂

My son loves McDonald's and for the most part this location is great. The app is awesome however pricing seems to be on the high side from what I recall.

Typically, I use the drive thru on the weekend for breakfast. I bring my dog along, and the staff at the drive-thru fawn over her. She absolutely loves it. Service is quick and friendly. We also have specific requests that we ask for on our sandwiches, and they are very accommodating to our requests.

This particular McDonald’s had the coldest pop and the hottest food I can recall when it comes to this chain. We enjoyed it all. It was a rainy day and the staff brought our food out to the car with a smile and a happy holidays.

First time visiting a McDonald’s that was touch screen order. Interface was easy to use and quickly found items desired. Food time was fast - though it wasn’t a traditional rush hour. Was a bit confused why the screen asked for a drink choice when a self-serve fountain was present. Food was hot upon delivery. The restaurant dining room is modernized with non traditional seating choices. Had a very positive experience.

We were traveling through and stopped for breakfast. The service was great! We ordered a cold brew coffee frappe, then changed it to a chocolate chip frappe. But, because they had already made the cold brew, they gave us both. I'm starting to think that I should change my mind more often. 😊 The whole interior was really nice, and the restrooms were clean. 👍

Fast and friendly drive thru. Easy to hit on a lunch hour and quick even when they are busy!! Only once messed up my drink order and along with wrong drink paid full price rather than the $1 any size special price. Not a frequent drive thru patron but this location is the best I have seen for staff and service.

This McDonald's excels in one great attribute: Their exceptional customer service. The two ladies at the counter, and one or two more bringing the food and other items to the tables, are amazing. They are very kind, attentive, and sweet. My wife and I saw how they even went to the tables to make sure their well treated customers had everything they needed. This is the first time I have encountered such good service in McDonald's. Every employee in the store is very friendly and professional, and the food is fresh and delicious. If other McDonald's are the same as theirs, I think I will eat McDonald's every day and be happy!

Place is always clean, organized and fast. The morning drive through guy is so happy and can make your day with his greetings. The manager(I think) is on top of things and makes sure everything runs smooth. Favorite McDonald’s!! Seasonal/holiday decor is Alton point.

The manager Connlan showed exemplary skills getting orders out and commanding the brigade. He should be promoted to regional manager. Irate customer in front of me was shutdown very quickly. I love this McDonalds more than just about every store in Buffalo except maybe the one on Sheridan and Sweet Home (if it's late at night).

I go to this location often. It is always clean, the people are always friendly, service is prompt, food is hot. It's in an excellent location for convenience and there are always regulars sitting around and chatting. A chain restaurant with a local feel. A lot of the negative reviews are from people who don't seem to know what a fast food restaurant is or have clearly never had to work a drive thru.

Ordered from the drive thru and ordered the green shamrock ☘️ shake. It was cold and smooth I didn’t struggle as I was sucking from the straw. Not too thick but perfect . I had their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and it was mouthwatering. The chicken crunchy on the outside and juicy in the inside. The sauce had a nice kick 🦵🏽 to it. I was grateful that I had my shake to tame the spiciness from my tongue thank you for the phenomenal fries as well.

Mcdonalds on Smith and rt 64 (walmart parking area) is the best around with biggest play area for kids. They have some really bad employees so I recommend going they drive thru from 7a to 11a and then going in to eat! At least the morning drive thru people are friendly and fast mon thru thurs after that ur popped the first pic is that mcdonalds last few is DeKalb on Lincoln highway

Late evening purchase and order was exactly as ordered. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. Worth mentioning considering it was the same on the second night.

A little snafu happened with My order but they made good on it! I was satisfied!

This McDonald's is definitely better than the one on the other side of town. The food is normally prepared better, the employees do not make quite as many mistakes with my orders. Also, this McDonald's is open 24 hours. It seems that the only issues I have with this specific McDonald's is during the morning rush.

If your gonna do McDonald’s, I’d highly suggest driving down to this one. The other one has consistently messed up very simple orders, forgotten straws, drinks, sauce, fries. I wouldn’t mention it except every single time we go there they forget or mess up something. I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup only!!! I got everything but ketchup, and that was all I ordered!!!!! Just go to this one, trust me! Everyone makes mistakes but the other one has for the last 7 years made a mistake almost every single time we go there. This one is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive.

24 hour breakfast available which is rare in our area. Food was fresh to order and good. Our only issue is a staff member waiting to instruct everyone who came in to use the ordering machines, and not have order taken by paid staff. I don't work at McDonald's and I shouldn't have to do their job unless I'm getting paid, or at very least a discount. We did NOT use the order machines but waited for another staff member to take our order.

People are very nice. The only problem is, is that the double cheeseburger we got was dry, and they only put in barbecue sauce and sweet-and-sour sauce, instead of ranch and sweet-and-sour sauce. Otherwise pretty good.

Please bring back the indoors play area. People stay longer and spend more especially during the winter months. It is rare that I stop at a McDonald's. I don't expect much from fast food and now with the high prices I did not plan on eating here. At this McDonald's the employees are very nice service was fast and it is a newer McDonald's and very clean. Food was ok and I did not get sick after which usually happens with most fast food places.

Great food but going inside was a mess. Food was run by teenagers, positive that the manager is also a teenager. They were blasting music inside of the restaurant extremely loud, the music had curse words in it and my kids were upset because they got their happy meal order wrong twice. With fast food you rely on the taste being the same at all locations so how do you differentiate, by the service and the cleanliness. as expected the food tasted warm and fresh The location was clean and hospitable. service was prompt and. cordial but not necessarily overtly friendly. The parking lot is a little tricky and perhaps could use some repairs. why do I stop at this McDonald's? it's a halfway point between two destinations and I refill and Iron Mountain. this McDonald's is open early which makes it a great early morning breakfast stop for me

They forgot our order! We ordered drive thru and they had us pull up to the next window. After 10 minutes and several other customers getting their order we went inside and they forgot our order.

Uts seems to me that they don't care about customers service. They are constantly make mistakes in orders. They don't care how long it takes to go through drive-thru. Food is cold, put together sloppy.

Took a little longer than expected to get my food. They did have a line but not too many people to not get me my food in 10 minutes in the drive thru. The food was fresh and everything I ordered was correct.

People are super nice. Food was served quickly! And on top of that, the order wasn't messed up. One of the few McDonald's that doesn't laugh trying to think of rediculous ways to mess up your order.

McDonald's hasn't had decent food since the 90's .. just go there when I need something fast.. not even really that cheap anymore either. The quality of their beef (if it can even legally be called beef anymore) is on a steady decline. So it's not like I eat there often... maybe once or twice a year.. especially if I'm constipated. I would much rather eat at Taco Bell.

Do not go inside. They will mess up your food and you will be standing at the counter forever. Drive through is great. Breakfast crew is awesome.

Has double drive through lanes but still remains the slowest drive through ever! Also, they can’t seem to keep from spilling the coffee all over the outside of the cup! Got burned once when the lid was loose and the coffee blew out the top all over my hand as she handed it to me through the window! Also, the design of the overhang along the drive thru pickup lane allows dirty roof rain water to drip all over your clean car, a lot! Terrible design.

Took french fries. Lot of scope for improvement. Oil could be controlled. Freshness also require improvement. As a world wide trusted brand, there need to attention on this. Otherwise, very helpful staff, clean work area, clean rest rooms and hygienic working.

With this being the only restaurant open after 11, you'd think this is when they'd have the right amount of staff scheduled to handle the late night rush. Always a long wait in drive thru. Consistently making errors. Employees are stressed due to understaffing.

Stopped at 4 pm for a quick snack as I had missed lunch. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a McDouble which came on a stale bun and chocolate chip cookies which were hard as a rock. My Coke was good though. No excuse for stale food.

Selling yesterdays food has become the norm at this mcdonalds. The hot apple pies are taken out of yesterdays box and put in a new box without the date sticker. They did this to me twice in one week. And I only went there 2 times during the week. When confronted they lie and talk to me like I’m a 8 year old. No more McDonald’s for me.

Theres seems to always be an issue with my order when I go here. I ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal, because I'm a kid at heart, and I literally only got the nuggets. Didnt get my drink, my apple slices, or my fries.

What I don't like is they don't have the inside of the restaurant open yet well I don't mind going through drive-through but I'd like to go in and sit down every now and then to have a good cup of coffee by Q don't have the inside of your restaurant opening that's a shame everybody still scared about this virus

I would give them five stars if they made my milkshakes right. I ask for a oreo milkshake, and they give me vanilla shake and just put a clump of oreo on top instead of mixing it. Pure laziness

Inconsistant on the taste and quality. Very slow at all times of day! I usually get iced coffee and it is never the same from visit to visit and attitude can be quite snippy if you ask for it to be corrected!

Went through the drive thru asked for a coffee with no sugar. What I got was the 100% opposite. Had about ¾ inch sugar in the bottom of the cup and looked like chocolate milk couldn't taste coffee at all if it even had any in it.

I went in there to get a large Mocha Macchiato, & it was made pretty well. The female employee was very nice, & respectful so all good. Second time I was there I just wanted a regular coffee with milk, & sugar. I love having nice conversations so I brought up how great coffee was with this female employee. She’s not nice like the other one was who made the Mocha Macchiato. Telling me she dislikes coffee a lot with a bit of a snotty attitude. After I ordered it, & tasted it I noticed there was no sugar in it at all. Very little milk as well. McDonald’s is definitely a place that she should not be working at. Find another job where it doesn’t have to do with making drinks for people.

I come here all the time, and it’s normally great. However, idk if new people were working tonight 9/28/2024 at 12 AM, but we just waited in the drive thru line for 57 minutes. I was annoyed but whatever, I’ve worked in fast food and it can get stressful. But when we got home and finally got to eat, my Big Mac was missing an ENTIRE PATTY. like it only came with one when it should’ve been two. There were no pickles on my Big Mac or on my girlfriend Big Mac. The bottom slice of bread was kinda hard and stale, which doesn’t make sense to me because don’t they all toast at the same time? Idk what happened tonight but I am severely disappointed.

Ordered a 10 piece McNugget Meal and a Filet O Fish meal, somehow I ended up with 2 Fish meals. My receipt says what I ordered, but somehow I ended up with 2 Fish meals. Management better train the employees how READ.

This location is absolutely terrible. I will jot go there any, the trip across town is well worth it. They have screwed up my order the last 3 times I have gone there over a period of 2 months. This most recent time I simply ordered a medium French fry and when I got to the window they handed me a Sprite, when I alerted the girl in the window of the miscommunication she notified me that I in fact did order a Sprite and in now way did she attempt to remedy the situatio. They get the orders correct most of the time, but what is going on with the prices?!? McDonald's has been jacking their prices up the last couple years. I can get a Chipotle Chicken bowl with added guacamole for the same price as a big mac meal? I don't want to pay for McDonalds quality food at Chipotle prices. I go to McDonald's because it's cheap and the food is OK. I go to Chipotle because the food is GOOD.

This Macdonalds likes to have you go park when busy and they bring you your order. The parking spots are hard to get in and out of safely. You end up waiting there instead of the windows, which makes no sense.

So to clarify a statement that was made to us (we are a group of 12-15 bus drivers) Last week by Jose Marcos the morning manager that we “had to order,get and eat our food in30 minutes and leave”we asked if it was us being here or the buses? He said “all customers have a 30 minute limit” but there are 2 other groups of regulars that come in and we talk too and by there own words, “ we sit here for hours, talk, play games, etc” Now to address the problem, the regional manager, Veronica Portillo (she did a wonderful job at discussing their concerns and coming to a solution) came over and explained we are welcome but we need to park the buses out of the lot, they do not enforce the 30 minute rule and she will talk to Jose about his approach and how he explains or discusses concerns/problems with customers

I love McDonald's and I have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered double quarter pounders and they seemed to not be entirely cooked. I only care about the safety of my family and seeing their food not be fully cooked makes me disappointed in McDonald's.

OK been there a lot 3 times the chicken sandwich was not good it had been sitting in rack all day drying out also on another occasion they forgot bacon and cheese this last time I ordered my usual chicken sandwiches a dinner and extra sandwich this time they were fresh and perfect except I looked at my fries when I was getting my drink and my large fry was about half full so I said something which I never do and the lady said your not supposed to squeeze it I said I didn't touch it she took it and with attitude littleraly added 4 fries and I said thanks for the extra fries every time I go there I spend $18.00 and some change I was not unreasonable and paid for a large fry not a half of container think this lady was new but had attitude and I've been very understanding until this other customers in line agreed with me I never no reviews either but enough they need some help there all problems from this newer location 6/22/17 around 5:15pm

Absolutely horrible customer service. Drive thru employee walked away from order 5 times, no exaggeration. Waited in line for 27 minutes to still get the order wrong. Rude and unprofessional. I never have experienced such horrific customer service in my life.

On my last visit I got nothing. At 4:30 am I just left work and wanted a burger, I was informed they were only serving breakfast. I ordered breakfast and went to the pay window. There I was told they were only accepting cash. I don't carry cash to work. This is the first time my debit card was not taken. McDonald's you just lost a sale, maybe a customer.

I drove from Leroy at midnight to sit down and enjoy a meal as I was working late. The lobby here has always been 24/7 and I was shocked when they were closed. The drive thru was open but I wanted to sit down and enjoy. I left and went to dennys

Fries will always be half full and old if they aren't backed up but always half full. My McChicken tasted and smelled like bleach. Not eating here ever again that's deplorable

So I've had some negative experiences at this McDonald's serval times and have rarely returned here. I've been going to Tim Horton's, Starbucks, or Dunkin' Donuts for my coffee but my cab driver recommended going to this McDonald's bc it's closer to me and their caramel frapes taste amazing. They do taste good but they don't beat Starbucks. Anyway, so I decided to head into the same McDonald's this morning and as I'm receiving my change the cashier who I didn't catch her name was a blonde petite girl who spoke in a really unfriendly snobby tone flung my change at me and said "oops sorry … oh here's your penny" I was very graceful about the manner and didn't want to make a scene got my frape that I paid for but honestly I've had enough of going to this McDonald's and letting things roll off my back obviously whoever is hiring these people don't care about character or customer service. I would've spoken to the manager but I'm sure nothing would have been done about so I'm posting my experience on here hoping enough people will understand that if you want a friendly experience with great customer service you won't receive it here at least that has been my experience with going to this establishment. This sealed the deal though I am never going to any McDonald's establishment ever again they've lost my business for good this time.

When you get excited for the McRib and it doesn't look edible or looks sad

Ordered 4 sausage with no eggs for my kids and one sausage and egg mcgriddle. As they handed me the order I specifically asked if there's a mcgriddle in there as well and he said yes and turned out to be a biscuit sandwich. I live 20 min away so i couldn't return it. These are the idiot's that fight for $15 an hour when you can't get something that simple correct? Your jobs are worth no more than $9 an hour then!

Cashier could not speak up to save his life. Not one person could say your welcome, its common curtisy. And the constant alarm going off made for a nerve racking visit that Im not doing again. Oh yea fries were cold.

All these types of business (Fast foods) Today are all a like. Give you less & charge you more. All under the false pretenses of making young Americans think they're getting a deal. That $0.15 skimpy little hamburger is gone... But the skimpy little $10 burger is here. While waiting for our food in the drive thru we watched a girl sweep the floor and touch the dust pan then proceeded to make my sons drink with out washing her hands. Then my son bit into his sandwich and he bit into something slimy. Needless to say we went and got our money back. Never again will we go there again. Not even worth 1 🌟! This location is hit or miss. Last week I had great fast quality service. This week my wife was missing her cheeseburger and my big Mac had old hard cheese, Brown wilted lettuce and had clearly been made several hours ago

Ever since this McDonald's opened, I gave it like 5 chances. Every single time I ate there, I have gotten really sick. Thought it would be a good move to be on this town and closer to us but I will bypass it Everytime now. Being that I believe I got food poisoning from there the most recent trip has my decision final.

But to go get cash then come back to be told to hold on and then after a long pause u tell them what u wabt abd another long pause followed by another person asking what it was i wanted. Breakfast is usually good and the morning staff is ok. But the afternoon staff suck. I’ve been there a couple of times in mid afternoon, like 3 or 3:30. The staff becomes unruly if you ask them for something, they seem to get bothered. Then one day in mid afternoon I had a fish sandwich that was not too warm and it was the only meal I had that day. Then later on I threw it up. It was definitely that sandwich that made me throw up. Never will I go there again!

Literally every time I order from this specific restaurant they cannot seem to get a single thing right from a sauce to a happy meal. How do you forget a whole 10 piece nugget meal when that’s all that was ordered with fries and a drink???? Honestly replace every single manager they suck at their job.

Food here is always spot on besides sometimes when you get some soggy fries. But the way the night staff treats there customers is not necessary. They need to retrain everyone on how to treat there customers especially there night crew. Especially at the checkout they don't even say have a nice night they just hand you your food and it's awkward like do I have all my food? Last time I came here they put cheese on my sandwich. Luckily I just don't like it and not have an allergy. They could hurt people they need to be retrained

I realize the time of night (2am) is not the best time to go and that staffing can be a challenge. That being said, I had a very big order ($46.16) and pulled up to the window. I paid with 3 $20's. The cashier must have believed them to be fake. After staring at them for 30 seconds or so, she left and came back with another employee to check the bills, at the window, in plain view. She used a counterfeit pen on them to verify. After doing so, they both left and came back with a third person who I believe to be the night manager. Again, in the window, in plain view, he proceeds to hold the bills up to the light to check them. He hands them back to the cashier, who then puts them in the drawer and opens the window to hand me my change... and doesn't say a word. No sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for your patience, nothing. The three of them took a total of 10 minutes to do this. 10 minutes is an eternity in fast food. I get verifying bills given to you by a customer, however it should have been done to the side and not taken 3 people to check it. This whole transaction from ordering to getting my food was at least 15-20 minutes. It was very embarrassing and frustrating.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Repeatedly waiting in line for extended periods of time. Tonight waited for 45 minutes in line and food was cold. Very slow service. Very rude employees. Employees also smoke marijuana while preparing food or attempting to provide service at drive thru window in front of customers. I saw the employee at the first window smoking a bowl at the window when I pulled up to it. It’s a total disgrace, especially since they make more an hour than some people who are actually educated and have “real” jobs.

You better be prepared to wait a long time for your food. Especially the drive thru. Wether it's one cheeseburger or just a drink, they're going to tell you to pull up and wait and wait and wait some more. Incompetent staff, incompetent owner, terrible service. West Main McDonald's is 100 times better than this place. Don't waste your time.. unless you enjoy waiting for "fast food". Update: Thought I'd give this dump another try and absolutely nothing has changed! In fact it's worse than it was before. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line after I ordered my 14 dollar Big Mac meal and when I finally got to the window for my food they asked me to pull ahead and wait.. for another 5 minutes! The burgers were cold the cheese wasn't melted and the fries were great if you like chewing on rocks! NOTHING HAS CHANGED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! Boy this mcdonalds is the SLOWEST. AND RUDE. Trying to bring it to the attention to anyone in there, including the manager!! Goes on deaf ears. Instead of correcting the problem they want to argue an basically tell you they don't care!! Waiting in line drive thru for 20 minutes. Update: I order the same thing every morning but instead today I decided to order using a person... and they told Me that I wasn't able to substitute bacon.. I said I do it in the app.. he said well the app is different!!!! They put half hot fries on top of my nasty fries. Update! 5 stars since the manger went above to make sure my breakfast sandwich is made correctly! Thank you! I had an issue all week and now its fixed everytime she works. I appreciate it!!

WARNING. The employees here believe Six to seven French fries are all they can fit in a small fry. I and several others have contacted corporate. Management at this McDonald’s was who said that 7 fries were all they could fit in the container. Hopefully the photos attach here. Save your money there is a Burger King, Arby’s, Wendy’s and many others in less than 2 miles.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. They got my order wrong & gave it to somebody else & made it seem like it was my fault. They didn't apologize for making a mistake and it took super long. Took me about 30 mins to get my CORRECT order. Do not recommend.

Today while I was at this McDonald's I'm thankful the manager said she talked to her employee but the one employee must hate her job that much not to help a customer who is not texting for those touch screens because it would have took me a half hour to put in this order when she cashier could have just took my order at the register but no she chose not to I got so upset I walked out and then walked back in and spoke to a manager and she said she talked to her employee. I do agree it's not the manager's fault it's not the other employees fault it's just the one and I wish I would have got her name but I think that she deserves you at least have some kind of written up a decision day sent home for a day something because that's just rude you see somebody struggling you could have been like okay come over the register I'll help you but no you don't do that you sit there and make me look bad and sit there and say the food is going to take longer anyways cuz it's custom well here's the thing it would have been quicker if you just took my order the first time around but I appreciate all the other employees and the management here cuz that upset me I'm already having a rough day I don't need any more added to it

Every time I order online, they always are missing something in my order. Today, ordered a 6pc happy meal with an extra fry, got a 5pc and no extra fry. Multiple incidents that this has happened. Insane I have to drive to the other side of town to get a better and complete meal.

This resturant is actually embaressing, 3 times I ordered Doordash to get cold fries. Inclufing once where I specifically said no salt so they would be fresh Half the time there is no straw, they just get the order wrong, or hair shows up in the food and they refuse refund you I work at Mcdonalds it's not thst hard, to serve fresh fries and read basic orders. I could forgive 1 mess up but literally every time I order something is wrong I would never order here if Doordash gave me the option not to

They were very rude when we were trying to order. As soon as we rolled up to the window to get our food, they were out of Dr Pepper and forgot my fries. So, we had to roll back around and wait in that long ssaaaa line to get them. (Also, they charged my friend .54 for a sweet and sour packet). Let’s just say, was a bad trip. Will NOT be going again.

Found hair in my burger called and complained they took my name down and offered to replace it, I come 4 days later for them to make me wait 20 mins of back and forth saying I came back and I never returned to the location check your order before you leave this establishment. Only good employee there was the nice lady with glasses and older lady with long hair

Water all over floor near soda machine manager on his phone near fryer .. with all crew working hard.. No sweet ice tea which is what it started with.. went to counter to get service that was quick but we're unable to solve problem with tea.. manager on phone get off your phone and start paying attention. McDonald's crew men for 12 years McDonald's Leroy, Warsaw... And this was just unprofessional McDonald's... I'll go to the other on Main Street from now on... Wread that guys!!!! 😡

I can't wait until these places are like a giant vending machine that just spits your food out. Maybe then your order won't always be wrong. This is the third time I've got this same salad. They ASK grilled or crispy. I order crispy and they give me grilled. I eat it anyways because it's not like I'm allergic and I know that they would only throw the first one away. But seriously put on your listening ears guys.

Spent my entire lunch break waiting for somebody to notice me and the line behind me at the front register. My previous experience with this mcdonald's, was getting charged $42 for food, that I never got, but still got charged for. They then told me that my card didn't go through, even though my online banking proved otherwise. Long story short there's issues, and for the price you're better off going to a diner. Effectively in a place like this you're paying for speed level but without that it effectively negates the entire business plan.

Update 6 months later: this location still ignores customizations and puts allergens in food This location consistently confuses orders. I have had steak breakfast biscuits replaced with sausage without any comments or price reduction. Even worse, I have ordered cheeseless options due to a dairy protein allergy and have received all items with cheese even though the receipt confirmed there should be none. The staff is regularly confused when I arrive at the second window and have to double or triple check which order is mine.

This is some straight bullshit!!! Multi billion dollar company and you shut down the milkshake machine at 7:30 PM!!!!!!! I can understand an hour or 30 minutes before closing But 7:30 PM???!!!!!!! I wonder if corporate knows you’re shutting the machine down so early?!

This location used to be great and I never had issues here, but over the last few months it seems like things have taken a dramatic turn in the wrong direction. Now it's long lines, long waits, stale food, missing items and NO APOLOGIES for it either. Was missing fries from my order and didn't even get a simple apology. I don't need the refund or free stuff, I just don't appreciate the lack of professionalism. Even when I called the person simply answered, "hello?" Like it was a personal phone. Whatever is happening with management there is not working.

I’m not trying to be broky but i ordered 10 ranch sauces online and it was free in the system, but when i got there(i spent 20 mins driving just out of curiosity) they told me that i have to pay for it. It would be better if you change it in the app then, because every other McDonalds doesn’t have this option(it’s not free in the app). And also manager was kind of rude and was trying to make me feel uncomfortable.

Update - McDonalds Corporate apologized, reversed the bogus charge and sent food vouchers. The Batavia location never did anything to follow up. Original: Refused to fulfill order despite charging my credit card. I've been to this place countless times without a problem, until now. I did the usual - used the app to set up the order, got in the drive-through line (which shortly after I joined the line proceed to extend all the way around to the front of the store), my card got immediately charged when I gave them the order code (verified via CC app on my phone), and then when I got up to the first window they wanted my credit card again to "pay" for it. I refused since my card had already been charged. They refused to proceed. So I left. And now I just checked the charge that was posted and it was for almost twice the price it should have been. It appears that their system probably - somehow - allowed them to charge someone else's order to my card. Now I will likely have a dispute to file with my credit card.

I just want and order a ice Coffee. And was all cream and sugar-free vanilla. Absolutely no coffee in it. I ended up, dumping it down the drain I couldn’t drink it. Money down the drain, why not just tell your customers you don’t have coffee.

I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal today and when my grandson took a bite he refused to eat it. I took a bite and it was rubbery, cold and the bun tasted old. I had to give him my lunch to eat . Staff at the counter was not friendly and seemed she was somewhere else. Unable to find staff when I wanted to complain. A real shame. Should the health department need to be contacted. Not worth all the money spent there.

The new set up after the renovation is absolutely stupid no more room to sit they took out a lot of seats and left a giant open space that they could have used for more seats. Only 1 semi long bench when there was 2 long ones before renovation. Whoever designed this and thought this was a great idea should be fire.
