I have been eating at Elena's since the late 1980s. Yvette has this location rocking. She and Carol are the perfect duo and their personalities are always on point .. I feel like family. ** special props to their perfect health rating A / 100 ** it can't get better than this ! they have weekly specials both to drink and eat. my favorite thing here is beef fajitas .. In any dish, the chips and hot sauce are always perfect. . charro beans never disappoint and the guacamole is always fresh. if you live in beaumont and for some weird reason have not had Elena's .. go get ya some, if you are passing through, I promise, it's worth the stop .. Ask for Laura, she is my favorite waitress in Beaumont, she will certainly take good care of you .. tell em Jason sentcha

I happened to be in Beaumont from Galveston and decided to try Elena’s. First of all I’ve never had nachos with both chile con queso AND cheese. It was awesome!! Of course I ordered Serrano chiles toreados to slice up on them and a side of refritos. Salsa had a nice kick to it also.

Spicy salsa and an authentic vibe. The cheese dip was not as expected at all. We went for lunch but it seemed it would be much funner for dinner. The outside patio area has lots of games and places to hang out. I could see it being fun with a group. Mine was a one on one lunch and was quiet and nice.

A friend in Houston has been telling me for a year I need to eat here next time I am in town so I finally stopped in. Management was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the PJ plate and enjoyed all but the burrito. The burrito left more to be desired. Queso was interesting but good. Salsa had a good kick but not too spicy.

Food was good. It actually came out so fast that my queso arrived with my meal. Service was ok, nothing special. If I found myself in that area again I would probably go back.

Mexican restaurant for the white American, half of the menu is topped with American yellow cheese, it's fine for what it is but for those who want good Mexican food, please go somewhere else

The service from the waiter was good. And the atmosphere was good. We ordered the small taco salad that arrived so shortly that I believe it was preprepared and so dry that I couldn't finish it. And they didn't have the green salsa that EVERY Mexican Restaurant I've ever been to has. They only had the red salsa.

I ordered takeout from here since I decided to try it. The service was really poor they had me waiting for more than 40 minutes even though I ordered an hour ago. I received my food ready to eat and I bit it, it had an awful taste and I check it it’s all rotten. I think the time I spent waiting on my food made my food rotten lol
