New location recently opened in medford. Close to providence hospital. Was very clean and convenient to hospital. Asked for recommendations for coffee staff made a excellent white chocolate raspberry mocha. Took mind off family in hospital for a bit

Staff was friendly and the service was good. We had a business meeting here. There was plenty of room and the atmosphere was nice and it wasn't too loud even when there was a large group in there.

I went here in the early afternoon to get a coffee and to work on a college paper....when I showed up I saw a sign on the door that there was no indoor sitting and I was deflated....found out I could still order coffee and at the register I was greeted warmly and upon explaining what I came to do the barrista informed me that I could set up outside on their outdoor patio area...made me smile...plus the coffee was great...the only complaint I have is that there was no way to leave a tip using a debit card...and I didn't have any cash on me ...those girls deserved a good tip....so future customers paying with card. My advice is stadh some cash in your wallet for a tip....Great service...Great coffee...upbeat employees.. what more could you ask for?

I stopped into Starbucks today after having a disaster at Dutch Bros. I was greeted and helped by Elizabeth and my day got instantly better. The establishment was clean, service was on point and staff were friendly. Thank you Elizabeth and team. I've found a new coffee spot.

One of the employees, Pepper was sweet, and treated my like I truly mattered even with a busy rush. I WILL be back again if not tomorrow, the next day. One complaint I do have is the food at Starbucks needs to be changed. That impossible sandwich tastes like styrofoam.

I hold up my present, the pretty red cup. Oat milk lg peppermint mocha with sprinkles for $6.15!!! God is so good to me and I’m so glad Starbucks came through! Love it! Thanks!!!

Convenient location w/ a drive-thru, but sometimes traffic can be a challenge to enter/exit parking lot.

Not busy, we were there before the lunch rush. The manager was training a new hire, and ignored us for a good five minutes when we stood in front of him at the counter to ask for a sweetener packet. Not a huge deal, but I would have coached him about showing new employees that guest service is a primary obligation working a counter. Even a nod of acknowledgement, or an, "I'll be with you soon," would have made a much more positive impression. Baristas were great, service was quick and cheerful, and the store was nice and clean. The trainer simply missed one of the important bits of showing excellent customer service.

My order is always a latte. They *rarely* stir the syrup in so all of it sinks to the bottom. Then I have to open it up myself to stir it. For $6 I expect a drink to be prepared properly.

Super bummed! Although I love Starbucks, the employee named "Anna" was awful. I'll be going to another location!

The last two times I ordered an oatmilk shaken expresso it was made wrong. I will not return to this Starbucks.

Very poor service. The guy making my drink had a very bad attitude when I told him I had one more drink coming.looks like customer service has gone out the door. Very disappointing in this Starbucks. The cashier was very nice.

Ordered a latte off of door dash through this store. Never had an issue with them before but today I received my order (un tampered with) and it felt unusually light. I opened it up and it was barely half way full… I won’t be ordering again and risking paying 7 dollars for half a cup of coffee.

Ordered 3 coffees to take for employees at work. When I pull up in drive thru I ask for a cup holder. I’m told they don’t have quad cup holders. I say i don’t have cup holders in my car for 3 drinks, then she offers duo cup holders, which worked fine, but how can a coffee store have duo holders and not quad holders, especially this time of year?? Also I ordered cold foam on top that is usually about 1 inch, but today is just a skimming and the coffees don’t even taste like my usual order. Very disappointed.

Almost $5 for a bagel and they couldn't even cut it in half or put the cream cheese on. And it still took like an absurd amount of time since all they did was take a bagel on and hand it to me basically
