My daughter and I came to Starbucks after waking up to snow at 5am and gleefully walking here for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Starbucks staff!
I went here in the early afternoon to get a coffee and to work on a college paper....when I showed up I saw a sign on the door that there was no indoor sitting and I was deflated....found out I could still order coffee and at the register I was greeted warmly and upon explaining what I came to do the barrista informed me that I could set up outside on their outdoor patio area...made me smile...plus the coffee was great...the only complaint I have is that there was no way to leave a tip using a debit card...and I didn't have any cash on me ...those girls deserved a good tip....so future customers paying with card. My advice is stadh some cash in your wallet for a tip....Great service...Great coffee...upbeat employees.. what more could you ask for?
This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve EVER been too. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. Whatever the management is doing, they are doing an amazing job. So impressed.
I stopped into Starbucks today after having a disaster at Dutch Bros. I was greeted and helped by Elizabeth and my day got instantly better. The establishment was clean, service was on point and staff were friendly. Thank you Elizabeth and team. I've found a new coffee spot.
I had the best time I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. They were kind, they went very fast, and everyone in there is beyond friendly. The customer service there is unimaginably good. One of the employees, Pepper was sweet, and treated my like I truly mattered even with a busy rush. I WILL be back again if not tomorrow, the next day. One complaint I do have is the food at Starbucks needs to be changed. That impossible sandwich tastes like styrofoam.
I was in the drive thru yesterday and a gentleman named Thomas helped me. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. He was polite, and patient as I wasn’t sure what beverage I wanted. He convinced me to get a cold brew but he put a spin on it for me and explained how I could order it in the future. I will continue to support this establishment because of this experience with this man. I wish I could give 10 stars!
Was so excited for pumpkin to be back and went through for a pumpkin chai. The lady at the window i believe her name was anna. She was very friendly and the drink was exactly what i wanted. Definitely will come back.
During the work week I may order coffee through the app from this Starbucks maybe twice. However, the employees still are able to recognize me, welcome me by name and wish me a good morning. Service is everything.
Johnny introduced me to a new drink that fits my liking! Super great service! He made us feel like a priority and welcomed. Highly recommend this location and Johnny as a barista!
Jess made our store experience magical. Fantastic barista, hilarious, and a joy. My dad and I both had a fantastic time. And our drinks were beautifully made.

Starbucks has come full circle 20 years later, it is once again my favorite chain coffee shop! Why, you ask? No extra charge for non-dairy milk! Yaaay!!! <3 Huh what ? I hold up my present, the pretty red cup. Oat milk lg peppermint mocha with sprinkles for $6.15!!! God is so good to me and I’m so glad Starbucks came through! Love it! Thanks!!!

The coffee is to Starbucks standard forsure I've never been disappointed with my orders, giving it a 4 star just because the customer service is nothing to write home about but they're doing their jobs so I don't have much to complain about.
Not busy, we were there before the lunch rush. The manager was training a new hire, and ignored us for a good five minutes when we stood in front of him at the counter to ask for a sweetener packet. Not a huge deal, but I would have coached him about showing new employees that guest service is a primary obligation working a counter. Even a nod of acknowledgement, or an, "I'll be with you soon," would have made a much more positive impression. Baristas were great, service was quick and cheerful, and the store was nice and clean. The trainer simply missed one of the important bits of showing excellent customer service.
My order is always a latte. They *rarely* stir the syrup in so all of it sinks to the bottom. Then I have to open it up myself to stir it. For $6 I expect a drink to be prepared properly.

I’m not sure that this barista can deal with the pressure of the public, especially if she can’t tolerate an eye roll or sound of disappointment.

Ordered a latte off of door dash through this store. Never had an issue with them before but today I received my order (un tampered with) and it felt unusually light. I opened it up and it was barely half way full… I won’t be ordering again and risking paying 7 dollars for half a cup of coffee.
Ordered 3 coffees to take for employees at work. When I pull up in drive thru I ask for a cup holder. I’m told they don’t have quad cup holders. I say i don’t have cup holders in my car for 3 drinks, then she offers duo cup holders, which worked fine, but how can a coffee store have duo holders and not quad holders, especially this time of year?? Also I ordered cold foam on top that is usually about 1 inch, but today is just a skimming and the coffees don’t even taste like my usual order. Very disappointed.
Almost $5 for a bagel and they couldn't even cut it in half or put the cream cheese on. And it still took like an absurd amount of time since all they did was take a bagel on and hand it to me basically
Cold foam is heavy whipping cream mixed with a little milk and blended! Please educate your employees because it is not frothed milk! We pay so much for a drink for you guys to get it wrong. You had an employee telling all her employees that cold foam is just frothing milk and that's wrong.

It’s not like I order anything with a bunch of changes I just order a normal drink off of your menu that you should have been trained on how to make. I guess putting in flavoring, cream, and sugar is too hard. This was the last straw, I don’t want to spend my hard earned money ($6 for a single ice coffee) on something I can’t even drink. Do better please.
