Food here is always good I used t live in Revere, and this was a regular breakfast spot for my family. First time back since I’ve left the town as food still great.

Our food was delicious. Although it came out incorrect and missing sides, our waitress apologized and fixed the problem quickly. Very nice time of day to come, not very many people inside eating. Overall great!

Very clean place!! . Food is just great from the combos to the omelets...opens 24 hours !!! The service is absolutely great every server I had is just awesome and very well managed BTW the kitchen is just awesome!!! This is definitely one of my favorite places great job guys. 👏//// there is only one issue I found unreasonable is that they can't make any modifications because they said the app doesn't let them do it 🤔 so I order a 2×2×2 they said they can't change pork bacon for a turkey bacon !! Why not !! first time I hear that but whatever their rules I don't really like it. Simple modifications like that's should not be an issue for a customer.. specially when you go for breakfast at least 4 times a week and i can show the receives. rewards are down for 3 days BTW.

Best breakfast!!! I took my dad out for an amazing breakfast at one of his most fav places! We had a swiss cheese & avocado omelette with pancakes, biscuits & gravy, and potato pancakes. Everything was perfect! Hot delicious coffee was endless and a welcome part of our morning treat. Our server was so sweet, helpful and engaging, and made our breakfast a joy. We will be back!

That's one of my favorite places around Boston. They open 24/7 so they get me going when I have trouble sleeping, when I'm working late night or when I want a place to put myself together after a tough day. About the food, I don't know the secret but they have the best omelette among all other IHOP locations. I've been at countless locations around the country but for me their omelette and sandwiches are the best of the whole franchise. The staff is friendly and they serve your like a friend. That's something that makes a big difference when you're not in a good mood. If you like bacon, go with the bacon temptation. It is my favorite.

It's Ihop. It does what Ihop does. I was sat between shifts or a break but it was still just a few minutes until I was created. Didn't forget a thing which seems basic but for whatever reason anytime I've ordered breakfast in the last five years there is always something missing. Not here though. Everything was cooked perfectly. I wish the butter balls were softened a bit first but that's typical in a lot of places. I was there around 10 pm so wasn't a busy time.

Great service especially if you go late at night. I highly recommend the Colorado omelette. See the picture below.

New review: iHop offered to refund my meal. They were nice over the phone and when we reordered the tres leches pancake honestly it was amazing. All the food was good. Thank you iHop. Old review: We have always ordered the tres leches pancakes, but this is how I received them. I have asked someone else, and they’ve gotten it like this too. This is unacceptable and it has happened twice already. And the steak omelette was not good, and the sauces didn’t even bring a lid.

Had a great breakfast here. We were able to get seated within 5 minutes. They were busy but no delays. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Our orders came pretty quick. The 5 of us were satisfied with the quality, as well as the selection of breakfast items. Will definitely come back here. There is limited on site parking if you are going during a day where it is very busy. All in all a good start to our day.

I loved ihope always. We went there quiet late at night but we still needed to wait for a table to be prepared for us. We ordered our food, soon it was ready. We were so hungry so we ate fast. What I remember from the whole taste is, it was delicious. The portion was good for me but for my husband not. The hash brown we ordered was overcooked! The staffs were very caring and active and clean though.

I Buy my coworkers breakfast every week from this location most of them know me by name which is very good. If you are ever in this area I highly recommend this location. Came in from the cold with airport all over us. They treated us kindly and food was everything we expected from an IHOP. Service was sweet and much appreciated after long travelling and not getting where we were planning. Thank you for helping us to at least fill our bellies!

A great place for breakfast as their food is always hot and fresh. I had the crepes and they were really good but my waitress forgot the rest of my meal but offered to correct it right away so we were satisfied with our service. They do have an unusual set up for the restaurant as you kinda have to walk into the kitchen to get seated or use the bathroom but it seems there isn't much space to do anything about that. Not a bad thing, just odd.

If you don't want to cook for breakfast, iHop is the best option. Take note of the many calories you'll eat.

Really good pancakes, no better place to visit if you want soul food or good American breakfast. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. The restaurant itself was rather older, which is the only drawback.

Can’t go wrong for 24 hours! I will say this is the best location if you are looking for any ihops, I’ll travel if I have to! Chefs know how to prepare dishes correctly. Staff is very nice never had a problem. Make sure to tip your servers appropriately here they work harder than you think!

Small but cozy ihop, with partially open kitchen kitchen concept. The pancakes are delicious so that’s always a win. It was rather busy when we went so we put a name down and it took about 15 minutes to get a table, not too long.

The food was excellent and the customer service was top notch. The only downside to this place is how small it is compared to how busy it was. I only waited about three minutes to get a table, and I'd definitely eat there again, but the parking lot is very small, full, and the same for the dining area. Based on food and service alone it would be 5 stars. I just wish it was a little bigger.

I went with my boyfriend around 10:20 PM and the night staff was phenomenal! The food was AMAZING!!! I got the Split Decision Breakfast while my S.O got a delicious breakfast burger with fries. The fries were soo tasty that I had to steal some from him! My food was fresh and delightful how breakfast food should be. Our waitress Jennifer was so sweet and a breath of fresh air!! Seeing the other waiters can tell they care and have amazing customer skills! The only complain I have was the booth, it was broken and uncomfortable. However, that food and customer care made up for it! If the booths get fixed this place would be a 5 piece all day.

Quality has gone down hill. Not only quality of food but the way it's prepared and cooked. The service is not good either. Takes too long to be greeted, and this instance food took long time to be cooked. The poached eggs were like hard boiled eggs not prepared correctly not 1x but 2xs comes out same way....and English isn't even toasted. Server said it was cuz kitchen was busy.....ahhhh it's ihop, its supposed to be busy.....no excuse for poor food or service.......

Got 2 of my items wrong. They did offer to fix them and got them almost when I was done with my other items. They also charged my card twice once for whole party and once for what I ordered. They did void first charge but takes 5-7 days to get back.

I did a mobile order. I did this a head of time because I was getting a burger and fries for my lunch break. When I first got there, there was no one at the host station. I waited at least 5 minutes before the host arrived and asked how can she help me. Which normally would be okay if they were busy and if you didn't have only a 30 minute lunch break. I informed her I had a mobile order. The order wasn't ready and she couldn't find it. She leaves and comes back 10 minutes later with an apology for the delay. The apology was definitely appreciated, however, 20 minutes my break was now over (it took 5 minutes to get there). The food was good though :). The service? They definitely can do better.

Took my son and his friend here. Crepes were not great. They got pancakes and an omelets which looked great. The bacon was good. They didn't have cranberry juice? Hot chocolate looked delish. Our waitress was really nice! Bit of a wait to sit, but they got us right in. Total for 3 of us was $85 for breakfast! Pretty expensive. Tip not included.

It was a decent dinner! I ordered a chicken breast and they got a chicken in pieces. Rice was decent but cold to my taste. Coffee was decent. All in all a restaurant specialized in breakfasts of course!

I would have given a 4 star only because the waitress was very nice and did her job well. But the breakfast sampler my hubby and i had was not that great. The bacon was hard and dry, they also got my hubbies eggs all wrong. He had asked for scrambled eggs and instead he got fried eggs. I felt very uncomfortable, place didn't look to clean. And the person who attended us in the front was not to nice either.

There arent many ihops in Canada that i know of. So it being super early the morning and knowing that There are several IHops in the US, we decided to go into this one. The staff was great. We were greeted as we entered and it was all great! Until we got our food. I understand that some foods can be hard to season and under seasoning eggs is very common in big chain restaurants. However, how could a fajita omelette be bland? And i don’t know if its a security thing but you need sharper knives. Anyways, not bad but wasn’t the start to our day we expected. Walked in service was okay for how late we went in, we ordered a simple breakfast for dinner, the server did not come to refill our waters or check in on us at all. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and got chocolate pancakes which were horrible, and I also got a combo that came with eggs bacon and hash browns. Both bacon and hash browns were rock solid, and then our server just brought us the check without asking if we were finished or not with our meals

ordered a side of home fries with peppers and onions, but it came back with just chopped jalapeños. I was appalled because I'm allergic to jalapeños and thought someone in the kitchen knew I was there to eat, but they just made a huge mistake. I used to love going to IHOP for breakfast, though not this one in particular, but their food just has no taste anymore.

I LOVE IHOP for the record. Quincy is my favorite location thus far, but here... no. A member of my party was very disturbed to have had her coffee poured for her instead of having a pitcher for the table. This may seem great, but she was concerned about how sanitary that was, especially during covid. She was also adamant that that was incorrect, and something to be reported. This is my way of reporting it, and it goes along perfectly with my reasoning for such a low review in addition to this issue. We were at the restaurant on a Saturday, so it could have been busy due to the weekend rush. That's understandable. However, we were seated at 11, and the food came at 12:40) dry and/or burnt. Our server (no names, just do better) carried the food out on her arm nearly in her armpit. No gloves. No pop up food serving table. My mother sent her food back, because there was a suspicious red liquid like a syrup or like if the plate was dirty. We had no condiments the entire time we waited. We didn't mention this, because we didn't notice it, and assumed it'd eventually be brought over, since that's standard procedure. Either it's on the table, or they bring it just before you get your food. They only provided ketchup and syrup after we got our food, so we had to wait longer to eat it. (First world problems...I know... anyway.) Three meals in total were sent back. The pictures show the quality of the food expected, and the quality of the food received. We were very kind, and understanding, but also very disappointed. Our waitress was irritable, unapologetic and refused the tip by just placing it back on the table with the receipt. She didn't offer boxes though I wanted to save my food. I actually didn't end up eating it, because of it being such low quality compared to the IHOP I'm used to. (Not like Quincy is high scale, but the food quality in that area is top notch.) I don't think I'll be back here.

Just the service was shabby to say the least. First off you don't ask the customer where they will be leaving a tip in cash/card and then prompting them to pay for one of the awful services I've had. TIPS are EARNED. I've eaten my whole meal before she came over to ask how I was doing. And when asked about the tip she puts 20%. Did you make my food,you just brought it to us. We went to this IHOP a couple of times before and had good experiences. However today we dined in, it was a terrible experience and we probably won’t go back again. Unfortunately, I have to give to some reviews, may they see this and improve their services in the near future. It didn’t seem too busy when we got there but the stuff told us to wait for 45mins, and later we got seated and ordered our food, then it took 1 hour to get our food. I had to call the waitress 2 times to get our food. Me and my boyfriend tried to understand if it’s busy but we saw only few stuff were actually working. The food was okay like usual but you can tell it came out in a rush and somehow the food gave us diarrhea afterwards. This should be a semi-fast food restaurant, but we took 2hrs to have a brunch…I hope they can give the employees better trainings. We still have given them decent tips, cuz it’s the first day of 2023, but the whole time I was shocked for the terrible service.

If someone is ordering a full stack of pancakes for takeout, there should be more than two little syrups in the bag. And there should also be butter on the side. And the lemonade is 99% water and ice and 1% flavored syrup. You might as well just give water.

I used to go often and order cinnamon crepes without cinnamon and they would always give them to me without cinnamon weather it was busy or not. I had order from doordash before and called the restaurant to not put cinnamon and put chocolate instead and they would not put cinnamon and there was only one time that they did put cinnamon and I didn’t wanted to make it a big deal. Last time I order crepes again and ask to not put cinnamon because am allergic and I explain to the lady who answer I did not wanted cinnamon and she just left me on hold, I could tell it was busy so as someone who works in a restaurant I totally understand but if she wouldn’t do what I was asking for because it was busy she could have just said it but she never answered back so I hang up and called again and this time a guy answer which you could tell he didn’t speak good English (am Hispanic) and I told him I didn’t want cinnamon and he show me he understood but when I receive my order there is cinnamon and chocolate on them, why would they listen on putting chocolate but not in the fact I ask not to put cinnamon because am allergic?! I called the restaurant and the same guy answered so I told him I wanted to speak with a manager and they didn’t pass me to a manager he just gave the phone to another worker, this worker who’s name is Jose was super rude to me and disrespectful who told me if I was allergic to cinnamon not to order cinnamon, as a worker he should have more respect to people and not complain about the costumers allergies, if there policy says not to order something you are allergic to I respect it but if so why please me before when I said not to put cinnamon? But now they just tell me in such a rude way not to order what I want to eat? He gave me a horrible customer service. he told me he was gonna tell the manager to call me but they never did. This was just a horrible customer service and I do not recommend this place because it’s not only me who says this place in revere is full of workers who are not friendly at all.

I visited this location a few days ago and was seated right away. However, my experience took a turn for the worse. I attempted to order a juice, going down the line of options: apple juice, orange juice. Unfortunately, the lady informed me, "We have NO juice." I then asked if I could have an iced tea instead. She set the tea down and said, "We only have raspberry," before walking away. When it came time to order my breakfast, I requested strawberry and cream crepes with a side of turkey bacon. The lady disappeared for a few minutes, only to return and say, "No crepes; would you like something else?" I opted for pancakes and turkey bacon instead. A few minutes later, she returned to inform me, "I'm sorry, no turkey bacon either." At this point, I was frustrated and done. I told her to forget it, as they didn't have any of the items I wanted. To add insult to injury, the lady handed me a check for my drink. I was perplexed - why would I pay for a drink I didn't even want, especially when they didn't have any of the food items I tried to order? I explained the situation to the manager and walked out the front door. I understand that shortages can happen, but if you know you're out of something, it's essential to make it known. Post it somewhere or inform your employees to tell customers before they order. This was the most disappointing experience, and I had been looking forward to a good breakfast. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I just came from Ihop (Revere branch) and the waiter was so rude with me, So she printed my receipt without the description just with the total and I asked her if she can print the receipt with the description on it and she said in Spanish “stingy people” completely uncalled for. I’ve been here multiple times, went today with my friends and i specifically asked for “no yolk in my egg” waitress who i shall not name delivered my food with yolk. :/ i work in the food industry i understand that mistakes happen but the waitress who was absolutely rude about the situation, she rolled her eyes and told me “you should’ve said that to begin with.” By the time my food came my friends had finished their meal. i was disappointed in the service. They just lost a customer.

I ordered t bone steak combo didn't come with eggs my cheesecake pancakes had strawberries missing also ordered sirloin steak tips combo pancakes missing ordered kids meal pancakes didn't even put happy face worst ihop ever don't know what type bussiness they running paid 62 dollars waited long time to have my order messed up do yourself a favor avoid this place would of gave the 0 stars if it was a option they don't even deserve that 1 star place and employees are pathetic can't even get someone's breakfast order right

This place was absolutely terrible we were heading to Maine with my two grandsons they ordered eggs has brown and sausage instead they got bacon instead of sausage when we told the waitress she said the boys had ordered bacon which was not true I was right there and they did order sausage. So she comes over with an empty plate and tells the kids to put the bacon in the plate what the children already eating their eggs I think that she was going to give that bacon to someone else how disgusting I have never been treated. so 🤢 how did they ask for the bacon back.i believe they were going to reuse the 🥓 bacon.Gross!!!! I will never eat there again BEWARE

Small and crowed . Our server bumped another and it broke the plate and dropped food everywhere.Service is really slow. At the end server said tips are included then switched it up asking for cash tips… saying no I said they’re not included. Most places tips aren’t included so why even bother saying that if that was the case . But everyone at the table heard her say tips are included. Then charged my card for our table and someone’s else’s.After reading other reviews.. this seems to be a thing now . It’s greedy and dishonest.

At all cost do not go to this IHOP in Revere. I order curbside listed on the website and there are no curbside parking spots. No number to call.. I waited in front near the door no one came out. I ordered a spinach omelet and go a heeping pile of cheese and sloppy disgusting omelet. I have never in my life had such a bad omelet at any IHOP. The management the is no good, and the cooks can cook breakfast the simplest form of food seriously anger. I was a waste of time. Before work. I will go back and get a refund. I had bad service once before and thought I would give them another chance. What a boom. I I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever dude had attitude messing up my order and made it my fault don't ever go here mad disrespectful probably treated differently because I was black. Fire that dude

My cousin is not able to have any dary and requested no mayonnaise on his burger. He must have reminded the waitress about 3x. Sure enough when the burger comes it had a sauce that contained mayonaise! When he made the waitress aware she brought it back, only for them to flip the egg that had the sauce over and replaced the top bun. We did not send it back for fear that something would be done to the food.

This store has 50 employees and your meal still take at least half an hour, people just turning around and chilling. And the delevry always missing items. Horrible service

Took 45 mins to get an omelet that I ordered online. I would of just got my money back but getting refunds from an online order is a nightmare. But that wasn't really the problem. For the 20 mins I stood waiting for my food I see a lot of food setting at the pass for the whole time I'm standing there just getting cold then presumably getting served at some point. And the service towards other people just trying to get a table was horrible.

The worst service I've ever received at Ihop I got here, at this Ihop you make a reservation and when you arrive the person who greets you makes another reservation for you at the time of your arrival to take your seat and let in whoever she wants, they tell you they don't save seats even if you make reservations but you arrive and they make you wait and seat other people who arrived last than you even though they are the same number of people as your party.

Disgusting. Ants on the table & walls. Told the waitstaff & they moved our table but I couldn't take my eyes off the trail of ants 2 tables down. You would've thought the manager would've come over and addressed the situation, sent us a pancake but no they just ignored it, like the ants are permanent residents of their food establishment. I cancelled my food but my teenager wanted to stay. If the dining room has bugs & they don't care. Imagine what their kitchen must be like. DIRTY!!! I wish I took pictures!!

The hall was almost empty, but we were placed somewhere in the middle area on the chairs, because we preferred not to use a high chair for our baby and stay with a stroller instead. We always ask for a corner or further area table, not to bother others walking by. We said that it was our 4 year old's birthday and did not hear anything, except "ow" in response ("happy birthday" doesn't cost a penny). Forgot that we asked for no ice in our drinks, took forever to get the receipt. The meat i ordered and asked to be well done was still pink inside. All the area is super tight, hall and bathroom, the middle tables were literally like 10 inches from each other. Although they do provide kids menu, it is still not a kid friendly restaurant.

I waited 45 minutes to receive my breakfast, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold. The quality also did not match the price, it felt far too expensive for what was served. In addition, the spoon and knife were dirty, which was unacceptable for a dining environment.

We were there a few hours ago and had a very disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the waitress was extremely rude. My friend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but it was brought out crispy. When she pointed it out, the waitress took the plate away with a bad attitude. When she returned with the rest of the food, she placed it on the table in a very careless and disrespectful way. When she finally brought the correct sandwich, my friend thanked her politely, but the waitress simply turned around and walked away without saying anything. We asked if there was a manager available, and another employee told us that only the manager available was her (our server) the same person who treated us so poorly. We both work in customer service, and this behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager.

Food was nasty! Our food comes out 3mins after ordering cold. The only thing hot was the kid mac and cheese. Floor is sticky. Restroom is smelly. Omg… we spent 75$ for some craps that we can’t even eat.

This place used to be the place to go late night.. there were plenty of staff but the whole section to the right when you walk in was closed it looked like they were using it as storage. The staff sits by the workers station on there phones laughing and giggling. We waited for a table for around 20 mins with that full section with not 1 person in it. Just a bunch of silverware and just a mess ... the floor in the section that was open was disgusting... I been going here for over 30 years. I have not been here in a while but ill tell you ill never be back. I only got 2 pictures cause staff deff looked like the type to mess with my food for retaliation. 3 or 4 cooks in the back and food still took 20 mins to come out and cold ...

I walked into ihop today and got refused service because of a situation that happened a few weeks ago when I pointed out the orange juice was bad and asked the waiter if there was a personal situation going on between me and him because of a few other things that happened in the past. Like being overcharged and etc, but he explained to me that's how the orange juice comes. I have photos of the orange. that I could not post at the moment, but I will make an effort to present the situation. Pay attention to your receipts cause they might overcharge Customers to make a buck... ... wow.......

I gave the atmosphere a 3 bc we ordered out. We ordered cheese cake waffles Jo cheese cake came with my waffles I ordered eggs Benedict no hollindase sauce which is the point of eggs Benedict and my eggs were over cooked not poached. This was two expensive breakfasts and half my stuff was missing this was a disappointment we won't be back.
