This place is my favorite for fast food! First off, you can get anything from their menu at any time. Secondly, they are open twenty-four hours a day. Most importantly? One word. TACOS. They are the best!

My best friend and I stopped here on a run up to lake county and back. We ordered several different sandwiches so they had to ask us to pull around and park, 2 men ordering 8 different sandwiches is it any wonder lol...we didn't have to wait too long b4 our order was walked out to us. Our order was spot on including the sides and napkins- kills me when fast food places don't put in any napkins !!! How do they expect me to clean up while & after eating. Anyways the young men who waited on us did a great job, thanx guys !

Rohnert Park is classy; even their fast food joints are super good. It isn't my favorite brand, but between the customer service and the hot, fast food, it's exceptional. - I stop here late night whenever I'm in town.

This was my first time going to a Jack in the Box. I order the number 23 breakfast combo at 4:32am. It was the Grande breakfast burrito combo or something along those lines with a cup of coffee 3 cream 3 sugar to drink. The Breakfast Burrito was definitely Grande! I felt like I gained 10 pounds after eating it hahaha! The breakfast combo also comes with a hashbrown. It's so wonderful to have a restaurant that has 24 hour service. The employee at the window was very enthusiastic and seemed pretty genuine. Meal and coffee arrived with the cream and sugar on the side. Love that by the way. I guess my only criticism would be that the coffee wasn't as hot as I would have preferred. All things considered for a fast food chain it was pretty dang decent. Line was fast, employees positive, reasonably priced, and 24/7. For sure will be returning again...after I burn off the calories from the burrito bahahaha!

I'm a Dasher, I dash, plus I'm a top dasher. And every dasher knows, that in order to be a top dasher, you must have at LEAST once picked up from a Jack in The Box location. This one in particular I was not let down by the level of kindness and superior service received as I pick up my customers orders. So DO NOT FEAR young dasher... It was a late night last minute stop. My daughter an her friend had been arguing back an fourth. When we stopped here the order taker guy was so up beat . He had made a comment so I made one back an in turn had made the worker an my daughter an her friend all laugh. So nice to have such great service that he could joke with me.

I travel the country for work and I get Jack very regularly all over. I've eaten here twice in the time I've been in the area and both times the tacos were perfect, I also order a breakfast jack and it was made incredibly well too! I often get stuck with soggy tacos or overcooked eggs on the breakfast jack at other locations, but this place nailed my order twice in a row!

The place was clean, which is saying a lot when it comes to some fast food places. I got my order in less than five minutes and it was accurate. It was also very good. My Sour dough burger was cooked well and very juicy. And, this is a biggie, the soda wasn't flat! Love those curly fries!!!

Really? The only place to get food 24hrs for miles and miles. It’s fast food, you know what you’re getting. It’s a little weird getting in and out of the shopping center and the place is a little sketch at say 3am or anytime for that matter but if you don’t like the faces of homelessness and addiction spoiling your perception of the world you might be out of luck.

From my experience with this Jack n the Box the best thing is they stay open all night long. Not 2 much is open all night N Rohnert Park. It's also right off the Expressway exit. If your passing through from South 101 get off make a right get back on 😎😎😎

The Business Was Recently Remodeled. At The Biggest Intersection in Town. I Haven’t Had Any Bad Experiences With The Food Or Employees. It is Nearby To Everything: Shopping, Gas Stations, Banks, Food, Motel 6, Health Clubs. Easy Access to Interstate 101 North or South.

I’ve been going to this Jack in the box for plenty of years and I’ve only ever had a couple of major problems. The food tastes good most of the time but the staff aren't always friendly. That’s a big downfall.

It's fast food! And as far as fast food goes jack in the box is pretty good, this particular jack in the box has recently had some work done on it and it really looks/feels inviting. The customer service is for sure adaquate. Now what everyone I'm sure wants to know the FOOD!! Well, the meat on the burgers isn't that great and the buns seem to be of lower quality but they're breakfast sandwiches are probably the best when compared to other fast food places.

I went through the drive-thru, I ordered a jumbo jack with a vanilla milkshake..It was all I could eat. The jumbo jack was cooked to my liking. WASN'T DRY... That was my first time at Jack's.... I'M A MACDONALD'S FAN... I would go back for sure. I'm sure you would not be disappointed.🐸

I don't usually go to Jack in the box because it's too far away but I was pleasantly surprised when I had my grilled sourdough bacon egg and ham and cheese breakfast with the biggest hash browns ever. Delicious.

This jack in the box is one of the only places open super late so if u go late at night expect a super long line and expect the people working to be hating life because that's how they act every night. Don't expect your order to be right the first time, and don't expect common sense extras like hot sauce with your tacos.

The lobby service horrible I waited and waited for a cashier to come ask me what I wanted? That night I gave your business 3 star.. I order 3 meals.changed out fries to curly fries for each meal. Plus order other sides to share with the meals..Never had a problem with my orders there. The nuggets are BOMB, BEST I've ever had! But the "Ribeye Bacon Blue Cheese Burger" sucked. Literally just a Patty, bun, bacon and blue cheese. No lettuce or tomato or sauce or ketchup or anything. So NOT like the photos and commercials!

It's 50/50 they are either gonna give you the correct order or they are going to give you burnt food. The people are nice, but they lack checking orders to be filled and the food can be bad. I really like jack n the box, so please start caring for the customer. I am always respectful- just expect the same.

Always rude people that work there at night and never give good portions of food. Pretty ghetto looking too . And don't drive out their exit unless you want your car scraping because there's a dip that needs to be fixed and hasn't for over ten years .

Ewwwww...... The food was greasy....the floor was greasy! Thought I'd pop in for a breakfast sandwich.....how bad could that be? OMG! It smelled like nasty, rancid grease, and the tile floor was slippery/shiny like CRISCO! The breakfast sandwich tasted like a combination of both! NEVER AGAIN!

I frequent this Jack in the Box often. For the past six months or so I have been noticing their iced tea didn't taste right. I am an avid tea drinker and I know my tea. I used to LOVE their iced tea. The unsweet tea was my favorite. Six months ago it started tasting funny. I told them that something wasn't right. They looked at me like I was crazy and gave me another drink. It tasted like they had not been cleaning their tea container. I tried several more times on different days/weeks and still the same problem. Since I frequent there often, I switched to the sweet tea. That was pretty good and I ordered it often. Then Saturday, October 18, 2025, I ordered it and they told me they were out of sweet tea and so I thought I would take a chance and I ordered an unsweet large tea with my food. After I left, I took a sip. The tea was even worse than before!!!! It tasted like medicine and was AWFUL!!! I asked my adult son who was with me to taste it, to make sure it wasn't just me (even though I knew it wasn't) and he spit it out and said it was horrible and tasted "bad" and like medicine. I dumped the tea immediately. About 3 o'clock in the morning, several hours after I drank the tea, I woke up with horrible stomach pains and diarrhea. Today is the 21st and I am just starting to feel better and I am still cautious about eating anything greasy or the diarrhea comes back. Has this happened to anyone else????? I KNOW I got sick from that tea. There is NO question in my mind. I guarantee you they are not cleaning out their tea dispenser. I looked on Google and it said that the symptoms I had were indicative of dirty dispensers, with possible mold and spores. It said it gives off a medicine taste. It now makes me question how their food is being handled. I love Jack in the Box, but not enough to get sick!!! They are not taking care of their business and caring enough about their clients to clean and sanitize their necessary food and drink containers. What happened Jack in the Box?????? :-(

First time having Jack, quite disappointing. We make our pick-up order in our car when we got there. Went inside, used the bathroom, sat down while we waited for our meal. There was trash on the tables from past customers. The drive through wasn’t busy when we made our order and there was no-one in the lobby, however it took us 30 minutes to get our food (just 2 meals). The workers were not moving with any sense of urgency. It was obvious the place is not cleaned well enough — there were cobwebs in the light fixtures. Just a let-down.

I literally pulled over in the parking lot to eat ans my food is cold! I called and no one answers the phone, the drive thru is full and I just went thru with a trailer dont wanna do that again!

No receipt, incorrect meal, and curly fries were cold.... At least I got the correct drink.

When there is a dietary restriction and you order the food accordingly it should be served how it was order. As well as all food should be hot. When it isn't and you ask for fresh hot food they cant get an attitude and then try to downgrade your original order ...tf!?

This location has consistently been the worst fast food restaurant. We have stop and got food on 3 different occasions, all times were after midnight and the service was awful and the food was lousy. I never have this problem at any of the Santa Rosa locations.

Drive through: I ordered a crispy chicken southwest salad and it was missing the corn, beans and tortilla chips. I checked my receipt just to make sure and clearly it said southwest salad.

I asked one lady to change my drink because it was not the one I liked and she gave an attitude and answer bad to me even I have to tell her to don’t speak to my in that way because i was not been rude to her! Also terrible interaction from app to window as items are often unavailable with no substitute options when I deal with one of the ladies there, always rude. She acts inconvenienced by our presence. Went in New Years Day, the window said open 24 hours. App said 6am. Placed an order through the app and even though all the lights were on inside, no one came to the drive thru. Drove from home to meet my daughter there to check on the workers, I got there and saw people inside. I knocked on the window and the same lady that is always rude there wagged her finger at me. I told her we have a mobile order we would like to get, almost $40. She said I don’t know I open at 7 (it was then 712) and said I’ll be ready maybe in 40 minutes. I let he know we placed our order and appeared to be charged. She said just wait. I said well what do we do with the mobile order to which she replied I don’t know wait. I just don’t understand when a place advertises to be open at a certain time why they are not. If it is a staffing issue maybe turn off your mobile order options and post that we will open when we open and not commit to a time. As a night worker it is very difficult to sit around and wait for hours after a time commitment and to be treated rudely is not ok.

We came in to the restaurant, watched as 2 other customers were helped, and then waited 20 minutes for the lousy cashier to tell us that he wouldn’t take our order. It was 9pm… they also had a line stretching out the door and refused to serve anyone else. A waste of time; I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They obviously don’t know what they’re doing in there. #notmyjack

I am generally a big fan of Jack in the Box... However, at this location, service was very slow for having so many employees behind the counter. I watched as our server wiped his nose with his hand, wiped his hand on his uniform, and then didn't wash his hands before putting our tray of food together. When we got our food the burger patties were dried out like they had been sitting in the warmer tray for 30+ minutes (I've worked in Fast Food during my lifetime) the rest was also cold, except for my Fries (Fresh & Super Hot, just the way I like) but my GF's were completely cold. We didn't eat, we just left. We won't be returning to this (IMO) newly remodeled Health Code Violation waiting to happen.

Love Jack N Box, but when the workers don’t give you the sauce you ask for, and then you get home, it really kills the mood. I was excited to eat some egg rolls with sweet and sour, got home and no sauce. Really annoying. Yes, I could have checked the bag, but it is not that hard to place two sauces in a bag. Your job isn’t that hard, and yes I have worked fast food before. Should have just gone over to the Santa Rosa location, never had any issues there.

I would give a better review because the food seems fine, but as a diabetic, I would really appreciate if you stopped giving me regular coke when I order diet. I didn't know what regular coke tasted like the first couple of time, and generally drink diet Pepsi, so I drank a decent portion of the drink before stopping. I got very sick and spiked to over 200 when I tested my glucose both times, so thanks for that. I confirm each time that the soda is diet with the drive thru employee, but it's been wrong about a third of the time. Now my husband usually tries it for me before hand, but today it happened again. This just feels like one of those things you guys should be careful about; I think my patience with your lackluster care and whatever attitude towards serious dietary restrictions has worn out, and I will not be coming back. If you guys give so little care to something this easy, how much care are you really giving the food?

This place really is going down in terms of service. They messed up my order as I was asking for Roost fries and they gave me curly fries. They don't even show that they have the fries on their menu, but many others do. I did ask twice if they got the order, roost fries - and the cashier said yes! Also ordered a seasonal girls scout chocolate caramel cookie shake-it was not at all like the picture on their menu despite SHOWING THEM the picture-just a vanilla shake and on top, two cookies! Bad impression for me and not returning there they don't care about taking and making orders right. They should be ashamed to see this while I eat this botched order and I review at the same time!

She’s “acting” manager because they’re was no manager on sight she said and is re heating food in the microwave that have already been in the fryer. I just ordered from Uber eats and when my order arrived I tried to put my straw into my soda only to discover someone had stuffed a plastic bag indy the cup, covered it with ice and soda, and sent it along. I'm working on getting my refund from the app right now, but literally nobody could even be bothered to answer the phone when I called the restaurant. Ordered from them a lot in the past but probably will be done with this place now. Fast food is already too expensive these days without them sending me LITERAL TRASH.

My friend and I attempted to order food here after a concert a few weeks ago. Their hours for this location on every website, Maps app, and on their OWN APP said open 24 hours. App even allowed me to place an order. We went to pick up, and the drive thru was blocked off, so we went to the door to get our food. An employee explained that they were no longer open, the hours posted everywhere are incorrect, and that we would not be getting our food that we had already paid for. They also refused to issue a refund and told us to contact the store online. I contacted the store for a refund and I was ignored. I left feedback that I was ignored, along with my phone number about a week later, and I was ignored again. Luckily my friend paid with a debit card and disputed with their bank, but I paid with Apple Cash and can’t dispute it, so I’m really glad that I basically flushed that money down the drain. I will not be back to this location or any others. Oh, and their hours are STILL incorrect everywhere :)

Soooo I think I got scammed, cause I went to get my food via drive thru, the guy takes forever to take my order then has my card in the machine for like 20 whole mins, and I had to ask for my card back, and then charged me for a ranch cup, and was like okay sure whatever but then I am missing food also! At Jack In The Box I've learned the trick to getting everything you've ordered & getting it correctly is to keep your order as minimal & as simple as possible.... Where's the fun in that! It's a shame cause they've got great menu items but you don't order them cause your afraid you'll pay for them & not have them when you get home & no I don't wanna call & go back or get a credit for the item (s) I want what I ordered now which is why I ordered it! I've even gone to different locations but it don't matter it's the same thing So until they can hire people who can do their job you'll need to keep it simple if you don't wanna be disappointed when you get home!

The majority of the employees are extremely rude, they’ve messed up my orders multiple times (one time they FORGOT the beef patty in my burger!), and today, failed to be open at 4:30am when they are supposed to be 24 hours. I understand that sometimes staffing problems arise, but how about turning off online ordering? There were people there, the lights were on and employee cars in the lot, but drive thru sign was off and no response. They also did not answer the phone, as usual. Does the phone even work? I hope they don’t “make my food” later and charge me. No other close options for food in the area. Back home I go, empty handed. What a waste of my time.

Bad service every time. Always serve cold food never accurate. This is worse location. I been there 3 time I’m not going back to this location any more. IN N OUT is best burgers at least they make fresh and accurate. I never have problem with IN N OUT. I ordered munchie meal after 9 pm they charge me $8 dollars instead of $6 dollars. What’s going on jack looks like your pocket is full of billions of dollars. U don’t care. What you selling out here. No more jack in the box. IN N Out here I come. I rather pay more money to IN N OUT. At least they make fresh hell ya.
