The front counter staff was super friendly. The food was hot and tasty. Restrooms are clean and well supplied.

Jack in the Box has won me over. I have not always been a fan. Their food is always fresh and tasty. The service runs from good to excellent.

We were on a weekend trip to visit family up north. Got breakfast for the road. Tried the breakfast taco. Very good and very hot. Make sure you get it with the sauce, not spicy, otherwise breakfast taco will be bland.

As far as fast food goes. Top notch.

The gentleman who took my order was named TOM. He was polite, quick and made sure to thank me for shopping Jack In The Box. It takes a team of people to run a fast food restaurant but Tom stands out as a leader. This guy should be a corporate trainer. He actually made me feel like Jack In The Box appreciates my business. THANK YOU Tom. Also Lupi is the best manager ever.

Food is always pretty good but they have a crack head with mood swings that runs the window. Sometimes happy sometimes not. Kinda weird. Update: they have since fixed the problem and I've had nothing but nice people at the window lately. Keep up the good work guys!

The gentleman at the register this morning, with the beard, was very professional and a very nice person. He’s doing a great job running this place. My hash brown was done just right & wasn’t saturated in oil/grease!

Outstanding service by Dwight. He was working the drive through, dine in, making shakes, serving tables in the dining room all while being friendly and kind to every customer who he spoke with. He was also friendly to all the cooks and other staff while handling all the responsibilities he had. Food was great and served quickly..A+++ for this place.

One of the best dining experiences of my young life. Very underrated. After driving from ID for 9 hours through snow storms in a mini van and eating only nuts n fruit, Jack was a welcoming site. The staff was friendly and on point and the food was exquisite.

The team here was so kind and friendly, especially when they probably deal with so many out of towers. Thanks for helping us out when we ordered and for keeping the tiny dining room clean. Great stop on our long drive. We picked it up on our way through a road trip. They had all items available. Service and food was served quickly despite being busy both in line indoors and drive through.

My experience at the Jack in the Box drive-thru in Bishop, California was awesome. The drive-thru was easy to find and moved smoothly, which made the whole experience quick and convenient. Even with other cars in line, everything felt organized and calm, and it didn’t take long to place my order. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really good. My order was correct, neatly packed, and ready fast. The burger was flavorful, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted exactly how you want drive-thru food to taste after a long day. The service really stood out. The employee who helped me, Humberto, was friendly, polite, and professional. He took my order clearly, was patient, and made sure everything was right before handing me my food. His positive attitude made the experience even better and showed great customer service. Overall, the Jack in the Box drive-thru in Bishop, California was a great experience. Between the fast service, good food, and friendly help from Humberto, it was an enjoyable stop. I'm going back 15 years, even though personnel sometimes changes, this Jack in the Box always offers courteous service and with a smile. Their Sourdough Jack is the best, most consistently made burger of the fast food places in town. It's everything I remember from forty years ago-consistent taste, quality and adherence to the menu. Never soggy, always filling. They are the only ones who actually get the Junior burger order for my dogs correct—just bun with meat—no pickles, mustard or dressing. We never "dine-in" so can't really rate the atmosphere. The cordial, hard-working staff always get our order right, though I still check it before I leave. One can expect a long line in the drive-thru at busy times. For being the only Jack within a two hundred and fifty mile radius, five big stars for staying true to the taste and quality of Jack's classic menu.

Very good service, but the grub was just a bit above average. This was my first time at JitB. I ate at In-N-Out later that day, and JitB is better.

The service was very good. The side street is the perfect place to park your RV.

After riding from Tonopah NV thru some of the most beautiful sights of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, I was hungry and tired, so I pulled into the Jack in the Box for some of their tacos and an onion ring, I swear you get less and less onion rings every time I order them, but oh well they are great tasting anyway.

The homie who took care of me at the window was great. Positive, energetic, and polite. Food was not good at all unfortunately. Cold, stale and my shake was almost all the way melted before leaving the parking lot

Super greasy supreme goodness. Old school fast food type joint, kids loved it, some creative menu items make it more fun than just a burger and chicken sandwich with fries place. Service at this location was super quick and friendly, got everything out fresh and hot. Wonderful place for dinner after a long hot day of hiking.

Food was Hot n Delicious! Caramel iced coffee was yummy 😋 The employees and mgr were friendly and helpful. Store was clean n smelled good. Parking lot was clean. Breakfast burrito was great, but too much sauce. It was dripping all over the place. Hash browns are delicious too! 😁👍

Been coming by this location for years. The staff is always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Wish they were 24hours honestly for that ridiculous 4th meal craving that occasionally happens. The only reason a 4 is there's been a few times they've forgotten part of the order in the bag.

We stopped here on our Highway 395 venture passing through Bishop on the way to Nevada. The service was great, food good. My only issue was the small area in front of register to order and wait for food. Kind of cramped. But credit to management for calling the food yo handle the mentally ill guy out front who was intimidating and a loose cannon. Kudos arrived immediately, so kudos to the local police as well.

It didn't seem busy, but it took awhile for our food to come out. The guests that came out of the store while we waited for our food in front drive thru were interesting and only came out to smoke. The food once we got it was fine - a little more expensive than other stores I've been too...but it's in Bishop so what are you going to do?!

It's Jack in the Box so you know what you're getting into here. With that said the staff were quick with orders and the food was freshly prepared and hot. The Deluxe Fish Sandwich was good. Unfortunately, this dude came in only to wreck the restroom and fill the small inside space with the foul stench that came with it.

Happening place in town! Views were like from a John(e) Wayne western film. Familiar site and with kind patrons. Even the garden was in bloom! Well lit areas provided shelter for traveling transportation engineers.

Food was great but more detailed attention on orders at drive thru. wrong drink. No big deal but they should work on it.

It's ok. You want good old greasy fast food quick? This is the place for you. Hangover food? Absolutely! Healthy food? Nope. Staff is always cool though and it is clean.

It's jack in the box, what do you expect? Good facility, clean, friendly staff, normal food items. Exactly what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, nothing more nothing less

We were craving fries they were great. Hot , crispy, and we mentioned an item missing and the manager, knowing we are regulars gave us the item. ( normally you should call and leave a note for a future item to be picked up. Bring a receipt.)

Ive seen better days for sure They got my order wrong twice. As I was pulling out of the drive-thru they called me back because they gave me the wrong order again Sooo three times. But glad I got my food and I have great respect for fast food workers.

Good is usually good except the chef keeps smashing the buns. Very flat sandwiches. There's only one guy and one gal there that's super professional. The others act l like they don't want to be there. Talk fast and mumble... But I like certain food which generally always tastes good. It's hard to find good help, I guess!

Refused to substitute anything for the 2 for $6 cheddar biscuit deal when they were all out of cheddar biscuits on Sunday morning 7/30, the man taking orders sounded like he would do a sub but then came back and said it was not possible (I assume a supervisor told him no, so I don’t blame the order taker who was kind and professional and trying to accommodate): cheddar biscuits out, regular biscuits out, no other bread to sub to get two breakfast sandwiches for $6. Bad service. Put the customer first next time and honor the deal advertised on the menu! We won’t return to this location.

I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger and received two eggs on a croissant. Took it back to the counter, got what I ordered. Then ordered a coffee, was handed a cup and told to help myself to coffee from a carafe. It was empty. UGH! I just left without my $4.00 coffee.

I drove through and tried the pink pineapple shake. It was not good, it tasted very artificial. The onion rings were good and the smash burger was alright. Not my fav, but it put a nug in my tummy.

Our burgers had good flavor but we're hard and dried out .fries were over cooked. Tha service was excellent Brandon waited on us.

The worst burgers I have ever gotten from Jack in the Box. They had no lettuce, tomatoes, onion. The Double with bacon had a one inch piece of fatty bacon. The Jumbo Jack I ordered came as a double Patty with nothing at all on it except one little pickle. I asked for some ketchup and some salt and I got taco sauce that's it no salt no ketchup.

While completely needing to repeat myself. I asked for "combo #12 with sprite" medium" "Would you like the combo" he asked. 🤔 I finally got our 3 orders completed. While the cashier did good in due time with the order on the receipt right. The meal person. Do you say cook? Not sure. Didn't get the chicken plain with cheese as noted on receipt. Walked back in. Asked to get corrected and get attitude. She looked at receipt. And made wrong second time. Still upset with me and I'm not even upset. Third time charm. Customer service needs work.

I'm amazed that this place charges a little bit more than McDonald's and Carl's Jr but the quality of the food is nowhere near McD's and Carl's Jr and even Wendy's. I think those three represent the higher quality of fast-food chain restaurants. I just went to Jack In The Box 2 nights ago and I was completely dissatisfied.

Unfortunately my order was wrong... again. Fries tasted like they were sitting in the heater for a hour and the cheese on the burger was not melted at all. Add insult to injury, soda flat and the iceberg lettuce was literally the stale white part of the lettuce.

The day I went I was not impressed. The drive thru server was to comfortable with customers, by this I mean that he told the customer behind me "you must have the munchies by the amount of food you ordered". He shared, with much details, about working at this location (unhappy about his job), and handed my order incomplete.

Stopped to satisfy my sweet tooth but was not even acknowledged from at least three employees. Two were sharing something on their phone which was obviously more entertaining than my order. Then one walked right past me and went on break without even saying someone will be right with you. Needless to say went to McDonald's

I’m not happy. We ate there for lunch about a week ago and it cost us $24 for two senior citizens! That’s nuts. We Ate there today for breakfast and a nice young man waited on us. A female employee talked to him in Spanish the entire time I was asking questions trying to decide what I wanted. I just interrupted her, I’m the customer. After I ordered she talked to him non stop! I ordered a drink and it was so watered down it wasn’t worth Drinking. I paid $2.49 for it!!!! I’m not going there anymore.

Absolute worst service and most disappointment with incorrect orders in a week I've ever seen. Do not use Covid as a reason. If so. I managed to keep a job and use my hard earned money at this establishment during covid too.

Usually ok. Today. Sunday May 1st. Disgusting. Robert which was the only name tag I noticed. Robert was at one point doing the front register. No gloves. Takes customers cash. Hands customer cash. Then turns around and starts touching fries and other things without washing his hands. Him and the older man also doing the front register. Constantly grabbing at their masks. Scratching face. Scratching heads. And not washing their hands! If I had seen this before I ordered. I would have left. People were having to clean their own tables to have a place to sit. Took 15 minutes to get our order. And still wasn’t right. And it was cold! I understand being busy. But that’s just nasty! And the restrooms are filthy. Nasty. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a month! I will never be back.

Our order couldn't have been more messed up. To save a long story here we spoke to the manager and he was apologetic about our order being screwed up and refunded our money. At this Jack in the Box check your order when received and hopefully the employee that took our order is seeking employment elsewhere. Management did try to correct what he could. Location: Bishop, California on Monday the 18th of June.

A few days ago we bought 6 regular tacos, which I asked for extra crispy. They were not nearly crispy but soggy and not even warm. This store seems to have very poor management. We live 10 minutes from this store.

It took 40 minutes to get a burger the staff didn't give me the fries for my meal and wanted argue saying I didn't order a meal. The "gender neutral" bathrooms were filthy and smelled horrendous. I like jack in the box but I will not be returning to this one, don't waste your time here.

Edit: So I decided to try this place again and man I thought it was filthy last time I just walked out this time. How the health board hasn't shut this place fown I have no clue. The bathroom you couldn't even see the floor there was so much grunge on the floor in the kitchen it looked like employees were ice skating. Shame on you Jack N Box for letting a place like this represent you as a company. Place was a mess every table dirty. Trash cans over flowing not too mention the fly problem

We were yelled at when we walked in to order. The door was unlocked, no sign saying to the inside order area is closed. So rude, It's June 4 2021. We when they closed the inside & the guy said today. Again rude, maybe they aren't feeling well. Hummmm

This is not the burger that is advertised on the window. Plus I had to drive back to get the right burger and still not what is advertised.

No indoor dining and sign says they are still requiring a mask to be worn. Mask mandate and capacity limits have been lifted, there is 0 reason for this. It is 105 degrees outside and you are making your customers eat outside???

First of all... I'm sorry I was a jerk to the night crew on 9/3. I deserved the stupid trick of trying to give me the same ice cold tacos I complained about. That being said... You still served me ice cold tacos... Twice... That's called improper food management and a huge health violation. This isn't the first time I have been served cold food out of this location but it will be the last.

They have no costumer service. They were cleaning around 5 which is normaly dinner rush hour. And they seemed to be mad that we were inside. We needed to use the bathroom and they let me go into the workers bathroom and said that my team could also use it but after I used it they didn't let my team use it. (We are 15 people.) This is not my first time having problems with there customer service. There was a Jack in the box in Paris CA that would not let a 5 month pregnant lady have a free cup of watter in the middle of July.

Food was good but staff was less than. The guy taking our drive thru order was laughing and joking with co workers while taking our large order, big mistake. He got the entire order wrong 3 times because he wouldn't actually listen. Frustrating. Next thing you know he's got a dozen cars behind us waiting for food. Frustrating.

Firstly, they forgot to announce my order was ready. Then, when I got my food there were multiple hairs in my burger, they didn't try to apologise for the hairs. Lastly, when I asked for a refund they would only offer money back for the burger and not the entire meal. Never eating here again!!! This is the nastiest place to eat.

ADDED MORE TO THIS POST::: Service is always friendly. But I ordered the sourdough Jack and I got home it cold cold. Everything else was fine. WELL ONCE AGAIN MY ORDER WAS MESSED UP. I ORDERED A DOUBLE JUMBO JACK got home it was a single and had pickles on it. I went back and they made me a fresh sandwich but put tons of mustard in which I told them no mustard. I also told them onions. This new sandwich had no onions. I'm like this manager doesn't need to be a manager. The fries had no salt and were soggy. I asked for fresh crispy fries. The only thing that was good as always was the onion rings and shake. But I do love their tacos. The cook needs to learn how to read or do janitorial

This place is disgusting. Bathrooms were gross. Got a sourdough jack. There was hardly anything in it, soggy. The curly fries were dried out and got 2 curly fries with the rest being a bunch of bottom of the barrel . Will never to there agin.

Saw my order didnt have the instructions for no mustard, told them, they said it was on there, get food, has mustard, go back in and have to wait all over again in a long line. Fast food shouldnt take 25+ minutes

I went here and stood in line. Staff members looked at me and never did take my order. As I was waiting in line I heard a lady in the drive thru talking loud about how long she had to wait. They could have at least told me they will be with me shortly instead of looking at me and not saying a word. I will never step foot in this jack in the box again. This place deserves a 0.

My son and I went in together. I ordered 1st. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order then they took my son's order. I was done well before he received his food. The girl up front was working her tail off. The others not so much. They need more people. Food was good.

We went yesterday to buy a chicken teriyaki bowl, when I got my order I notice the food was half of what we normally get, I went back and talked to someone in there and he told that the company is cutting the size of the serving we got only four pieces of chicken, very little rice and vegetables.
