So I just got turned away from the so called Manager on duty the other night because he thought the $2 bills I had was fake... I am blown away at the way he treated me though like I was some kinda criminal... Oh yeah and he made up a lie saying that his ''machine'' wouldn't take it... He didn't go to any machine, he just stared at the bill and made a 360 spin and told me his ''machine'' won't accept $2 American made Federal Reserve Notes... I guess banks are giving out fake $2 bills now too. This guy's a genius, bravo! Hire more guys like him and btw, if I just so happen to become a "criminal'' I wouldnt be waisting my time on a small 2 dollar bill...who in their right mind would counterfeit a $2 bill?? 🏆 Here's your trophy bud, you've earned it

The drive through here has a very bad speaker system. I can't hear and/or understand them. This has gone on for many, many years. Every time I've mentioned it, they tell me at the window that it's going to be replaced soon. Years later, nothing has been done. The last time that I went there, which was recently, I was hoping to get a meal deal that included a time limited promotional cup. I was double checking to see if they still had the cup because I don't trust them to keep them in stock while a promotion is still running. I could not get a straight answer through their speaker system. I ordered the special anyway and lo & behold, they were out. I just unloaded on them and vowed to never ever go there again.

Just picked up lunch for my family. Was asked to wait in the front. Apparently not ready for lunch time. Waited a good while finally got home and opened everything up. The burgers we got the patties were so dry!! Also ordered fries which were not fresh at all! They were soggy! was missing tacos.....this location has to be the worest one we've been too definitely won't be back.

spent $40 on three combo meals... gee what a deal! ask for extra pickles on one of the burgers got no pickles. ask for sweet sour sauce for the multiple egg roll order twice once at the window and once during the order. got no sauces. it's happened several times at this location. I guess the manager thinks by screwing his customers out of a nickel's worth of sauce he's getting ahead. he doesn't realize he just lost a customer for life as this has happened frequently. he must not think he has competition. if you're stupid enough to eat here check your order before you leave your drive-thru spot.

Biggest upset from Jack In the Box ever, idk what lazy employee is not doing their job but my fries were so stale & my tacos taste like they were fried a disgusting oil!!! I ate 1 out of 4 tacos and forced my fries down, somebody needs to get written up!!!! 08/16 4pm

This location is always running out of things, but they’re never really that busy, so seems to me like it’s a management issue. On top of that, the chicken is always way overcooked, but only the chicken, everything else is usually fine. Todays fiasco was that they ran out of an item for my Uber order, but instead of offering an alternative, or cancelling, they told me to come back the next day…. As if that’s an option? Just awful, I know it’s fast food, but they can’t even do the bare minimum.

Jack in the box isn’t known for high quality food as it is but STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. We came around 11:45 because we had a late night. The manager asked for a minute at the drive through to which we patiently waited and when she finally came back to the drive through and we ordered she said in a very rude tone “is that all you want because we’re closing” which was only the start. We get to the window and we ordered 12 tacos and come to find out they short us and only give us 10 so one person from our party didn’t eat. To make matters absolutely WORSE, one of the tacos we bought was already BITTEN. Vile people to be doing that. I never go to jack in the box but this one makes me absolutely want to always stay away.
