Maybe I shouldnt enter. It looks like a club house at first. I was impressed with the design and the space inside. As a hotel “lobby” cafe, I am so happy it’s not busy. I can secure a table to do some work while enjoying a coffee. The cuppacino is amazing by the way. Thanks for the heart. I love a latte in a real cup. It just feel luxury and a true cafe. Forget Starbucks. The space has a lot of seat and table. It’s like a hotel lobby and bathroom is downstairs. I love how clean and quiet the place can be. Definitely a spot for focus and enjoy people watching

The coffee here is pretty good! The cappuccino is really smooth and the quality is generally consistent across locations. They don't have a restroom... which is disappointing seeing as coffee is a diuretic.

A totally passable coffee shop for quick breaks from the workday. Personally I try to stay away from chains, and prefer the quaint small businesses in Brooklyn. However, this is the closest coffee shop to my office, and it does the trick. The espresso's are strong, and the Pressed ginger shots are always a kick in the butt. MUCH better than Starbucks.

Objectively the working space is big, comfortable, with multiple sitting options, one of the best I’ve been in terms of looks. That being said… if you truly are thinking on working/studying here you must keep in mind that the WiFi is extremely unreliable— the only reason why I took one star off. Considering that the area seems to be designed as a “coworking space” they would benefit from bettering that. Matcha was great, not too strong not sweet. Not the cheapest. Fast and friendly service.

Lots of seating and bright spaces at this location. I give blue bottle a try every once in awhile, the flavor is good but not great, not for the price in my opinion, I got a large cold brew it was almost $8. Service was great and store is very clean, nice large open space. I did not try any food options but they had some baked goods for sale.

Blue bottle is a staple to my coffee experience through the years. The quality is a little lower than previous years. And the quality of speciality coffee has increased! Cappuccino was a B level of coffee. Atmosphere at this shop is great with seating inside.

Beautiful coffee shop! The space is so lovely and there is a lot of seating and comfortable couches. The standard milk for the coffee is Oat milk so it’s nice to not pay an extra separate charge for Oat. I tried the iced Sweet Latte and it was decent. There is also a tap for water which is nice after walking around the city. Worth a visit if you need caffeine and a cool spot to sit for a bit

Egg sandwich had no flavor, feels like Starbucks processed food. Cookies and pressed juices are good. Coffee is OK. Gas gone downhill from what I experienced years ago.

Great place to sit and read! The Wi-Fi is super slow so I would not recommend working from here. I got a medium matcha latte and it was 8$- on the pricier side but it was pretty good. Overall 3.5/5 stars from me!

Cool spot but long wait and unfriendly service. Defaults to paper cups with a $6 espresso. No water with your drink. Water cups aren’t there for self serve. Not a good coffee shop. Espresso was eh.

I arrived early, excited to see the place, very early. But, the person at the cashier with a horrible face. The bartender doing his best. I ordered a double espresso, it was almost a ristetto. It's not worth going back.

Today on THURSDAY 10/30 was my first time visiting that place. I ordered 2 lattes and shortly after I got them. No complaints. Then I asked “Do you have cinnamon?”. They said “No”. Excuse you, what! Please do some research why you as coffee shop MUST provide cinnamon especially on Thursdays. So disappointed

Be cautious — I had a deeply disappointing and offensive experience at this location. I requested a refund for the remaining balance under $10 on my Blue Bottle gift card — a standard policy clearly printed on the back of the card and available on their website. However, the staff member (a thin man with short hair wearing a black T-shirt) treated me as if I were making something up or behaving irrationally. He questioned whether I had done this at other stores, even asking me to name them, and insisted on proof before proceeding. He only began processing the refund after I showed him the policy myself. Throughout the entire interaction, his tone was dismissive and his attitude condescending. I felt deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. As a minority, I can’t help but question whether racial bias may have played a role in how I was treated. This was by far my worst experience at any Blue Bottle store, and I sincerely hope no one else is made to feel the way I did.
