I used Fogo for a private dinner event. Rachel Pence, Event Sales Manager, was responsive and easy to work with. The quantity/quality of food was impressive, and the price per person was very reasonable for the location. Joshua R. and Angelica M. did an excellent job of managing our large group.

We came for my mom’s birthday and Klever took amazing care of us! We can’t wait to come back.

We visited here after being recommended it at check in at our hotel nearby. The food here is excellent and the Service was fantastic. We were served by Teagan who was such a nice person. We were visiting from Ireland so we had a talk about her name and really it was just nice natural service which was so refreshing. The food service (people come round with meats which were of excellent quality for the option we chose) was fantastic and the atmosphere great. I really wish I could visit this place over and over but sadly we are back in Ireland now. Food, service, atmosphere, this place truly has it all. Excellent, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went here for my anniversary the food is amazing as always. They do get busier throughout the day I went around 12-1pm and all the meat was sure fresh.

I have been to Fogo in many states. This was the first time for my guests. They loved it. For me and my sensitive stomach, I hold out for the filet and ribeye. The lamb was pretty gamey to me but others liked it. Great wine menu. Come hungry. Upscale atmosphere although guests dressed from dressy to jeans and t shirt

As a Brazilian, I must say I’m impressed as to how good is the Brazilian food at fogo de chão. They had an incredible churrasco with great meat and the food at the self service area is so great.

Went back in early February when it was super cold outside! The food was plentiful and very tasty. The staff were friendly. The family and I walked away very satisfied. Thank you guys, next trip there I am coming back for sure!

It’s always a pleasure seeing Tiago! Kelly was an amazing server, and Lucas was fantastic as well. The three of them took excellent care of my family and me. We had such a great experience and my family are already looking forward to coming back this summer!

I came here the other day with my partner to celebrate my anniversary as we always had such a fantastic time here. The food is always delicious with you first picking an assortment at the food bar to your liking and then being served different types of meat freshly sliced in front of you at your seating table. This time our host and server were absolutely amazing as they helped celebrate our anniversary making it even more special. I highly recommend both the zero proof cocktails (the clean cosmo always taste sweet and delicious) as well as the normal ones. We will always be coming back to this location as it has always met our standards and more as we felt incredibly taken care of by everyone!

TL;DR Definitely come here if you want to experience an onslaught of amazing meats! 😋 Came here alone for my birthday at 8pm on a Saturday night after wanting to come for a while. And daaaamn I was NOT disappointed! The Full Churrasco experience was really awesome and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any meat lovers who want to absolutely gorge themselves on an obscene amount of meat! 🤤 The restaurant seemed busy downstairs but I lucked out and was given a table at the top of the stairs where it was nice and peaceful. The service was phenomenal. My server was attentive and professional, without being overbearing at all. She explained the menu to me very clearly and was very pleasant throughout my meal. As of this review, it's $80 per person for an endless parade of delicious meats being carved right at your table, and full access to the salad bar! There's no time limit either! I will say, the service speed with the meats was a bit variable: sometimes it felt a bit slow, and at other times it felt like I was being assaulted by a constant barrage of juicy meats. The food was honestly amazing! So, since I always write way too much here, let me break down my feelings on every single item I tried (save for a few that I forgot about amidst the blur of overindulgence): The Infinite Meat Raid: - Picanha : A classic for a reason! Juicy, tender, and nicely seasoned. The fat cap was really tasty too! - Lamb Picanha : I actually got two rounds of this. Similar in texture to the regular Picanha but with the distinct flavor from the lamb. - Filet Mignon : Tender and lean, I enjoyed it. - Flank Steak : One of my favorites of the night! It was very tender, to the point where the muscle fibers were starting to separate from each other. It was also extremely juicy. Each bite gushed meat juices throughout my mouth! 😋 - Lamb Chops : Also divine. Fatty, rich, and very tender, these were a highlight for sure. I should've picked the bones... - Garlic Steak : I couldn't tell what cut of beef this was, but it was pretty good. It was quite fatty and juicy. The flavor of the garlic predominated the experience. Included Sides: - Pan de Queijo : Wow. I was honestly taken aback by how good these were. Slightly crispy on the outside with a soft, airy, and cheesy interior. I should learn how to make these... - Plantains : Yum! They were sweet and creamy, with a distinct caramelized flavor. - Crispy Polenta : Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. A good one for sure. - Garlic Mashed Potatoes : They straddled the line between creamy and fluffy really well and carried the flavor of the garlic nicely but not overwhelmingly. Eating the whole portion like I did will probably slow you down on the meats though. What I picked up at the salad bar: - Mushrooms : I really liked these, but I'm generally biased in favor of mushrooms. They were tender and flavorful. - Eggplant : Solid, I'm glad I picked it up. - Caprese Salad : The fresh mozzarella was awesome, but I felt that the tomato was a bit lacking in flavor. - Asparagus : Really good. They had a very clean flavor, without a lot of the harsh grassiness that asparagus can sometimes have. The texture was also on point. - Chorizo : Flavorful, but I did expect it to be a bit spicier. - Pickled Onions : Good. I've had better pickled onions but these did complement the meats well. - Artichokes : Honestly wasn't huge on these. The flavor was decent but Ive certainly had better. - Cheeses : The cheeses were great. The standout to me was the caramelized honey cheese that was brought out with the meats. I don't think I've ever tried something like that before! There were wayyyy more meat options but I was gonna combust at this point so I had to tap out. I'd love to come back at some point to try some of the others! Thank you for reading my massive review!

My experience at Fogo de Chão was amazing! From the moment I walked in, everything was on point—great atmosphere, delicious food, and top-notch service. I have to give a shoutout to Gabryella for being so friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. She was super attentive and made us feel really welcome. And Rodrigo, our waiter, was fantastic—fast, polite, and always making sure our table was taken care of. The food? Absolutely delicious! The meats were cooked to perfection, the salad bar had so many great options, and the overall experience was just perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Considering how busy it was we barely waited 10 mins to be sat. Our table location was perfect and was isolated from the elevated levels of business. The staff handled themselves amazingly. Our server Lucas was incredibly nice and patient with us. He even made sure my special request was accommodated for my girlfriend. Great place will come again

Our experience at Fogo de Chao was nothing short of wonderful. We had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday lunch there, and the staff made us feel special from the moment we arrived. Gabriela and Roberto, the managers, came to our table, sang 'Happy Birthday' to me, and even brought a special dessert to mark the occasion. Their kindness truly made the experience unforgettable. The staff was fully bilingual, speaking both Brazilian Portuguese and English, which made the service even more personal. The food was exceptional—top-quality meats and drinks straight from New York. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I know I will definitely return on my next visit to New York.

This restaurant is a offering an exceptional dining journey that justifies its premium price tag with outstanding quality, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on delivering an unforgettable experience. The meat selection was everything you'd expect from Fogo de Chão—diverse, meticulously prepared, and presented with utmost care. The cuts were flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served promptly. Each variety offered something unique, making it an experience for any meat lover. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the expansive and artfully curated salad bar. Far from a conventional assortment of greens, it was a vibrant and creative display of dishes, each beautifully presented and bursting with fresh ingredients. Offerings such as the fresh mozzarella caprese, a variety of bean salads, roasted vegetables, and ripe fruits were arranged so elegantly, they transformed the salad bar into a feast for the eyes and a testament to the chef's artistry. The rich colors and thoughtful presentation underscored the care and effort invested into crafting this visual and culinary delight. The standout vegetarian option, the cauliflower steak, was nothing short of extraordinary. This dish was seasoned to perfection and presented with the same level of sophistication as the meat selections. Paired with tender, perfectly cooked asparagus and a hearty medley of beans, chickpeas, and edamame, it was both satisfying and bursting with flavor. This wasn’t just a thoughtful alternative if one does not fancy meats; it was a bold, standout dish that took center stage on its own merits. The ambiance was equally remarkable. The multi-level layout of the restaurant, bathed in warm golden light, provided a sense of grandeur while remaining inviting and approachable. The open view of the bustling dining room, paired with thoughtful design touches and elegant decor, created a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere perfect for an elevated dining experience.

Every. Single. Piece of food, was amazingly delicious! Amazing drinks. The salad bar had so many options and the waiter and I believe the manager were so nice! Manager came round literally just to see how things were and complimented my hair and had a few laughs haha. The waiter recommended a drink I was on the fence about but he encouraged me to try something new and it was a hit! 1000% going back. Literally thinking of the food right now. And the lil bread with cheese in it, heaven sent! Great place, great staff e Ben better food! Trust me, make your reservation nowwww

Update: We’ve been back a few times since, entertaining out of town guests, birthdays. All 5 stars experiences. Today we celebrated another birthday. Our friend loved it. The hostess at the dining area was so friendly and personable. Our server was funny and attentive. The food was amazing. ~~~~~ This is a really fun place. Great for the holiday and special occasions. The grill meats are perfect. The market bar is bountiful. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is swanky but not snobbish. Always a good crowd.

This was a very nice experience, the food was amazing. Out of all the meats my favorite was the lamb steak, it stood out because of the softness & flavor. The service was spectacular. Try the soup, it was amazing, I had the carrot ginger. Also, ask for the chimichurri sauce, highly recommend with your steak. Don’t waste belly space eating the chicken, was worth the price at $44 per person. Of course my brother upgraded us to the $79 per person because he just like to spend money. Hahahahah. WORTH IT, GO TRY IT !

We arrived at Fogo de Chão on a busy night, yet our reservation was honored promptly, and we were seated quickly without any delay. It was clear from the start that the staff had everything perfectly in hand, setting the stage for an amazing evening. Once seated, Gabriella greeted us warmly, and the service was quick and efficient—our dining experience began immediately. We were soon savoring the incredible selection of meats brought to the table, each one more flavorful than the last. I had to come back for their Gold Rush cocktail, which was mixed to absolute perfection, and the house topped off the night with a complimentary dessert that was both generous and delicious. Fogo de Chão truly delivers on every level—fantastic food, exceptional service, and an ambiance that makes you feel cared for. We’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommended.

Today, I celebrated my little brother birthday at Fogo de Chão with our family. The atmosphere was bustling and elegant and the service was top-tier from the moment we walked in. The fire-roasted meats are the star of the show and we tried a little of everything. Highlights for our family included the Picanha cooked medium rare and lamb chops cooked medium . The only slight drawback was that a couple of the cuts were a touch saltier than we prefer, but with so many options available, it wasn't an issue. The traditional sides of cheesy bread and polenta were delicious comfort food in which we all enjoyed. Highly recommended for a fun, lively, and filling dinner with family and friends.

We held a private event for my daughter’s wedding on Nov 1st 2025. We requested our head server, Teagan, because she helped us back in January when we looking to book the venue. Her smile and kindness won us over, and this was a remarkable event! Kudos to the entire staff and management for delicious food, service and a great environment for my daughter’s big day! You made her dream come true!!

It's been a long time since I've seen such a high level of service in a restaurant. The reservation was completed without any problems, the waiters were extremely polite and attentive. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, which made our dinner especially enjoyable. We were here for dinner, but we will definitely come back for lunch — we are sure it will be no less wonderful.

Have been to this location a few times, always had great service and delicious food! The all-day happy hour is great. Would recommend the molten lava cake. I live in Brooklyn but this location is worth the trek, as the downtown Brooklyn location is horrible.

Was here for a birthday party. It was a Saturday night so it was crowded, but we had reservations so we're seated at our appointed time. Most of us choose "The Experience" which consisted of a choice of different meats. The salad bar had plenty to choose from as well. Overall the food was fresh, tasty and plentyful.

Such a wonderful experience, the vibe between workers and guests was amazing, clean and open space, we came here to celebrate our anniversary since this was the restaurant we came to on our first date, and is still amazing as we remember. The food was another crazy level with a tasty open buffet that we loved from the fruits to the steak that never ends and keeps coming and coming so I suggest to new guests to come with an empty stomach! They are either well-done (our favorite) or medium-rare cooked. The cocktails are wonderful and the clean ones maintain the liquor taste in the cocktail even when is 0 proof. 100% recommended and we'll be back to our future anniversary! ❤️

Came here specifically for their all-day happy hour and it did not disappoint. Their happy hour area is at the upstairs bar, where there are also tables and chair/bench seating. We went on a Wednesday at around 6:30 pm and thankfully we were lucky to get table seating (usually it’s fairly packed) We ordered some cocktails, the strawberry hibiscus caipirinha and the gold rush, both were great, I preferred the gold rush more for its intensity. For food we got the Brazilian empanadas, spiced chicken sliders and the picanha burger, all very good. Service was attentive and the ambiance is very sleek. The private bathrooms were clean as well. Definitely recommend especially for a happy hour outing.

I will come back here again. Super delicious and the valentines day drinks were delicious. My partner and I would recommend. Each server were kind and attentive. The buffet for sauces and salads were very good. I am glad I got to experience this place. Its definitely worth paying the price and then some.

Excellent service from start to finish. The food was delicious, the barbecue is varied and very appetizing. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. An extra point for the waiters Gabryella, Rodrigo, and Aldo, who are very pleasant, attentive, and constantly concerned that everything is okay at the table, always attentive to orders and food. Always attentive to everything, very friendly, and this exceeded our expectations. We loved the experience at this Fogo de Chão.

We were very warmly welcomed by Tiago and his entire team. My 88-year-old grandmother speaks only French, and although it was not her language, they made a real effort to speak French and adapt to her, which meant a lot to us. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole team took great care of my grandmother throughout the experience. The food was excellent — all the meats were perfectly cooked and of outstanding quality. The churrasco experience combined with the buffet is truly impressive, with an exceptional variety and great flavors. Congratulations to the entire team, and thank you for your kindness and impeccable service.

First time at a brazilian steakhouse I took my wife and family here for her birthday yesterday. Everyone really enjoyed ourselves everyone had a great time. The wait staff and managers on the floor were all awesome and attentive, they kept the meat flowing as long as we had the cards on the table turned to green. Great atmosphere the dining room was great The market table was good and was included in the full churasco experince which we all got. the only negative but nothing to take a star away from was i was looking for more sides. The market table had a great selection of salads and hummus and cheeses and sliced meats along with asparagus and broccoli. on the menu to order was lobster mac and cheese, yucca fries, burrata and roasted tomatoes on the menu to order but it needed something more. again that did not take away from the experience at all and everyone was full and happy i can't put my finger on it. Overal great experience and will be back again.

Let us tell you about Teagan. This is the most wonderful person we have ever met. She’s kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure. May she continue to bring the highest quality of service to this place. We are locals, and every time we are en route, we hope she is working. Thank you, Teagan. ♥️

My boyfriend and I went for lunch for my birthday. As I am signed up with Fogo rewards I recieved $25 off the Churracsco Experience. I have been to Fogo De Chao before to this location and to the Long Island Huntington and Westbury locations. The midtown location consistently knocks it out of the park in terms of a white glove experience. The first thing that really wowed me was the host was so friendly and asked me if I prefer the elevator or stairs. I am handicapped but its not something one would notice so the fact the elevator was offered was a huge plus. I typically have to ask. The manager was there once we arrived downstairs and was truly lovely. He checked on us throughout our time at the restaurant, he was friendly, he made sure we truly enjoyed the meal and service. I enjoyed the fact that he was so visible. The food was great, so fresh and flavorful. They also provided a beautiful complimentary dessert for my birthday. I highly reccomend this location, and restaurant for a great dining experience from beginning to end.

I always say Fogo de chao is the best hidden gem in midtown. It’s my favorite happy hour spot. I come here atleast once every other week just for the picanha burger/glass of Malbec and and have a little me time to decompress and watch tv on my phone. I came in tonight and it was busy but always manage to get a spot by the bar. I order my usual and somehow over half an hour pass and I realize I should just cancel my order and leave, which I’ve never done. I tell the lady at the front and she asks me to stay to see if she can get my order herself. I told her it was absolutely not necessary and I knew they were slammed, I just wish they communicated the kitchen was backed up or else I’d go somewhere else for the night which was totally fine. I just hate waiting and not being updated. She comes back 5 minutes later and insisted I take some snacks home because she felt bad. I smiled and realized this is why I just love the whole staff at Fogo. Good people. Great food. Awesome service. Thank you Nathalie, general manager, for the very kind gesture. Also, shout out to my girl, Ania, she always adds the spicy malagueta sauce (and not the aioli sauce I always get instead from everyone else when I ask lol I’m sure it’s a pain to get maybe I don’t know) for me without asking. A real one.

I had the pleasure of having Klever as my server, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive and offered me a variety of different options, making sure I found exactly what I wanted. He checked in often without being overbearing and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly stood out. I would definitely ask for him again and highly recommend him to anyone dining here!

We had such a great experience thanks to Natalia and Gabby! Their amazing service really made our night. My husband couldn’t stop raving about how perfect everything was—from the delicious food to the warm, welcoming vibe they created. Special thanks to Gabby for offering the chicken heart—someone ended up loving it way more than expected! We’ve been to several Fogo de Chão locations around the country, and this one definitely stands out as our favorite. Thank you again for everything! We’re definitely going back soon!

We had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão in Manhattan! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server, Gabryella, truly went above and beyond to make our dinner special. She was attentive, kind, and always made sure that me and my mom had everything we needed. The food was outstanding, the cuts of meat were perfectly cooked, the salad bar was fresh and full of delicious. The dessert was absolutely wonderful the perfect sweet ending to our meal! Me and my mom felt like we were back in Brazil enjoying our authentic Brazilian food. We loved everything and will definitely be back!!!

The atmosphere is warm and upscale without feeling too fancy. Great lighting, spacious seating, and it just feels like a place where good things happen. The Market Table (their salad bar) is honestly impressive. Super fresh, well-curated, and loaded with veggies, fruits, cheeses, and all kinds of little surprises. I’d honestly come back just for that—it’s not an afterthought like most buffets. It balances out all the meat, so you don’t feel like you’re walking out with nothing but steak in your bloodstream. Speaking of which—the meat is nonstop and consistently great. Staff were quick, friendly, and kept the flow coming. At $57 for all-you-can-eat, it’s a strong value considering the quality. Whether you’re going full carnivore or just vibing with the Market Table, this place delivers. Would definitely recommend. Come hungry.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fogo de Chão, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. The quality of the food was outstanding, with a diverse range of delectable options to choose from. The service, too, was impeccable, with our server demonstrating a high level of attentiveness and expertise. What particularly impressed us, however, was the exceptional service provided by Manager Andrea, who went out of her way to accommodate our needs and ensure that the celebration of two birthdays and my grandmother's 93rd birthday was truly memorable. Her dedication to delivering outstanding service and attention to detail was evident throughout our visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Fogo de Chão to anyone seeking a superior dining experience.

Amazing meat quality for the all you can eat menu. The buffet is also very diverse from beans to rice to fruits to cheese… not only did they have the steak cuts, they also had fried cheese with honey and Brazilian cheese bread. They just keep coming with more of those cheese bread whenever you run out. Atmosphere is great with dim light and moderate noise. They will ask you if you want specific cuts once you’ve tried them all.

I recently visited your restaurant to celebrate birthdays with my partner, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Since I had personally suggested your restaurant and made the reservation, I had hoped for a smooth and enjoyable evening. While our initial server and their partner were both excellent, no one explained the table signs to us. There were three signs already on the table when we were seated, and I did not realize that turning the sign was how food service operated. As a result, my partner was continuously served while I was not given food for several rounds. Even after I raised the issue, I was not offered the dishes I had missed. Additionally, I had expected to try the advertised “Surf and Turf $59 Sale,” but it was not available at the listed price. In the end, we paid close to $200 for two people, and I still left without receiving half of my meal. I do appreciate that the staff offered us complimentary desserts for our birthdays, but overall the experience was disappointing—especially for a special occasion. I wanted to share this feedback with you because I believe it could be helpful for future guests. At a minimum, I would ask that: 1. Staff explain the table signs to first-time guests to avoid confusion. 2. Consider compensation for the portion of the meal I was not able to enjoy. Thank you for your time and attention. I hope to hear from you soon.

Great as ever, and we’ve been to quite a few of these across the USA . This restaurant has a wonderful vaulted space and the great selections of meat and cold salad items, meats and cheeses. Wasn’t disappointed in the variety or quality with just the right drumbeat of fresh offerings coming around at the right time to top the plate up yet not go cold. Also a nice cold beer and a strawberry cocktail on a hot hot day. What more could you want. All you can eat you say? Done. Well looked after. Left full and happy, will be back!

Was brought here for my birthday and it didn't disappoint!! The service was attentive and food was fresh & delicious. The tables were a little too close to each other a bit difficult to navigate between, but the carvers made it look like a dance.

Good place for meat lovers and groups. The cheese bread are just so perfect. Caipirinha is strong and tasty. Recommend to get a reservation on OpenTable

I went there with my brother during our trip to NYC. Wonderful experience — I loved the place and the food. If you ask for the chocolate dessert, it’s a delicacy. The best dessert I’ve ever tried!

I didn’t realize the restaurant was at the World Trade Center site and right at the subway stop. Very easy to get to and a great location for tourist traffic. Setting is beautiful inside. We went for a late lunch on Sunday so I think we missed both the brunch and dinner rush. We were able to get the full experience and an entree, as I don’t eat meat. I didn’t take pics of the meat coming out but it looked delicious and offered whatever temp you desired. There were very few delays with the meat service, they were well attentive. The sea bass plate was tasty, fish was beautifully flaky and moist, although I wish had more seasoning (personal preference). Crab cake was good, not lump crab, FYI. We were seated promptly, then waited a bit for wait service to take orders, bring water, etc. but once they realized we hadn’t yet been helped, we received drinks, sides and meals in good time. Management (“Roger”) stopped by tables regularly to ensure everyone’s needs were met, we had everything we needed. Only one incident with a snappy waitress, we told Roger about it and she no longer assisted our table (she wasn’t our waitress, I think she was trying to help but had an attitude about it…so she should have not helped and just let our waiter continue with our table).

A delicious and wonderful experience! The staff was great with us and always paying attention to our needs! The cycles of meat came around in a timely manner and the salad bar was also amazing. The variety they had was not overwhelming and provided a variety of flavors to the meal. I would recommend this place to anyone for the experience and the food. I see myself coming back for another meal! It was 80bucks a person before taxes for the all you can eat meats they have other options as well.

Fogo de Chão offers an incredible dining experience from the moment you walk in. The design of the restaurant is elegant, warm, and inviting — modern touches mixed with a classic Brazilian steakhouse vibe. The service is attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. The salad bar is beautifully presented and full of fresh, high-quality options.” 😌✨ The meats, though, are the real star. Every cut was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and carved right at the table with impressive skill. The picanha, ribeye, and lamb were especially outstanding. You can taste the quality in every bite. If you love great steak and top-tier service, this is the place. Easily a 5-star experience.” 🥩🔥

I made a reservation and the lady made me wait an hour and put me on the waiting list. I got angry and went to ask her why she had me on the waiting list when I had a reservation confirmation The food is excellent, the clericot is excellent, my dad loves the variety of food and papaya. My husband loves chicken legs, I loved the basil dressing, the potato salad, the beans and the variety of meat they have. We didn’t order dessert because we were super full. Definitely my favorite place to eat Brazilian food in NYC 🗽I definitely go back to this place

Stopped by just for drinks and appetizers and had a great experience. Even though the place was very busy, we were seated right on time with our reservation. We ordered the crispy yuca fries, burrata with roasted tomatoes, and lobster mac & cheese, everything was delicious. The caipirinhas, passion fruit and strawberry, were really good too. Big shout-out to Gabriela and Ami for the amazing service. Super friendly, attentive, and professional. They really made the experience better. We finished with the molten chocolate cake, perfectly warm, not overly sweet, and great with the vanilla ice cream. Great food, great service. Would definitely come back.

Fogo de Chao - New York, New York - is becoming one of my favorite Brazilian restaurants. I attended a Pediatric conference at the Hilton, and during the lunch break, I went to Fogo de Chao. My experience there really stuck with me; the Manhattan location is neck-and-neck with the Ipanema restaurant that closed. The atmosphere and service made the meal memorable, and sharing that personal moment makes me think it could bring similar joy to others. There is nothing like being served by a Brazilian waiter. Of course, he knew that I have Portuguese/Brazilian ethnicity. He did the typical Latino thing when your elders tried to get you to speak your native language. Of course, I mispronounced a few words, which he corrected. It was too cute...lol. I ordered the Market Table & Feijoada Bar and added one meat. Of course, I had a caipirinha, which was great!. The waiter brought me some mashed potatoes, plantains, and yucca fries. How did he know I like plantains and yucca fries?..lmao . I did not have enough time for dessert; I was only allowed 1.5 hr for lunch. So, I briskly walked back to the Hilton, and of course, someone else was sitting in my seat. However, my lunch was worth the trouble of being misplaced. I spent $60.00 for lunch. On the second day of the conference, where did I have lunch? Can you guess?

It was a suitable restaurant for me and my husband who like eating delicious food. The servers are very kind and this was the one which served the food so quickly compared to other near branches. But the prices are little bit higher than other branches, so it's better to keep in mind that. You can estimate the total price around $250 for a couple. The interiors are very gorgeous and fancy. However the cons is the spacings between the table is very narrow so there are no space to store the coat so keep in mind that. And they used to charge the soda per can but it seems they changed it to fountain including free refills so this is very good. It was a great that we had a good experience here.

I really love Brazilian steak, so I’ve tried restaurants in various cities—and among them, I think Fogo de Chão is the best. I’ve been to locations in San Francisco, LA, Las Vegas, Austin, Dallas, and most recently, Manhattan. No matter where I go, the taste is consistently excellent, which is why I love this place. Right now, they’re offering the “Best of Brazil” promotion for $54, so I highly recommend checking it out. In Manhattan, the regular menu is $80 and the premium is $100, but the food is so good that it doesn’t feel overpriced at all. Oh, and make sure to try the Guaraná—it’s a must!

We love Fogo de Chão! It’s our second time visiting, and once again everything was wonderful. The place is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the service is consistently great. All of our guests were pleased and happy throughout the meal. There are so many varieties of meat to choose from, all delicious and perfectly prepared. Highly recommend for any event — from a regular family lunch to a special birthday dinner. We can’t wait to come back!

This restaurant is highly recommended. We want to thank the wonderful staff for greeting us with such warmth especially our waiter who took such great care of us. Unfortunately, we forgot his name, but he was extremely polite, helpful. We were celebrating my father-in-law’s birthday with a group of six, and making a reservation was definitely the right move it’s highly recommended for larger groups. We did the full Churrasco experience, and the meat was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. They also have a salad bar, and everything there was made fresh and tasted amazing as well.We had the lava cake, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Feeling hungry after a nice stroll at the MoMA? Well, directly across the street from the museum is Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse. Just because it's a steakhouse in mid-town Manhattan doesn't mean you have to break the bank. Fogo has one thing on the menu that should fit the bill: Market Table & Feijoada Bar. OYCE for $20 if you come during their lunch hours which are 11:30-3pm during weekdays and 11:30-2pm on weekends. The salad bar was splendid. I must have sampled at least 90% of their offerings. Everything was so colorful, delish and healthful, making me relatively guilt-free while committing gluttony. There were so many recipes I rarely have the opportunity to experience, yet here they were - all at the same bar. I particularly enjoyed the roasted zucchini, pickled tomato, greens with roasted pears, and persimmons. For those who require animal protein, smoked salmon and chicken salad were available, as well as pork at the Feijoda bar. Speaking of which, I wasn't a fan of that section. The Feijoda was too salty while the lentil soup was too bland. The ambiance was elegant and staff were professional. There were a few issues for me personally: none of the staff replenishing the food spoke English, they had to correct my bill twice, and the person who answered my call was scripted and mechanical - I might as well talk to a bot.

Fogo de Chão was absolutely incredible! The staff were so friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish, and the whole atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Everyone around us seemed to be having a great time, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The Market Table alone is amazing, full of fresh, colorful, and delicious options that you could easily make a full meal from. But The Churrasco Experience takes it to another level. The variety of meats is unbelievable, and as soon as you flip your card to green, the staff are right there with new, perfectly cooked selections. Everything was so flavorful and tender. We also loved the drinks, and one of the unexpected highlights was this incredible grilled cheese and honey combination they bring around. It was truly unforgettable, along with several other sides and bites that kept coming, all adding up to an amazing dining experience. Considering the quality, variety, and service, The Churrasco Experience is an outstanding value. I can’t wait to come back and bring friends here when they visit. Perfect for a date night, a meal with friends, or even a larger group. Highly recommend!

This place is excellent! The meat is perfectly cooked and the staff is amazing! They are very fast and friendly—especially Pablo; he was great as our waiter. We rated the meat cuts and concluded that the pork belly was the best! It is super tasty; the ribeye and picanha were great too! It is very elegant, perfect for a date or dining with the family

10/18/2025 - First time visiting this Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in New York City with family and friends. Two level restaurant. The main entrance offers a decorative bar and lounge area with dim lighting in the evening. There is also outdoor seating to the left of the main entrance. Nice looking bar with mounted televisions for your entertainment. The lower level is the dining area that welcomes special occasions with stellar service, comfortable table seating for various dining sizes, and the inviting food bar towards the kitchen area. I ordered the Frango (Chicken)Experience and it was delicious. Throughout our dinner we were offered a few samples of breads, cheeses, and cocktails. Our servers were amazing. Thank you. Nearby parking garage for a fee. Free street parking is available but difficult to find. Enjoy!

This was truly and unique experience, the all you can meat lived up to all the hype we had heard. Their salad bar was amazing, they had so many options it was hard to figure out what you wanted on your plate. The cauliflower steak was delicious, it was far more than I anticipated and took longer than expected, but good nonetheless! Overall, this was an amazing experience if you are a meet lover. If you are vegetarian they do have options but it’s limited. I would recommend attending to experience the all you can eat process!

My General experience was positive and I loved the atmosphere and the service was impeccable! The place is very clean as well. The only thing that I must point out is that the food was great but all the dishes were cold like also my group was added to the waiting list when we were not told how long will that be, they made it look like they gonna have a table right away and so we stood there for quite long time and it actually came into one hour waiting and then I approached the hostess and ended up that they forgot about us and they actually never added us on the list. Overall I enjoyed being there with my family and I would recommend visiting this place at least once for the experience.

I have been to a couple of chains in the US and Mexico. This is a big location. Nice ambience. Great quality as usual standard of Fogo. However, I think it is busy and the service isn't as personal as other places and the cheese breads were ok. Quajo cheese was good with the honey.

This was my first time visiting a restaurant of this type, a buffet. It’s interesting because in Serbia, we don’t have anything like this, and I don’t think it’s common in Europe either. Basically, the buffet works on the principle that you pay an entrance fee per person, and then you can take food of your choice from the buffet. In addition, waiters come to the table with various types of meat and carve it on the spot based on your preference. Here, the food was excellent, the selection was vast, and the flavors were outstanding. Drinks are charged separately, and the reason I rated the service lower is because it was advertised online that beer and South American wine were on special (happy hour) that day. We ordered the wine to try it and later had a few beers with the food. However, when the bill arrived, it was much higher than we expected, with the explanation that not all beers and South American wines were part of the promotion. There wasn’t an issue; we paid for everything we consumed. I just think we should have been informed about what exactly was included in the promotion and what wasn’t. The staff should have assumed why we were ordering that specific wine. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

Just to start, i went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. The place had around 30% of seats being occupied. The place is beautiful, so the atmosphere is a 10/10. Service was good but you have to be proactive or you will wait for some time for service. People are extremely polite there and willingto do everythingto make you feel welcome. I love stakehouse and this is a well known branch. Unfortunately, I few in the last years, I'm getting less variety of cuts in each visit. The salad bar still a must! Drinks are also great and made with natural fruits. Because I'm going to a steakhouse mainly focusing on the food, I had to remove 1 star from the review but I would recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.

First time here and sat in the upper private level, where the meats come out faster and has a much less hectic atmosphere than the large seating area below where the salad bar is. The overall experience was amazing and each cut of meat tasted very delicious. One thing to add is to make sure you say how you like your meat cooked (rare to well done) so they can slice off the right piece for you. Staff were very nice and attentive and would love to come back soon!

We were there for Christmas day and we made a reservation, but we ended up waiting for an hour for the table. There were a crowd by the entrance we all have reservation and all waited for a long time for our table. I do get that they are offering us to dine at the restaurant on Christmas and we are very thankful , but this is not acceptable. However, food was great. Service was on point as well, but the crowd made the restaurant feel a little bit odd and not enjoyable.

We came here for happy hour and they have some really good prices and food options. The drinks were really good too. We had the sliders to start and they were good. We then ordered some of the entrees and the flavors were very impressive. Every bite had you wanting more. This would have been a 5-star meal but the food was served cold for a few of our dishes. The broccoli and garlic mashed was cold from one dish and the steak was colder than I would have expected. The flavor made up for it but still a little downfall. I love great service and the server we had was very nice, just not very attentive. Took us a while to be greeted and then to take our order but after that, the service improved. Overall, still a really good experience and for midtown, you can't beat it.

Came here for early dinner. Had the all you can eat meat option. The servers came fast and furious in the bringing but didn't come back afterwards even though I had the green side up. Had a good variety of cuts but my favorite was the flank steak. The salad bar had many options as well.

I had tried this restaurant before in Miami, and it is the second time to come here, both for my friends’ birthdays. Anyway, the food is good but not the way I expected it, this time was a little bit salty. And I am not sure if I didn’t notice last time or that’s the policy of this restaurant not to take out the food you already PAID for it. Anyway, it is up to you to go there or not, but I am not crazy about it considering the amount of money you pay for it.

Went for thanksgiving dinner. The place was packed. The waiting around was packed with people waiting. The service was very good considering how busy they were. Everyone was very patient and polite. We were seated on the second floor. I didn’t realize the salad bar was 2 floors down, not just one. The steep stairs could be tricky if you have mobility issues. That being said it was quieter upstairs. I could have been happy with just the salad bar, they had lots of choices and carved turkey and sweet potato casserole at the salad bar. By the time the meats came around i was stuffed! Some of the meats were good and some a bit chewy. The better cuts did not come around till we were all about done eating

Based on the amount paid, the meat quality was not great. Among the meats I tasted, only the picanha was good; the others were pretty standard. Meanwhile, the appetizers and salads in Brazil were twice as good. The cold cuts, fruits, and vegetables there were more plentiful and of higher quality. Overall, considering all aspects, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

Overall: Would recommend, might revisit. 7/10 1. The food is all right, the salad bar got a lot of fruits which is very nice, there’re wide variety of meats to choose from some of them are amazing but some of the meat is either extremely salty or dry or chewy. 2. Hospitality is on point all the waiters and waitresses respectful and provides good services. 3. Place is huge and cozy, cleaned and organized, very noisy but other than that it’s fine. -sawa

Came here with my two daughters expecting a nice steak dinner. Food quality was good and service was polite, but the experience felt a bit rigid. My daughters ended up just picking at the charcuterie and sides and didn’t eat any steak, yet we were still charged full steak prices for them. I understand the concept, but it would’ve been nice if there were some flexibility, especially when kids don’t end up eating the main offering. Probably wouldn’t bring them back, but fine for adults who really want the full steak experience.

First, getting there the hostess was not helpful. She took our name (with reservations) and said wait to be seated. She then cleared the whole waiting area and even took people that were after us and never updated us on our wait since we were a larger group. She was constantly on her phone preoccupied with her own messages. As we were called I checked with the hostess AND the girl downstairs who was seating us if we were still in lunch menu (230 pm reservation and seated at 245). They both said it was. Well the waitress said it’s closer to 300 pm so it’s now dinner where the price jumped from $54/59 (couldn’t get an accurate answer on how much lunch is) to $80 a person. How convenient. Food was ok. Some meats were undercooked and some over. This is one of my favorite Brazilian rodizios. I’ve been to their location in Missouri, NJ and this NYC location multiple times. This time was a let down unfortunately!

Walking into this place feels like stepping into a grand ball straight out of Bridgerton. The atmosphere is beautiful and immersive — it really sets the tone for a special night. The waitstaff was wonderful, especially Lucas. He was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond for us. The only thing that could be improved is how the meats are circulated throughout the dining room. After being there for over an hour, we were only offered about 4–5 different selections, and the same items kept coming to our side of the room. Meanwhile, we noticed guests on the other side receiving different options that never made it to us. It felt like we weren’t able to experience everything we were paying for. When we mentioned it to Lucas, he immediately understood the situation and fixed it within minutes — suddenly three new selections came out to our table. That level of responsiveness was impressive and truly appreciated. If we hadn’t spoken up, we likely would have left feeling disappointed, which is the only reason I’d consider trying another place instead of returning. Being able to taste even half of the full variety would have made a big difference. That said, Lucas made sure we didn’t leave hungry and even recommended the cheesecake — which ironically ended up being my favorite part of the meal. Service (Lucas): 5/5 Food variety/execution: 3/5 Cheesecake: 5/5 Overall, a beautiful space with excellent service — just hoping for better consistency in how the offerings are distributed.

Overall, not bad. BUT something We didn't understand is that host was keep letting other customer came in after us. Found out, we were party of 5. And she was waiting for table EXACTLY 5 seating which is ridiculous. There were PLENTY of tables everywhere and it was not busy time. We got there like 4pm. So you can imagine. Empty table everywhere. After complaining , they finally let us in seat in 6 seat table. I mean duh.... Other than that- meat serving and rotation was pretty fast. It was just same repat meat which was only 3 types. And honestly, they were pretty tough meats. Not the best taste. For the price.. (About $100-$120 after tax & tip per person) I guess you can't complain too much. But I would rather goto Korean BBQ. The atmosphere is great. Dark and nice. I enjoyed the side dishes. So overall- jist for the experience, not bad. If it's yiur Brazilian steakhouse experience, I would recommend.

I really like the space, and while service was a bit slow during lunch, it was friendly overall. The salad bar selection was great, and the sides were solid as always. Unfortunately, the meats were disappointing. The only cut I enjoyed was the bottom sirloin. The others lacked flavor and had a slight tang — the filet mignon tasted like liver. This has been my experience the last few times I’ve been here, and at this price point it doesn’t feel worth it. I think focusing on better meat quality and proper storage would go a long way, because everything else about the restaurant has a lot going for it.

I have come here many times over the years and always had a great experience. However I recently went with a group of friends for a birthday and left almost embarrassed that I had made this reservation. The host was absolutely wonderful - a rare bright spot. However the rest of the staff were disorganized and confused for the whole meal. We had one waiter take half a drink order and then walk off and we were left unsure if we had ordered or not. My friends red wine had specks of white in the glass and the waiter tried to tell us it was just bits of cork, eventually he took it back. No one came over to see if we needed our drinks replenished and we did not receive our polenta fries. When it came time for dessert I had requested a candle for my friends birthday, which they ignored. When we asked if they had whipped cream for our Irish coffees the waiter said no. And then eventually came back with a dollop of whipped cream on a plate approximately ten minutes later, by which time the coffees had been drank or were gone cold anyway. All in all the food here is quite nice. But for the price you pay the service was seriously lacking. It seemed like we had 6 different people tending to our table but nobody actually doing anything.

Definitely won’t come back again after I decided to celebrate my boyfriend and I birthday with a nice meal at fogo but the restaurant had issues with the heat generator not working on a a January 31st freezing day in NYC.I ordered the Chilean sea bass served with hard and cold asparagus and my boyfriend ordered the full churrasco both with access to the market table that didn’t have many options and I end up eating Caesar salad and lentil soup with a small piece of fish. I didn’t find the food tasty but a lot of bit more on the bland side . The chocolate indulge cake was ok and the cappuccino was terrible. The place was extremely cold because the restaurant had problems with the heat so my boyfriend was complaining of the food getting cold really quick. Total check $192.00 + 18% tip because the waiter was absent from the table most of the time.

This place has definitely taken a nosedive in recent years. My family has been regulars at this location and has noticed a significant decline in quality and management. First of all, the restaurant overbooks reservations to an insane degree. Waiting 45 minutes to get seated WITH a reservation is not acceptable under any circumstances. The food quality isn't what it used to be. Dry, under seasoned and lack of variety are the main critiques I have. I also noticed the same employees doing circuits of the same tables, which meant we never had the opportunity to experience other items. We had to ask our waiter numerous time for specific cuts. Despite these criticisms, there were a few stand out employees that made the night enjoyable with their attentiveness. I would assume it would be extremely challenging being wait staff at this location considering management's shortfalls and overbooking tendencies. However, moving forward I will be reconsidering recommending this place to friends looking for dinner in the city.

I recently visited with a party of four, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming and not worth the $400 price tag (before tip). Despite having a reservation, we waited 15 minutes to be seated. The Atmosphere: The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. While the main three-story dining area is elegant and beautifully decorated, it sat completely empty. We were instead led through the vacant section and "jammed" into a small, crowded room in the rear—likely the only space being heated. The Food & Salad Bar: The Salad Bar: Located in the middle of the freezing, empty dining room, the selection was underwhelming and unappetizing. I ended up with a plate of plain white rice. The Churrasco: The meat was hit-or-miss—either well-seasoned or completely bland. The servers provided paper-thin "potato peeler" slices that went cold almost instantly. I stopped eating after the third shred. The Highlights: Service: The staff was excellent—professional and attentive throughout the night. Drinks: The Passionate Caipirinhas were delicious and easily the best part of the meal. Final Verdict: It was embarrassing to bring my guests here. Between the freezing temperatures, the odd seating arrangement, and the inconsistent food quality, I cannot recommend this place - certainly not for this price point.

I recently visited Fogo de Chao on February 1st before a broadway show for my husbands birthday. It was incredibly cold that day, and after walking to the restaurant my husband and I could not wait to get inside and eat in the warmth. Unfortunately it was in the complete opposite. The restaurant had no heat, and was uncomfortably cold. Alot of the tables were eating in jackets and hats. They had space heaters but they were not doing the trick for such a big restaurant. The meat they served was delicious but unfortunately the food got cold quick. The salad bar that came with the meal was not fully stocked, alot of the items were missing. The waiters were very nice and helpful. You would think since it was so cold, and clearly it is supposed to be a nice restaurant with very high prices they would maybe give you a discount or maybe something for free as courtesy since theyre doing an injustice to their clients but nope. Absolutely nothing... a $200 bill that was absolutely not worth it.

If you wish to overspend on food this is the place, the steaks are charred perfectly, the texture the color very well aged and maintained. But the lack of taste, of seasoning. Its bland, its very basic, some would say mid. In the first picture there is a side dish you get as a starter... That piece is tastier than all the other food we tried...

I would like to share the unfortunate experience I had with the host staff at this restaurant, as the treatment we received and the handling of our reservation were very disappointing. According to your records, we arrived at 9:30 p.m. for a reservation scheduled at 10:00 p.m. However, we were not seated until 10:25 p.m., and only after I approached the front desk for the third time to ask what was happening. The waiting time exceeded 40 minutes, which is excessive considering we had a reservation. At first, we were approached and offered to switch to a “New Year’s table” as an upgrade due to the date (December 31st). We declined the offer. After that, several parties were seated ahead of us. I initially assumed they had arrived earlier, but as time passed, the situation became increasingly unclear and frustrating. When I went back to the front desk to ask for an explanation—especially questioning the purpose of having a reservation if such delays occur—the front desk representative, Aleex, responded in a rude and dismissive manner, saying, I heard what happened, I’ll see what I can do, without offering any real solution. As no assistance came and it was already close to 11:00 p.m., I asked the bartender who else could help us. Unfortunately, the only person available was the same individual, Aleex, whose attitude was equally or even more unpleasant, again stating she would “see what she could do.” When we were finally seated, several staff members—including those behind her—were laughing, which was extremely uncomfortable. My brother, who is a minor, noticed this and felt very distressed by the situation. After being seated, we informed the manager, Mr. Mohamed, about what had happened. I would like to sincerely thank him for his kindness, professionalism, and understanding. He listened carefully, apologized for the situation, and took the necessary steps to resolve it with thoughtful gestures that truly changed the experience. Thanks to his intervention, he managed to fix the bad taste left by the initial service. The food was excellent, and for that reason, I want to highlight that without Mr. Mohamed’s outstanding customer service, my rating for the overall service would have been 0. The front desk and host staff, being the first point of contact and the face of the restaurant, provided very poor service that does not reflect the standard I have experienced at this establishment before, either in this country or abroad. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service, especially on important occasions such as New Year’s Eve.

Dinner great! excellent food and a wonderful waiter. We were enjoying a nice family night. At the end, a ‘manager’ abruptly dropped and picked up the check and rushed us to move for a large party, with no prior notice. I understand the accommodating request… but his attitude and last-minute pressure felt so disrespectful and sooo dismissive. After spending nearly $600 for a special occasion, it was so disappointing way to end what supposed to be a nice evening.

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in New York. I’ve been to multiple Fogo de Chao locations in LA and Seattle and always enjoyed them, so I brought my family here during our trip expecting the same level of quality. It was a huge mistake. The meat quality was shockingly bad. From the moment we sat down, we were repeatedly served dry, tough, and clearly low-grade cuts. It genuinely felt like they were only bringing out the worst pieces, while anything decent barely showed up. We kept waiting, thinking better cuts would come, but they never did. The salad bar was just as disappointing. The smoked salmon looked old and shriveled, portions were tiny, and everything felt stale and poorly maintained. Nothing looked fresh or appetizing. On top of that, the service was terrible. The staff seemed rushed, inattentive, and completely indifferent. No one checked on us, and it felt like we were just another table to push through as fast as possible. The whole place was chaotic and poorly managed. Considering the price, this was absolutely unacceptable. We were so disappointed that we ended up leaving early because we couldn’t even enjoy the food. This location does not come close to representing what Fogo de Chao is supposed to be. I would strongly advise avoiding the New York location.

The place is disgusting with trash and food all over the floor. We were sat and the table wasn't ready for us with no water glasses and silverware missing. The server came by with no personality and took our drink order, and then someone else came by and took our order. Not too friendly. Not to mention I overheard the manager talking about dropping the check to "get rid of" customers later. Very disappointing that this is how they feel about their customers. Even though it was someone else, it made me feel unwelcome. Food was ok, but the servers were inconsistent with the meat. Later when I went to the bathroom, it was an absolute pig stuy and the sink didn't work. Overall just a very chaotic atmosphere and I will not be returning, for this price people deserve better.

I did not like this eatery. DISCLAIMER: I have been to other Brazilian steak houses. I like the idea of people coming around to serve my meat fresh, but I did not like the cold bar. There were not many options to choose from and everything looked picked over as if they haven’t been around to change or put out fresh dishes. It was sooo crowded and they bunched everyone together so that the waiters and waitresses did not have to walk the floor( btw the place was huge). The staff was pleasant . I was not impressed and I am a foodie so this was not my favorite.

Food was good, as you would expect from a chain Brazilian steak house concept (definitely more plentiful than overly "gourmet", but still hit the mark) Reason for the 1 star review was the scheme they pulled on us. When we arrived at the table (group of 7), a waiter with a push cart of prebatched cocktail in a jug came over and suggested we all have a shot as we are "celebrating" tonight. Without us even responding, he gave us all a serving - and while not very enjoyable at all (tasted like warm rum and lime juice), group was still appreciative for what we thought was a free drink and hospitality. When we get our cheque at the end of the meal, we were shocked to see a $15 per person charge for the drink. We asked our waitress about this - who was extremely apologetic (sounded like she heard this problem before or at least prior this night) - but when a manager came over after he rudely shouted at us "why would you guys expect free drinks at a restaurant" and said at best he can take 3 of the drinks of the tab (?!) At this point we were all drained and wanted to leave the restaurant, so paid without disputing further - but cant help but feel we were taken advantage of, and certainly would never return to this or any Fogo location now.

Salad bar is decent. Steaks choices are low end, serving nothing but sirloin or fat bottom sirloin. Asked for better cuts and were ignored multiple times. I've to tell the waiter why we weren't served better meat like lamb lollipop. Only then after 3 complains, did we manage to get something other than sirloins. Very bad experience. Paid for 4 indulge meals at 100 each, got nothing but pain. Never again

We had a very disappointing experience at Fogo de Chão. At 3:00 PM, we called the restaurant to ask about the Market Table options and were informed that smoked salmon and chicken were available. However, when we arrived for dinner(4:30pm), neither option was offered. We were told that the smoked salmon was not available that day, and the chicken mentioned on the phone was actually chicken salad, which had been communicated incorrectly. The quality of the food was poor. Several vegetables at the Market Table appeared old, burnt, or unappetizing. The zucchini was bitter, and the few vegetables that looked acceptable were completely unseasoned and lacked any flavor. Additionally, the feijoada that my aunt had eaten did not contain any meat. Service was also an issue. The server was pleasant at the beginning, but once we mentioned that we did not want the full churrasco and only wanted the Market Table option ($40 per person), his attitude changed noticeably. He did not return to our table, even to offer soda refills. It took over 15 minutes to receive a single refill for one person. We also had to wait a long time for the check, even after requesting it twice. Our total bill was $200 for four people, and everyone at the table left disappointed. The only item that met expectations was the cheese bread, which was truly good. Overall, this experience did not reflect the quality or service we expected from Fogo de Chão. Never will come back here again
