You don't go to Kennedy's for the atmosphere. You go for the consistently great fried foods and the fair prices. I've never been disappointed with the food at Kennedy's, and I prefer them to Kentucky's and Popeyes any day

This is the spot I order from hands down. Their chicken made fresh, their onion rings are great! Their jumbo shrimp delicious, and their Philly cheese steak is enjoyable ( the bread be so soft).. I think their prices are fair and they deliver.

The is the best!! In the hood... The chicken is great with BBQ sauce. Anytime my friends come and stay at my house... They always want to get dinner here. It's stays open till 3:00 in the morning sometime 4:00. Great prices.

I like the friendly staff at this location and I've been eating from here for years. New management, so a few things on the menu has changed besides higher prices. Had to check the new owners son in the beginning, because he was speaking to customers as if he lost his mind and as if he couldn't catch these hands.The food has less seasoning and it's either hit or miss on certain days. The fish also was changed from what was previously sold here, so it has a castor oil after taste which is not so appealing. Cutting back is one thing but ordering cheaper items that doesn't taste good, raising the prices, and selling it to customers will eventually make you lose those customers.

Not sure how people are giving such high reviews for this place. When I walked in I wasn't even acknowledged, stood around for about 4 minutes before one of the guys asked me if I had been helped. I had purchased through an app Too Good Too Go. It does not state what you will get for the $4.99 purchase but you are basically saving food that could have been thrown out. So I ended up with 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. After I left I was eating and driving and discovered the chicken had clearly been under the heat lamp for a long while. The crust was hard. And the chickennot soft was tasteless. The biscuit was dry and hard. The mashed potatoes were (OMG) nasty and you only get 4 oz of potatoes with a smear of gravy on top. It was not worth the stop. Will not go back ever. Por service, very poor quality food.

The guy working here is over charging how is 4 wings and a gyro $18 plus the tip for the delivery guy $20! Definitely a waste of money last time I order from here there’s 3 other chicken spots in the area and not a single 1 of them charges these prices they all charge similar prices for the most part i just don’t order from them because the guys that answer the phone always have a bad attitude yup definitely the last time would’ve recommend ordering from here‼️

This is the second time they messed up my order. The first time I order 3 Pieces of chicken with fries I got only two. The second time the send me burnt chicken. This is the worst place to order from.

The worst place ever... they took my order I gave them my address and then 45 mins later called me and said they don’t deliver down the street and hung up on me. When I tried to get an explanation they hung up on me again. Not a place where I would attempt of wanting to spend my money at again.

If you don’t tell this establishment to make your order fresh it will not be made fresh. Paying $40 + on a big order for lunch break for my co workers and I, and being delivered old chicken and old fries that’s only a 7- 10 min drive away. This happens every day at 12:00 - 1:00pm, they will tell you that it is fresh but will just dip the chicken back in oil to serve, terrible service.

I've been eating at this place for years. But the guys who cook here now are rude. I went there this morning and asked is the bacon soft. I was responded by the cook with him telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. I told him the bacon is to hard. He made a comment to his coworker and they both laugh. Really had service would never eat here or recommend

Worst customer service ever. I ordered on Grubhub and they cancelled my order. The excuse was that the delivery limit is one mile. I don’t love a mile away and have ordered from this restaurant before. The guy stated “I just work here and the same notification you got from Grubhub we got.” The man hung up the phone on me. I called Grubhub and they told me the restaurant cancelled because I was outside of the delivery range. I explained to her that I was not and the restaurant said that Grubhub’s delivery range is one mile. She kept repeating that this was the information she had and that she can call the restaurant. My refund was processed which will take 5-10 business days and I still have no food. The worst experience ever and the worst customer service on both ends. 0 stars hands down. Too bad that wasn’t an option.

So I really used to love this place. The last three or four times I've went the food has been horrible. I don't know if they changed management or what happened. The chicken had a burnt taste to it but they haven't changed the grease. Next time I got a burger and it was disgusting.

This is worst place to eat !!!! Don’t order your food here! Not only they delever the order late but they also mess up the order. Once I order a 2liter Pepsi but they brought a 2liter Fanta and when I ask the delivery guy that it’s the wrong order he shoved the Fanta inside my door and said very rudely that he will get coke next time. Plus, after I ate their food I had sever food poisoning and Diarrhea. I was really upset and will never order any food from here again!

I've ordered from this place a few times over the years and on a few occasions they have said no to delivery because its too far. The thing is it's only far when it's cold out. I literally live 6 blocks away. The food can either be good or okay depending on day. And when its not I'm not one to complain. I didnt even say anything when you forgot to put in my order. But you either deliver or you don't. It's just bad business when you decide to pick and choose when your going to serve your customers. NOT COOL MAN!!!
