Great kosher bagel spot in Brooklyn, they also have other options such as salads, pizzas and desserts. Highly recommended. Parking can be a challenge though.

ON 09/03/18, I WALKED IN AT 6:40 A.M. (OPENING TIME IS 6:00 A.M.) THERE WERE 3 EMPLOYEES IN THE BACK, PLUS THE OWNER. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. NO EMPLOYEES BEHIND THE SERVICE COUNTER. AFTER ABOUT 3 MINUTES, I ASKED IF ANYONE IS WORKING THE COUNTER. I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED. I INTENDED TO SPEND $20 ON WRAPS AND A DRINK. I WALKED OUT WITH NOTHING, AND WENT TO DUNKIN' DONUTS. ON 09/14/18, AT 9:20 A.M., VISITED AGAIN. LINE WAS TOO LONG; NOT ENOUGH PERSONNEL WORKING, OR WORKING TOO SLOWLY. I'M DONE COMING HERE, FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE OF MONTHS. ON 11/12/18, I VISITED AGAIN, AT 9:30 A.M. SERVICE THIS TIME WAS MUCH BETTER. CAN THEY MAINTAIN IT??? FOOD IS STILL EXCELLENT.

I’ve been going to this bagel store for about two years now. They have the best whole wheat bagels I ever tasted. The only thing is their cream cheese tastes a little bit plain. You eat the cream cheese and there’s no flavor to it. But they have such a vast array of food to choose from. Salads, pizza, muffins, etc. I only thrived their bagels and their muffins (10/10) and they taste so good.

Good breakfast spot with omelettes, pancakes, waffles, sandwiches, and various drinks. Also has lunch options like pizza, salads, etc. Plenty of seating and food options make this a very convenient stop for breakfast.

This place seriously has some of the best bagels I’ve ever had. They’re perfectly crispy on the outside soft and chewy inside and always super fresh. You can tell they really care about what they’re making. And the paninis, So good. Packed with flavor, generously filled, and pressed just right. It’s the kind of spot you go to once and immediately want to come back. If you love great bagels and killer paninis, you have to check this place out!

Always a great stop for breakfast, lunch, or a quick bite. Their breakfast sandwiches are excellent, and they also have delicious pizza and sushi, which makes the menu really versatile. The coffee, shakes, and drink options are plentiful, and the pastries are fresh and tasty. It is one of those spots that feels comfortable and familiar, with friendly service and a relaxed vibe. They even have a parking lot, kind of, which is a big bonus in this part of town.

Excellent bagels. Excellent waffles. Excellent bakery. I love getting takeout here and dining in. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but generally they are pretty fast with getting an order together. Prices are great also. Definitely worth getting a breakfast, brunch or lunch from O bagel. I've gone there many times.

Not just a bagel place. Serves pizza, sandwiches, knishes (highly recommended the spinach cheese - lots of nooks and crannies inside), pancakes, eggs, fresh squeezed juice, and more. Pancakes came the size of the plate. Salad bar was great (we tried pesto dressing). Mixed coffee drinks were made from powdered mixes. Enjoyed my "frappachino" but tasted the almond/coconut aftertaste. They also have rainbow bagels! Tastes exactly like a regular bagel, so eat with your eyes.

Best place for breakfast! Their breakfast special is incredibly well priced and their food is absolutely delicious. I've been to Oh Bagel many times with my sister and I've never had any issues with the staff nor food. Only issue i've had is with parking, as it is located in a very congested area but that doesn't nor shouldn't take anything away from its rating. Would HIGHLY recommend!

It's a nice place, BUT quite incompetent. When the person I was with ordered a omelet with cheese, the cheese was indescribable, not sure if it was there. And I who ordered an egg on a bagel (in a separate order) got cheese in my bagel, which I didn't want.

This is a great local bagel shop, with an extensive breakfast menu. It's convenient because it's near a local laundromat, which is good when you get hungry while washing your clothes.

I am giving you a 2 star rating because of the food. The service was very quick and good and there's no complaint about that but when you order a bagel and the egg looks like and taste like it came out of a swimming pool of oil which makes it tasteless.

I work on the same block and there's not many places around here to buy breakfast. The service is nice, but it's ridiculous that every time I turn around and not tell them to put cream cheese like normal places do, they just spread it like butter. I've never seen another bagel store that would do this. SO, I have to stand over them and watch every step and make sure I actually have cream cheese on my "bagel with cream cheese". I ordered chocolate croissant one day and guess what, somewhere in the middle of half raw dough I found a spit of chocolate. When they asked me the next day if I want another chocolate croissant I said there's no chocolate in your "chocolate croissant", they just laughed at it. At some point they had a different baker and a nice girl at the register, those two made good food and the proper way. But I guess they didn't like it as they were providing clients with more product than then they anticipated. It's been 3 years since I come to this place every morning. Paying $10 for bagel and latte. I think they shouldn't bee so cheap for the price they charge!

I accidentally order using the wrong address, I called in within 2 mins of the order and they refuse to cancel my order. The last time I did order with the right address, they cancel my order without contacting first but the one time I order with the wrong address. They refuse to cancel my order. The nerve of these people, they cancel when they want to cancel instead of when they need to cancel.

I got here at 1015 and placed my order. I only got half of it and asked when the waffles I ordered would be ready I was told another 4 minutes and that I can sit and I'll be called. So I'm sitting and waiting with my son. I get up to check on my waffles and I see that a guy that had ordered way after me received my waffles! I was furious and told them that it was unacceptable. They barely apologized and said that the guy had grabbed it and that I would be next. I wait a little longer and get up again to tell them how I'm very upset bec my son hasn't eaten yet and that I would have liked to come back so they offered me something free on the house. I got a bagel with cream cheese. Ok and I kept waiting until they finally gave me the waffles after serving all the other ppl that were waiting and it was 1045. I'm so upset. I will never ever come back here. It's unfortunate bec it was a convinient place to come for breakfast with my son on Sunday mornings. I'll have to go to My Favorite bagel which is by the way a much better run place! They just don't have as big of a selection but I've always gotten good customer service!

Terrible, the wait time was so long and it got cold as soon as I got to my car. While waiting the workers behind the counter.kept tripping on each other and laughing wile I waited for like 15 minutes.

If you’re not a religious Jew with a yarmulka, stay away from this place. The way they treat you is disgusting. Guy at the counter accused me of stealing after I already paid for my order… After talking down to me, he noticed he made a mistake with billing and actually charged me the correct amount. Didn’t apologize, didn’t make amends, instead tried to show me how he charges other costumers as if it has anything to do with me. All this, after waiting in line for 10 minutes while the same cashier was chatting it up with the religious couple ahead of me. This is coming from an Israeli secular Jew. Been coming here at least once a week for 3 months. Never. Again. It’s disgusting and unacceptable.

workers with dirty aprons. everyone is working on orders and we have to explain to everyone again what we ordered. The workers who make sushi can also participate in your order. And they have fresh fish. Bacteria. In any case, the place is very dirty and smelly. Insufficient amount of ingredients, the feeling that you are eating just begal, running around with nothing. And my friend and I got food poisoning after that. We will never go there again. Horrible.

I used to love coming here because the staff was friendly and efficient, but lately things have really gone downhill. It’s the same workers, but they seem completely burnt out. The guy taking my order asked me the same thing about 10 times and wasn’t even listening to my answers. It wasn’t busy at all, but the employees were running around like they were in a race, bumping into each other and rushing through orders without paying attention. The service has gotten so bad it completely ruins the experience — I don’t even want to go here anymore because it makes me lose my appetite before I even get my food. It’s frustrating to see how much things have changed.

The last few times I've gone the bread (sesame stick) has been dry and they got my order wrong. Not sure why they would sell stale bread as a bagel shop... I used to love going here but the quality is lacking and they are over priced.

the reason I gave it the establishment 1 star is not because the food or service is no good. on the contrary, the food is excellent and the service is also good. but I wanted to get the owners/ managers of the establishment aware - you guys don't put enough cream cheese on the bagels. it's not BUTTER is cream Cheese. when I asked the worker to put more cream ( the normal amount ) he complied.

First time I'm leaving a review I always support small businesses but guys beware the owner is rude and told me to leave because I was charging my phone for less than an hour even though I finished my coffee just recently queitly and was working on my phone. He said it's not Starbucks and you should leave and I was watching you (scary!) didn't buy enough ($4,50). Dont bother please, it's a nasty feeling being kicked out for no solid reason and I told him that he needs to reevaluate his customer service. What a pity, even though the place isn't so bad after all and when I was there there were vacant tables as well.
