My wife and I brought our grandson in for a slice, which he enjoyed. But the 5 Stars comes from the takeout: eggplant rollatini and baked ziti, made fresh, and reheated that night for dinner. Shockingly delicious. I mean perfect. Plus the pizza place is pretty roomy and very clean, with friendly people working. Bathrooms available. ♿️

The restaurant/pizzeria is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Italian cuisine. They have several tables for dining in but no servers. I ordered the personal plain cheese pizza which consisted of four small slices. The rice ball appetizer was filled with a generous portion of chopped meat in the center. The filet of sole oreganata included two pieces of fish and choice of pasta or vegetable. The meatball parmigiana platter offered customers a nice choice of various pastas such as baked ziti, stuffed shells, manicotti or ravioli. Food was fresh and well-priced. Friendly and helpful staff.

Sergio..the person who takes orders over the phone cannot handle a busy day as he is unable to answer a question when you are deciding to place an order. They should remember if they want to keep good repetitive customers, they should be more mindful of answering a customers questions so that they can be satisfied with their orders.

I usually go here for my chicken Caesar wrap . Today I was disappointed. I sent my boyfriend and he came back with this. The chicken was dry .. the wrap didn’t have no Parmesan like before and they never sent Caesar dressing. Whoever did my order sent this nasty dressing

Just make sure when you get deliveries. It's your food, they swap food. Your food spends more time in travel from one location to another . Then owner takes no responsibility.Tells me the food wouldn't be cold.Meanwhile , it was sent almost twenty blocks away.. They used to be good.I guess the owner is getting old So be careful

NUMEROUS TIMES I’ve called in orders and NUMEROUS TIMES they don’t listen. I called today and ordered 3 chicken parm platters sub vodka sauce for the marinara. Seemingly easy, right? Chicken cutlet. Cheese. Vodka sauce. “Yeah we do that” the guy says. I open the box: 3 plates of chopped up chicken with vodka sauce. No cheese. I called back and asked “do you make chicken parm with the chicken chopped up” He says no. SO WHY IS THIS CHOPPED UP?? He gets nasty with me and asks me what I want him to do. I spent nearly $100!! I WANT YOU TO FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! he asks me “what do you want me to waste it“ Well, sir, it is unapologetically not my issue if you don’t fulfill a customer’s order correctly. You guys really need to get together over there. As much as it’s too expensive for you to waste product and have to remake something, it’s way too expensive for me to spend money on a product that comes to me incorrectly. Listen to your customers. and do better customer service. At a time in our economy where mom and pop businesses are suffering, it’s not a time to treat your local regulars like they’re a nuisance when your establishment makes a mistake. I wasn’t asking for anything free. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. Simply asking for what I paid for. I don’t think that’s a challenging concept.

This is possibly the worst food I've ever received from this restaurant or almost any restaurant in NY. Incorrect order/overcooked shrimp/impossibly spongy meatballs/overcooked pasta. Everything tastes frozen and defrosted and reheated again. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This pizzeria used to be the best in the neighborhood, but ever since the owner or the management changed, they been slacking on the quality of the food. I ordered my food, and within 10 minutes it was delivered. There is no way that it was fresh and I was right because the chicken roll. They gave me was completely dry and hard probably from the display shelf. The pizza that I order looks nothing like on picture they advertised. It had barely any onions and very few pieces of chicken was very chewy like a gum , and was dripping with oil….My recent order was missing a beverage and when I called in, they had to ask me twice if I’m sure that it’s missing. i’m definitely not ordering from them again and I will post the pictures of my recent order. Update! Had to throughout the pizza it was just too disgusting to eat.

I placed an order on slice and there was an issue with the part of my order. The prosciutto calzone was spoiled as the meat smelled funny and tasted sour. I was denied a partial refund of the item because according to the store “the order was made correctly”. Slice did nothing to help me with the refund as the store has to authorize the refund, and the store wouldn’t answer my calls because they have caller ID. Shady pizzeria selling spoiled food and shady slice app siding with the company. Skip this place for sure and order from PIZZA DADDY which is only a few blocks away and puts this place to shame. Also skip the slice app as there’s no customer service, had this been Uber eats or seamless I would have gotten my money back on the item within seconds. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Pizza sucks too.

I ordered online. Both garlic bread and spaghetti was terrible. It was regular bread and had unpleasant odor. Spaghetti was even worse. Although I was very very hungry, I could not eat even bite. I didn’t not see anything Italian in that spaghetti. It was a shame that’s it!
