This location provides some of the BEST customer service, I mean REAL customer service out of ALL the eateries in Brookshire. NEVER a long wait time, food is always hot, dining area & parking lot are always clean, everyone is always wearing gloves when handling the food, (important for a germaphobic), and I always get a smile and a thank you for coming. Taco Bell customer service...the last of a dying breed.

There’s a lady that works in the drive thru that is very nice, she always asks how you’re doing when you order! Pro tip, download the Taco Bell app, and you can create a customer $5 box. I get mine with a chalupa, fiesta potatoes, and a beefy 5 layer burrito. You can also upgrade the drink to a large for 10 cents more!

BEST TACO BELL I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Been craving their Beef Gordita Supremes for so long, was told they were no longer selling gorditas (this is a bad decision by the way, don't do this) but the drive through worker SAID SHE'D MAKE IT ANYWAYS FOR ME AND SHE DID. I must let you know about my experience Wednesday 10/25/18 at this location. After a very tough day, I stopped in for a late dinner. The staff was so nice, I left with a smile on my face. The staff that was present this evening deserves a pat on there back for a job well done. The food was good.

Eaten here several times. Dining area and restroom always clean. Staff is friendly. Christina is super nice, made some good menu recommendations. Did not know nuggets are now an option? Food is served quick. No issues with any orders I have placed. Happy customer for almost 10 years. I read some of the other reviews and cannot believe anyone has had a bad experience here. The lunch time staff are amazing and have never had a bad experience in 10 years. If I was their boss I would give them all raises. You can tell the woman that work there actually care about their job and it clearly shows with the quality food and great customer service I have received over the years. No other Taco Bell has come close in my opinion to their awesome service and great food.

The only consistent fast food option in Brookshire. All other franchises in the area seem to have very high turnaround and major issues with getting your order with any type of consistency. The Taco Bell on the other hand is great and employees are always quick and courteous.

We go there all the time but this last time I figured out that when you order food, you have to be very specific. I ordered 3 soft tacos with only meat and cheese, made correctly. Ordered 3 hard tacos with only lettuce figuring they would out the meat and cheese and lettuce. Nope, got some veggie tacos, only lettuce. I guess I need to be more specific next time.

No, I didn't rate it today. I was with a friend who used it this evening. She bought food for herself, & children. I did get a water. We went through the drive through. They got the order correct for six or more of us. It was done in a timely matter. I have eaten there before & have always found them to be patient & friendly.

This location should just have robots to serve you. Do not go inside. Use the drive up only. Food is very poor and I made the mistake of going inside to order. And I had to use the machine to order. I'm sure it's because of available help. What is the country coming to? They increase the hourly pay and lower the quality of the food and then you get a taco for the price of a steak. No more

I tried to order a Toasted Cheddar Chalupa clearly on the menu board inside. I was told "That item has been discontinued, we just haven't had time to change it." I went online later & there was the item for purchase thru their app of grubhub. A employee rolled up a door mat about 3ft from my table flinging dirt & dust into the air. My soft taco had a whitish/clear liquid dripping from it..not sure what from...didn't eat it.. Other than that...it was ok.. Pictures included is the menu board on my visit.

Dinning area was dirty. My son dropped his food and when I went to clean up the mess I got so much dirt of the floor that it changed colors

They are slow and need more people here. I don't know why they have this location. It's clean in the lobby but they don't put tomatoes in your hard tacos unless you ask them so no they don't look anything like the picture. I just eat here because it's close to where I work

I ordered through the app and had to go through the drive thru 3 times for 2 orders of cinnamon twist, they made my steak quesadilla as chicken, they gave me someone else order and didn't give me fire sause. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

I always order a power menu bowl with extra guacamole and today they added sauce instead of guacamole this isn’t the first time it happens also the lettuce was not good at all the chucks were way too big and I am aware they are too big because I’ve ordered this many times before and they also took so long to get my order ready drive thru is the only way to get your food in time in very displeased

Ordered tacos in drive thru bc I had limited lunch time. Was asked what sauce I would like. Get back to work and no hot sauce, no napkins. Thumbs down. Fast service is great but fast accurate service is better.

Food was okay - just like any regular Taco Bell. What is something very unusual about this Taco Bell is that they have number locks on the man and woman restrooms. Yes number look and the restrooms are locked. So one has to get attention of the servers(which are very less and not paying attention to the customers) to first get in to the restroom and then once you are in the restroom - they get locked from outside. So now you need their attention to get unlocked to get outside. Very dangerous if you are travelling alone.

Came on a Friday at 10:50 at night no one answered the drive thru and I clearly seen the open sign on. Spent 15 minutes trying to get someone to answer the speaker went up up to the window and no one was there. Horrible service this is the second time they done this to me. This Taco Bell is terrible. It’s on the way home for me so I stop at least once a month. In the last year it has gone down hill. There is hardly any meat and the shells are always soggy.

Horrible lame attitudes. I was given a almost empty fries and they had me wait 15 mins for some fresh ones and still gave me a almost empty fries mad becuase i even brought it to thier attention.

Bad customer service, this is not the first time they get my order wrong. Simply because they want to move the line.... they talk super fast and dont listen in completion. Did you guys know that if someone asks for no sauce on their burrito, and says it multiple times, that it means they dont want sauce on their burrito? I know...wild concept. 4th time in a row I've tried to order something and I pull away and the order is incorrect.

Closest taco bell to my work and they constantly forget my guacamole and nacho sauce when I ask for it. I go there just about every Friday or Monday and they don't care if they leave the guacamole out of the bag... seriously. I paid a $1 for a tiny container of guac and macho sauce... probably each and they dont deliver. I'm in a rush and have to get bakc form work. I only eat fast food sometimes... and here's the reason. I go through a drive thru and wait when I could've just brought my lunch. I just think it's inconsiderate and sloppy business to leave stuff out of the bag. I ask em if the guac is in the bag and the macho sauce and they say yes to both but I still drive off with nothing. It's not my job to check the bag. It's the cashiers job...

Can't get your own sauce packets...no napkins or silverware available in the lobby. If I had known that this establishment treats their paying customers like they aren't worth theses general condiments that are provided by ANY OTHER Taco Bell. I would have taken my Business and Money elsewhere... I will be sure to contact Corporate as well.

The food was cold. The floor towards the bathroom was slippery. It felt like someone mopped the floors with grease. A customer had to tell staff to put a wet floor sign up because she and I both about slipped and fell. There was food laying on tables from where customers had already eaten at the tables. This place really needs management to clean it up.

Its 10:30am and the lobby is closed, I been driving 4hrs over the road and I can't even dine in, do better taco bell.

Grilled cheese burritos weren't even made how they're made with cheese grilled on the outside. Customized it, and none of the requests were made either, got charged extra for that. Quesadilla was less than the original size, and not even a good amount of chicken was in it... If I'm paying for my food, I expect it to be made how it's suppose to be made.

There was still 5 mins left to 10pm and we could see people ordering when we parked but they wouldn't let us in and made u stand there till it was past 10 and the say that it's past 10. We were just 2 and there about 10people inside ready to accept their order. I understand that people want to leave at the end of the day but that's no reason to be rude.

Got to the drive thru at 10:45pm wanted the steak box, but unfortunately they didn’t have steak so we substituted it for chicken. That’s fine... also ordered two beef quescoritos. When I drove back home which takes me 20 mins there and 20 mins back I realized there wasn’t any beef just rice, sour cream, and cheese. Super upset... she told me to come back whenever I called but that’s doing entirely too much. If there is no meat next time let us know I could easily go somewhere else. I spent $20 at Taco Bell 🙄

Went to order lunch here. This was the worst customer service I have EVER HAD!! Then they leave their microphone on and talk about Me! My food was cold and they must have used broken halves of taco shells. Most of our tacos were broken at the bottom. After paying almost $21.00 this was the worst ever. I didn't choose for you to work here, it would be nice if you treated your customers like we mattered. It costs ZERO to be kind. Taco Bell in Brookshire, Texas. Save your money. The staff here need some sort of damn training. They don’t know the difference between a regular and supreme taco. This is the second time I ordered a supreme and got a regular taco... basically stealing. This location is off the freeway and they ask if you want to come back to get the right order 20 miles away... just do your job correctly and no one needs to come back for their corrected order.

Wow! This place is extraordinary folks, let's get a few things said, Okay so I go inside the dang place and they don't want me ordering from the counter. They tell me "order from the kiosk". I can only use cash as my cards are not working right now. Okay the next day I go thru the drive thru expecting to get thru faster and I get up to the window after waiting in line and they tell me the don't accept cash. What kind of management doesn't accept legal US tender. This place needs new employees.

These people are the worse. Between half the time the order is wrong or missing something. Today I waited in line and ordered not once did the lady say they were only taking cash. Till I get up to pay and there didn’t even say sorry. Just that “we aren’t taking cash” goodbye. Like what kind of customer service is that? I mean they messed up not me, just the level of whoever is running this place or lack there of. Yet these people want 15 an hour for an unskilled trade.

I stopped in the store to order, after using the restroom I was walking to the counter and a gentleman wearing a headset whizzed by me, but apologized. Then I stood at the counter and he realized I wanted to order. He told me that the lobby was closed and I said okay I'm sorry I was in the bathroom. So I asked if I could order through the drive-thru and never mind this was 10:30 at night he responded I guess. We were coming from Uvalde to show are condolences to the families and prayer. It is a 16-hour round trip drive. We just wanted to grab something small quick they were open. However I'm just glad it was me with that response and not one of the family members of the angels .

Very bad experience at this Taco Bell. I went to pick up an order on Friday, October 24th 2025 around 9:15 PM and had to wait over 30 minutes while the employees kept helping drive-thru customers who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, the employee at the window just told me to wait. Another employee said he didn’t speak Spanish, and the blonde woman working next to him rudely told him not to respond to me. I’ve seen this same blonde employee before and she always has a terrible attitude toward customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Management should really do something about how this store treats people.

I want to file a formal complaint about the service I received at this Taco Bell location. On Saturday, October 8th, around 8:00 p.m., I placed a mobile order and had to wait over 30 minutes without receiving it. During that time, one of the employees (a young man with a mustache) completely ignored me when I tried to speak to him. I honestly felt discriminated against and disrespected. I eventually had to cancel my order. I hope proper action is taken regarding this staff member, as this experience was completely unacceptable.

Went through drive through an order a regular party pack of tacos was even asked regular our supreme party pack an said regular an they charge me 30.99 an I asked for a 12 pack of regular party pack an said yes so I canceled my order drove around to the other side to take a picture of the person who took my order an 4 people were laughing an pointing at me but saw my phone taking a picture an they all scattered off so I went in side an had a order taking from the guy outside who was smoking outside from break in took my order an only charged me for the correct order than asked to talk to a manager an asked why this happened an she just lied to my face an made a excuse that the microphone don't work right so I just told her I don't believe a word she says an asked her name an it was Jamie she just defended the workers.so watch out they will try to steal your money an over price you if they can because they don't want to work . I'll never it at that taco bell again .

Only people in the drive thru, yet they took forever to take our order and then make our food. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 5, so had to go back. Then after we left the second time, realized the Diet Pepsi was out of syrup. Did not go back.

Wow! $14 bucks for 4 tacos and 2.60 for a small container of fake cheese wiz. I'm usually ok with taco bells food quality but this i had to post! My tacos had a sliver of meat in them. I was dining in so I figured no big deal I'll let them know so I can get another one. Maybe just a mistake but no it was like that on all the tacos. When I told the lady upfront about it she said there was meat in there as If there was no problem. The guy with seventeen face piercings was nowhere to be found and the lady barely knew English. I then asked if I took a picture and posted it online they would be ok with that? They then offered to make me a new taco, I told them no thanks as I don't trust fast food chains not to spit in my food after making them work twice as hard over something that should've never been an issue in the first place. Your selling frozen bags that turn into meat with water added and cheap canned cheese sauce. Atleast give us a good amount if your going to charge what real Mexican restaurants charge for a real plate of food. I'll never go back to this side for food as every fast food place on this street is all the same. Poor management and lazy employees cutting corners. They will be working there for the next 40 years and they know it so I guess they don't care. I'll be heading to Los cucos from now on to get real Mexican food with nice customer service for an extra buck.

Living here for 3 years this is the worst taco bell establishment ive ever been to. After screwing up our grub hub order I went to go pick up the items they failed to prepare at 12am. Not to mention the "new" Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito was not prepared remotely close as it once was when I had it (inedible to eat), as shown in picture. Further mentioning, I asked for CHIPS and queso, and they looked at me like I was crazy and only put queso in my bag. I'm not one to post reviews, so it takes a lot for me to take the time to post this. Also, this is not the first time this sort of situation has happened.. and we'd rather drive to Katy than order from here. This is a completely unprofessional establishment.
