I usually place my order through the app. Probably 9 times out of 10, once I arrive and tell them I'm there to pickup an order I placed, I have to pull up and wait for the food. It's usually correct, just takes longer than it should to get Fast Food.
Very slow service if u go inside. Floors are sticky , walls are dirty. Always out of items. Service is terrible. Fries weren't hot.
I ordered doordash to deliver to me. I order a drink and some food twice on different occasions, no straws were packaged both times. Very disappointing because where I work do not provide straws.
I just got off of school and I came here to have something to eat. I got a three-piece chicken tender combo but it took 30 minutes to get and also they ran out of barbecue sauce which they told me last time I was here and I can't have my chicken tenders without their barbecue sauce it's literally my favorite. And another thing they didn't have any ice either. They should really restock on barbecue sauce and ice
Ordered 3 carnivore burger patty was told to wait couple minutes, only for the food to come out cold. Didn’t even look like it was freshly cooked, I guess they just heat it up in the microwave or something. Terrible location, go to other locations this one is not it..
I visited this location today and ordered a 10-piece spicy nugget. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the behavior and actions of the shift lead who communicates hiding through the drive thru window this afternoon. The shift lead, a taller gentleman, was unprofessional and appeared careless with food handling, which is concerning from a safety standpoint. This is not the nice gentleman who actually takes the order, the sneaky nasty mouth talker one. In my order, I received four undercooked spicy nuggets, two overcooked nuggets, and the rest were regular nuggets placed at the bottom of the container. This gave the impression that the inconsistency was being hidden, which is unacceptable. In addition, my order was missing honey mustard, and the junior bacon cheeseburger was initially forgotten. When this was brought to his attention, he responded with frustration rather than professionalism. This location is usually one of the best in the area, and I have consistently had positive experiences when other staff members are working. However, when this shift lead is on duty in the afternoon, service and quality noticeably decline. I hope leadership will review this situation and address the concerns regarding his conduct, food safety, and customer service, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise strong location.
I accidentally placed my mobile order as a drive-thru order instead of pickup, so I went inside to explain the mistake. The employee I spoke with had an attitude the entire time and openly complained about having to do his job. The store was not busy or backed up at all, so there was no excuse for the behavior. He then told me I would have to pay again for an order I had already paid for through the app, which makes no sense and shows a clear lack of training. To make things worse, he was talking badly about me right in front of my face, clearly thinking I couldn’t hear him because he had an AirPod in his ear. On top of all that, they still managed to get my order wrong — and it was only two items. I try to be understanding when places are busy or short-staffed, but nothing was happening at the time. This was purely poor service and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend coming here.
Wendy’s at the Bedford location 1509 Brown trail worst experience ever. The “shift manager” claims that my card wasn’t going through and proceeded to tell me she couldn’t ring me up on another terminal. So I called my bank in front of her, my bank said usually with declined transactions it would still show up on Wells Fargo’s end. NONE OF THOSE TRANSACTIONS SHOWED! So obviously she’s too slow to work a computer and a terminal. So I asked her to run my card again or I can pay with cash, she refused to serve me because I “snatched my card” . Meanwhile her co worker is talking to her and she is using profane language to him. How unprofessional. Then they have friends in there one lil wayne looking dude vaping at the counter. Don’t ever go here. Save the trouble.
We got here around 11:30pm and on Saturday it says they are open until 2am. There was an employee standing by the drive through on her phone that told us they were closed. Confused because there was a person getting food at the window, we checked again and it says they close at 2am on Saturday. I guess they were just lazy and didn’t want to take any more orders for the night.
Horrible experience, horrible night employees. Placed a mobile order and the workers watched me sit at the window for 15 minutes until they decided to close instead of just making my order. Nobody said sorry we closed the kitchen or anything. Don’t patronize this establishment ever.
Very poor customer service through the drive thru they actually charged me the order of the vehicle in front of me food without noticing nor realizing my order was totally different then failed to give me the difference in change back. Will NEVER return to this particular location again & i mean just that PERIOD‼️
Waited at the drive thru speaker, no one answered. Pulled to the window. The guy said he’d get someone to grab my order while they remained on their phones. The guy assigned to the window apparently had to use the bathroom (for 10 min). No one else took my order. There were 4 guys working. I called the corporate line. Told them what was happening, she said she’d call them. Waited a total of 20 min. Add to that, the guy finally came up to the window. But with attitude. And like I was an inconvenience. All I wanted to do was place an order, but after that (and seeing the reviews) I wouldn’t have trusted them with my food.
Dude. I exact words were “can I get a baconator with just beef, cheese and bacon only. A plain cheeseburger with bacon.” And somehow you mess up that order. How do you mess that up?? I’m genuinely confused how someone can hear “plain” and still mess up that order. I’m allergic to mayonnaise and if I didn’t check the burger, I would have been in trouble. How do you mess up and plain cheeseburger with bacon bro!!!????
I was over charged I did not get a receipt and the food look like I was just throw it together. I drove 20 mins away to find that out. Highly disappointed would never go through this drive through anymore. 20.00 for 2 Jr cheeseburgers and 2 crispy chicken sandwich.
I went through the drive through and didn't get all of my food. Asked for the rest of it. The manager asked to see what I had. The food I asked for wasn't there. She asked the person giving me the food if he put it on there. He said yes. Obviously, it wasn't there. She told me to leave. Had to go inside and wait until I got what I paid for. What kind of manager doesn't give a person their food when she sees that it's not there? Worst service EVER!!!!
Went there around 11:20 today The girl that was on the drive through speaker had a horrible attitude and acted as if we ruined her day by ordering food and sighing a lot. do better girl as someone who works customer service do better doesn’t matter if you’re young and inexperienced or old. Do better. Food was cold and sizes were wrong paid for a MEDIUM meal but got a small. Just over all disappointed
Terrible service Went to this Wendys because it is close to my house. I wanted to get a quick bite and I had a coupon. Ordered from the drive through and paid at the window. I thought it was too much so I asked for the receipt. After I looked, they charged me for 3 burgers when I ordered 1 with the buy one get the second for $1. Then they told me to pull up as they had to make more meat. No one was behind me at the time. But 20 minutes later and my drink they gave me had already had all the ice melt and 5 or 6 cars that got their order right away and past me up as I was there with my engine running, I finally went inside to complain, but the guy at the counter was on his cell phone and refused to get off it. I went back to my car and they brought me my food finally. When I got home, there no ketchup for the fries and 1 napkin for 3 burgers.
The drive thru staff that referred to herself as a manager seemed to be having a bad day. She didn’t want to give napkins to dry my soda and shoved my bag after asking for napkins again. Lost my appetite and simply asked for a refund while handing her the food back. She handed me too much money back but since she shoved that in my hand as well who am I to correct the manager. SMH
Horrible experience ever ordered online. Got to the drive-thru. They didn't say anything... Went to the window they gave me. My stuff sideways which was supposed to be flat. They gave me old old food and then when I went back to get the stuff they didn't give me they made excuses for their employees! That is reason I will never be back to this location if I decide to come back at all! Food is definitely not made fresh to order!! Eat here at your own risk!!!
Normally I try not to leave complaints solely because of there is enough negativity in the world already. But this location seriously needs a better management team. Every time I go in this location the staff is rude and the place is filthy beyond comprehension. Floors are sticky, drink machine is nasty, the ketchup despenser doesn't even have the dispensing caps on them. They are caked with crusty dried ketchup ( not a problem if you like ur ketchup crunchy, whole heartedly cringe worthy. To anyone who has ever run a fast food restaurant you know what I'm talking about. Smh every time I go in here I feel bad for the community they are serving. If the store is this neglected where the customers can see, think about what it looks like where "We" can't. Absolutely the worst food I've every had at any food establishment in my entire life! Dave would be turning over in his grave if he saw how bad it was! The fries tasted like they had been fried and then dunked in cold crisco before they put them in the bag. The burger was DRIPPING and I mean DRIPPING with so much mayo, mustard and something else I couldn't identify that it got all over everything in the bag. It was so thick on the bun that it created a paste so sticky that you couldn't pry the meat off the bun! -pictures to follow, but I'm not done yet. The tomato and onion were nothing but that stringy outter part that you can't bite and it comes out as one whole piece. I bit into something crunchy on the first bite which is where I stopped because I was scared about what I had eaten. The cheese disolved into some kind of watery mixture that I could run my finger through. Needless to say my over $10 dinner went in the trash and I ate my own grilled cheese at home instead. What a waste of money and food in general. Not everyone is good behind the grill but how did they manage to hire the worst cooks in the whole state at one location?? Please I beg of you to QUIT YOUR DAY JOB BECAUSE YOU SUCK AT IT!
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a regular bun instead of a premium bun, and no tomatoes. I got a piece of chicken with tomatoes, covered in lettuce. Obviously they don’t know how to read or they just simply lack common sense. I also ordered a bacon double stack and received no bacon on my burger. The real question is where was the management when the order was being expedited?
