I cannot even begin to express how much I love this place. As a Georgia native, every time I’m here I’m begging my family to take me to Connor’s so I can absolutely devour their Beef on Weck. If you’ve never had a beef on Weck this is the place to go. Seriously, there’s nothing better! The service is lovely, the space is homey
Service was prompt and friendly - there was even a strolling magician to entertain while waiting. All three of us enjoyed the food, which varied from a big steak dinner to a beef on wick sandwich with a fish fry holding the middle ground, all great value for the money. Our only concern was how crowded together people were.
This is fast becoming my favorite restaurant! The fish fry was absolutely delicious! My son had the seafood platter that was very good too. Everything is fresh and homemade. The waitress Jennifer was an excellent server. Love the outdoor option.
Great neighborhood spot. Food is good and service too.
Stuffed banana peppers and periogi’s were delicious! Pizza, shrimp cocktail and German potato salad were delicious also! They have a bar and the atmosphere was cozy. We will stop in again next time we are passing through.
I was here last Saturday to attend a funeral dinner and ordered a beef taco salad. It was wonderful and very tasty. I also tried a cranberry vodak drink, which was very delicious. I was amazed as to how quickly the staff worked with my relatives. I would love to come back soon.
My husband and I took a weekend trip into Buffalo. On Saturday night we wanted to find a place we could sit down and grab a quick bite to eat. 4 resturants/pubs tried. One sat us and then we were ignored for 15 minutes, not even a water. We walked out. Two had no parking and long wait, #3 had tables open all over but said it would be an hour wait. We then came upon Connor's. They were closing in an hour, but still seated us. The server was the nicest woman. She made us feel like we were the only people there, but we were not. The food was excellent, fresh, hot and served quickly. If you want good food and to be treated well, go to Connors.
Never disappointed here. I'd love to try their other food, but we love the fish fry so much! Service is always wonderful despite being ridiculously busy. German potato salad is outstanding.
Great lunch ,great service. The Roast Beef was moist tender and delicious. Probably the best Roast Beef on Weck around. Recently took family there for some delicious food and was not disappointed my son and his girlfriend absolutely loved the battered fish.
Very clean and friendly . Food was great, we had the breaded pork chops 2 , and liver and onions nice and tender
Wanted to try a new restaurant for the traditional corned beef and cabbage. Best corned beef and cabbage lunch and Reuben sandwich we've ever had! The corned beef was extremely tender, cabbage, potatoes and carrots cooked to perfection. Great service from Ann and we will definitely be back again!
Absolutely the best food in town. Not the fanciest place ever but any complaints are forgotten when you take your first bite. Best burgers around, great beef on weck, amazing homemade soups, delicious comfort foods like roast beef and turkey, a pretty good fish fry, and by far the best beef gravy I've ever tasted. Atmosphere is definitely old school and as far from a corporate chain as it gets. We've had a couple of slow nights but the vast majority of the time the service is great. I love this place.
Great Place, Great prices, thank you , Connor's for your hospitality and for accommodating all of us! We had a get together with my Wonderful Aunt Jo and her family. Haven't seen them in a while. It was So nice. We had reservations for 18 but needed more. They gave us more! Then some of our group decided to go outside, so we all ended up on the patio. Great decision! We could mingle better and I think everyone had a great time! Thanks Connor's!!!
Great food. Be prepared to wait on a Friday evening. It was very busy. The wait time was exactly what they said.
First-time visitor and in love. Wow, what a great lunch experience. wonderful wait staff, delicious food in a warm friendly environment. When I pulled up I was first happy with how much parking is available, and the cleanliness of the exterior. As I walked into the wrong entrance for the restaurant part, the staff welcomed me in and showed me the way with enthusiasm. I sat next to a warm radiator in a well lit and cozy environment. Before I knew it, I had my drinks and order taken and again very quickly the food was on my table. Highly recommend.
Great food and priced just right. Neighborhood Bar and Restaurant. Been there forever. Because they do it right.
Great people, great/fast service, excellent atmosphere. I had a full delicious meal and was back to work before my break ended.
Came here on Saturday afternoon for lunch with my girlfriend. Got sat right away and our service was great! Clams were very small but good. We both ordered seafood. Breaded Shrimp and Breaded Scallops. The Macaroni Salad is great! Both our meals were outstanding. We will be back.
Has been around for quite awhile. Still draws a good crowd with good food and friendly service.
Just wish that I could leave a higher review. Food was excellent, I had the prime rib served with a salad, baked potatoe, and corn on the cob. My server was I believe named Bridgget, fantastic person. Even fun kidding around about my football team vs the local one. Great atmosphere.
Food was wonderful choices. Everything looks and tastes delicious.
I've been to Connor's twice in the last month, my first two times. Both times we sat on the covered patio on a cool rainy day. Side curtsins were down and my wife and I were very comfortable perched on a high top. The first time I had the king cut prime rib - fabulous! My wife had corned beef on rye. She loved the corn beef but found the rye bread too soft. She prefers a firmer rye. The second time I had the roast beef on weck. It was huge and, seriously, the best toast beef on rye I've ever had! My wife had a chicken Caesar salad. She liked it a lot but said the dressing was too peppery. I agree, it was kind of peppercorn dressing like. Maybe it was? All in all service was great, prices fair (except pasta dishes, they seemed very expensive to me...). Connor's is now one of my favorite go to restaurants!! I love it!
Delicious... Enjoyed Every bite of everything I had.. I also heard the wings are the best in Buffalo Area from a local... Next cost l visit in definitely trying them I'll share my experience then... This spot is added to my list of must stops when I'm in the area...
Friendly and accommodating staff that was able to support a table of 15. Wish reservations would be made available to make it easier, but the staff made it work and we enjoyed an excellent and varried meal with attentive wait staff
I can't say enough about this place. Its a legend in West Seneca, and I have been coming here for as long as I can remember. There menu has something for everyone. And the food is very good. I love that you can get a fishfry any day of the week and it includes all the sides. Recently, my family had a celebration of life at the restaurant for my brother, and they could not have been more accommodating. The food was excellent, as well as the service. My brother came to Connor's every Monday with a group of his friends, and that should say something about this place. I was able to join some of them this week, which was a real treat. There were 12 of us and everyone ordered something different. The meals ranged from a Reuben to a julianne salad to spaghetti and meatballs and of course a fishfry (for me). That's what I mean when I say there is something for everyone. Some of the other amenities of Connors Restaurant include a private bar area away from the restaurant tables and a beautiful covered patio with temporary sides for unpredictable weather. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal with large portions at a reasonable price in a warm inviting atmosphere. Try it, and I guarantee you'll be back again and again.
This place was awesome. Never been here before and thought I would give it a try. Now I'm sorry I haven't come here sooner. Came here on a Friday night, parking lot had a lot of cars but did find a spot without a problem. My first thought I was going to have to wait with all the cars in the lot. To my surprised, I was seated right away. Not just luck, as I watched other people coming didn't have to wait either. Linda was out waitress, and she was perfect! I ordered the Beer battered fish fry. This is the tastiest fish fry that I have had in a long time. This came with choice of potato (I chose fries), cole slaw, macaroni salad, & the freshest rye bread w/butter. My dinner was phenomenal! Very very good. And though I didn't eat any other meal, the orders that I saw coming out to the other patrons like yummy. Judging but the number of patrons, I'm not the only one that loves this place. Now I can't wait to try other menu items. Overall super pleased..
Hidden gem alert! Beef on Weck was probably the best I've ever had, amazing server who took exceptional care of us.
Fun retro feel, like I was in my childhood in the 70's, but not in a bad way. Delicious fish frys and beef and ribs
EXCELLENT chicken wings!! Nicole was our server and she was the best l Highly recommend her and the wings.
I love it here! Roast beef on Weck! 😋Chopped sirloin with gravy and mashed! Just ask for extra gravy😉Their cocktails are always delish! Just had the lobster dainties which we usually love but were a bit overcooked but still tasted good with warm butter…wait staff is always friendly too!
Always a great dinner spot! Their fish fry's are amazing and homemade mashed Yukon gold potatoes with gravy made from their roast beef drippings are next level
Everything was great at this restaurant! The fish fry was yummy! Service was good and the waitress friendly. I think I found my new best restaurant.
I would highly recommend their Beef on weck sandwich. It was perfectly portioned and the meat was very tender and flavorful. Definitely one of the best beef sandwiches I have had in Buffalo!
We were road tripping and stopped in for a quick dinner. It was me and two little kids- the staff was amazing and so accommodating. They played with my kids and gave the best service. Other tables were also playing with my kids. At the end someone had paid my bill. For a mom with 2 in 2 years going out can be so stressful, but they made me feel so welcome! The food was also amazing!!
We came with a group of 16. We sat on the patio, and had a wonderful time. Our server (Jennifer??) did a fantastic job! My wife had the half-chicken, and it was excellent. I had the Lake Perch, beer-battered. It too was excellent. Thanks!
This place was fantastic. We were just passing through from Ontario to Pennsylvania and we were amazed by the kindness of the staff and the delicious food. I definitely recommend getting any of the beef sandwiches, they’re the best I’ve ever had.
Amazing food. The beef on weck is the best in the buffalo area. The roast beef was so tender and soft and piled high on a kimmelweck roll. We arrived at 5:10 and were seated right away. However as more people came in, I think they were a little short staffed. We just left at 6:25. The restaurant is clearly a hole in the wall, old fashioned type place. It's got the old metal heaters, wooden bucket chairs and a lot of sports memorabilia in the bar area. It's a nice, clean restaurant. Edited to add: fish fry was amazing too!
Got their special for dinner and really enjoyed the food (twice - leftovers for lunch the next day). The special was meatloaf with potatoes of your choice and mixed veggies!! I got mashed potatoes with gravy with the meal. The slice of meatloaf was huge (it filled the entire side of the to go box) and had just the right amount of gravy!! Paired with the mashed potatoes, the meal was delicious!! The meal came with a salad and I added 10 wings. Definitely recommend Connor's!
Food was very good, went there for lunch. I had their Reuben and my wife had the beef on weck. The roast beef was piled on nicely and was very tender. The Reuben was delicious, and they had the thousand island dressing on the side. It kept the sandwich from getting too soggy. Prices were reasonable and waitress was very helpful and friendly.
This was our first time here. The service was good. Food came out super fast. We got fish fry’s and they were great . We will be back again🍓
Pretty good food. Saturday's they at time of writing have a magician whose pretty good. The cocktails are also good here. French fries could of been a little more cooked but overall a great experience.
Stopped in on a whim with a short timeline looking for quick to-go... waitress recommended beef on weck saying it was very quick. Took longer than we'd thought, but it was SUPER AWESOME TASTY and I am not often a fan of kimmelweck! And the horseradish (on the side) tasted fresh and was also a delight. $43+ for two sandwiches, fries, gravy and a coke to go (pre-tip) We thought it was pricey and a bit misled on the quickness, but still give it a solid 4 stars because truly that was a GREAT sandwich.
First, i ordered the beer cheese soup. it was very good and should be on the menu all the time. Next, i ordered the perogies and the first time they came they were cold. we told our waitress and she got us a new order. she also too the perogies off the bill and gave us a $10 voucher for the next time.
Connor's Restaurant offers a dining experience that is both pleasant and somewhat disappointing. During my visit, it was evident that the restaurant was experiencing a busy evening, which led to prolonged waiting times both for service and for the food to be served. This delay in service, while understandable during peak hours, did detract from the overall experience. The restaurant, known for its unique feature of hosting magicians, unfortunately did not have this entertainment on the night of my visit. It appears that this aspect of Connor's Restaurant may no longer be a regular occurrence, which was a bit of a letdown, especially since it was one of the main reasons for choosing this venue. Despite these drawbacks, it's worth noting that Connor's Restaurant still maintains a charming ambiance. The setting and decor provide a nice backdrop for a dining experience. When the food did arrive, it was of good quality, contributing positively to the evening. In summary, while Connor's Restaurant has the potential for a fantastic dining experience, my visit was marred by slow service and the absence of the expected entertainment. However, the restaurant's pleasant atmosphere and quality cuisine partially made up for these shortcomings. It's a place that might be worth visiting, but perhaps not on a busy night if you're looking for prompt service or the advertised magician performances.
Ordered roast beef on week. Dry-- needed au jus, or gravy. Too well done. Had to beg to get a margarita.
Fabulous, huge fish fry seven days a week! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there when it was too cool for them to use their deck necessitating everyone to be seated inside. This caused it to feel very cramped. It's for this reason that I gave my rating a four-star but if I was basing my ratings on just the food... It's a five-star meal.
Had lunch there on St Patrick's day. Extremely busy. Not enough staff. Waited 40 minutes for a drink and when my roast beef sandwich arrived, gravy was cold. Just a suggestion, have limited menu on a holiday if you don't have enough staff to work. But otherwise, food and drink was tasty.
Patio was nice during Summer visit, with friendly servers, though not good about checking back with table. Food was warm, not hot, fish fry greasy as if oil wasn't hot enough, and French onion soup was tastey but could be warmer.
Our first time eating there. Really 3.5 stars. The food was delicious and plentiful. Yes, we chose to sit in their outdoor seating, in the grass and not on the deck. It could use better lighting especially after the sun goes down. Maybe some LED lanterns or umbrella lights. It was hard to see what we were eating and the spiders that invited themselves to out meal. 🕷️The waitress, while very polite, seemed in a hurry and not very prompt. Maybe some back of the house issues. Overall, I would try there again.
Had the hot turkey sandwich with gravy on the fries. They actually had white and dark meat and it wasn't deli meat, either. Flavorful and hot. Fries were cripsy and good. Companion said the burger was really good. We had a cup butternut squash soup to start and it was good & hot, but lacking in flavor. Could use some nutmeg or something. I don't like salty food but I actually added some. Servers were excellent and concerned that we liked our food. Quiet ambience--my late grandmother would've loved their "WJYE-style music", lol! I will absolutely go back.
There was 11 of us in our party and the waitress was amazing handling all the orders and bringing the food. The food and service were very good
Got .50 wings after 7 pm. Like my wings fried hard. I requested it at the time of ordering, and they came out soft. Sauce was good. Enjoyed the pretzels but not the asui cheese that came with it. Ate outside on the patio, which provided a great atmosphere. If you've never attended please go.
Typical fare from an Americana restaurant. Didn't have a chef's soup special as advertised on their menu. Food portions are excellent for the price point. Only wish more places would pick certain specialty dishes and run with them. Kinda the same thing I'm noticing at every local joint.
This place is a traditional old time Buffalo eatery. It's smells and feels like Buffalo inside and I absolutely love the vibes. The server was excellent. Now to the food....I ordered the Lake Erie Perch, a dish you can't get anywhere. It was delightful served like a traditional fish fry but with a local flair. Check this place out.
Your basic wood panelled, low ceilinged, cozy, crowded neighborhood bar'n'grill joint with very friendly, fast service and decent prices/portions. Food was largely really good (cabbage rolls 9/10, German potato salad 8/10, unseasoned canned peas 0/10). Menu is fairly common fare for these places but nothing wrong with comfort food.
Ordered a Southwestern salad which was delish. However, I asked the waitress to change the lettuce to romaine because I can not digest field greens. She then informed me that there would be a $2.00 upcharge, and they did have Caesar salad on the menu. I have had to change the lettuce at many restaurants and NEVER had an upcharge! Not happy!!!! The place was VERY loud...couldn't hear my friend next to me. Also, I ordered 3 different drinks i.e. 2 different Scotchs and a well known whiskey and the bar had none of them. I ended up with water!!
We went on a Tuesday night after 7 their happy hour consists of buy one get one free appetizers. I’ve come here a lot of other times but this time it fell short. Not sure why. Everything was just okay. The clams were good but very small. The wings were good. I got the pot stickers and they were eh, and the sauce that came with them I really didn’t like. Definitely going to go back again and try
We were a table of 5. We all enjoyed our food. However now that you are charging a fee if a credit card is used we will think hard and long about returning. I realize that the credit card company charges you a fee but this fee should not be passed to the customer. I know of no other restaurant doing this. I believe your customers will be very unhappy about this charge and it will impact your bottom line.
While reading good online reviews led to our visiting Connor's and a bunch of what seemed to be regular patrons were there when we visited, our group's perspective: 1) Square tables were very small for 4 normal size people let alone any larger people. 2) Friday fish fry was small and not particularly flavorful for the price 3) Appropriate healthier sides were not available with broiled fish 4) While seeing more often, still find it very rude when credit card upcharge (3%) is included, particularly when unannounced. 5) Was charged for what was listed as an included item. While everything was not particularly bad, nothing was notably good either. Given so many restaurants, would neither return nor recommend others to patronize Connor's.
The food itself is very good and the service (average) but the issue is this ....after 7pm on Monday-Thursday they offer .50 wings as well as Buy 1 Appetizer and Get One Free....and yes you can do both as i clarified Here's the issue they always get the Bill wrong....either the 2 for 1 app is not given or the .50 wings not given ....and they have a huge sign outside advertising this offer....it's also CLEARLY marked in the menu when you sit down ....but regardless they will overcharge you time and time again "even though you clearly ask to verify the offer is correct to your server" It's as if the servers get reprimanded if they give you the deals that are advertised, as in 10 of our last 11 visits there the bill has been wrong (and that is not exaggerated) ....some of the servers will even argue with you ....then you point to the offer clearly marked on the menu and they will state "we have to hand write the correct price as once it's in the register we can not change it" and i have heard that from 3 different servers now. It's become a constant issue knowing the bill will be wrong but the food is good and as long as your willing to wait for the bill to be corrected every time. And our bill still runs to $80 for 2 adults and a child so we are not skimping on other items, they simply don't like to give the advertised specials ....i don't know why but it happens every time with literally every server
I think this restaurant is usually pretty good however I had a problem with my meal and relayed my concern to the waitress who shrugged it off. We started with pizza logs which the kids loved and I liked them too. I ordered the deep fried fish. The first bit was excellent. The fish was flakey and no fish taste at all. The second bite not so good. The fish was still fresh and flaky the problem was an odd salty taste. I figured it must be in the breading so I tried to eat just the fish but it had the same taste. I realized it tasted like baking powder or baking soda (I can never remember which is which). I let the waitress know because the only thing I could think of since the fish had the taste was that possibly someone accidentally grabbed the baking soda to coat the fish in prior to dipping in the batter instead of flour. Pretty sure the message wasn't relayed to cook and I wasn't offered an alternative to an un-edible meal. Bummer because I really wanted to eat that tender fish. I also asked for gravy for my fries when I ordered. When the food was delivered I asked again for the gravy. The waitress stopped to check on us, again I asked for the gravy. When she came back again I asked for the gravy. I got the gravy...fries were cold by then. I didn't eat either.
Let me start by saying I have been going to Connor's since I was a kid. When I walk up to that door it's like I'm 9 years old again. For that reason I make sure we go at least once a year. Our recent dinner was quite an eye opener. I had no idea the price should have had escalated as much as they have. Now, I do understand about prices going up everywhere, but this was pretty significant. I still can't get over charging almost $3 for a soda with no free refills. All in all, the food was decent. Our waitress and absolutely no personality, no thank yous, barely hear what she was saying and never really came back and checked to see if we needed anything other than before our check should have been brought. Tables are so close together that you have to be hopeful that the time you're leaving you'll be able to get out between them.
Disappointed in the fish fry. Took out of town family to Connor’s as they wanted a fish fry. Fish came out very greasy and therefore, very soggy. Grease on French fries and side salads. My niece ordered pretzels and dip and the pretzels were also greasy on the bottom. Won’t go there for fish fry again!
Took my dad out for Father's day, I've never seen a waitress try so hard to get a small tip in my life. Terrible service, rude, aggravated waitress. It's hard to even write a negative review but it just has to be said. The food was decent but do you ever just get that bad of service that it actually effects the taste of the meal? Needles to say, this is not a place I will be back to any time soon.
Food is great but the waiters have a poor attitude and make it seem like your bothering them by being there. Besides that the food is good but I probably wouldn’t go back due to poor service.
I've been waiting to order from here for a fish fry. We'll i did and it was disappointing. They give 2 packets of tartar sauce that wouldn't cover a portion of the fish, rye bread was under the fish and soggy, plus no butter. Coleslaw and macaroni salad all taste the same. Im so disappointed. Will not order from here again
You go here for the kind waitresses and unhurried feel rather than the food. We enjoy being able to sit and chat awhile and still have empty tables around us so we don't feel rushed. The women's bathroom is huge and the men's is tiny - if you're an overweight male or need a walker with you, I would suggest using the women's room as it's only for one person. For food, French onion soup is more broth than onions but still tasty, fish fry is delightfully crispy on the outside but then mushy and lacking in flavor inside, and ravioli and quite large but again lacking in any special flavors. It's average food. There is free popcorn in the bar area that the kids love while waiting for food. The waitresses are great though and clear plates and glasses as they walk by.
Very crowded, couldn't even get in the door. Sat on the hall bench for a few minutes before making my way inside. Not much place to stand and wait without being in the way of servers and customers. Wait was 20 minutes. Fish was very flaky, batter nice and crisp but not much flavor. Noodle salad tasted like plain boiled noodles. They were out of potato salad and substituted fries. Servers were very pleasant, so we're the people waiting. One door you go in leads to the bar the other door with the ramp leads to the restaurant.
My first time here for a fish fry. Not a good experience, table location uncomfortable. Ordered the parmesian fish fry, both dinners the fish was mushy, a clear indicator the fish was not fresh nor handled well. A young couple was seated next to us, they had a young kid who screamed nearly the entire length of our meal. They did replace my daughter's fish with a breaded fish, but it was not fresh either, they get cudos for trying, but I would not recommend.
Dont understand why this place is highly recommended, especially for fish fries. I was craving one and it was disappointing to say the least. No seasoning, soggy untoasted bread, dry coleslaw. The saving grace was the mac salad and even that was mid tier. Will not be ordering one again, especially at $20+ a piece
This is a hidden place, a house maybe turned into a restaurant at some point. Very cute, inside and out. Nice, semi dim atmosphere. Staff was very friendly, though unattentive, you'll likely have to call them over. Never came over to ask how food was and only saw them when they gave the bill. The food was disappointing to say the least. Ok selection, was hoping for more of their own dishes but alas no. Appetizer at regular price is far too expensive considering it's frozen commercial food and then cooked. My partners rubuen was good, nice size. French onion soup was very very salty. I do not suggest getting the stuffed peppers, they were basically soggy peppers with a pasty cheese inside and lacked any meat or flavor, it was supposed to have. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.
Used to eat here all the time. They had very good food and service. About a year ago I went there for dinner with friends and was rudely informed by the waitress they no longer serve water unless we wanted to purchase bottled water. My party all opted to order diet cokes instead only to find out there were no longer any free refills. I have never heard or been to a restaurant that would not serve you water with your meal. Decided to try Conner's again for a fish fry on 10-7-22 only to find out they still have the same policy about having to purchase bottled water and no refills on a glass of diet coke which costs $ 2.95/glass. Waitress was not very friendly, very slow service and also got served the wrong fish dinner. Will not be back to this restaurant.
One star is generous. The server was dull..ordered Pepsi got coke ..no prior knowledge. Salad old lettuce and little cups of cheap blue cheese from a giant plastic tub. Reuben lacked flavor. Fries underdone. Paid extra for fries and $2.50 for an applesauce cup much like you get in you grammar school lunch. Overpriced and to add insult they charge 3.3% to use my bank card. When I presented my card I should have been warned of this but I was advised after the fact that it was written somewhere. Bar food isn't always bad but we definitely won't come back here.
Ordered a battered fish fry to go and was very disappointed. It wasn't nearly as good as I remember from a couple of years ago. The fish was watery so the batter wasn't crispy and it fell apart. The macaroni salad was very bland and the fries were limp nd not flavorable; all items tasted like they weren't salted at all. I don't salt my food after cooking but I had to salt everything on my plate to make it edible. I ended up throwing out the fries and macaroni salad and gave my fish (minus the soggy crust), to my pets. In fact, the best thing on my plate was the slice of rye bread. I'll stick to ordering their roast beef on weck from now on
Been here twice. Both times have been bad experiences. Ordered $25 worth of take out and was charged $35 because of "take out prices". Only restaurant ive ordered from in the area that charges take out prices. Building its self is disgusting and smells like mold. I will never step foot in that place again. According to Connors this is $21 worth of food. STAY AWAY
The severs were so incredibly rude. I was holding my drink that I just purchased to meet my friends who were on the patio. As I walked toward the patio, a server got in my face and so rudely saying. We close in 20 minutes, as she spit in my face! Then b4 I finished that one drink, she opened the patio door and shrieked, "we're closed... the servers want to go home, " & no one was even serving us!
We went yesterday afternoon, for my daughter's 8th birthday she chose it because she loves the spaghetti . The service was terrible. The waitress ignored us. She waited on tables that came in after us. When she finally did take our order, it was over 20 minutes after we were seated. When we FINALLY got our food she never came back to check on us. My husband's Reuben was dry. My daughter's spaghetti was cold. Another waitress had to step in and take our payment because she could see the anger/frustration in my husband's face
