This is just what buffalo needed!! Fresh made to order spanish food. We had pulled pork..lets starts witt the cutest rice pan ever!! The pork was so juicy just like abuela! The food was very fresh and tasted great. The portion was just right, filling you up. The prices were much more inflated than I was comfortable with though. The service was nice. We ordered at the counter and sat upstairs. Our food was brought to us. The staff seemed friendly. I like the atmosphere of the place, very chill. They had a TV on the first floor playing spider-man. The decor is fun especially the green allen st sign. Overall a good experience but the prices do make me a bit hesitant to make a return so soon.

We got this delivered on GrubHub but half the food was not there. Yes they refunded us but we didn’t have time to get more food. Is there any way for restaurants to update delivery apps with the updated availability of their product? Or notify the customer if they want the item replaced? I feel like if a restaurant is committing to being on a delivery app they should ensure customers get notified if food they ordered becomes unavailable. When I am stuck in the hospital with my baby that is in the NICU, I order food because it’s inconvenient for me to leave to go get it. Then when we wait 40 mins for the food to arrive we expect to eat the dinner we paid for. Idk that’s just me. Either be prepared for online orders or don’t have your restaurant on the food delivery app.

Pernil was decent but they forgot the side of tuna salad. Didn't even get the extra side of rice and beans. Asked the hostess if it was there, she said it was. It was not. Will try again eventually but some of these reviews seem to have gotten genuinely good looking orders based on the photos they shared. Perhaps mention you're a food critic to get a good order?

4-5 Kids running around screaming to the top of their lungs while waiting for food that I ordered at 3:40pm and didn’t receive it until 4:35pm! Never apologized, only made excuses as to shift change. Didn’t even accommodate me with a discount of some sort for the crazy inconvenience. Food is really good but it’s not professional in there and the wait is too long when I was the only person waiting! Very dissatisfied and disappointed over $50 just for them to be rude!! Super late to my important meeting I had to attend, but this isn’t the 1st or 2nd timei had to wait very long. I even asked the OWNER do I receive ANYTHING for the inconvenience? She said “ I gave you one size up of the smoothie” (that I still had to wait while she made that), but never said a word until I said something . I’m upset smh

1 star because why does it say open 12pm on Google, doordash and facebook, but the door was locked when I tried coming inside to order. Maybe consider fixing your hours of operation.

I arrived excited to get some Puertorican food from this place. I order 3 empanadas and it took me 40 minutes to get and it wasn’t even busy . I watched one man in the back make them with NO GLOVES ! When I tried my food it’s was disgusting . They threw so much cheese it was just oozing leaking from them. My boyfriend also asked for mayo ketchup sauce and the man denied him . Then proceeds to give him hot sauce, which is just crazy to me . He’s African American . But when I asked they gave it to me and I am Hispanic. Idk .

Tried this place for the first time, the pictures do not match their food. The food is not authentic puertorriquen food. It was terrible. For two people we paid $65 and honestly not worth not even $10. Sorry!!! Just been honest . Will never return and will never recommend to anyone.....

Not only did it feel like a daycare but the daughter and mother was arguing in-front of me because the daughter got my order wrong. She shouldn’t be working in the restaurant if she doesn’t know how to take orders correctly, all while the mother sat with her friend instead of making sure I was happy with my meal. If you’re looking for a chill spot with good customer service don’t come here !
