Customer service was great I LOVE the crust on the pizza it was delicious!

I had a delivery takeout ordered a small pack medium pizza and 10 wings. I was told that my order would be an hour but was delivered in 32 minutes. My delivery was on time and hot. delivery driver called me when he was at my door and polite.

I dont complain about there food because its good. I order all the time but today 7-30-25 it was done all wrong. Very disappointed in the way food was made. Only could eat the bbq chicken 😭. Hope next time done right. I will still order. Because the food is amazing

My order was delivered fast and fresh my grandkids love Mister pizza and so do I the chicken fingers were also Fresh and hot A great meal on a short notice they estimated my delivery an hour and a half hours and they were there in 30 min.

We flew into the Buffalo airport close to midnight and had to grab a car to a nearby hotel. By time I ordered it was almost 1am but these guys were still open, took our order which was delivered quickly and included everything needed for a hotel pizza (salt, pepper, chili flakes, plates & napkins). Driver was friendly and responsive and pizza was still hot and delicious. Thanks! Great experience.

Omg the vegan pizza from here is sooo delicious!! Worth the money and they are very fast too! The staff is helpful and patient, they’re always so busy but very attentive and won’t have you wait a long time. I got the vegan cheese in white pizza with eggplant, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes. I got food for someone else but it smelled so good so I ordered a pizza & came back for it. When I got my pizza it was smelled so enticing, I immediately went to the car and ate it after taking photos! They stay open pretty late so it’s nice having real food spots with options.

I’ll disclose that we are Mister Pizza customers, and we keep returning for one reason: when they are on their game, they are simply the best pizzeria In WNY. They had there A game today! I ordered by phone and the man who took my order was prompt, pleasant, handled our special order with no problem, and we picked up exactly what we ordered. What more can you ask for? Taste you say? Well, when we got home, the pie was exactly how we ordered it and it tasted great. Fingers were prepared to perfection. My only criticism is that the fries were a little overdone - something to work on for next time.

Best pizza in town! Best tiramisu EVERRR! Also, everyone there is so kind and I rode my bike there and a staff member stood outside with my purple & pink bike to make sure it didn't get stolen! Awesome food, awesome people!

I love (ha ha) the generic form with “Atmosphere” as a quality to rate. NOBODY goes to Mr. Pizza for a dine in experience! In fact, we wouldn’t have it any other way. IT’S THE FOOD! Our medium C&P pizza (with garlic sesame crust) and 10 wings were perfect. The guy on the phone was friendly and same with pickup.

Absolutely wonderful! This has been my go to for pizza for many years. Anthony Franco has been amazing in ensuring my students were taken care of (I sent them reward pizza) during the pandemic. It was the only pizzeria that delivered to all of my students, no matter where they lived. Employees went above and beyond for years---writing special messages in the boxes to encourage my students, and it always left them smiling! As the years went by...it's been the only place I've ordered from. They are reasonable and realistic with their pricing. Their pizza is always consistent and delicious. Their gluten free pizza is great as well.

We were staying at the Marriott right off of I90. We ordered 2 pizza’s and a fish dinner. It took almost 3 hours to get our food, because our driver went to the wrong hotel and was waiting there. When we finally did get our food delivered it was cold. Such a shame too, because the food was really good. I don’t think I would order delivery again, but I would definitely do pick up!

Okay, My order was for a large thin pizza with cheese, pepperoni, light onions, mushrooms, and sausage. A little too salty, otherwise very good! I ordered a large pie, which I haven't done in a long time. The reasons why I wanted pizza "Specifically" from Mr. Pizza is simple! I not too long ago went to La Nova Pizzeria. How they stay in business serving up that slop, I have no idea! After eating what they call pizza, I told myself I am never eating that pizza again! I went there because they're close to where I live, and I was being lazy! On a scale of 1-10 I give La Nova's pizza about a 4.5. It's nothing great. After eating that slop I was really craving a much better tasting pizza and told myself "I should have just went to Mr. Pizza!" Here's why Mr. Pizza makes a way better tasting pizza than La Nova. 1 Mr. Pizza's sauce taste's lively! La Nova's = flat. 2 Mr. Pizza I believe uses a better quality cheese. 3 Mr. Pizza's dough, this is important because I believe it separates a so so pizza into a way better tasting pizza. The dough from Mr. Pizza has a crunch to it! No, it's NOT burnt, it's just awesome! Not only that, but the dough also seems like there's a touch of sweetness to it. It's very subtle, but very good. Whoever came up with this recipe, knew what they were doing! This is what makes Mr. Pizza like one of the best tasting pizzas EVER! There are a lot of pizzerias out there, but Mr. Pizza's pizza is like Gourmet in comparison! La Nova's is a beautiful place, but their pizza is like eh! 4.0-4.5 on a scale of 1-10, It's nothing great. Mr. Pizza's pizza on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a solid 8. So why even mention La Nova? Well if it weren't for that slop they sold me that they call pizza I would have never longed for such a greater tasting pizza such as Mr. Pizza's pizza! 1st time ordering from here And they did not disappoint. Ordered a medium pizza ( 1/2 ch. and pep) with a double order of chicken fingers (med. and mild). Everything was well seasoned and delicious. My only suggestion would be to cook the french fries a little bit longer and season them with a little bit of salt. Otherwise, no complaints.

Mister Pizza has been a staple of Buffalo for years. It’s very understandable, why they have been in business for so long. There food is just so good. As busy as this place can get, you still receive your food in a timely manner. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is on point. Wings- pitted bbq wings were crispy and saucy. Chicken fingers- garlic Parmesan fingers. Very well seasoned and the fingers were tender and juicy. Pizza- Both pizzas was really good. I like the fact the amount of sauce was just right. The toppings used was fresh and very good quality.

The value for a slice just is not there 1 Slice was $3.50. you can go across the street. And get 2 slices for $3.00 same portion. ( size) The pizza sauce is good but for that price me being on a budget. definitely. not worth it to me 🤔the place could be beautiful but it's not taking care of the way it should ,,,,, but.... a little. love around that place and bigger slices for that price then I would. recommend however. The pizza is average, the workers appear to work hard . It has a restaurant getting slammed with orders vibe to it. Like they believe in great customer service and product, but it seems like they don’t really have time for it. It’s not bad pizza and wings, just really average and uninspired.

It's fine. Not great, not horrible. Personally, I've been blacklisted for about 10 years and I've only been in recently to pick up an order. I've heard they have a wide selection of toppings and other options for the pies. I've had consistently better experiences with other nearby pizza parlors. Word of warning: is you're getting delivery tip well or you'll be in the same boat as me.

Placed a pickup order for 2 subs on 12/22/19. The Turkey sub roll was toasted fine, however the ham sub was over toasted and burnt. Since i was already home and i ordered online i did not return back to Mister Pizza. Very disappointed and i am sure this was Noticed by whoever was making the sub, not sure why the roll was not tossed away and a new sandwich was made.

The pizza and wings were cold and the toppings on the pizza was barely there. It almost looked like just a cheese pizza, and the bottom was slightly burnt.waiting 90 min for a delivery you expect the extra time would be to give the best product possible you guys use to be great this is the third time my food has not been right and the little angry guy always promises the invisible credit that never shows up on the computer I will be posting this on google Ps the delivery driver was great I give her 5 stars

Pizza was as good as I remember. But it was delivered to our party over an hour late. 52 pissed off people and 18 hockey players absolutely starving after multiple hockey games. Pizzas ordered at 2pm for 6pm. Arrived after 7pm and 3 phone calls. We did get a discount but in the years I've ordered from here it's never been this ridiculous.

I ordered pizzas for an event and I was honestly embarrassed. The pizzas came in a plain white box and wings came in a random box with the word “pizza” on it. All Unbranded! The tissue inside the box…unbranded with weird random text on it. You might think it doesn’t matter but not everyone wants to order off-brand pizza for their event. It’s not a good look. It gives cheap. It gives people don’t know what they are eating. Why would you run an unbranded pizza business? I understand that the business was taken over by a new person but why? Another thing that’s worth mentioning is the dirty environment. The windows are very dirty, the floors are dirty.. it looks like no deep cleaning has been done and it’s not a good look for a place that makes FOOD. Please get your business needs sorted before you open for business & take people’s money. It’s not a good look!

On 11/16 I placed on online order for a large chicken Caesar salad and a taco salad at 1925. The food wasn't ready until 2030. It really takes over an hour to make 2 salads on a Sunday night??? I've had the wings and pizza here, which both were good. Due to the crumby customer service, I won't be back!

Was told my order was ready, instead I was asked my name 10 different times, never given my order. Stood there for almost 40 minutes after I was told that my order was ready. Guy at the front counter (think it said “Chris” on his shirt?) was obnoxious and rude to every single person who came in, made several inappropriate comments to customers….wouldn’t take the hint that his antics were rude and no one was having it. What a waste of $100 and nearly an hour of my time tonight. Food was fantastic, the people in the kitchen work very hard and deliver a great product. It’s a shame that they’re represented at the front end by such an abrasive person. As someone who used to work in a pizza place, I can appreciate the efforts of the kitchen, and understand that it can suck to have your efforts diminished, but my goodness. Timeliness is not a thing here, and again, whomever was running the register was unbelievably unpleasant to deal with. Definitely will not be back.

NEVER. EVER. EVER. ORDER. FROM. THIS. PLACE. I placed a delivery order at 7:30pm for two pizzas. The delivery was suppose to be at my place by 8:10-8:30pm. Not only did it not arrive after an hour of waiting, I had to call the restaurant and ask where our order was. They said they had not even placed the pizzas in the oven yet and that it would be delivered in a half hour. The person I got on the phone was rude. When it turned 9pm, the order still had not be delivered and I proceeded to call again. They said I would have to wait another half hour for two pizzas. This service is unacceptable. TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS?? When I received the pizzas, the pizzas were made wrong. Based on other reviews this is not shocking. Will never order from mister pizza ever again! Very disappointed.

Ordered a pizza and wings on new years eve for delivery. It took two hours to get to my location. Pizza was cold and wings was over cooked like it had been recooked. Talked to manager and he told me to ask for Chris and they would replace my order. Called today and got hung up on three times and they where not willing to replace my order. The cheese looked dark and the crust was sticky. No professional customer service but rude and unprofessional. Might as well call Papa John or Domino's at least you can expect some level of quality and customer service. Also I asked for their name and they refused to give it. Rude nasty pizza

Honestly it was a pretty bad experience. The people I talked to seemed nice but the food was awful. I placed my order (for delivery) around 9:30pm, I asked for a large steak and cheese pizza with jalapenos and 4 pastelillos, they said it would be $49 and it would take a little under an hour. So around an hour and ten minutes I called back and they said it's on its way, ok fine. So I waited another 20 minutes (I'm literally like a 5 minute drive away from this place) and the driver finally showed up, I gave him $55 (tip included since I know what his job is like). My first impression was that the box was ice cold. Now regretting my decision to order out rather than just cooking something at home, I decide to give it a chance. The result was that not only was it ice cold and hard but there was very little to no oil sauce (like a steak pizza usually has), so it was extremely dry, there were very few jalapenos (that I paid extra for), the crust was like a rock, and the cherry on top, my pastelillos were overly burnt. Since I had already paid for it I sucked it up and MICROWAVED my pizza in hopes that it would be somewhat palatable, the pastelillos tasted too burnt so I threw them out, honestly I'm not sure if I ever want to order from here again, that $1 frozen pizza in my freezer probably would have been more satisfying. Not sure why tonight was so different than before, maybe new workers? The driver should probably get an insulating bag to keep the food hot too. Either way, I was highly unsatisfied and probably won't be back

If I could give them zero stars I would - waited over hour and half on a Sunday night to get a pizza delivered and it never showed. Tony would be rolling in his grave if he knew how this place has gone downhill. No wonder why the building is in foreclosure. What a joke.

We made a large order here, everything was going fine until my partner pulled out somebody's hair from within her mouth and it was still attached within the dessert. First photo you can see the long curly hair in the second photo I'm holding the hair attached to the dessert.

Mister Pizza is my go to pizza place, and today I am very disappointed with them... I placed an order at 7:57 PM, and was told that it will be delivered within the hour... needless to say, it arrived at 9:46 PM. This isnt even really considered a sub. I got a Stinger sub, extra mayo, and they didnt even put mayo on the sub, and I had to heat it up, because it was practically ice cold when I got it. Not much steak and only 1 chicken finger on the whole sub.

Used to be the best pizza in Buffalo now it’s barely average. 1 hour 40 mins for delivery. Forget my blue cheese. $37 for a medium pizza that was cold and over cooked. Pathetic how far they’ve fallen. Sadly I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

I order here a few times tonight was ridiculous the guy said he was a manager who took my order said he made a mistake put pickup when it was delivery so he said he would get it out I called at 7:10pm he told me 45 minutes it was past 45 minutes I call he say his fault he meant to put delivery but it printed pickup so for his mistake he said he will give a 30% discount that’s cool cause he made a mistake so we waiting on order that we finally get at almost 10pm our loaded fries we asked for was so hard not eatable at all the chicken tasted burned it was ridiculous we spend alot of money with misters for us to get done like this I called to tell them the manager said all I can do is give u a five dollar off on next order it was bad enough we waited long for a mistake then food come to us all messed up never again jimmy is who I talked to

This is the worst pizza restaurant I have ever seen. I witnessed a staff that doesn't communicate with or help each other. Calling each other vulgar names in front of customers. The most disfuctional staff I have ever seen. The worst part came when I and another customer witnessed a employee with no gloves scoop pizza sauce from one container to another with his bare hands, use a cloth to wipe cheese off of the counter, whipe his hands with the same cloth and continue prepping a pizza without washing his hands. This is unacceptable. It can make people sick and worse kill somebody. I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down. Absolutely unacceptable they should be ashamed at this. There is no room for cross contamination when you work in a restaurant.

This is probably the worst barbecue chicken pizza I’ve ever had! The crust was very unflavored and BBQ sauce was sour and not sweet/smoky like most places. Pizza was like a cardboard box and was extremely bland/original from BBQ chicken pizza. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for pizza, not tasty at all. Very disappointed!

Although the menu labels the calzone as a vegetarian option, it isn't. It turns out that the "vegetarian" cheese calzone includes a sauce that has meatballs in it. If you order a vegetarian calzone that includes the default tomato sauce it actually contains meatballs in it, the employees just scoop around the meatballs to get the sauce. (This is the same sauce that is portioned out as a side for dipping). In order to have an actual vegetarian calzone you need to specify that you would like the calzone be made with pizza sauce instead of the default option.

Horrible food, please don't eat here they always mess up your order, they even gave me raw meat on a cheeseburger sub(have pics) they don't care about their customers if they did, they would make the food correct. I mean how do u give someone a turkey club sub and put no bacon on it on tomatoes like ordered, they are horrible.

OK, tonight was kinda like the last straw I moved in the area. This is probably my third time ordering from the place now. I know that you stay open kinda late so you know people get tired and things like that which is understandable but when I place a order And I tell them specifically how I want it made it should come to me exactly how I want my food, seeing as how expensive the food is nowadays…. now today I order a calzone. I tell them I want everything crust Italian sausage well done onions, pepperonis (chard) , tomatoes. When it came, the presentation was fine yes, it was a little darker on the top, but I asked for it well done and I don’t mind it being a little dark now when I spoke to the guy on the phone, I asked where they gonna cook the onions with my Italian sausage the guy told me yeah I also asked for tomatoes thinking that he will put the tomatoes on the grill with the meat as well seeing as though it’s a calzone, he put sautéed onions and just straight, diced tomatoes on my calzone you would think a cook would have enough sense to know to not put the sautéed onions and raw tomatoes. Straight in the calzone because when you bake it, it’s going to present some type of moisture. The proper way would be to cook my meat, cook fresh onion with the meat, chopped them up add the tomatoes last my pepperoni should have been charred on the grill, which never happened!!!!!!. They sent me those straight out of the pack as well, which they’re gonna have to cook inside this dough and cheese and present moisture as well from the grease !!!!!!!! Thats specifically why I asked him to char my pepperonis it’s like it’s one thing to order something and not like it but come on for me to basically explain to you exactly how I want my food and it come a complete different way. It’s just insane. Oh, and might I add there was barely any ricotta cheese in my calzone now I’m sitting here at 2:20 AM $30 less picking through a soggy mess pissed and I honestly know how business is it’s probably not even the cooks fault it’s probably the person who answered the phone but come on guys I know the small things can be annoying at times, but those are the things that keep good customers coming

Take breakfast pizza off your menu if this is what you are going to serve to people. Absolute trash- dry, disgusting, and definitely not breakfast pizza. If you are looking for good breakfast pizza, do yourself a favor and drive yourself to tops. Don’t order this garbage.

Very disappointed waited over 2 hours for delivery. The fish fry was stone cold and the batter was moist. The calzone was terrible. I don't know how any cook would send it out. It was burnt on the outside and the vast amount of dough was raw on the inside. Very poor service and food. My Frozen pizza I ended up eating was gourmet compared to mister pizza.

Ordered a chicken finger sub with no tomato and a royal sub, first off the guy on the phone was rude. Not to mention I had to repeat everything 2-3 times and ended up being on the phone for like 10 minutes just to place an order. They tell me a half hour but ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes because the "sub guy" walked out during a rush and they were already arguing with multiple doordashers as I areived. I finally get my subs and my chicken finger sub barely even has any chicken fingers on it!! Basically the only other thing they included was tomato, which was the only thing I didn't ask for!! The royal sub had no vegetables on it, terrible first experience here and won't be coming back. EDIT: Its one year later, an absolutely no attempt to make things right with my food. What a joke of a business this place is

I only gave one star because I couldn’t leave zero and you did get my soda right in the bottle. So I ordered a ham and hot ham sub with mayo, oil, horseradish sauce, lettuce, tomato, sweet roasted peppers, and onion!!! Well let’s see I got a little mayo, chunks of horseradish not sauce, green peppers not roasted cooked or even warmed, no tomato. I also ordered a2 cookies and well thanks for the frozen cookies I can eat in 3 hours. This was absolutely the worst sub I’ve ever gotten from any establishment in all my years. If you choose to go here be prepared to throw your food straight in the garbage cause that’s the only place it belongs.

Would’ve been 5 had I not have to wait 45 minutes + 5 more while the sub was already done on the shelf , and they can improve on their customer service as well. *Update Not sure what happened., but they’ve dropped the ball. My last 5 orders over over 5 different times, didn’t live up to my expectations. The fingers are smaller, customer service none existent and the sub just isn’t tasty anymore.

We ordered a double order of boneless wings, after eating one I realized it wasn’t hot, so I cut into a second one and discovered my order was completely raw inside. My husband had already ate 4 thinking they had just cooled down. We called the restaurant and after placing us on hold twice they simply replied with “you’ll need to contact DoorDash”. No apology or acknowledgment that we could end up really sick from this.

Poor customer service, I got there early for my pickup and had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes while others were coming in and getting their orders and I'm still waiting for mine. Never again Mr. Pizza.

During our visit in Buffalo, we stopped at Mister Pizza for a quick dinner. We paid $35 for a medium pizza and 10 wings. That's a bit pricey for what we got, even with inflation. I can confidently say that this purchase was a waste of our money. We didn't have many options since this pizza shop was one of the few still open around 11pm-12am on a Monday. I was disappointed and it left a bad taste in my mouth that they wouldn't let us sustitute the blue cheese that came with the wings for ranch - the gentleman at the counter expected us to pay around $1.25 extra for a salad dressing ranch packet after we'd paid the bill. I was further disappointed when I opened the box and the wings were burnt. I will give them credit because they had a good amount of sauce on their wings but that's the only credit I can give. I took a bite (with no dipping sauce because we did not get the ranch) and the wing was dry, it was clearly overcooked. Next, I opened the pizza box in disgust - why was a round pizza cut into squares and not traditional triangles? I think the pizza looked better than it tasted, it lacked seasoning and flavor. This was far off from NY style pizza and wings, more like something you would find on the west coast. We spoke to some locals about our experience, and they told us that this pizza shop caters to drunk people - it made sense and would explain the 5 star reviews. I can't say I was impressed at all by my experience. I would be embarrassed to recommend this pizza shop to my peers and don't plan on stopping back here anytime soon.

I dont know what's going on with this place. One day you can get great food but most days you get bad garbage. The price Never changes tho im paying full price for hot trash. I ordered some wings at noon on a Friday I get em and open the box and these things must of been refried about 8 times. They looked like someone dropped em behind the oven and they found em and slapped my name on em. The blue cheese tasted like mayo im pretty sure this was someone's old order they never picked up and best of all I had to wait 15 minutes after the 30 minutes they said it would take for em. I work hard for my money and I feel like these dudes just got me. Prolly gunna be the last time I go there because this isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately I was too far up the road to take em back and my leg was busted anyway so I couldn't drive and my ride left. I was thinking about them wings all morning lol. I won't be taking chances anymore on this place. You shouldn't either. Theres only like 2 people there that genuinely seem like they are happy you brought your business to them everyone else is chuckin the food across the shop looking like they hate you for wanting food. For what yall charge I can do better. Its a shame cause yall was the best. I hope yall get it together.

I order 2 orders of onion rings they burnt them so they sent a new order of 2 and burnt them as well we ordered cream they have both numbers n left in hallway over 20 minutes I love their food but they lost a customer

On Super bowl Sunday I had a terrible experience with this place. I live in Grand Island and I decided to head down there to buy pizza because in Grand Island they do not have good pizza and chicken wings. So the lady up front however mistakes happen and when I get home we find out it was plain cheese no pepperonis, when I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni with dirty wings. Now I call and the guy that answered the phone had no patience whatsoever wow my wife and I were deciding who will go down there, back to Buffalo to pick up our pepperoni pizza, now he starts yelling on the phone what do you want me to do so I told him sir calm down I'm trying to outweigh our options. So he says whatever and hung up on me. I call back and he ignores my call. So I call with another number and they decide to pick up now. The lady that handles the register had the patience and was very level-headed and understood, what's I understand it was a busy day but the guy that answered the phone was disgustingly ignorant, he's the one in his mid-40s to '50s what's black hair and short. I was so shocked and how disgusting that guy was on the phone screaming and hollering. That right there made me want to stop going there and go to just Pizza or La Nova's for now on. It's sad how he was very unprofessional and I've never experienced that at mister Pizza. He knew I was coming from Grand Island because I told him before he hung up on me. Now when I get back to just Pizza he was like a nervous mouse, he was lucky my daughter came with me because there were more words said that came from his mouth! I wouldn't recommend this place while he is working there!!

No seasoning on the burger at all would not order again not giving smash burger at all it supposed to come with sauce they had no more smh but I didn't know that till I bit my burger and went in to the store to get extra sauce because I didn't taste anything also paid for a drink and turn to look and there's only Diet Coke available lol

Ordered food for delivery at 11:55 last night they told me a hour for the food... 2 in half hours goes by I call them and ask where they are they tell me should be there soon 3hours goes by and I call again just for them to say there not coming because there driver got pulled over and then stated well I don’t think your getting your food tonight after waiting 3 hours. Worst service don’t like writing bad reviews but when you wait that long for a medium pizza is crazy

Always have ordered from here but lately it has been very very underwhelming and today this was the last time I will order from this place ever again I place and order today at 412pm and they told me they where busy and it would take and 1hour and 1/2 to deliver which i understand i order a sheet and 50 wings and a sub they charge my card it is now 723pm and still haven't seen my order and when I call them i was placed on hold twice for twenty minutes and then they finally answer the third time and all I get is rudeness because I'm asking about my food you already charge me for. Update just finally delivered my food 730pm

Sauce is straight from the can, no salt, no pepper, no anything. Dough while bland, was overworked and tough, but also undercooked and gummy. The pepperoni didn't even have flavor somehow. Overall, Papa John's would have been a better choice. Wings were the best part and they were average.

Saw a video posted on TikTok where one of the cooks spread the pizza sauce on the dough with his bare hands. Not cool at all and should be violation enough to be shut down actually. Don’t ever EVER do that again

We ordered 2 subs to be delivered. Only 4 minutes away from the restaurant. On a Wednesday night. After 1&1/2 hours they still hadn’t delivered them even after two phone calls to find out why. I finally canceled the order. Then they were rude when I canceled! Won’t give them another chance.
